Culture is the main foundation that becomes strength and stability for society, because it contains values, norms, and traditions that form a collective identity. From the perspective of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), culture is seen as a strategic means to internalize Islamic values that support the creation of social and spiritual harmony. PAI plays a role in combining religious values with local cultural elements to build a society with character, ethics, and justice. In this context, culture is not only a heritage, but also a learning medium to strengthen solidarity, increase awareness of the importance of diversity, and maintain social stability. Thus, the synergy between culture and Islamic Religious Education is able to create a society that is based on noble values and resistant to the challenges of the times.

Agro-industry is a strategic sector that supports rural economic growth and food security. Agro-industry, as a strategic sector, often faces challenges in financial management, which have an impact on business stability and sustainability. This research analyzes the financial performance of the Tahu Bulat Putra Mandiri Agroindustry in Ciamis Regency based on liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. Financial report data for the last three years (2022-2024) was analyzed using the case study method by calculating financial ratios, such as current ratio, quick ratio, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE). The results show fluctuations in financial performance, where the liquidity ratio is good enough to meet short-term obligations, but solvency reflects high financial risk due to dependence on debt, while profitability experiences a decrease in efficiency in generating profits. This research recommends improving capital structure, increasing operational efficiency, and business diversification to ensure the company's financial sustainability and stability.

The DI/TII social movement, which began on August 7, 1949, emerged as a result of socio-political tensions, particularly resistance to the Reorganization and Rationalization (Rera) policy. This movement aimed to establish an Islamic state in Indonesia and arose as a reaction to government policies perceived as inconsistent with Islamic principles. Discontent among former TNI soldiers and local militias due to the Rera policy fueled the movement, with many of these disillusioned individuals joining DI/TII. On February 10–11, 1948, Sekarmadji Maridjan Kartosuwiryo and Raden Oni organized a conference of Islamic leaders, during which the idea of forming the Islamic State of Indonesia (Negara Islam Indonesia, NII) was introduced. Kartosuwiryo declared himself the Grand Imam of the Islamic State of Indonesia. The widespread and massive expansion of this movement increasingly disrupted society, as it involved acts of extortion and armed resistance, creating unrest and opposition among the population. In response, the Indonesian government adopted a responsive legal approach, reflected in measures such as the enactment of the Emergency Law of 1949 and the re-adoption of the 1945 Constitution, which included restrictions in Article 28J(2). Various efforts were undertaken to address the situation, including the deployment of military operations to suppress the rebellion and restore stability.

Legal awareness and compliance are fundamental pillars of national legal development, aimed at establishing a just, effective, and responsive legal system that aligns with societal dynamics and development needs. This study identifies strategies to enhance legal awareness and compliance at individual, institutional, and corporate levels through a normative juridical approach, analyzing key elements of the legal system—legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture—based on Lawrence Friedman’s theory. The research highlights the importance of legal audits as a strategic tool for assessing regulatory compliance and ensuring the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in public institutions and business entities. Strengthening the regulatory framework for legal audits, including legitimizing the legal auditor profession, is essential to ensure independent, objective, and credible assessments, fostering public trust, business confidence, and legal system stability. By bridging gaps between legal formulation and implementation, legal audits contribute to a conducive business environment, enhanced national competitiveness, and effective legal development that supports Indonesia’s vision as a secure, just, and prosperous state.

Inflation is a significant economic challenge in Indonesia, affecting price stability and people's purchasing power. In a sharia economic perspective, inflation is not only seen as an economic phenomenon, but also involves moral and social aspects. This article discusses the role of sharia monetary instruments in controlling inflation in Indonesia, highlighting the principles of fairness and transparency. Instruments such as Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (SBIS), Bank Indonesia Sharia Savings Facilities (FASBIS), and Sharia Open Market Operations (OPT) have been implemented to regulate the amount of money in circulation and maintain economic stability. Although their contribution to controlling inflation is still limited, the potential of sharia instruments can be strengthened through increasing market understanding, education and collaboration between the government, Bank Indonesia and sharia financial institutions. With more optimal implementation, sharia monetary instruments can create a stable, fair and sustainable economic system for the Indonesian people.

This study examines the dynamics of monetary policy and economic diplomacy in maintaining the stability of the Rupiah exchange rate in the context of Indonesia’s international financial market. Indonesia’s economic stability is closely tied to the Rupiah’s value, which is influenced by both domestic economic policies and external global factors. The study analyzes the effectiveness of various monetary policy instruments used by Bank Indonesia, such as the benchmark interest rate, foreign exchange market interventions, open market operations, and minimum reserve requirements. Furthermore, it explores the role of economic diplomacy, including bilateral swap agreements and international cooperation, in enhancing Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves and stabilizing the Rupiah. Despite these efforts, external challenges such as global economic uncertainty, commodity price volatility, and geopolitical tensions continue to pose risks to exchange rate stability. The study concludes with strategic recommendations for strengthening monetary policy, including diversification of foreign exchange revenue, enhancing domestic financial markets, and fostering synergy between fiscal and monetary policies.

Exchange rate stability is an important indicator in maintaining the balance of a country's economy, especially in facing global market dynamics. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of sharia monetary policy instruments in maintaining exchange rate stability, with a focus on the principles of justice, transparency and stability which are the basis of the Islamic economic system. Instruments such as sukuk, mudarabah contracts, and ijarah are analyzed from theoretical and empirical perspectives to measure their impact on exchange rate fluctuations. This study uses a qualitative approach with analysis of secondary data obtained from various economic reports, scientific journals and related statistical data. The research results show that sharia monetary policy has significant potential in mitigating exchange rate volatility through stable liquidity management and a system free from speculation. Consistent implementation of sharia principles can also increase market confidence in the domestic currency. Furthermore, this research finds that integration between sharia monetary policy and conventional approaches can create synergy in maintaining exchange rate stability. This collaboration allows the monetary authority to be more flexible in responding to global economic challenges without abandoning sharia principles. Apart from that, educating market players regarding the benefits of sharia monetary policy is considered important to expand the adoption of this instrument. This study concludes that the successful implementation of sharia monetary policy is highly dependent on the commitment of the government and regulators in providing a conducive ecosystem, including financial infrastructure, strengthening regulations, and integrated policy support. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions in the development of sharia-based monetary policy in countries with dual economic systems.

The maritime conflict between Indonesia and China in the South China Sea arises from overlapping claims, particularly concerning Indonesia’s Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) near the Natuna Islands. China’s assertion of sovereignty through its Nine-Dash Line, which Indonesia does not recognize under the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), has fueled tensions. These have been exacerbated by aggressive actions, including Chinese vessels' incursions and illegal fishing within Indonesia’s EEZ. Despite these conflicts, both nations emphasize maritime cooperation to enhance bilateral ties. This study examines the dynamics of Indonesia-China maritime cooperation and conflicts in the South China Sea and their implications for regional stability. Employing a literature-based methodology, it investigates challenges and potential resolutions, including diplomacy and third-party mediation through bodies like the International Court of Justice. The findings highlight that resolving disputes effectively requires a legal framework and multilateral collaboration through ASEAN. The study concludes with recommendations for bolstering diplomatic engagement and sustainably managing maritime resources to ensure stability across the Indo-Pacific region.

This study aims to examine the role and implementation of Pancasila in three periods of government in Indonesia: Old Order, New Order, and Reformasi. Pancasila, as a state ideology, has undergone various changes in interpretation and application in accordance with the political and social dynamics that occur in each era. Under Soekarno's leadership in the Old Order, Pancasila was used as a unifying tool in the context of ideological pluralism, but faced internal and external challenges that threatened national stability. During the New Order period, Pancasila was used as a single principle used to strengthen political legitimacy, but it was often misused to silence criticism and opposition. The reforms brought greater political freedom and a more inclusive interpretation of Pancasila, but still faced challenges in overcoming radicalization, intolerance, and social disparities. This research concludes that although Pancasila remains relevant as the basis of the state, efforts are needed to actualize its values to suit the challenges of the times.
