This research aims to develop a web-based information system at the Kebondowo village office. This research was conducted by analyzing the extent to which the Kebondowo Village Office uses an effective information system. This system development uses PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages with the waterfall model method with several stages, namely requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. The results of the study can be concluded that the Kebondowo Village Information System that can support activities in Kebondowo Village to the community. The Kebondowo Village website has been designed and implemented to improve the quality of public services by presenting information about profiles, announcements, and village activity agendas. This initiative makes it easier for Kebondowo Village Officials to deliver information directly without intermediaries, as well as providing convenience for residents to access and receive accurate information, including about social assistance programs and other activity agendas in the village.

The purpose of this research is to build a web-based information system for the Bandungan Sub-district Religious Affairs Office (KUA) that covers marriage registration, referral applications and receipt of marriage registration and referral reports. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The R&D method is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these methods. In addition, this research uses the proven waterfall theory. The result of this research is to produce a web-based information system that is able to manage integrated marriage and referral registration data using R&D and Waterfall methods. This information system uses the PHP programming language and uses mysql data storage.

This final report aims to design a website-based electronic archiving system using PHP and MyAdmin. The data collection method used by the author in this research is the field research method through interviews, observation, library research, and descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques using the waterfall method, namely the Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system, which is used to develop information systems in the website creation process. This method uses a systematic and gradual approach. This electronic filing system can help companies overcome various obstacles when recording and rediscovering documents. Automating processes in the system in systematic recording and storage can save time and help provide information quickly so that the administrative process is smooth. Reduces the use of paper (less paper) because documents are stored in digital format, so documents will not pile up and can reduce the use of archive storage space. In electronic archiving, there is no longer a need to manually record the agenda for incoming and outgoing letters, because when recording transactions, incoming or outgoing letters will be automatically recorded on the agenda for incoming or outgoing letters. For the system to continue running optimally, it is recommended that companies carry out employee training, routine system maintenance, continuous development, implementation of information security policies, and regular system performance monitoring.  Implementing these recommendations is expected to increase operational efficiency and accessibility of company information

One of the museums found in Bali is Subak museum in Tabanan Regency. The establishment of this Museum aims to preserve the traditional institution called Subak as a noble national cultural heritage, and to introduce to the younger generation and foreign tourists about the unique traditional irrigation system in Bali. Lack of supporting facilities in delivering information, making tourists who visit Subak Museum have minimal information. The solution needed in Subak museum is an Android-based E-Tourism application that is supported by Qr-Code technology so as to provide an interesting presentation of data. In making this application using the development of the Waterfall method and designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the Java programming language for Android and PHP for web services, and MySQL as a database. So that produced an android-based system in Subak museum Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of the tests carried out it can be concluded that the black box testing system functions have been running according to the planning. Then the result of the testing of users using questionnaires generated Application Benefits scores 90.8%, Ease of 86.93%, Interface 82% and Content 90.2%.

Current technological advances have made the need for information technology very necessary. With the existence of web-based geographic information system technology, it can help PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk Prabumulih City Branch to digitize every Indibiz customer and target area for Indibiz products. The aim of this research is to create a web-based Indibiz customer mapping information system and to improve technician performance in matters concerning Indibiz. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the Waterfall method as a system development method and UML as a design tool. The application was built using a website with the php programming language, a mysql database, and printing data using pdf files.

The development of information technology has had a significant impact in various sectors, including in the management of social assistance programs. At the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Batu Bara Regency, the evaluation process for the implementation of social assistance programs is still carried out manually, which causes delays in data collection, analysis, and report preparation. Therefore, an information system is needed that can help speed up and facilitate the evaluation of the program. This study aims to design a Social Assistance Program Evaluation Information System that can integrate data on aid recipients, types of assistance, recipient status, and program effectiveness evaluation. This system is designed using the Waterfall method which consists of the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The platform used in the development of this system is web-based to facilitate access from various devices. The results of this study show that the design of an integrated information system can increase efficiency in collecting evaluation data and speed up the reporting process to related parties. In addition, this system is expected to increase transparency and accountability in the implementation of social assistance programs, so that the impact of the program can be more measurable and on target.

Formal words are words which follow the language rules that have been determined in formal situations both in oral and written. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of primary school students in distinguishing formal words. The method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) in waterfall model. The result of this study is the design of a scratch-based game design of KaKu  to improve students’ ability to distinguish formal words at primary school has code blocks on 1) Teacher’s sprite, 2) Easy quiz, 3) Medium quiz, 4) Hard quiz, 5) Tick sprite, 6) Cross sprite, 7) Easy sprite, 8) Medium sprite, and 9) Hard sprite. The conclusion of this study is that there are 9 scratch-based game designs of KaKu (formal words) to improve students’ ability to distinguish formal words at primary school.

Tea plantations are an important sector in Indonesia's agricultural industry that contributes significantly to the country's economy. The success of tea cultivation is highly dependent on the quality of the seedlings, making data collection and management of tea seedlings a crucial element. However, the manual data collection process still used at PTPN4 faces various challenges such as recording errors, data loss, and information delays, which will have an impact on operational efficiency and decision making. This study analyzes the application of a web-based information system for data collection of tea seedlings in PTPN4 plantations, with a focus on the provision or stocking of seedlings. The results show that a web-based system using the waterfall method can improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of data management, while facilitating integration between units in the organization. Abstrak. Perkebunan teh merupakan sektor penting dalam industri pertanian di indonesia yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap ekonomi dalam negara. Keberhasilan budidaya tanaman teh sangat bergantung pada kualitas bibit, sehingga pendataan dan pengelolaan bibit teh menjadi elemen krusial. Namun, proses pendataan manual yang masih digunakan di PTPN4 menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan data, dan keterlambatan informasi, yang nantinya akan berdampak pada efisiensi operasional dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk pendataan bibit teh di perkebunan PTPN4, dengan fokus pada penyediaan atau stok terhadap bibit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta transparansi pengelolaan data, sekaligus memfasilitasi integrasi antar unit dalam organisasi.

The development of information technology in the digital era has significantly impacted various sectors, including libraries in educational institutions. This study focuses on the analysis and design of a web-based library information system at SMK Yapermas Jakarta, utilizing the Waterfall software development methodology. The Waterfall model was chosen for its systematic structure, ranging from requirements analysis to system maintenance. Currently, the library management at SMK Yapermas is still manual, leading to several issues such as slow book searching, borrowing, returning processes, and potential data errors. The objective of this study is to design a system that enhances library service efficiency. The research findings indicate that the web-based system significantly improves the efficiency and quality of services, with excellent ratings in various development stages, such as requirement analysis (81% - 88%) and system testing (81% - 86%). Therefore, the web-based library is expected to provide a more effective solution for library management at SMK Yapermas Jakarta and other schools.

The advancement of information technology has driven the need for more effective and efficient attendance systems, especially for companies with a distributed workforce. PT. Asia Sinergi Solusindo faces challenges in managing employee attendance in real-time based on predefined work locations. This study aims to design a location-based attendance application system utilizing Global Positioning System (GPS) technology to ensure employees can only mark attendance at locations specified by the administrator. The system was developed using the *waterfall* software development methodology, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was built on the Android platform with cloud-based database integration to centrally store attendance data. The results show that the system enhances attendance data accuracy, reduces fraud risks, and facilitates real-time employee attendance monitoring. Thus, this application is expected to provide an effective solution to support attendance management at PT. Asia Sinergi Solusindo.

By transitioning from a traditional paper-based guest book to a digital solution, PTPN4 seeks to minimize administrative burdens, reduce errors, and streamline the check-in process. Furthermore, the web-based system facilitates better data analysis, helping management make informed decisions about visitor engagement and security protocols. The Amil Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah Institution (LAZIS) of Nahdlatul Ulama in Limpung District plays a crucial role in managing community funds transparently and accountably. However, the manual financial system currently in use often hampers efficiency and accuracy in record-keeping. To address this issue, a web-based financial information system has been developed to facilitate the management of financial processes, including recording income, expenses, and generating real-time financial reports.  This system is designed with key features such as donor data management, transaction recording for zakat, infaq, and sedekah, and the generation of financial reports accessible to relevant parties at any time. By leveraging web-based technology, the system provides ease of access for administrators and enhances transparency to the public. The development process follows the waterfall method, starting from requirements analysis to implementation and testing, ensuring the system meets user needs effectively.   The implementation results indicate that the system significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of financial management at LAZIS Nahdlatul Ulama Limpung District. Additionally, the system helps build public trust by providing more transparent and easily accessible financial reporting. As a result, the management of zakat, infaq, and sedekah funds becomes more structured, effective, and accountable.

The Segitiga Motor website was developed using the Laravel framework with the SDLC Waterfall model approach to digitize the management of customer data and workshop services. The development process includes stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Laravel was chosen for its ability to speed up development through reusable components and its organized and flexible structure. The website successfully integrates key features such as online service booking, customer data management, product catalog, and promotions, all effectively. Testing results show that the system works as planned, enhancing operational efficiency and making it easier for customers to access services. For future development, adding features like analytics and integration with digital payment systems could further improve customer experience and satisfaction.

The aim of this research is to design and build an online marriage registration service information system at the KUA Tinggi Raja District using the CodeIgniter framework which can support or facilitate marriage registration at the KUA Tinggi Raja District. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with the waterfall system development method. The applications created are designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The software used in designing this application uses the PHP programming language, XAMPP as the web server, MySQL as the database. The result of this search is an application for the Tinggi Raja Regency KUA Online Marriage Registration Service so that this application can support the Telluwanua Regency KUA Online Marriage Registration Service. The application was tested using the black box test method and results were obtained without program errors, while for questionnaire testing using usability the results were very in line with the score, namely utilization of 96%. Hopefully this application can help online marriage registration services at the KUA Tinggi Raja District.

In the midst of technology users in Indonesia, there are still many business fields that have not maximized technological advances for their business, one of which is the Berkah Dalem clean water depot business located in Mijen, Kebonagung, Central Java.  In the problems that exist in this study, it is known that the order acceptance system at the Berkah Dalem clean water depot still uses a manual method which is less effective and efficient.  Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a website-based clean water ordering system and create sales and order information data that can be accessed easily. The method used is the waterfall method for software development using XAMPP. The results achieved are the design of a website-based ordering system has passed the feasibility test of using the system with data that all status tests are accepted, so it can be concluded that the designed system is successful and can be applied to the clean water depot business.

Inventory management is a crucial aspect of ensuring operational efficiency, especially in trade and distribution companies like PT. Indah Permata. The manual recording system currently in use creates several challenges, such as data entry errors, duplication, and delayed reporting. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based inventory management system to address these issues and optimize the company's operations. The development method used is the waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using PHP Native and MySQL as the database. The results show that the system improves operational efficiency by speeding up real-time item tracking, minimizing human errors, and enhancing data security and accessibility. With features such as login, data addition, editing, deletion, search, and export, the system enables administrators to manage inventory more effectively. Additionally, it supports quick and accurate decision-making processes. This system can serve as a solution for other companies facing similar challenges in inventory management.

The purpose of setting up SIMRS is to improve efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism, performance, and access and services in hospitals. In the preparation of this paper, data was collected through observation methods, interviews, literature studies, and the application of software development models using the waterfall method. The result is the design of a web-based patient registration information system using Laravel and MySQL as a database. Hospitals face several problems, including data redundancy in the input process and less than optimal data presentation, making it difficult to manipulate, change, and delete data. The author hopes that the development of a new information system can simplify and speed up the data input process. The information system designed is expected to make it easier for patients to register online as well as assist admins in the patient registration process, making it easier to make registration reports.

The programming language used in this web development is PHP using the Laravel framework and the RDBMS used is MySQL. The system development model used is the SDLC waterfall model so that the work is gradual and more structured. This research resulted in web-based drug management at the Jambi City Pharmaceutical Installation UPTD being able to solve the problem of recording incoming drugs from Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, Submission of LPLPO files by Puskesmas as official proof of drug needs at the Puskesmas, outgoing drugs during drug distribution activities to Puskesmas, data on Pharmaceutical Wholesalers who partner as drug suppliers at the Jambi City. Health Office Pharmaceutical Installation UPTD Warehouse, data on health centers in Jambi City along with officers who will come during distribution and drug data that will be returned to the Pharmaceutical Wholesaler responsible for the product.

A geographic information system are highly valuable tools that help individuals or visitors explore noteworthy destinations. Implementing GIS for online restaurant searches within Southwest Sumba Regency aims to assist users in effortlessly obtaining detailed and accurate information about restaurant locations, enabling them to identify and reach these spots efficiently. The purpose of this project is to design a GIS application that leverages the capabilities of the Google Maps API. This API represents a sophisticated set of modern programming tools that facilitate seamless interaction between different software systems. The GIS application is developed using the waterfall methodology, which emphasizes a structured software development lifecycle to ensure uniformity and operational clarity. Therefore, the results of this study, with a geographic information system mapping the location of eating restaurants can provide information to tourists, as well as the community regarding the location of eating restaurants in the Southwest Sumba Regency area quickly and easily.

The Sumba Christian Church (GKS) Jemaat Makamenggit, located in East Sumba Regency, has a substantial number of congregants, including 425 members at the central Makamenggit church. Financial management activities, such as revenue from Children's Offerings (PA), Diakonia, and building funds, are still carried using notebooks and calculators. This method is not only time-consuming and also prone to recording errors and reduces transparency in financial reporting. This poses challenges in meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining the trust of the congregation and related stakeholders. In the current digital era, transparency and accuracy in financial reporting are essential needs. To address this challenge, a web-based information system which aims to speed up the process of calculating incoming and outgoing money and financial reporting. With this new system, the recording process, which typically takes 1-2 days, can be simplified to just 10-15 minutes. The use of a web-based system also provides real-time access to financial data for various stakeholders, such as church administrators, congregation councils, and supervisory bodies, regardless of geographical constraints. The proposed system will enable the church treasurer to manage church finances more efficiently, reduce reporting time, and meet applicable regulatory demands.In an effort to speed up the financial calculation process at GKS Makamenggit, this financial information system was developed using the waterfall method. It is hoped that the results of this research will help financial treasurers to manage incoming and outgoing finances and with this system, financial reporting will be more transparent and efficient.
