This research aims to explore, analyze, and formulate ALCPT passing score standards for prospective officers graduating from the Naval Academy regarding improving the quality and abilities of AAL cadets as well as improving the quality of the Naval Academy Institute. This research uses a Development or Research and Development approach. The findings of this research indicate that the ALCPT passing score standards are focused on the skills to read and understand question texts that are linear and relevant to the future needs of cadets. So that cadets after completing their education at the Naval Academy are ready to become officers who master English both theoretically and practically, even in understanding grammar. So, the standard ALCPT passing score for AAL Cadets can be a reference or basis for cadets to improve their English language skills in later service so that English is positioned as the main medium in international communication. These findings have implications for the importance of academic policy from the leadership of the Naval Academy, in this case, the Governor of AAL, for developing curriculum, syllabus, teaching materials, learning strategies, and methodologies, as an effort to formulate standards for ALCPT cadet passing scores.

This study aims to examine the effect of accounting information systems implementation and human resource competency on the financial reporting quality of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This quantitative study employed a survey design with primary and secondary data collection. The sample consisted of 150 manufacturing companies listed on IDX during 2020-2023, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to finance managers and financial statement analysis. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The findings indicate that accounting information systems implementation has a significant positive effect on financial reporting quality (β = 0.456, p < 0.01). Human resource competency also shows a significant positive effect on financial reporting quality (β = 0.387, p < 0.01). The simultaneous effect of both variables explains 68.7% of the variance in financial reporting quality (R² = 0.687, F = 165.42, p < 0.01). Both accounting information systems implementation and human resource competency significantly enhance financial reporting quality. The integration of Islamic education into a nation’s educational system represents a strategic effort to align religious and national educational objectives under a unified policy framework. In many Muslim-majority countries, the responsibility for managing Islamic education is delegated to local governments as part of a broader national consensus involving various educational stakeholders. This arrangement, however, often raises tensions because education policy is inherently a political decision influenced by state interests and ideological considerations. The process of incorporating Islamic education within the national system reflects the dynamic interplay between religion and politics, where Islamic education both shapes and is shaped by political structures. This study explores how political power affects the development, autonomy, and implementation of Islamic education policies. The objective is to highlight the challenges of maintaining educational freedom and religious authenticity while ensuring state oversight and quality assurance. The findings emphasize that a deep understanding of educational politics enables Muslim educators and policymakers to advocate for Islamic education that aligns with Islamic principles yet remains relevant within the national educational framework. Therefore, the balance between state control and institutional independence is essential in realizing the holistic goals of Islamic education in contemporary society.

Learning technology continues to develop as time goes by. Technology is the science of tools and skills that make humans work more efficiently. The implementation of daily learning often follows technological developments in the world of education, as do teachers and lecturers. In the field of education, technology has an influence on improving the quality of education, types of educational technology, information technology and communication and learning technology have a major role in learning. The role of technology in the field of education is as an information center and doing new things to illustrate learning and determine online learning methods. With increasingly developing technology, it can also provide benefits that have both good and bad impacts. One of the developments in technology has had a good influence by increasing self-openness in terms of expanding knowledge as information for all life in the world across borders, places and times. Negative impacts include changes in behavior, morals, rules or morals of life so that they conflict with the moral rules that apply in society. Therefore, to prevent the negative impact of using technology in learning, it is necessary to supervise parents and educators who work together in carrying out teaching and supervising children in using technology. The presence and function of technology in the world of education provides the development and growth of human resources as a determinant in achieving success in education. This kind of thing is caused by human resources themselves which are still lagging behind in using this technology in training. With today's technological developments in education, there are many new innovations to support learning. In this case, one way is to provide changes in educational facilities which are increasingly increasing and developing rapidly through technology.

Sustainable water resource management is a crucial issue, especially in horticultural agricultural areas such as Berastagi, Karo Regency, North Sumatra. This area is known for its abundant water resources, but the challenge in optimizing water distribution and quality is still a problem. This study aims to analyze the level of community participation in water resource management in Berastagi and to develop a sustainable management strategy using the SWOT approach. The method used in this study is a SWOT analysis that considers strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in water management. The results show that community participation in technical aspects is quite high, but still low in terms of planning and evaluation. The main strength factors are abundant water resources and support from the farming community, while weaknesses lie in limited infrastructure and water pollution from agricultural activities. The main opportunities for sustainable water management include irrigation modernization and increased government regulation, while the main threats are the impacts of climate change and the use of chemicals in agriculture that have the potential to pollute water. From this SWOT analysis, it is recommended to develop technology-based irrigation infrastructure, increase socialization and community education to increase involvement in water management, and collaboration between the government, community, and research institutions. It is expected that this strategy can strengthen sustainable and adaptive water resource management in the Berastagi horticultural area.

The statements of Jesus on the cross represent a deeply theological aspect that must continue to be studied, understood, and applied in today’s Christian ministry. Christian ministry must not ignore the meaning of Jesus’ holy suffering as an expression of His sacrifice to redeem sinful humanity. Unfortunately, there are still some who question the authenticity of this suffering, even believing that the one who was crucified was not Jesus, but one of His disciples or another person. This perspective stands in opposition to the core teachings of the Christian faith. This study aims to narrate the peak quality of Jesus’ holy suffering through His seven last sayings on the cross. The research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach and grammatical analysis of biblical texts. Data were collected from theological literature and analyzed in light of biblical implications concerning the idea of Jesus’ suffering. The findings show that each statement of Jesus on the cross holds profound theological meaning and reflects God’s eternal plan for the redemption of human sin. A grammatical analysis of these texts strengthens the understanding that Jesus’ suffering is not only a historical event but also bears a deep spiritual significance essential for human salvation. Therefore, the teaching of Jesus’ words on the cross must become an integral part of church ministry today to strengthen the faith of believers in the truth of the Gospel.

Education plays an important role in the development of a nation, with the quality of education being the responsibility of all parties, especially teachers. In Elementary Schools (SD), teachers must utilize various open materials in learning to motivate students, help them explore basic abilities, and guide them to discover their potential. Teaching materials in learning, such as developing teaching materials using a project-based approach that has great potential to integrate local values and utilize the potential of the surrounding environment, so that learning becomes more meaningful for students. In SD Negeri 8 Dobo, it was found that many teachers were not yet skilled in creating open materials in learning and the learning process was still teacher-themed. This workshop aims to improve teacher competence, especially in small border island areas, in developing project-based teaching materials. Teachers will be trained to design learning projects that are interesting, challenging, and relevant to the local context, and support their implementation with appropriate open materials. The expected end results include improving teachers' pedagogical skills, the formation of collaborative networks between teachers, and the creation of learning project plans that can be implemented in their respective schools. In addition, this activity will also provide practical strategies to overcome the geographical and social challenges facing teachers in border areas. Thus, this workshop is expected to be a strategic step in improving the quality of education in the region.
