The development of social media, especially TWITTER, has become one of the main means for people to express opinions and criticism on various issues, including the performance of law in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze public sentiment towards the performance of law based on TWITTER user comments using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The research data consists of 1004 comments collected from several videos related to legal topics. The analysis process includes the stages of data crawling, pre- processing (text cleaning, normalization, and tokenization), labeling sentiment into positive, negative, and neutral, and testing the Naïve Bayes model. The results show that the Naïve Bayes algorithm is able to classify sentiment with an accuracy level of 93.73%. The distribution of sentiment from 1004 comments shows that the majority of public opinion is (negative/positive/neutral), which indicates that public perception of the performance of law is still (critical/positive). This study was conducted based on the crucial role of diesel generator engines as the primary source of electrical power on board ships, making their operational reliability essential. One of the factors influencing generator engine performance is lubricating oil temperature. Excessive lubricating oil temperature may reduce lubrication effectiveness, increase friction between moving components, and lower engine efficiency. Therefore, this research aimed to identify the causes of high lubricating oil temperature in diesel generator engines and determine appropriate corrective actions. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and documentation during sea practice aboard MV. CL FLANDERS from 4 July 2024 to 5 July 2025. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression to examine the relationship between generator load and lubricating oil temperature. The findings revealed that generator load had a significant effect on the increase in lubricating oil temperature. Under normal operating conditions, the lubricating oil temperature ranged from 60°C to 72°C, while under abnormal conditions it increased to between 68°C and 81°C. The abnormal rise in temperature was mainly caused by cooling system problems, particularly a dirty LO cooler, scale deposits on the sea water pump impeller, and blockage in the cooling capillary pipes. The regression equation under normal conditions was Y = 45 + 0.30X, whereas under abnormal conditions it was Y = 53.5 + 0.30X. Elevated lubricating oil temperature resulted in lower oil viscosity, higher fuel consumption, and reduced diesel generator engine performance. Therefore, regular maintenance of the LO cooler, sea water pump, and continuous temperature monitoring are necessary to maintain optimum engine performance.

Organizational psychology plays an important role in understanding individual and group behavior within organizations, particularly in educational contexts. Its application can help improve the effectiveness of educational institution management by strengthening key aspects such as work motivation, leadership, communication, and a conducive work environment. By understanding these aspects, educational organizations can develop more effective work systems, enhance the performance of educators, and create a positive and productive organizational culture. However, research on organizational psychology in educational settings remains fragmented and often focuses on specific variables separately. This limits a comprehensive understanding of how these factors interact to influence overall organizational performance. Therefore, a more integrative and comprehensive review is needed to synthesize previous findings. This study aims to review and synthesize existing literature on organizational psychology in educational organizations, with a particular focus on the roles of motivation, leadership, and work environment in improving organizational effectiveness. The findings are expected to provide a more holistic understanding and serve as a basis for developing strategies to enhance the performance of educational organizations in the future.

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational communication in improving organizational performance using a systematic literature review approach with a descriptive qualitative method. The data were obtained from various relevant scientific literature sources, including national journals and academic articles discussing organizational communication and performance. The results indicate that organizational communication plays a significant role in enhancing performance through effective vertical and horizontal communication patterns, clarity of information flow, and improved work coordination. In addition, organizational communication contributes to building harmonious working relationships, increasing motivation, and strengthening organizational commitment. Leadership plays a crucial role in managing communication effectiveness within the organization. However, communication effectiveness is also influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors, such as work environment, communication skills, and differences in individual perceptions. Therefore, organizations need to manage communication strategically to achieve optimal performance. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of organizational communication studies and practical implications for organizations in improving communication effectiveness.

Management psychology is an approach that plays a crucial role in understanding individual and group behavior within organizations, particularly in the ever-evolving educational and work environments. The application of psychological principles to management practice is believed to improve performance, leadership effectiveness, and create a more conducive work and learning environment. This study aims to examine the development of trends, approaches, and key findings in the study of management psychology through a literature review. Furthermore, this study also seeks to answer two research questions: (1) how have management psychology research trends developed over the past five years, and (2) what are the key findings in the educational and organizational contexts. The method used is a qualitative approach by searching various literature sources through the Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP) databases, using the keyword "management psychology." Of the 20 articles found between 2021 and 2026, five were selected as the most relevant for further analysis. The study results indicate three dominant themes: the role of management psychology in education, the influence of motivation and leadership on performance, and its contribution to the organizational adaptation process. The conclusions of this study confirm that integrating psychological aspects into management plays a crucial role in increasing organizational effectiveness. Therefore, further research is recommended to empirically examine the relationship between psychological variables and a broader scope.

Blast hole drilling is an initial stage that plays a critical role in determining the success of blasting activities in mining and construction operations. Drilling quality directly affects rock fragmentation, drilling equipment efficiency, drilling equipment productivity, as well as blasting safety and costs. This study aims to analyze the influence of drilling parameters on blast hole quality, including hole diameter, drilling depth, hole inclination, and the suitability of drilling patterns with respect to the planned blasting design. The research methodology involves field observations, actual measurements of drill holes, and analysis of data obtained from drilling and blasting productivity. The results show that deviations in hole depth and direction can lead to irregular distribution of blasting energy, resulting in suboptimal rock fragmentation and an increased potential for flyrock and overbreak. In addition, the selection of appropriate drilling methods and equipment based on rock mass characteristics has been proven to improve productivity and blast hole quality. Therefore, controlling drilling parameters and implementing proper operational procedures are essential to enhance the overall effectiveness and productivity of blasting activities. This study is expected to serve as a reference for the planning and evaluation of blast hole drilling activities to achieve more efficient, safe, and economical operations.

.This study aims to analyse the role of Financial Information Systems (FIS) in supporting risk management, decision-making, and organisational performance in the digital transformation era. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to examine articles indexed in Scopus from 2016 to 2026. The PRISMA framework is used to ensure a systematic, transparent article selection process, resulting in the selection of 37 relevant articles for further analysis. The results of the study show that Financial Information Systems make a major contribution to improving financial transparency, operational efficiency, the quality of strategic decision-making, and organisational risk mitigation. In addition, the integration of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), FinTech, big data analytics, and cloud computing further strengthens the effectiveness of financial information systems in modern organisations. This study contributes theoretically by mapping research trends and identifying research gaps, while providing practical benefits for organisations seeking to increase competitiveness through digital financial systems. For future research, it is recommended to develop a more predictive and intelligent Financial Information Systems model to address future business dynamics.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), financial performance, and Earning Per Share (EPS) on firm value. The object of this research consists of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2021–2024. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data in the form of annual financial statements as the primary source. The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria, ensuring that only companies with complete data and consistent reporting were included in the analysis. The independent variables analyzed include the audit committee, independent commissioners, institutional ownership, Return on Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS). Multiple linear regression analysis was used to process the data in this study, allowing the researchers to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of the variables on firm value. The findings indicate that firm value is significantly influenced by financial performance, particularly ROA, highlighting the importance of operational efficiency and profitability in enhancing shareholder wealth. While certain GCG variables such as institutional ownership showed positive influence, other elements like audit committees and independent commissioners produced mixed results, suggesting that governance mechanisms may have varying effects depending on organizational context. Meanwhile, EPS demonstrated inconsistent results in relation to firm value, implying that market perceptions of earnings may not fully capture the impact on overall firm valuation. This study provides insights for policymakers, investors, and corporate managers on the relative importance of governance and financial indicators in value creation for state-owned enterprises.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Firm Size, and Sales Growth on Financial Performance at PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015–2024 period. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in this study is proxied by institutional ownership, financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), firm size is measured by the natural logarithm of total assets, and sales growth is measured using the sales growth ratio. This study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used were secondary data in the form of annual financial statements obtained from the official websites of the IDX and the company. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple and simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS version 27 software. The results of the study indicate that partially, the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable has a t-value of -1.526 < t-table 2.447, meaning that it has no significant effect on financial performance. The firm size variable has a t-value of -2.857 > t-table 2.447, indicating a significant negative effect on the company’s financial performance. The sales growth variable has a t-value of 1.593 < t-table 2.447, meaning that it has no significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), firm size, and sales growth have a significant effect on financial performance, with an F-value of 13.023 > F-table 4.76 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. This study is expected to provide consideration for management and investors in decision-making and serve as a reference for future research in related fields.

This research is motivated by the increasing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in organizational transformation and the crucial function of leadership in ensuring its successful implementation. The primary objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between leadership, AI integration, and organizational performance, as well as to identify various challenges and supporting factors in the process. This study employs a systematic literature review (SLR) method by examining 30 relevant, reputable scientific articles from the Scopus and Google Scholar databases within the 2020–2026 timeframe through selection, evaluation, and thematic synthesis processes. The results indicate that AI integration significantly contributes to improving operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making quality, and organizational innovation. However, this success heavily depends on the role of adaptive, transformational, and digitally-oriented leadership capable of steering the technological vision. Conversely, major challenges were identified, such as employee resistance, limited digital competencies, and ethical issues surrounding data privacy. This study contributes to strengthening the conceptual understanding of leadership's role as a bridge between technology and organizational performance, while offering practical implications for management in designing effective, inclusive, and sustainable digital transformation strategies.

Komunitas: Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Tanaman Dan Hewani Indonesia

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengakselerasi kapasitas SDM pengelola BUMDes Tegar Mandiri Madulang melalui pendekatan Community Capacity Building (CCB). Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan partisipatif, pendampingan, serta evaluasi berbasis pre-test dan post-test pada lima aspek kompetensi utama, yaitu manajemen usaha, tata kelola keuangan, pengembangan produk, pemasaran digital, dan jejaring kemitraan. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan kapasitas yang tinggi terutama pada aspek pemasaran digital, manajemen usaha, dan tata kelola keuangan. Implementasi CCB mampu meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola secara signifikan, ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan rata-rata skor dari 48,8% (pre-test) menjadi 81% (post-test) atau meningkat sebesar 32,2%. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada aspek pemasaran digital (36%), diikuti tata kelola keuangan (35%) dan pengembangan produk (33%). Selain itu, terjadi perubahan nyata pada praktik pengelolaan, seperti tersusunnya rencana bisnis, pembukuan keuangan rutin, peningkatan jumlah produk inovatif, serta terbentuknya jejaring kemitraan strategis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan CCB efektif dalam mendorong lompatan kapasitas dan kinerja kelembagaan BUMDes secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, model ini dapat direplikasi sebagai strategi penguatan ekonomi desa berbasis pemberdayaan komunitas.

The plantation sector is one of the main pillars in Indonesia’s international trade. Commodities such as palm oil, rubber, coffee, and cocoa serve as leading export products that contribute significantly to the country’s foreign exchange earnings. This study aims to analyze the role of plantation commodity exports in Indonesia’s international economic performance and to identify the challenges faced. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review from various scientific sources. The results indicate that plantation exports contribute substantially to economic growth, employment generation, and the stability of the trade balance. However, several challenges persist, including global price fluctuations, sustainability issues, and international trade barriers. Therefore, strategic policies are required to enhance the competitiveness of Indonesia’s plantation commodities in the global market.

Organizations in the digital era face rapid and unpredictable changes characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, requiring strategic adaptation and effective change management. This study aims to synthesize empirical findings on the role of change management strategies, adaptive leadership, innovative organizational culture, and employees’ psychological readiness in supporting digital transformation and improving employee performance. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on PRISMA 2020 guidelines, analyzing 23 selected peer-reviewed articles published between 2021 and 2026. The findings indicate that successful digital transformation is not solely determined by technological advancement but largely influenced by human-centered factors. Adaptive and transformational leadership plays a critical role in fostering trust, reducing resistance, and maintaining employees’ emotional stability during organizational change. Furthermore, an innovative organizational culture, transparent communication, and continuous training significantly enhance employee engagement, adaptability, and performance. Psychological factors such as stress and resistance can either hinder or support change outcomes depending on how they are managed. The study highlights the importance of integrating technological, structural, and human aspects to achieve sustainable organizational transformation. The implications suggest that organizations should prioritize human-centered change strategies, strengthen digital literacy, and promote adaptive leadership to remain competitive in the Society 5.0 era.

Management psychology is an important approach in managing educational organizations, as it emphasizes understanding individual behavior, motivation, and patterns of interaction within an institution. In practice, educational management requires not only managerial skills but also insight into psychological factors that influence teachers’ performance, the learning process, and overall organizational dynamics. Therefore, studying management psychology is relevant to examine how these concepts are applied in educational settings. This study aims to explore the development of research on management psychology in the field of education and to identify its role and contribution to improving the effectiveness of educational organizations. The research questions addressed in this study are: (1) how has management psychology been developed in educational research, and (2) how does it contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of organizational management in education? This research employs a qualitative literature review method. The literature search was conducted using the Google Scholar database with the assistance of the Publish or Perish application, using the keyword “management psychology.” From the initial 30 articles identified, a screening and selection process was carried out, resulting in 5 articles that were analyzed in depth. The findings reveal three main themes in the literature: classroom and learning management, leadership in educational organizations, and the development of work environment and human resource performance. These results indicate that management psychology plays a significant role in improving the effectiveness of educational institutions. Therefore, future research is recommended to examine the empirical application of management psychology across various educational organizational contexts in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding.

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of personality characteristics and intellectual abilities on employee performance in the digital era and competence, the effect of competence on performance, and the indirect effect of personality variables and intellectual abilities on employee performance in the digital era through competence as an intervening variable in BPSDM Jambi Province. The type of research used is quantitative research with primary and secondary data. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique so that 65 employees were selected as respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire and data analysis used Smart PLS. The results of the analysis showed that personality characteristics directly affect performance and competence with a significance value of P <0.05, intellectual abilities do not affect performance and competence with a significance value of P>0.05, and competence does not affect the performance of BPSDM Jambi Province employees in the digital era with a significance value of P>0.05. Furthermore, the direct effect shows that employee competence does not mediate the influence of personality characteristics and intellectual abilities on employee performance. This shows that personality characteristics and intellectual abilities do not affect performance through employee competence as an intervening variable.

This study examines the influence of technology utilization, records management, infrastructure, and training on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Batam City. A quantitative approach with an associative design was employed to identify relationships between variables and measure their effects. The study involved 89 employees as respondents using a saturated sampling method to ensure all members of the population were included. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression along with F-test and t-test to assess both simultaneous and partial effects. The findings reveal that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance, while individually technology, records management, infrastructure, and training also demonstrate significant positive effects. These results indicate that the effective use of digital systems, well-organized archival practices, adequate and supportive facilities, and continuous training programs play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance and productivity, as well as improving efficiency, accuracy, and overall organizational effectiveness. The study suggests that organizations should strengthen technological implementation, improve document management systems, provide sufficient work facilities, and conduct sustainable training programs to achieve optimal and long-term organizational outcomes.

This study examines the influence of work discipline, employee motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Office of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) of Batam City. The research applies a quantitative approach with an associative design to determine the relationship and influence among variables. Data were collected from all employees using a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability to ensure the accuracy of the research instrument. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to evaluate both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on employee performance. The findings indicate that work discipline, motivation, and work environment collectively contribute significantly to improving employee performance. Individually, each variable also shows a meaningful and positive effect, reflecting the importance of both internal and external factors in shaping employee outcomes and productivity. These results imply that strengthening discipline, enhancing employee motivation, and creating a supportive, comfortable, and conducive work environment are essential strategies for improving organizational performance and achieving institutional goals effectively. This study aims to examine the effect of job stress and organizational support on employee performance at Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi, Sengeti Branch. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study consisted of all employees of Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi Sengeti Branch totaling 33 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis preceded by instrument testing (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results show that job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.009 (< 0.05). Organizational support also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.003 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, job stress and organizational support significantly influence employee performance with a significance value of 0.024 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.821 indicates that 82.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by job stress and organizational support variables, while the remaining 17.9% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
