The Society 5.0 era brings major changes in various aspects of life, including the economic and financial systems. The integration of digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, and Financial Technology (Fintech) has created both opportunities and challenges for the development of the sharia economy. This article aims to: (1) analyze the challenges of the sharia economy in the Society 5.0 era, (2) identify opportunities that can be utilized to strengthen the sharia economy, and (3) formulate strategies for strengthening the sharia economy based on digital transformation and the maqashid sharia. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature study (library research) by analyzing various journals, books, reports of sharia financial institutions, and relevant official documents. The results show that the sharia economy faces challenges in the form of low sharia financial literacy, limited human resources, unequal access to technology, and regulations that are not yet fully adaptive to digital developments. However, Society 5.0 also opens up significant opportunities through the development of Islamic Fintech, the digitalization of the halal industry, the optimization of digital zakat and waqf, and the strengthening of Islamic financial inclusion. Therefore, strategies to strengthen the Islamic economy need to be implemented through increasing Islamic digital literacy, developing an Islamic Fintech ecosystem, strengthening Governance based on the principles of Islamic principles (maqasid) and synergy between the government, academia, industry, and the community.

This study examines the transformation of financial management through the implementation of digital accounting in PPOB (Payment Point Online Bank) businesses, which still face manual recording problems such as input errors, delayed reconciliations, and data discrepancies. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach involving PPOB agents in Sidoarjo. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that digital accounting significantly improves operational efficiency through automated transaction recording, real-time data integration, and faster as well as more accurate reconciliation processes. In addition, features such as automatic validation, API integration, and audit trails help minimize recording errors and maintain data consistency. The implementation of digital accounting also supports transparency and improves the quality of financial information used in decision-making. Although challenges remain regarding agents’ technological understanding and infrastructure readiness, overall implementation has provided positive impacts on financial management effectiveness and business operations in PPOB services, making processes more efficient, accurate, and reliable.

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the field of education, especially in the learning process, school management systems, and teachers' work patterns. This situation requires school principals' leadership who can adapt, be innovative, and act as agents of change in improving teachers' work ethic. This study aims to analyze the role of school principals' transformational leadership in enhancing teachers' work ethic in the digital era and to examine its relevance to educational transformation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study type through the analysis of various journals and scientific sources from 2020–2025. The results of the study indicate that school principals' transformational leadership plays an important role in increasing teachers' motivation, commitment, and professionalism through ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. In addition, this leadership is also capable of creating a work culture that is collaborative, innovative, and adaptive to technological developments. Digital transformation in education not only involves the use of technology but also changes in work culture and the improvement of human resource competencies in schools. The implications of this research confirm that school principals as transformational leaders have a strategic role in the success of educational transformation in the digital era through the continuous enhancement of teachers' work ethic.

The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) in the digital era presents both opportunities and challenges for the Islamic economic system. This study aims to analyze the concept of Islamic fintech, its role in digital economic transformation, and its legal review from the perspective of Islamic economic law (fiqh muamalah). Using a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach, this research examines various fintech models operating on sharia principles—including Islamic peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, digital Islamic crowdfunding, sharia payment gateways, and Islamic robo-advisory—and reviews their compliance with the principles of prohibition of riba (usury), gharar (excessive uncertainty), maysir (gambling), and the requirement of maslahah (public benefit). The results indicate that: (1) Islamic fintech represents a legitimate financial innovation insofar as it adheres to the principles of sharia; (2) the National Sharia Council–Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) fatwas, particularly No. 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 on Information Technology-Based Financing Services, provide a regulatory framework but require continuous updating to keep pace with technological developments; (3) Islamic fintech contributes significantly to financial inclusion, particularly for unbanked communities in Indonesia; and (4) challenges related to sharia compliance, data governance, and regulatory harmonization remain critical issues requiring the joint attention of regulators, sharia scholars, and technology practitioners. This study contributes to the development of Islamic economic law theory in the context of digital transformation and provides practical recommendations for Islamic fintech stakeholders.

This study discusses the role of Islamic educational philosophy in guiding the transformation of pesantren education in the modern era. Islamic education in Indonesia plays an important role in shaping students’ character, spirituality, and intellectual abilities, with pesantren as one of the oldest institutions that preserve Islamic values. However, the rapid development of globalization and technology requires pesantren to adapt without losing their identity. This research aims to explain how Islamic educational philosophy becomes the foundation for transformation and to identify forms of change that are relevant to current challenges. The study uses a qualitative approach through a literature review, collecting data from journals and other relevant sources. Data are analyzed using content analysis by organizing and comparing findings from different studies. The results show that pesantren transformation occurs through a selective adaptation process, combining traditional values such as moral education, spirituality, and classical learning with modern elements like curriculum integration, interactive learning methods, and digital technology. Some challenges still exist, including limited facilities, unequal access to technology, and the need to improve teacher competence. Islamic educational philosophy helps maintain balance between intellectual, spiritual, and moral aspects so that modernization does not eliminate pesantren identity.

Digital transformation in Human Resource Management (HRM) has shifted the organizational paradigm from an administrative function to a strategic function focused on adaptive and sustainable human resource development. This study aims to systematically review the integration of digital technology in HRM practices with particular emphasis on inclusivity and organizational sustainability. The method employed is a literature review analyzing various studies related to the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and digital systems in recruitment, competency development, and employee performance evaluation. The findings indicate that digital transformation enhances operational efficiency, decision-making quality, and workplace flexibility. However, the adoption of digital technology also creates ethical challenges, including algorithmic bias, unequal access to technology, and concerns regarding employee data privacy. Therefore, the implementation of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles is essential in developing fair and inclusive HRM systems. Furthermore, continuous learning cultures and flexible work models have proven effective in supporting employee well-being while strengthening organizational resilience in facing global changes. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between technological innovation, ethical leadership, and sustainability in building HRM systems that are responsive to the future of work.

Digital transformation has positioned artificial intelligence (AI) as a major driver of organizational change and innovation. This study aims to analyze the influence of AI implementation on transformational leadership dynamics and the shifting role of leaders in managing human resources through a Systematic Literature Review of reputable studies published within the last five years. The findings indicate that AI acts as a catalyst in strengthening the dimensions of intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration through predictive analytics and talent personalization. The automation of administrative and repetitive tasks enables leaders to focus more on strategic vision, organizational innovation, decision-making, and emotional engagement with employees. However, the effectiveness of AI implementation is highly dependent on leaders’ digital literacy, adaptive capabilities, and readiness to integrate technology into organizational processes. This study contributes by proposing a hybrid leadership framework that combines artificial intelligence with human emotional intelligence to support more effective leadership practices. The practical implications emphasize the importance of leadership development that prioritizes empathy, ethical awareness, and algorithmic transparency in order to maintain trust, encourage sustainable innovation, and strengthen organizational resilience in increasingly dynamic and volatile environments.

The digital transformation driven by the acceleration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has fundamentally transformed leadership paradigms and the structure of the modern workplace. This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the various strategic opportunities and systemic risks arising from the integration of AI into contemporary organizational leadership practices, where technology is no longer merely a tool but a collaborative partner in managerial processes. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on 30 reputable scientific journals with publications spanning up to 2026, this article analyzes the transition of the leader’s role from a conventional hierarchical model toward the concept of Augmented Leadership. Data analysis results indicate that AI implementation offers significant opportunities through data-driven decision-making systems with high precision, intelligent resource allocation optimization, and enhanced leadership intervention effectiveness, which has been documented to reach up to 35%. However, this transformation also brings a series of complex multidimensional risks, including algorithmic biases that could trigger inequality cascades, ethical dilemmas related to operational transparency (black box), and the potential erosion of the meaning of work for employees. The discussion in this article emphasizes that the success of this transformation depends not only on technical expertise, but also on redefining leadership competencies to prioritize emotional intelligence and ethical governance frameworks such as the CARE Framework (Control, Awareness, Responsibility, and Evaluation).

The transformation of payment systems from cash to digital through the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) is part of financial transaction modernization in Indonesia. This transformation has begun among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Baduy community, particularly in Baduy Luar, which has higher interaction with external communities. However, the adoption of digital payment systems has not been fully supported by adequate financial management capabilities. This community service activity aims to identify the transformation process of payment systems and describe the financial literacy conditions of Baduy MSMEs. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and field observations. The results show that some MSMEs have adopted QRIS through Bank BRI as an alternative payment method alongside cash and have utilized social media such as TikTok Live and Instagram for product marketing. The main sources of income include handicrafts, traditional clothing, accessories, and food products. However, financial management practices remain simple and lack systematic recording. This indicates improved financial inclusion but not yet accompanied by adequate financial behavior. Therefore, strengthening financial literacy is essential to support sustainable financial modernization in the Baduy community.

This study aims to examine the impact of digital transformation in accounting and the effectiveness of internal control systems on the quality of financial reports in an integrated logistics services company. The method used is a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), with data collected from 35 respondents who are involved in financial and accounting activities within the company. The analysis focuses on evaluating the relationships between digital transformation, internal control systems, and financial reporting quality. The research findings indicate that digital transformation in accounting (coefficient = 0.658; p-value = 0.000) and internal control systems (coefficient = 0.308; p-value = 0.023) have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.822 shows that both independent variables are able to explain 82.2% of the variation in financial report quality, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the model. These results confirm that the implementation of digital technology supported by an effective internal control system can significantly improve the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, and reliability of financial reporting in organizations.

The community service activity conducted in Dusun Wates, focusing on the empowerment of Ibu Siti’s UMKM (Small and Medium Enterprises) producing Banana and Gadung Chips, has shown significant results in improving entrepreneurial capacity and social transformation within Ibu Siti’s family. This research aims to explore the outcomes of the community service program, linking the findings to theories of entrepreneurship, community empowerment, and social change. The activities involved managerial assistance, product rebranding, and online marketing, which led to better management practices, an improved product identity, and increased market reach. The application of digital marketing proved effective in expanding market access for local products, contributing to the economic growth of the family. This study also highlights the importance of family-based entrepreneurship in achieving sustainable social and economic change. The results are aligned with the findings of previous studies, such as those by Wahyuni (2022) and Raharjo (2021), and suggest that the integration of technology and local leadership can significantly drive social transformation at the community level.

This paper examines the shift in the economic paradigm in Indonesia through digitalization, driven by the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the transition towards Society 5.0. The people's economy based on SMEs faces significant new challenges and opportunities in this era. Using a literature approach and case studies, this article highlights how information technology plays a role not only as a marketing tool but also as an instrument to strengthen economic sovereignty in accordance with the mandate of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution. The findings indicate that the success of digital transformation depends on the synergy between supportive government policies, private sector innovation, and the adaptability of SME actors. In facing global challenges, the proposed strategy includes strengthening digital literacy for all levels of society and protecting the domestic market from the influx of foreign products that could threaten the sustainability of SMEs. This is crucial to ensure the future resilience of the national economy while also promoting the sustainable growth of the SME sector. Thus, digitalization is not only an efficiency solution but also a key factor in reinforcing Indonesia's people-based economy in the globalization era.

Digital transformation has brought fundamental changes to the structure and dynamics of modern industrial economics. Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data not only modify production and distribution processes but also revolutionize marketing strategies and patterns of industrial competition. This study is motivated by the need to understand how digital marketing transformation influences the development of competitive advantage through changes in digital market structure from an industrial economics perspective. In this context, digital marketing functions as a strategic instrument that integrates technology, data, and consumer behavior into market mechanisms. The analysis shows that digitalization creates a network-based market structure characterized by the concentration of economic power in major digital platforms and dominance in data control. This structure affects the intensity of competition, the direction of innovation, and patterns of industry differentiation. Digital marketing transformation enhances efficiency, expands market access, and lowers entry barriers for new players, yet it also creates competitive imbalances due to the dominance of large platforms.Through a digital Structure–Conduct–Performance (SCP) approach, the study finds that market structure acts as an intermediary variable that channels the impact of digitalization on competitive advantage. Digitalization significantly promotes industrial efficiency, innovation, and profitability. Transformasi digital dalam sistem transaksi ekonomi telah menggeser pola konsumsi masyarakat menuju penggunaan layanan finansial berbasis teknologi yang lebih instan, namun di sisi lain berpotensi memicu perilaku belanja yang tidak rasional. Fenomena ini tampak pada pesatnya adopsi fitur Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) yang menawarkan fleksibilitas pembayaran tanpa agunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan sistem pembayaran Shopee PayLater terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa STIE Yapis Dompu. Shopee PayLater merupakan inovasi layanan keuangan digital yang memberikan kemudahan transaksi dengan kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada 94 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Shopee PayLater berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 serta koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,2%, yang menunjukkan kontribusi variabel penggunaan Shopee PayLater terhadap konsumtif mahasiswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi penggunaan Shopee PayLater, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa STIE Yapis Dompu.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas sistem e-Filing terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dalam pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Tahunan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan Pearson Product Moment dan Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas e-Filing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan pajak, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,624 dan R² sebesar 0,488. Artinya, sebesar 48,8% variasi kepatuhan dapat dijelaskan oleh efektivitas e-Filing. Penelitian ini terbatas pada satu wilayah dan satu variabel bebas, sehingga penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mencakup area yang lebih luas dan variabel yang lebih beragam. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital dalam administrasi perpajakan harus mempertimbangkan faktor psikologis pengguna, seperti persepsi kemudahan dan manfaat sistem. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan literatur perpajakan digital dan dapat menjadi masukan strategis bagi otoritas pajak dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan melalui optimalisasi layanan digital.

This community service activity aims to explore strategies for strengthening human competencies in facing technological disruption through a national seminar entitled “Human Resource Transformation in the Digital Era: An Interdisciplinary Approach for Sustainable Community Empowerment.” The seminar featured expert speakers from various universities to provide multidimensional perspectives for participants. The discussion focused on the integration of digital technology, adaptation of organizational culture, and management innovation to enhance community economic resilience. The implementation method involved intensive material presentations and interactive discussions that bridged academic theory with practical field needs. The results of the activity indicated an increase in participants’ awareness and understanding of the importance of digital literacy and interdisciplinary collaboration as key factors for inclusive empowerment. Through synergy among academics, the seminar successfully formulated strategic recommendations for developing adaptive, innovative, and globally competitive human resources. It is expected that the outcomes of this activity will serve as a catalyst for achieving sustainable community independence amid the rapidly evolving digital ecosystem. Recognizing the importance of this issue, the seminar was held on March 7, 2026, and comprehensively discussed strategies, insights, and research findings related to human resource transformation in the digital era, including how organizations can become more competitive.

Transformasi digital menuntut organisasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan melalui program pelatihan, namun tingkat partisipasi karyawan sering kali masih rendah meskipun fasilitas telah tersedia secara memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Nudge Theory sebagai strategi dalam memengaruhi perilaku karyawan terhadap partisipasi program pelatihan, dengan fokus pada penerapan Choice Architecture dalam konteks manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur dengan strategi integrative review yang mengkaji berbagai publikasi ilmiah bereputasi terkait Behavioral Economics, human resource development, dan pembelajaran karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi berbasis nudge, seperti pengaturan default, penyederhanaan pilihan, dan penggunaan pengingat kontekstual, secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan partisipasi pelatihan karyawan secara sukarela. Selain itu, efektivitas intervensi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh integrasi dengan faktor motivasi intrinsik yang selaras dengan prinsip Self-Determination Theory. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual berupa kerangka integratif yang menggabungkan perspektif Behavioral Economics dan human resource development, serta menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi HR leaders dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, adaptif, dan berbasis perilaku.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak digitalisasi terhadap model bisnis dan pendapatan pada Donat Madu Cihanjuang cabang Cikarang Jababeka dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan manajer toko serta data sekunder dari literatur terkait periode 2020–2025. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengkaji sembilan elemen dalam BMC untuk melihat perubahan yang terjadi akibat penerapan digitalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memberikan dampak pada elemen Channels melalui pemanfaatan platform pesan antar online dan media sosial, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional seperti kecepatan pelayanan, ketepatan pesanan, dan alur kerja yang lebih terorganisir. Namun demikian, digitalisasi belum memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan, karena kontribusi penjualan digital masih relatif rendah. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya literasi digital karyawan, belum adanya strategi pemasaran digital yang terstruktur, serta kurangnya panduan operasional dan dukungan dari pihak franchisor. Dengan demikian, digitalisasi pada usaha ini lebih berperan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dibandingkan memperkuat model bisnis dan peningkatan pendapatan secara signifikan.

This study discusses the four pillars of digital transformation that are currently changing the business landscape in Indonesia, namely the digital ecosystem, digital twin technology, open innovation framework, and agile transformation. This study aims to identify and explain the key concepts underlying digital business innovation and its impact on business development in the modern era. The method used is a literature study with descriptive analysis of various primary and secondary sources related to digital innovation. The findings show that the application of these four pillars drives operational efficiency, increased cross-sector collaboration, accelerated product and service innovation, and increased business competitiveness. Penelitian ini mengkaji transformasi strategis manajemen risiko finansial melalui penerapan Digital Twins (DT) dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). DT berevolusi dari sekadar model manufaktur menjadi sistem cerdas yang mampu memprediksi perilaku entitas finansial secara real-time. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa DT mendukung kerangka Prevention, Preparedness, Response, Recovery (PPRR), memperkuat resiliensi rantai pasok, serta meningkatkan efektivitas stress testing perbankan sesuai regulasi Basel III. Selain itu, DT berperan dalam deteksi penipuan, akuntansi karbon, dan simulasi kebijakan makroekonomi. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa DT mampu meningkatkan akurasi prediksi risiko hingga 95% dan mengurangi downtime operasional sebesar 20%. Namun, keterbatasan standar global, integrasi data lintas sistem, serta hambatan regulasi masih menjadi tantangan utama. Agenda riset masa depan diarahkan pada pengembangan interoperabilitas global, integrasi teknologi AI, serta evaluasi ROI jangka panjang untuk memperkuat ketahanan finansial berbasis DT.
