In the current era of globalization and technology, computers, RFID are examples of information technology tools that are indispensable for meeting human needs in almost every aspect of life, including the management of infrastructure and equipment lending.According to direct research at Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School, there are only two workers who handle facilities and infrastructure. In carrying out their work assignments, they still experience difficulties. Excess workload and the process of borrowing tools that still lacks a sense of responsibility, so that the results of the work are not maximized.The existence of increasingly sophisticated technology, the management of infrastructure and equipment lending can be done with the help of technological tools that will be implemented in this school. This research aims to make it easier to administer, because this school has not yet added a new workforce.This research can be designed with the help of software (Bootstrap, MySql), programming (PHP, Arduino IDE) and equipment (NodeMCU ESP8266, RFID, LCD, I2C, buzzer, power supply, breadboard, jumper cables, resistors, LEDs) to provide data information. more accurate, effective, efficient and provide a good working atmosphere in this school. It is hoped that this research can reduce work overload and create a sense of responsibility in borrowing equipment, using local networks (wifi / handphone) and computers or laptops, with the research method used is research and development (R&D).

Perpustakaan di Jurusan Manajemen Informatika Politeknik Negeri masih menggunakan sistem manual termasuk pencatatan proses peminjaman, pengembalian dan pendataan, hal ini menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan yaitu pengarsipan menjadi tidak teratur dan berantakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mengembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan Jurusan manajemen Informatika (PUSTAKA MI) sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan secara manual dengan menggunakan model Extreme Programming (XP) dalam pengembangannya. XP mengacu pada empat tahapan utama: perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Perencanaan melibatkan identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, dan penjadwalan. Perancangan meliputi pemodelan sistem, arsitektur, dan basis data. Tahap pengkodean dilakukan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing.  Berdasarkan hasil Pengujian Sistem black box testing menggunakan teknik Equivalence partition menujukkan seluruh Fungsional sistem bernilai valid yang berarti bahwa sistem telah berjalan dengan baik secara fungsional. Pengujian terhadap kepuasan  pengguna menunjukkan respon positif, dengan skor tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 4,52 menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Extreme Programming dapat diterapkan secara efektif dalam pengembangan sistem informasi perpustakaan, memberikan solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan dan penelusuran koleksi yang lebih reliabel.

SJF Teakwood is a producer and sales of various kinds of furniture. So far, the promotional media used by SJF Teakwood is through social media Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. However, using the promotional media above is considered less specific, so it is necessary to add interesting media to attract the public to the company. This study uses the R&D method. The type of research used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method that uses data in the form of written or spoken words from people and people's behavior observed in a natural context. The results of the validation value from internal experts got a score of 32, external experts 38 and product users got a score of 37 which is included in the very good category, so this web-based furniture product catalog is declared valid for use. So it can be concluded that the Web-Based Furniture Product Catalog as a Marketing Media for SJF Teakwood Jepara is worthy of being used effectively.

The purpose of this research is to build a web-based information system for the Bandungan Sub-district Religious Affairs Office (KUA) that covers marriage registration, referral applications and receipt of marriage registration and referral reports. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The R&D method is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these methods. In addition, this research uses the proven waterfall theory. The result of this research is to produce a web-based information system that is able to manage integrated marriage and referral registration data using R&D and Waterfall methods. This information system uses the PHP programming language and uses mysql data storage.

This research aims to develop a web-based information system at the Kebondowo village office. This research was conducted by analyzing the extent to which the Kebondowo Village Office uses an effective information system. This system development uses PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages with the waterfall model method with several stages, namely requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. The results of the study can be concluded that the Kebondowo Village Information System that can support activities in Kebondowo Village to the community. The Kebondowo Village website has been designed and implemented to improve the quality of public services by presenting information about profiles, announcements, and village activity agendas. This initiative makes it easier for Kebondowo Village Officials to deliver information directly without intermediaries, as well as providing convenience for residents to access and receive accurate information, including about social assistance programs and other activity agendas in the village.

One of the museums found in Bali is Subak museum in Tabanan Regency. The establishment of this Museum aims to preserve the traditional institution called Subak as a noble national cultural heritage, and to introduce to the younger generation and foreign tourists about the unique traditional irrigation system in Bali. Lack of supporting facilities in delivering information, making tourists who visit Subak Museum have minimal information. The solution needed in Subak museum is an Android-based E-Tourism application that is supported by Qr-Code technology so as to provide an interesting presentation of data. In making this application using the development of the Waterfall method and designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the Java programming language for Android and PHP for web services, and MySQL as a database. So that produced an android-based system in Subak museum Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of the tests carried out it can be concluded that the black box testing system functions have been running according to the planning. Then the result of the testing of users using questionnaires generated Application Benefits scores 90.8%, Ease of 86.93%, Interface 82% and Content 90.2%.

This final report aims to design a website-based electronic archiving system using PHP and MyAdmin. The data collection method used by the author in this research is the field research method through interviews, observation, library research, and descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques using the waterfall method, namely the Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system, which is used to develop information systems in the website creation process. This method uses a systematic and gradual approach. This electronic filing system can help companies overcome various obstacles when recording and rediscovering documents. Automating processes in the system in systematic recording and storage can save time and help provide information quickly so that the administrative process is smooth. Reduces the use of paper (less paper) because documents are stored in digital format, so documents will not pile up and can reduce the use of archive storage space. In electronic archiving, there is no longer a need to manually record the agenda for incoming and outgoing letters, because when recording transactions, incoming or outgoing letters will be automatically recorded on the agenda for incoming or outgoing letters. For the system to continue running optimally, it is recommended that companies carry out employee training, routine system maintenance, continuous development, implementation of information security policies, and regular system performance monitoring.  Implementing these recommendations is expected to increase operational efficiency and accessibility of company information

The library management information system for SMP Negeri 2 Solear has been successfully implemented. Purpose of creating this information system is to make it easier for members to see the list of available books and borrow books easily, namely online, and to help admin staff in managing book, member and book borrowing data. This information system has two views, namely the user page and the admin page. On the user page, users can register as library members, see available books, and can borrow the books they want. On the admin page, the admin can add, subtract and manage book data, view members' borrowing history, and can see the number of books available. This application was created using PHP and MySQL programming languages, the writing method used was System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), system design used Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system display design used Dia Diagram. It is hoped that with this information system users and admins can access the system anywhere and anytime via the internet. And users don't need to come to the library just to see the availability of the books they want to borrow. Apart from that, admin work can be lighter without taking notes manually.

Telkom Indonesia Tbk Prabumulih City Branch to digitize every Indibiz customer and target area for Indibiz products. The aim of this research is to create a web-based Indibiz customer mapping information system and to improve technician performance in matters concerning Indibiz. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the Waterfall method as a system development method and UML as a design tool. The application was built using a website with the php programming language, a mysql database, and printing data using pdf files.

The aim of this research is to design and build an online marriage registration service information system at the KUA Tinggi Raja District using the CodeIgniter framework which can support or facilitate marriage registration at the KUA Tinggi Raja District. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with the waterfall system development method. The applications created are designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The software used in designing this application uses the PHP programming language, XAMPP as the web server, MySQL as the database. The result of this search is an application for the Tinggi Raja Regency KUA Online Marriage Registration Service so that this application can support the Telluwanua Regency KUA Online Marriage Registration Service. The application was tested using the black box test method and results were obtained without program errors, while for questionnaire testing using usability the results were very in line with the score, namely utilization of 96%. Hopefully this application can help online marriage registration services at the KUA Tinggi Raja District.

However, at Toko Tri Karya, the process of selling groceries is still done manually, starting from inputting sales data to making reports. This causes various obstacles, such as delays in data processing and the possibility of errors. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and design a web-based sales information system that can improve efficiency and effectiveness in data management. This system will be designed using the PHP programming language, which will provide convenience for the admin in managing sales information. Hopefully, with the application of this computerized system, Toko Tri Karya can overcome existing problems and achieve more optimal results.

In the current era of information technology, easy and efficient transaction management is an important requirement in the business world, both small and large scale. Rumah Makan Mie Happy is a medium-scale culinary business. Happy Noodle Restaurant provides noodle-based preparations. In its daily life, Happy Noodle Restaurant can serve around 100 consumers, so that the service process requires speed to serve consumers. But in fact, Mie Happy Restaurant still uses manual data processing and transaction management, so it often experiences problems such as slow payment processes, frequent loss of receipts or proof of payment, difficulty in recapitulating or reporting transactions both daily and monthly, and frequent errors in the calculation process. From the problems experienced by Mie Happy Restaurant, the author is interested in developing a web-based cashier application that can help in all matters related to transaction management at Mie Happy Restaurant. The research conducted aims to build or develop a cashier application for Happy Noodle Restaurant that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transaction management. This cashier application was built or developed using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) with Visual Studio Code editor and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS). The results of testing with black box testing show that the cashier application developed in functionality has run as expected. This web-based cashier application provides convenience for admins and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of operational activities.

Inventory management is a crucial aspect of ensuring operational efficiency, especially in trade and distribution companies like PT. Indah Permata. The manual recording system currently in use creates several challenges, such as data entry errors, duplication, and delayed reporting. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based inventory management system to address these issues and optimize the company's operations. The development method used is the waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using PHP Native and MySQL as the database. The results show that the system improves operational efficiency by speeding up real-time item tracking, minimizing human errors, and enhancing data security and accessibility. With features such as login, data addition, editing, deletion, search, and export, the system enables administrators to manage inventory more effectively. Additionally, it supports quick and accurate decision-making processes. This system can serve as a solution for other companies facing similar challenges in inventory management.

The programming language used in this web development is PHP using the Laravel framework and the RDBMS used is MySQL. The system development model used is the SDLC waterfall model so that the work is gradual and more structured. This research resulted in web-based drug management at the Jambi City Pharmaceutical Installation UPTD being able to solve the problem of recording incoming drugs from Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, Submission of LPLPO files by Puskesmas as official proof of drug needs at the Puskesmas, outgoing drugs during drug distribution activities to Puskesmas, data on Pharmaceutical Wholesalers who partner as drug suppliers at the Jambi City. Health Office Pharmaceutical Installation UPTD Warehouse, data on health centers in Jambi City along with officers who will come during distribution and drug data that will be returned to the Pharmaceutical Wholesaler responsible for the product.

Computerized accounting is a system used to process company transaction data by using computers as a technological medium for application work processes and to produce financial reports for a company. The use and application of computer technology in office activities is a requirement and fairness that is needed, without having to eliminate manual systems. The use of computers will be able to improve employee performance in supporting activities in an agency or company. Financial management within the regional scope is the regional task and authority in organizing regional agencies which includes several sections including budgeting, income, expenditure, and accounting and accountability. The aim of this research is to design a web-based computerized accounting system for regional income and expenditure in Wates Village. And create a computerized accounting system that can assist the process of recording and storing web-based regional income and regional expenditure transaction data which produces regional income and expenditure report information. In creating a computerized system for regional income and expenditure, the software used is Sublime Texet3. Data storage uses MySQL and programming languages ​​use PHP and HTML. The research results show that the computerized accounting system makes it easier for finance employees to record financial transactions. Then financial reports are produced more quickly and data errors can be minimized and more structured data is stored in the database. So this new system really helps agencies in Wates Ngaliyan Village, Semarang, where the application is equipped with a menu for input, processes and reports that process transactions, both income and expenditure.

This research discusses the problem of optimizing the selection of security team commanders at PT. Pelindo Daya Sejahtera (PDS) to increase operational effectiveness. The aim of the research is to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to select the best candidate to become the best security team commander. The data used includes alternative data as well as criteria such as work experience, leadership skills and technical security knowledge. The ARAS method allows the assessment of candidates based on scores that reflect their performance against established criteria. The result is a rating, which helps management select the most suitable commander based on the rating.

The process of directly appointing supervisors for non-state civil servant government employees (PPNPN) at the Medan Customs and Excise Laboratory (BLBC) creates obstacles, due to the absence of a comprehensive assessment such as the social and managerial competence of prospective mentors. This research aims to increase the accuracy of selecting PPNPN supervisors using the profile matching method. This method compares individual competency with position competency to find the gap value between the two. There are 10 alternative names that will be analyzed in this research. The results of this research are a ranking of the names. The alternative that gets the highest ranking is the one who has the right to become the PPNPN supervisor. From the results of the profile matching method calculations that have been carried out, it is found that the employee candidate who has the right to become the selected PPNPN supervisor is Eka Soraya Siregar with a score of 4.18.

The library information system application is designed with the PHP programming language and MySql as a database. From the results of this study, the library information system can be used as expected and can help officers manage book data and borrower data easily.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk layanan transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang memungkinkan proses pemesanan kendaraan dilakukan secara terintegrasi antara admin, penumpang, dan pengemudi. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan dalam manajemen transportasi. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan analisis kebutuhan pengguna melalui wawancara dan survei, desain sistem menggunakan metode prototyping, serta implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Laravel. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan tiga modul utama: (1) modul admin untuk mengelola data pengguna, kendaraan, dan jadwal, (2) modul penumpang untuk melakukan pemesanan kendaraan, dan (3) modul pengemudi untuk menerima dan memproses order. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan kendaraan dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam manajemen layanan transportasi dan mendukung transformasi digital di industri ini. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, seperti integrasi dengan teknologi geolokasi dan pembayaran digital.
