The Code of Ethics is very important for the professionalism of an PAK teacher in carrying out the learning process and advancing the world of education. The quality of a student in the world of education is very dependent on the quality of a teacher. Therefore, a PAK teacher who is professional should have competence in accordance with national education standards so that he can carry out his duties and roles with good competency standards, which results in students becoming knowledgeale human beings and possessing skills. Not only that, before educating a PAK teacher, he must be equipped with the values of truth that are in accordance with god’s word. Being a teacher is not only as a teacher but as a guide for the character of students to become characters that are pleasing to the lord jesus. A PAK teacher before educating is able to study the teachers code of ethics well according to a Biblical perspective. If an PAK teacher can master and understand the correct code of ethics then in every teaching and guidance that is done to students it can run according to the truth of God’s Word.

The purpose of this study is to understand Romans 12:-2 from a hermeneutic point of view, especially in relation to the concept of "renewal of the mind" as the key to spiritual transformation in the Christian life. Paul emphasizes the importance of a profound inner change in order to be in harmony with God's will, which is not only a change in behavior, but also a change in mindset influenced by God's Word. Paul's letter to the church in Rome, written to the church in Rome, teaches about salvation through faith and the relationship between the Law and faith in Christ. In Romans 12:2, Paul exhorts believers not to follow worldly values, but to have experiences that renew their minds so that they understand God's will. This change enables believers to live according to God's good, pleasing and perfect will and bear witness to the world in the truth.

The word mission is derived from Misio Dei, meaning that the Triune God plays a role in it, God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Understanding the role of the Triune God in Misio Dei will help a strong mission movement in the church. The church is the channel of God's mission to proclaim the good news that the Kingdom of God has come. The church is responsible for carrying out God's mission so that the mission movement remains sustainable. The younger generation is the only successor to the mission movement in the church, therefore it is necessary to discover the obstacles in the mission movement in the younger generation so that the church continues carrying on the mission. JKI Injil Kerajaan Church is one of the churches whose mission is to build a generation of disciple leaders who are pleasing to God and impact others. The younger generation at the JKI IK Church has not become missionaries since 2020. The factor that influenced the decline in missionaries at the JKI IK Church was the existence of an identity crisis. This self-identity crisis can be addressed by strengthening the relationship with the Holy Spirit. In addition, we must learn from the expansion of the early church where the supporting factors for the expansion of the early church were the renewing power of the Gospel, fruitful and reaping evangelistic motivation, context-appropriate service variations, conducive geo-political factors and recruiting workers for the expansion of church missions.

Every action carries legal consequences that must be accounted for. Leasing, as a form of financing in the financial sector, is required to comply with existing regulations, including operational permits issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Regarding permits, it is the legal basis for leasing companies to carry out their operations.

By delving further, this article will help readers understand the wrong and right concepts of work, discover their calling and interests, develop the right attitude towards work as a response to God's call, and realize the importance of positive contributions in the church and society. Through a better understanding of the concept of work, readers are expected to live a more meaningful and God-pleasing life.

The findings emphasize the importance of natural light in creating dynamic and expressive photographs, making it a valuable resource for photographers at all skill levels.

In early January 2023, the hijab and Muslim fashion brand Rabbani faced serious controversy after releasing an advertisement deemed to violate advertising ethics in Indonesia. The advertisement stated that women's attire is the cause of sexual harassment, a claim that was strongly refuted by the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan). Additionally, Rabbani sparked public outrage with a billboard featuring an image of a goat wearing a hijab. This study aims to analyze the ethical violations in Rabbani's advertising, the public's response to the advertisement, and the long-term impact on the brand's reputation. A qualitative research method was employed to gain in-depth insights into consumer perceptions and the social and cultural implications of this controversial advertisement. The findings indicate that ethical violations in advertising can reinforce negative stereotypes, damage brand reputation, and trigger significant public backlash. These results underscore the importance of adhering to advertising ethics to maintain a brand's integrity and credibility.

Mood or mood is an important part of a person's psychological well-being. Several studies show that physical exercise can positively influence mood. One of the factors that influences an athlete's mental and emotional readiness is mood. Mood Profile for Weightlifting athletes is an important factor that needs to be analyzed. This research aimed to determine the relationship between athletes' moods and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI Jatim Surabaya before PORPROV 2025. This qualitative research used mixed methods. Mixed methods is a research approach that combines or associates qualitative and quantitative forms. A research method that uses qualitative data and is described descriptively. The Total Sample Method is a sampling method with the number of samples equal to the population. The sample was taken using total sampling because the population was less than 100 and the entire population was used as the research sample (Masturoh & Anggita, 2018). The sample that can be used is the population sample taken from Provincial Weightlifting athletes (aged 13 - 23 years) totaling 8 people and is only limited so that they can be used as one training group by filling in a mood profile questionnaire and recording the snatch technique. Of the 8 respondents who took the snatch test, all appeared confident. However, when holding and doing the snatch, there is a feeling of doubt and anxiety about whether or not you can accept the weight of the snatch if it is already above. However, after doing the snatch test, he also felt happy by releasing endorphins in his body. The results of the before and after research show that the "Medium" category with the highest percentage is the anger indicator (AMR) of 71.43% and 42.86%, and the confused mood indicator (SSB) of 53.57% and 71%. Indicators with moderate percentages include full energy indicators (PNT) of 85.71% and 75%, self-assessment (PDR) of 80.36% and 80%, and depression (DPS) of 44.64% and 63%. The percentage of fatigue indicators (KLH) was 53.57% and 42.85% and tension indicators (KTG) were 57.14% and 50%. The conclusion of the research on the analysis of the relationship between athlete's mood and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI East Java, Surabaya is in the "Medium" condition. Negative mood conditions in the "Medium" category such as fatigue, anger, tension, confusion, and depression indicate that athletes are not feeling stressed mentally and physically. Meanwhile, positive mood conditions in the "Medium" category make athletes have a good mood, such as being full of energy and self-confidence. This is possible because the training portion is good and the conditions leading to PORPROV 2025 are still quite long. So there are still many athletes who experience good mood conditions so the presence of this athlete's mood also supports the athlete's successful performance both during training and during competitions.      

This research focuses on the utilization of ice cream sticks as an alternative material for wall decoration. The objective of this study is to enhance the creativity of participants, provide an economical solution for home decoration, increase awareness of the use of recycled materials, and explore new economic opportunities. The training program developed in this research aims to teach participants how to create aesthetically pleasing and unique wall decorations using ice cream sticks, a commonly available and inexpensive material. The training includes theoretical and practical sessions to ensure participants gain both knowledge and hands-on experience. The results show that participants not only developed new skills but also gained insights into potential business opportunities in the craft industry. Additionally, this study contributes to environmental sustainability by promoting the use of recycled materials. The findings suggest that with proper guidance and training, ice cream sticks can be effectively transformed into valuable decorative items, thereby offering both economic and environmental benefits.

Mental health in employees refers to a psychological condition that encompasses emotional, psychological, and social well-being, affecting how they think, feel, and act in the workplace. It involves employees' ability to manage stress, work productively, contribute to the work community, and build positive relationships with colleagues. Good mental health in employees positively impacts their performance, productivity, and attendance at work. At the Land Lease Service Office of the Bandung City Government, a government agency responsible for land leasing services in the Bandung area, there are no existing programs or policies that support employee mental health. This study aims to identify the level of awareness and perceptions of employees at the Land Lease Service Office of the Bandung City Government regarding the importance of mental health and its impact on their performance, productivity, and attendance. The subjects of this research are the employees of the Land Lease Service Office of the Bandung City Government, and the object of this research is mental health concerning performance. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques include interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the mental health of employees at the Land Lease Service Office of the Bandung City Government has a significant impact on their performance, productivity, and attendance.

The story of the marriage of Hosea and Gomer in the Book of Hosea is considered a symbol of Israel's unfaithfulness to God, which teaches the importance of maintaining purity and holiness in Christian marriage, and emphasizes the role of love in building a husband and wife relationship that is pleasing to God. This research provides in-depth insight into marital relationships in theological and historical contexts, as well as underscoring spiritual values that can be applied in everyday life to glorify God through a loving and faithful marital relationship.

The Law of Torah states that the nature of man is a creature of the Creator of the universe who is Spirit. When God created man, Adam, He formed him from the dust of the ground. When God breathed His Spirit into the newly formed man, he became alive, physically, mentally and spiritually. Worship of God is a logical consequence of man because of creation. This study uses a qualitative method in order to describe and to gain an understanding of the values and qualities of the anointing in the Law of Torah.

This research examines the direct influence of product quality, lifestyle, country of origin on purchasing decisions. Primary data was collected using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 160 respondents, the data was then processed using the path analysis method. Based on the results of the research analysis, there is a direct influence between product quality, lifestyle, country of origin on purchasing decisions.

At verifying data data using triangulation of methods and source triangulation using data analysis techniques of reposing data, presenting data, and summarizing data.Research has shown that the concept of sustainable excellence is influenced by the quality of the product, in this case, a superior photograph of adequate human resources capable with an obvious market target. The performance of the sale of Hero Photography was influenced by a marketing strategy with a concept of 4P (Price, Place. The data analysis used is chi square The results of the tabulation research show a relationship between the duration of using injectable contraceptives for 3 months and menstrual disorders in 3-month injectable contraceptive acceptors at the Melak District Health Center. West Kutai, East Kalimantan in 2023 with a p-value = 0.049. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a relationship between the length of use of 3-month injectable contraceptives and menstrual disorders in 3-month injectable contraceptive acceptors at the Melak District Health Center. This type of research is a research method using qualitative research which is based on the research process by producing descriptive data in the form of writing and expressions obtained directly in the field. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. To obtain valid data, researchers used primary data sources and secondary data. The results of this research are that the god-rental agreement in Kuala Keritang Village was carried out verbally, there was no written or other evidence that it was made directly between the rice field owner and the rice field tenant. The rental agreement is carried out when the rice field owner and tenant know each other and there are still family ties. Leasing is done because the tenants do not have land to manage and the rice field owners are no longer able to work on their own fields.
