Learning technology continues to develop as time goes by. Technology is the science of tools and skills that make humans work more efficiently. The implementation of daily learning often follows technological developments in the world of education, as do teachers and lecturers. In the field of education, technology has an influence on improving the quality of education, types of educational technology, information technology and communication and learning technology have a major role in learning. The role of technology in the field of education is as an information center and doing new things to illustrate learning and determine online learning methods. With increasingly developing technology, it can also provide benefits that have both good and bad impacts. One of the developments in technology has had a good influence by increasing self-openness in terms of expanding knowledge as information for all life in the world across borders, places and times. Negative impacts include changes in behavior, morals, rules or morals of life so that they conflict with the moral rules that apply in society. Therefore, to prevent the negative impact of using technology in learning, it is necessary to supervise parents and educators who work together in carrying out teaching and supervising children in using technology. The presence and function of technology in the world of education provides the development and growth of human resources as a determinant in achieving success in education. This kind of thing is caused by human resources themselves which are still lagging behind in using this technology in training. With today's technological developments in education, there are many new innovations to support learning. In this case, one way is to provide changes in educational facilities which are increasingly increasing and developing rapidly through technology.

Muhammadiyah is an Islamic movement with the preaching of Amar Makruf Nahi Munkar which is based on Islamic faith and is based on the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. Many things drive the progress of this Muhammadiyah organization, such as the vision-mission, educational concept, goals, and curriculum that are mutually continuous so that Muhammadiyah can process well in the life of society. In Islamic education there are challenges that must be faced by Muhammadiyah because considering the development of Islam is very fast and also flexible and always relevant from time to time. One of the challenges to the development of Islamic education is the advancement of technology. The advancement of science and technology (iptek) requires all parties to be competent so as not to be eroded and crushed by the times. The negative and positive impacts of technological progress must be addressed with the right innovation. Innovation that can be applied by the Muhammadiyah organization is through the field of education. Education is a process that can shape human beings such as potential, personality, intelligence, noble morals, self-control, religion and skills needed in oneself and society.

The notary profession in Indonesia is experiencing a critical transformation driven by technological advancements, changing legal landscapes, and the imperative of modernization. This research comprehensively examines the current regulatory framework governing notaries, analyzing the multifaceted challenges and potential opportunities for substantive reform in the contemporary legal ecosystem.The study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating qualitative legal analysis, comparative research, and empirical investigation to provide a holistic understanding of the notary profession's evolving role. Through in-depth examination of existing regulations, stakeholder interviews, and comparative international perspectives, the research identifies key systemic barriers and innovative pathways for professional development.Critical findings reveal significant challenges, including technological adaptation gaps, regulatory inflexibility, and inconsistent professional standards. The research highlights the urgent need for a dynamic regulatory approach that balances traditional legal principles with emerging digital authentication technologies. Key opportunities emerge in areas such as blockchain-based document verification, comprehensive digital skills training, and adaptive professional development frameworks.The study proposes a comprehensive reformation strategy encompassing technological infrastructure development, professional skills enhancement, and regulatory modernization. Recommendations include establishing dedicated innovation units, implementing mandatory technology training programs, and creating flexible regulatory mechanisms that can rapidly respond to technological and professional landscape changes. The largest source of energy currently utilized is still predominantly from fossils. Fossil energy sources are non-renewable so over time they will run out. So it is necessary to utilize renewable energy sources. One renewable energy source that is environmentally friendly and easy to obtain is wind energy. Wind is a collection of air that is experiencing movement due to a difference in pressure on the earth's surface. Wind will move from areas of high pressure to areas of lower pressure. Experimental research on wind energy is a useful energy that can be put to good use. Wind energy is a form of energy that comes from utilizing air flow in the atmosphere to produce mechanical or electrical energy. The main technology used to utilize wind energy is a wind turbine, which converts wind kinetic energy into electrical energy through a generator. Which of course also requires sufficient wind speed so that the wind turbine can rotate and produce mechanical movement in the form of rotational torque which can then be converted into electrical energy. Wind energy has great potential as a clean, sustainable and environmentally friendly resource, as it does not produce greenhouse gas emissions or hazardous waste during its operation. However, wind energy development faces challenges such as fluctuations in wind speed, large land requirements, visual impacts, and potential disruption to local ecosystems. The article also highlights Haedar Nashir's thoughts on progressive Islamic education, which emphasises the importance of innovation and human resource development as well as technological development for the nation's progress.    

With technological innovation in the financial sector (Fintech), the development of digital technology has brought great changes to the financial industry. However, behind these advantages, there are challenges that need to be overcome, one of which is data security and user privacy which is a major issue that must be faced by the financial industry. This study aims to see how regulations help the digital transformation of Indonesia's financial industry (fintech). This study is a qualitative research, in accordance with the object of study, this type of research falls into the category of library research.Regulation of the financial technology (fintech) sector is borne by many parties, including the government, non-governmental organisations, and industry players. In Indonesia, institutions such as the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) are responsible for shaping fintech policies and regulations.Regulations serve as a strong foundation to drive digital transformation in the financial industry. Flexible and inventive regulations protect consumers and encourage profitable investments for industry players. A clear legal framework allows financial institutions to innovate and produce financial goods and services that better suit the needs of society.

Improving teacher competency is a key factor in improving the quality of education. One of the latest innovations in teacher professional development in Indonesia is the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), a digital-based platform designed to provide flexible access to independent training. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PMM in improving teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies, especially in the context of educational transformation in the digital era. The method used is a literature study, by collecting and analyzing relevant literature from reputable academic sources. The results of the study indicate that PMM significantly improves teacher competency through interactive modules, online learning communities, and digital resources designed for learning personalization. Teachers who participate in training through PMM show better ability in implementing innovative learning strategies compared to those who do not use this platform or participate in traditional training. However, the effectiveness of PMM can be influenced by teachers' technological readiness and digital literacy, especially in areas with limited infrastructure. This study highlights the importance of supporting technology-based education policies to ensure that the benefits of PMM can be felt inclusively and sustainably. In conclusion, PMM is a promising solution to address the teacher training gap in Indonesia, but requires a strategic approach to improve its access and effectiveness. Further research is needed to evaluate the long-term empirical impact of this platform on teacher professional development and student learning quality.

Youth are a generation that lives in the digital era and they are very adept at using digital devices and are always updated with current technological developments. Technological developments cannot be avoided by anyone, including the church. There needs to be innovation and strategies for using technology in church services. The use of technology will make it easier for the church to reach and build the identity of youth, but on the other hand, if the church is resistant to technological developments, it is likely that church youth will withdraw and find it difficult to get involved in church activities. The role of the church in shaping the spiritual identity of the younger generation in the digital era is becoming increasingly important along with developments in technology and information. In an era where access to a variety of content and outside influences is very easy, the church has a great responsibility to ensure that young people have a solid spiritual foundation. The church can play an effective role in shaping the spiritual identity of the younger generation amidst the flow of digital information. And churches can use various methods and strategies to help youth build their spiritual identity. This includes the use of technology to spread religious teachings, the creation of supportive online communities, and the provision of targeted spiritual formation. Apart from that, the church also needs to understand the unique dynamics and challenges in the digital era, such as changes in lifestyle and values ​​faced by today's young generation.

This study examines the urgency and implementation of innovation in Islamic religious education curriculum in responding to the challenges of the modern era. Islamic religious education not only functions as a medium for transferring religious knowledge, but also as a means of character formation and mastery of life skills amidst the development of science and technology. Using a qualitative-descriptive research method through a literature study approach, this study analyzes the historical journey of the curriculum from pre-independence to reform, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in innovation in Islamic higher education. The results of the study indicate that innovation in Islamic religious education curriculum is very important to improve the quality of education, integrate Islamic values ​​with technological advances, and form competent individuals in the era of globalization. However, challenges such as resistance to change, gaps in technology adoption, and the need to maintain the authenticity of religious teachings require a strategic approach. This study recommends the development of an adaptive curriculum that remains based on Islamic values ​​to realize a relevant, inclusive, and transformative Islamic religious education system for modern society.    

This research aims to analyze the influence of micro and macro marketing environments on the business strategy of Epson, a global technology company focused on innovation and sustainability. With a qualitative approach through the literature review method, this research examines various literatures from relevant national and international journals, including the works of academics such as Hendra Riofita. The micro marketing environment, which includes customers, suppliers, competitors, and distribution partners, is analyzed to understand its direct relationship with Epson's business operations. Meanwhile, macro-environmental factors such as technological developments, regulations, and socio-cultural changes are evaluated as external elements that influence the company's strategy. The analysis results show that Epson successfully utilizes innovation, digital marketing, and a sustainability-oriented approach to face global market challenges. The combination of these strategies allows Epson to maintain competitiveness, build customer loyalty, and strengthen its brand image.

This study analyzes the strategy and development of industry in Indonesia with the aim of identifying the main factors that influence the growth of the industrial sector. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study through related documents and journals. The results of the study indicate that industrial growth is influenced by economic, social, technological factors, and government policies. These factors include the growth of the manufacturing sector, the availability of skilled labor, investment, and the adoption of Industrial Revolution 4.0 technology. Government strategies such as Making Indonesia 4.0, tax incentives, and infrastructure improvements have played a significant role in encouraging industrial competitiveness in the global market. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, high production costs that hinder growth, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and product quality that does not meet international standards are still major obstacles. This study concludes that in order to maintain competitiveness, industry must increase innovation, implement new technologies and strengthen the quality of human resources. The active involvement of the government in supporting policies and infrastructure is crucial to encourage sustainable industrial development.

Education in the digital era faces challenges in creating an interesting and effective learning process, especially in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) which is often considered monotonous. This study aims to develop Educaplay game-based learning media to increase student activeness in learning SKI. This research uses a Research and Development approach using the Dick and Carey model with a research sample of seventh grade students of MTS Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. The results showed that the use of Educaplay game media can increase students' activeness, as well as improve their understanding of SKI material, despite challenges in technology adaptation and understanding abstract concepts. This research shows the importance of technological innovation in Islamic learning, especially in creating relevant learning experiences in the digital era.

One notable innovation is Sharia-based financial technology (fintech), which combines Islamic values with modern technology to provide accessible, ethical, and sustainable financial solutions. This study explores the potential and challenges of Sharia fintech in Indonesia, a country with the largest Muslim population globally. Sharia fintech, including crowdfunding, peer-to-peer lending, and halal digital payment platforms, promotes financial inclusion while adhering to Islamic principles. However, its growth faces regulatory hurdles, consumer protection issues, and a lack of public literacy about Sharia-compliant financial products. The research highlights the role of the government and regulatory bodies such as the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in providing a supportive framework, including legal certainty, technological infrastructure, and public education initiatives. The findings emphasize that effective regulations and strategic government support are critical to fostering Sharia fintech as a pillar of the Islamic economy. With strengthened collaboration between stakeholders, Sharia fintech can contribute significantly to financial inclusion and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

The world of education currently faces many dynamic external environmental challenges, such as changes in government policy, technological developments, labor market demands and socio- cultural changes. To face this challenge, educational institutions must develop adaptive and proactive strategies. This strategy includes curriculum innovation to adapt to current needs, increasing the capacity of teaching staff through continuous education and the application of technology in the learning process to increase access to skills and quality of education. Apart from that, collaboration with external parties such as industry and society is also important to create synergies that support the relevance and competitiveness of graduates. Artificial intelligence (AI) is now an integral part of the digital transformation of various industries including the maritime sector. In the context of maritime law, AI has the potential to optimize various aspects ranging from maritime traffic management, Accident risk mitigation to monitoring international environmental maintenance. However, the application of AI also presents a variety of very complex challenges. This research highlights the legal, regulatory and ethical challenges that arise along with the application of AI in the maritime sector. Among them are the lack of clarity regarding legal responsibility for incidents involving autonomous ships, the lack of international standards governing the use of AI in operations maritime, as well as threats to data privacy and security from the use of increasingly sophisticated technology. Apart from these challenges, This research also discusses innovations that are already developing, such as the development of new legal frameworks for maritime AI, blockchain integration technology in the supply cycle chain as well as cross-border collaboration to developing regulatory standards that are cohesive and responsive to technological developments, this research concludes that to ensure the safe and responsible implementation of AI in the maritime sector, a multidisciplinary approach involving law, technology and international cooperation is needed, AI can be the main catalyst in creating a safer, more efficient and sustainable maritime ecosystem in the future.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) in the digital era faces great challenges as well as opportunities to develop through learning innovation. With a theological foundation such as Ephesians 2:10, this education does not only aim to develop cognitive aspects, but also to shape character oriented towards personal and spiritual transformation. PAK teachers are required to be inspirers who integrate faith values with innovative learning approaches, such as the utilisation of digital technology, the development of student-based learning models, and the application of creative methods, such as gamification and blended learning.However, this digital transformation is not without obstacles. In Palu City, geographical challenges, technological limitations, and diverse student backgrounds are important issues that need to be addressed. By implementing strategies such as teacher training, collaboration with churches, and contextualised curriculum development, PAK can adapt and be relevant to the times. This research uses a literature review to explore the concept and implementation of innovations in PAK, including improving teachers' skills in technology, learning management, and communication. The results show that a constructivism-based approach, which emphasises hands-on experience and active learning, can improve learning effectiveness. The synergy between technology, faith and local context is the key to the success of Christian education that is able to produce a generation with character and competence to face the digital era..
