This research aims to examine how to optimize the learning management system (LMS) to support cadets' teaching and learning activities at the Naval Academy. It investigates the issues and analyzes the problems and constraints related to LMS learning. This research employs a qualitative methodology. E-learning (Smart class) has been developed to support all teaching and learning activities for cadets within the scope of the Naval Academy. One of its supporting components is an Electronic Learning application with a web-based Learning Management System, which serves as the software used by educators in universities and schools as an online learning medium based on the Internet. This application aids lecturers/instructors in learning and facilitates information sharing through virtual classrooms, allowing cadets to access materials within a specified timeframe. This Learning Management System assists both lecturers and cadets in conducting their online classes, enabling virtual interactions for discussions, solving questions both online and offline, and accessing materials available in cadets’ classrooms. The LMS model significantly supports the teaching and learning activities at the Naval Academy. Cadets can access it anytime and anywhere with just an internet connection and a laptop or computer.

Indonesia's micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) continue to encounter a range of obstacles, particularly in enhancing their productivity and competitiveness. The 2020 survey conducted by the Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs indicates that Indonesia still has substantial challenges in terms of education quality, especially in rural and underdeveloped urban areas. Several factors, such as the availability of high-quality education, access to educational resources, and the level of teaching excellence, can significantly impact individuals' capacity to effectively manage their enterprises and promote innovation (Kemendikbud RI, 2020). This study investigates the link between knowledge sharing practices, innovation, and employee performance within Indonesian MSMEs. Through exploratory analysis, it offers fresh insights into how innovation and knowledge sharing behaviour can affect employee performance in Indonesian MSMEs. The main objective is to analyse and explore the impact of innovation and information sharing behaviours on employee performance in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Based on this research and its findings, several strategies have been identified. These strategies aim to explore the complex relationship between an employee's performance, their willingness to share knowledge, and their ability to demonstrate innovative behaviours in MSMEs. Future study could focus on improving the quality of human resources, specifically in areas such as knowledge, expertise, competence, and entrepreneurial attitude. Islamic insurance is one of the Islamic financial instruments designed to provide financial protection based on sharia principles, such as mutual help (ta'awun) and risk-sharing. As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has great potential to develop this industry. Over the past five years (2018-2022), the sharia insurance industry in Indonesia has shown consistent growth, reflected in an increase in gross contribution from IDR 12 trillion in 2018 to IDR 16 trillion in 2022. However, the market share of Islamic insurance remains small compared to conventional insurance, with key challenges including limited market scale, lack of product innovation, low public literacy in Islamic finance, and intense competition with conventional products. This article aims to analyze these challenges and formulate development strategies that can be implemented to strengthen the competitiveness of Islamic insurance in the global market. This study focuses on analyzing the impact of Islamic financial literacy on the interest in investing in the Shariamarket. Islamic financial literacy involves a deep understanding of financial principles that comply with Islamic law, including zakat, riba, and the principle of justice in financial transactions. The growing awareness of halal and Sharia-compliant investments suggests that Islamic financial literacy can be a decisive factor in investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents, comprising prospective investors and active investors in the Sharia capital market. The results of the study indicate that higher levels of Islamic financial literacy positively correlate with greater interest in investing in Sharia capital market instruments such as sukuk and Sharia mutual funds. These findings highlight the need for more intensive Islamic financial education programs to improve public literacy and support the development of the Sharia capital market in Indonesia. Supporting policies and innovations in Sharia investment products are also identified as crucial factors in encouraging investment interest. Thus, this study concludes that enhancing Islamic financial literacy can play a significant role in advancing the Sharia capital market and supporting a more inclusive Islamic economy. This research demonstrates that Islamic financial literacy significantly influences investment interest in the Sharia capital market. Investors with a solid understanding of Islamic financial principles such as riba (usury), zakat (almsgiving), and profit-sharing are more likely to opt for Sharia-compliant investment products like sukuk (Islamic bonds) and Sharia mutual funds. The study underscores the importance of comprehensive financial education programs and the availability of accessible information to enhance Islamic financial literacy among the public. Examining how the Islamic monetary system uses money to build a stable and just economy is the aim of this study. Money is not to be hoarded or handled like a commodity, according to the Islamic monetary system, which views it as a public good and flow notion that functions as a medium of exchange and a unit of value. In Islam, money serves primarily as a medium of exchange, a standard of payment, and a gauge of value, speculation and wealth hoarding are prohibited. In contrast to traditional interest-based systems, the Islamic monetary system places a higher priority on mechanisms that allow for profit-and-loss sharing. Because hoarding money can slow down economic turnover and produce stagnation, it is forbidden in Islam. This is because money must continue to circulate in order to preserve economic viability.  QS Al-Hasyr: 7 and QS At-Taubah: 34–35, which explain hoarding of wealth and promote the use of money for the good of society, both highlight this principle of wealth sharing. Using data from pertinent literature and journals, this study employs a qualitative methodology based on literature reviews. Furthermore, This study is expected to provide the groundwork for a more effective sharia monetary policy that encourages equitable and balanced economic growth.

Rationality in Islamic economics is a concept rooted in sharia principles, which aims to create a balance between material and spiritual needs. In contrast to conventional approaches to rationality which are often oriented towards maximizing utility and profit, Islamic economics expands the concept of rationality to include moral, ethical and social justice dimensions. Rationality in Islamic economics emphasizes economic decisions that not only take into account individual interests but also collective interests and sustainability. This concept involves compliance with halal and haram rules, as well as principles such as zakat, the prohibition of usury, and the importance of sharing risks in financial transactions. Islamic economics seeks to create a just and sustainable economic system, where the main goal is not only the accumulation of wealth but also social welfare and equitable distribution. Thus, rationality in Islamic economics does not only refer to economic efficiency, but also to moral and spiritual responsibility, which reflects the integration between faith and economic action. This study highlights how these principles can be applied in a modern economic context, as well as the potential of Islamic economics in providing solutions to global economic challenges, such as social injustice and unequal distribution of wealth.
