This research aims to analyze the relationship between feed prices and the productivity of broiler chickens in Indonesia, considering that poultry farming is the main source of animal protein needs for the community. One important component that influences production efficiency is feed prices, which often change due to changes in local and international markets. This research uses a quantitative analysis method with regression which is used in this research to find the relationship between the increase in feed prices and the level of productivity of broiler chickens, including body weight gain, feed efficiency and mortality rates. The data used includes feed prices, production costs and harvest yields from various regions in Indonesia during a certain time period. According to research results, the increase in feed prices made a significant contribution to the decline in broiler chicken productivity. These results indicate that to maintain production stability, strategies to manage feed costs and diversify local raw material sources are needed. In conclusion, to keep the poultry farming industry in Indonesia afloat, feed price stability is very important.

As the years progress in Indonesia, the price and production of chilies tends to fluctuate. This is due to an increase in input costs or production facilities which increase every year, causing price factors for farmers and consumers to tend to change. This literature review analysis aims to determine: (1) factors that significantly influence chili price fluctuations; (2) the influence of production efficiency on the productivity of chili farmers; (3) the influence of marketing channels involved in red chili farming on price fluctuations. The method used is descriptive analysis method with literature study. The results of the literature show that factors that significantly influence price fluctuations are production costs, production facilities, selling price factors, weather factors, use of technology, length of the supply chain where the longer the marketing channel, the higher the price received by final consumers while prices at the farmer level do not experience increase, as well as the availability of red chilies on the market, where if the availability of red chilies is abundant on the market it will cause a decrease in prices at the farmer and consumer level. The results of literature observations show that these three topics are mutually sustainable. So there is an opportunity for further research related to the three subjects for more accurate measurements based on findings in the field.

Applying ergonomic principles in work tool design for manufacturing industries is a crucial factor in improving productivity while maintaining worker health. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of adaptive work tool design models based on cognitive and physiological ergonomic principles, identify interaction patterns between workstation design and operational performance, and develop a conceptual framework for integrating ergonomic principles into production cycles. The research method adopts a cognitive-physiological approach with qualitative analysis of human-machine interactions, biomechanical simulations using digital human modeling, and muscle load measurements through electromyography. Implementation was conducted using a participatory ergonomics approach and IMU sensor-based real-time monitoring systems. Results show that using materials with controlled deformation capabilities (15-20%) in work tools reduces muscle work by up to 27%, while adaptive automation system integration improves assembly accuracy by 18%. Workstations with ergonomic adjustments increase assembly speed by an average of 12%, and low-cost ergonomic interventions effectively improve productivity by 11-15% in resource-limited environments. Longitudinal analysis reveals that evidence-based ergonomic investments yield a 230% ROI through increased productivity, reduced injury compensation costs, and decreased employee turnover. IMU-based posture monitoring systems integrated with adaptive feedback loops reduced musculoskeletal disorder incidents by up to 41%. In conclusion, ergonomic optimization based on cognitive-physiological principles creates synergy between production efficiency and worker well-being, making it an essential component in achieving sustainable productivity.

This study explores the integration of hybrid AI control models, combining reinforcement learning (RL) and robust adaptive control, to improve the adaptability, performance, and stability of autonomous manufacturing systems. Traditional control systems, while effective under stable conditions, often struggle to cope with disturbances and varying production demands. Hybrid AI models, which integrate classical control methods such as Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) with machine learning techniques like RL, deep Q-networks (DQN), and deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG), enhance decision-making capabilities in dynamic production environments. The study develops a hybrid RL robust control framework and tests it in both simulation and real-world scenarios. Performance metrics, including production efficiency, system stability, and adaptability, are assessed under various disturbance conditions, such as machine failures and fluctuating demands. The hybrid model significantly outperforms traditional PID control in terms of efficiency and stability, demonstrating faster convergence and better adaptability in dynamic environments. Statistical analysis confirms the superiority of the hybrid system over standalone RL models and traditional PID control. This model’s scalability and adaptability make it a promising solution for Industry 4.0 applications, addressing key challenges in real-world manufacturing systems by ensuring computational efficiency and the ability to manage large-scale data. The findings contribute to the development of more robust and efficient control strategies for autonomous manufacturing systems in uncertain environments.
