Legal protection of children refers to all actions that ensure and safeguard children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and engage maximally in line with human dignity and honour, as well as get protection from violence and discrimination within legal laws. In Indonesia, the proportion ranges from 22 to 100%, indicating that the aforementioned conditions occur often. As a result, researchers are interested in performing this study utilising normative research methodologies. Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.

This research aims to explore strategies for maximizing human capital in the context of advancing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within the workforce. The study employs a phenomenological approach to understand individuals' experiences and perceptions regarding AI integration in the workplace. Through purposive sampling, data were gathered from a diverse pool of professionals across industries. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to delve into participants' perspectives on the impact of AI on job roles, skill requirements, and organizational dynamics. Thematic analysis was employed to identify recurring patterns and emergent themes within the qualitative data. Preliminary findings suggest a nuanced interplay between AI technologies and human capabilities, highlighting the need for upskilling, retraining, and fostering adaptability among employees. The study contributes to the discourse on optimizing human resources amidst rapid technological advancements, offering insights for organizational strategies to harness the synergy between human expertise and AI innovations in the future workforce.

This research aims to explore strategies for cultivating exceptional talent in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). The study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating interviews, surveys, and case studies to gather comprehensive data. The sample selection includes individuals from various industries known for fostering talent development, such as technology, education, and business. Through thematic analysis, the collected data are systematically examined to identify recurring patterns, emerging themes, and innovative practices in talent cultivation. Results reveal multifaceted strategies encompassing personalized learning, mentorship programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and proactive skill development initiatives. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent development efforts. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can harness human potential effectively amidst technological advancements, paving the way for sustainable talent management practices in the AI era.

PT Ungaran Sari Garment is one of the Largest Export Oriented Apparel Company in Indonesia, operating world-class factories in various locations in Java supported by 11,000 skilled and professional workers. Ungaran Sari Garments' production capacity can handle 1.7 million dozen garments per year and still with great potential for expansion. In 2022 to 2024 experienced an increase and decrease in Actual Performance Production. Production Performance data at PT Ungaran Sari Garment for the last 3 years has experienced, indicates that there is a decrease in employee performance at PT Ungaran Sari Garment.

This study analyzed the writing skills in English expository text. There are five indicators in writing expository text: content, organization, grammar, vocabulary, and mechanics. This study aimed to investigate the students' writing skill on expository text related to the five indicators of English expositorytext and investigated the difficulties in writing English expository text. This research study used a descriptive quantitative research design. The participants were first semester students at English Literature Study Program of Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. The data collected from students' writing expository text test and analyzed by using Heaton’s theory. The result data analysis showed that: 1) 47% of students were average to good in writing content, 2) 51% of students were average to good in writing organization, 3) 31% of students were average to good in using grammar, 4) 36% of students were very good to excellent in using vocabulary, 5) 44% of students were very good to excellent in writing mechanics. This research found some difficulties the students when writing expository text. First, students cannot develop their ideas. Second, students are unable to develop their idea based on topic that they have to explain in expository text. Third, students struggle with grammatical structure of expository text. That means, they have to more understand about the simple present tense. Fourth, they were difficult to select appropriate vocabulary when writing expository text. The last, they miss-spelt words and were unsure of proper punctuation that was causing an error of mechanics.

Women have complicated bodies. Throughout their existence, they go through the anatomical, physiological, and reproductive development processes. From birth to adulthood, there occurs development, and as a woman, the body's organs develop flawlessly and entirely. In comparison to a male, a woman's body develops differently, especially in terms of the reproductive organs, genitalia, endocrine system, and skeleton. The fast-paced and practical lifestyle elements of today's metropolitan society have an impact on the food ingested, which is bad for the body's health. The majority of high-risk illnesses, including heart disease, breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease, stroke, depression, and others, affect women more than males. The Community Service Partners are the management of the Family Welfare Development Team (TP-PKK) in West Bungo Village, Bungo Regency. The majority of PKK administrators, besides their activities as housewives, also work in government, private and entrepreneurial institutions, where due to business, consumption patterns and types of food eaten are unhealthy, such as fast- food which can be bad for the health of the body. especially reproductive health. Students must understand economics in order to have adequate economic literacy. Students can use economics as a guide to find out markets, prices, and the type of business required for entrepreneurship. In critical thinking involves self-evaluation which results in analysis, evaluation, and explanation with conclusions based on evidence, concepts, methods, criteria, or contextual considerations. This study aims to analyze the influence of economic literacy in improving students' critical thinking skills in the 21st century. The method used in this research is in the form of literature study method, namely by using previous literature related to the research topic. The results of the study show that to produce competent individuals who are able to understand, involve, utilize, analyze and transform existing information, literacy must become a culture that is instilled from an early age. To be able to compete with the outside world and improve literacy skills, students must create a literacy culture that is instilled from an early age to produce competent human beings who are able to understand, involve, use, analyze and transform existing information.

High school students are the young generation who have the potential and have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the nation and the nation. To support their ability to compete in today's era, high school students are required to have self-confidence, be able to communicate politely, and be polite as part of public speaking. If you do not have the ability to communicate in public appropriately due to a lack of self-confidence, then the interaction cannot run smoothly. Therefore, to provide understanding, public speaking training is held using the CCP (Confident, Content and Performance) method. This dedication activity was a collaboration between the lecturer who held the tridharma activities of higher education and the UPTD SMAN 13 Maros which is located in Pucak Village. By using the practice method which begins with increasing self-confidence, followed by creating content and finally preparing for a live performance. the enthusiasm of the participants was very high, various questions were asked during the discussion so that this activity could provide training in the development of public speaking presentation skills

This study was an attempt to explore the nexus between career development and employee job performance in UNTAG Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The study was necessitated following the need to institute career development programs in organizations for employees to acquire additional knowledge for improved job performance. This study was a survey-type of research that employed a correlational design in an attempt to ascertain the magnitude of the relationship between the studied variables. Structured questionnaires were administered to a sample size of 250 drawn from the population of the study. The Likert 5- point scale was used in quantifying responses while simple regression was employed in determining the degree of the relationship between career development and employee job performance. The result shows a strong relationship between career mentoring and the quality of employee job performance in the organization and concludes that organizations that wish to improve on employee job performance must institute and entrench career mentoring necessary for skill acquisition. The study recommends that organizations should encourage career counseling activities as a leeway to providing a sustainable framework upon which employees acquire the needed operational skills that will enhance their job performance in a typical organization.

Along with increasingly rapid technological developments, the use of digital literacy in the implementation of education is very much needed, especially in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic which requires all parties involved in the learning process to be skilled in the use of facilities and various platforms that can facilitate all learning activities. Therefore, the urgency in using digital literacy during the educational period during this pandemic is a top priority and a necessity. The purpose of carrying out this literacy study is to determine the urgency of using digital literacy in the implementation of education during the pandemic at SDN 106780 Sei Mencirem. The method used is literature study. The steps taken are identifying, reviewing, evaluating, and interpreting all available research that is relevant with a study of the urgency of digital literacy in the implementation of online education. The results obtained are that digital literacy is needed and a priority that must be developed in education, especially during the pandemic of online-based education, digital literacy in education is no longer just important but has become a necessity.

The aim of this research is to find out and explain the implementation of the Marketing Management course to increase the income of a Beauty Salon Make-up Business and the factors that can increase the income of a Beauty Salon Make-up business. The research method was carried out through a sociological juridical approach because to find out how far the Implementation of Marketing Management Courses for Increasing Revenue for Make Up Salon Businesses (Case Study of Alumni of the Cosmetology Study Program Alumni of the Social Welfare Academy of Mrs. Kartini Semarang. The increase in the salon make-up business is growing because of the progress of the cosmetic business that is circulating in the market. This is supported by the fact that many women want to look prettier and more attractive, so they go to salons to beautify their facial makeup. Salon make-up business owners to be smarter in managing their business, both the skills of the makeup artist who always keeps abreast of the latest makeup models and modern and adequate make-up equipment according to current developments.

This research was structured with the aim of improving students' reading skills using the library-based learning model for students in class III B MI Nu Nurus Shofa, Bae, Kudus Academic Year 2022/2023. Learning activeness referred to in this study, namely physical activity and mental activity. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), in which the teacher is the executor of learning while the researcher is the observer. The design of this study uses the Kurt Lewin model. This research was carried out in an odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, namely in November 2022. The subjects of this study were students of class III B MI Nu Nurus Shofa Karangnegara Bae Kudus with a total of 37 students where there were 23 male students and 14 students. female student. The object of research is students' reading ability. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form. The results showed that there was an increase in students' reading ability, namely in the first cycle of 64.8% (good category), then in the second cycle it increased to 89.1% (very good category). This means an increase of 24.3%. Thus the use of the library-based learning model in Indonesian subjects can improve the reading ability of class III B MI Nu Nurus Shofa Karangnegara Bae Kudus.

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning-Computational Thinking (PBL-CT) model on analytical thinking skills in terms of students' interest in Natural Sciences subjects. This research was conducted at the Kalam Kudus Christian Middle School in Malang in the 2022/2023 academic year. The design used in this study was a non-equivalent group design quasi-experiment. Retrieval of data using ten essay questions which are made according to indicators of analytical thinking ability and students' interest in science is measured by using a questionnaire.  Data analysis was carried out by the Two Way Anova parametric test. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the results were obtained: (1) there were differences in analytical thinking skills between students who were taught using the Problem Based Learning and Problem Based Learning - Computational Thinking (PBL-CT) learning models with a significance <0.05. (2) there is no difference in the ability to think analytically between students who have a high, medium, and low interest in learning science as shown by a significance value of 0.748 > 0.05. (3) there is an interaction between Problem Based Learning - Computational Thinking (PBL-CT) on students' analytical thinking skills in terms of students' interest in natural science subjects with a significance value of <0.05

The large number of young people's interest in entrepreneurship needs to get support and facilities, one of which is through entrepreneurship education. In entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial values ​​are taught as a value that must be upheld in running entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to determine entrepreneurial learning at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, and the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo to form young entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative case study approach, using interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show thatPKK subjects at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo are divided into 2, namely Entrepreneurship PKK and Productive PKK, Entrepreneurship PKK studies entrepreneurship in theory and Productive PKK is practice. Entrepreneurial values ​​in subjects on PKK Entrepreneurship learning valuesIndependent, Creative, Honest, Discipline, Responsibility, Cooperation, and Communicative are taught in theory while in Productive PKK Creative values, dare to take risks, action oriented, hard work, honest, innovative, cooperation, realistic, curiosity, and Communicative skills are taught through practice. Abstract: The number of lemang entrepreneurs typical food of Bolo Village is decreasing even from lemang entrepreneurs who are still in production, their sales volume is decreasing. The main factors that cause this condition are low business management skills, no touch of technology, unattractive product displays, dirty and dusty, unhygienic, no labels and packaging so that it has an impact on reducing people's buying interest. Another problem faced by partners is that the production of lemang does not last long, as well as the low ability of partners to make jam as a complementary product from lemang. The activity methods used in community service activities include assistance in the form of changing mindsets regarding business management, training, and practice, as well as tool design as well as design/brand and packaging development. At each stage of the activity an evaluation is carried out both process evaluation and outcome evaluation so that the output of the activity can be measured. The period from infancy in the womb to the first few years of birth is known as the Golden Age, which is a golden period in growth and development in human life. The Golden age is also known as a critical time which, if not used properly, will cause permanent damage. Nutritional intake has an important role in the Golden Age period. Not fulfilling adequate nutritional intake at this time will greatly affect the growth and development of children. The provision of complementary food for ASI (MP-ASI) is one of the factors that can influence this growth and development. Given the importance of nutritional intake during this golden period of child development, it is necessary to provide complementary feeding education to mothers. As the smallest and foremost structure in government health services, posyandu cadres are expected to be able to empower mothers to pay attention to children's health, especially in providing MP-ASI. This community service was carried out with the target of posyandu cadres in Padanglampe Village, Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. This community service activity uses an action research approach. This activity succeeded in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of the cadres which were measured using questions before and after the intervention. Sustainability coaching is needed for cadres in order to obtain updated knowledge and skills, especially those related to balanced nutrition, so that they have sufficient provisions in empowering family nutrition.

21st century learning has had a huge impact on students and teachers. Students must be guided to be able to think critically to overcome various kinds of problems that occur. Furthermore, teachers as education play an important role in honing problem solving skills in their students. The problem solving learning model is a learning model that directs students to solve problems in the learning process. In addition, the problem solving learning model is not fully capable of being applied by science teachers. Although, in the 2013 curriculum in Indonesia a teacher is required to be able to apply the problem solving model in conducting science learning. Not only that, the limited experience of teachers in applying variations of these learning models is still the main obstacle in learning science. So, teachers in Indonesia must have extensive experience in adopting problem solving learning models. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the problem solving learning model in learning science in Indonesia. This research is a kind of meta-analysis research. The research sample came from analyzing national and international journals published from 2010-2022. The selection of data used as samples was carried out very strictly and thoroughly. Searching for this research sample through Google Scholar, Eric, Hindawi, Sage, Springer, Proquest, IEEE, DOAJ, and Wiley. The sample selection technique is a purposive sampling technique. In this technique, the data that is used as a sample must have a relationship with the research variable. In searching for sample keywords, namely problem solving learning models in learning science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) in various schools in Indonesia. Data analysis is descriptive statistical analysis with the OpenMEE application. Data analysis was performed by calculating effect size, standard deviation (SD), average value (mean), and N-gain. The results of this study concluded that the application of the problem solving learning model was very effective in learning science in Indonesia. This learning model is able to increase student learning outcomes with an average score of 86 students in the experimental class and 65.5 in the control class, the effect size value is 1.39 in the high category and N-Gain is 0.55.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using picture series on students' speaking skill. The researcher had done at MTSS Nagari Binjai. The problems in this research was caused by several factors. Firstly, students paid less attention to the English teacher. Secondly, they were afraid of making mistake to express ideas. In this research a quasi-experimental design was used by the researcher. The researcher used pre-test and post-test to experimental and control class. The sample was 2A as experimental class and taught by using picture series and 2B as control class and taught without using picture series. To determine the sample, the experimental and control class, the researcher utilized SPSS 20 to examine the data and check for normality and homogeneity. The researcher utilized the t-test formula to test the hypothesis and consulted the results in a t-table with level of significance of 0.05. It was found that there was a significant effect of using picture series toward students speaking skill. Then there was a significant difference between students who were taught using picture series and those who were taught without them. The value of t-calculated in the post-test from the experimental and control classes was greater than the t-table (3.4 > 2.021). The last hypothesis was that teaching with picture series was superior than teaching without picture series in terms of improving students' speaking skill. In the post-test, the mean score of the experimental class was greater than the control class (8.10 > 2.54).

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's strategy in teaching speaking. The problem in this study is that students feel unconfident in speaking English and also have a limited vocabulary. This type of research is called qualitative research. The sample for this study is the MTSN 8 Agam teacher. The instruments used in this study were observations and interviews. The results of this study, the strategies used by teachers in teaching speaking are drill, roleplay, simulation, and group discussion.

Educational game is a game which is specifically designed as a tool to accomplish educational needs. Therefore, it has to be projected in an exact precision to achieve its goal: educating, and increasing the user knowledge and skills. There are some problems which frequently happened at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 31 Salatiga, firstly, the number of props of traffic signs is limited so it is not proportional to the number of meetings in the existing curriculum and students must repeat the same material. Secondly, there isn’t suitable learning support media to add props to traffic signs that are still lacking. The software used in this game development was Adobe Flash CS6. The research was conducted through R&D; Research and Development method by processed through some stages. First, problem identification stage, then, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and the final step was the product trials. The validation was carried out by the expert validators and product user. Based on the research conducted, it concluded that this game has 43 signs which fulfill the number of signs that must be taught to students according to the curriculum at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 31 Salatiga, 18% which is most often found on the road from the total number of traffic signs in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 13 years 2014.
