Cases of biological food poisoning can be caused by several causative factors, one of which is a food processing site that does not meet health requirements. According to the BPOM report (2016) cases of food poisoning in Indonesia in 2016 reached 1,068 cases. In 2016, 60 extraordinary events (KLB) of food poisoning were reported by 31 BB/BPOM throughout Indonesia. From the many cases of food poisoning that occur, it is necessary to take action in prevention by processing data on existing cases of poisoning to follow up on existing problems to reduce the number of cases of food poisoning by using a system on a computer so that the managed data can be processed quickly to obtain further information. Therefore the author wants to use a system with the clustering method to assist in processing data on biological poisoning cases grouping objects based on the characteristics of each object. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that in cluster 2 in the dasta group of biological poisoning cases there are 11 data with centroid point age (x) 2, namely 12-16 years, centroid point on the type of poisoning (y) 6.36, namely sandwiches, and centroid point on the causative factor (z) 2.9, namely Gram-negative rod-shaped bacteria which are usually found in the intestines of humans and warm-blooded animals.

Good nutrition is an important foundation for a child to grow and develop optimally, especially children who grow and develop in vulnerable environments. The results of the 2021 Nutritional Status survey show that 1:4 Indonesian children experience stunting and 1:10 children experience malnutrition. Prevention of stunting must be as early as possible, starting from portions of the plate with balanced nutritional content. Tempeh is a fermented product made from soybeans, the price is quite cheap, tempeh is also the best source of energy and protein, tempeh contains prebiotics which are good for the intestines, low in sodium and carbohydrates. 84 grams of tempeh contains 162 calories, 15 grams of protein, 9 grams of carbohydrates, 9 milligrams of sodium and many others. Efforts can be made to increase the knowledge and skills of cadre mothers and mothers of toddlers by conducting counseling, demonstrations and simulating tempe food. This dedication has a positive effect on knowledge, skills and ideas in making a variety of healthy snacks. The aim of this community service is so that mothers of babies and toddlers know and understand that tempeh food can be processed into various healthy snack ingredients to prevent stunting. The method of implementing activities in general includes the stages of introduction, counseling, demonstration and evaluation. It is hoped that in the future, cadre mothers and the community, especially mothers who have babies and toddlers in RW03 RT02, Kualu Village, Tambang Kampar District, will be more creative in making preparations made from tempeh that are rich in nutrients in an effort to prevent stunting and more often seek the latest information about nutrition in the reproductive cycle.

Pangan Jajanan Anak Sekolah (PJAS) is one of the foods consumed by people in Indonesia, especially by children and adolescents. This food is very vulnerable to contamination by microorganisms that can damage and can be toxic to the human body when consumed. Microbes can contaminate food through water, dust, air, soil, processing equipment (during the production or preparation process) as well as secretions from the intestines of humans and animals. The method used is literature review by collecting, evaluating, and synthesizing existing studies in the scientific literature. In this case using a search engine such as google scholar. The years obtained from articles from 2018 to 2024 are relevant to the topic of this research. The topic used is the identification of Escherichia coli bacteria in meatball meat samples as school snack food (PJAS), this method is used to gain an in-depth understanding of Escherichia coli bacteria in meatball meat samples as school snacks. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), an estimated 600 million people globally (nearly 1 in 10 people) fall ill including diarrhea, kidney and liver failure, brain and nerve disorders, reactive arthritis and cancer from food-borne diseases, with 420,000 deaths reported in 2010. Food-borne illnesses arise from the consumption of contaminated food, which can be.

. Soil Transmitted Helminth (STH) is a group of intestinal nematode worms that require soil for the maturation process so that there is a change from a non-infective stage to an infective stage. This study aims to find out whether in the coastal sand area of Sekupang District, Batam City, there are intestinal nematode eggs of the Soil Transmitted Helminth (STH) group. The method used in this study is a survey method by taking sand samples from 3 different beaches, namely Tanjung Pinggir beach, Dangas beach, and Marina beach, then the sample is examined, namely by soaking the sample with 15 ml of saturated NaCl for 30 minutes stirring until evenly distributed with a stirring rod then transferred the soaking water in a test tube. Deck glass is placed on top at the mouth of the tube for 60 minutes. Then the sample was observed under a microscope with a magnification of 10 to 40 then analyzed descriptively by making a picture systematically. The results showed that there were no intestinal nematode worm eggs of the STH group in the beach sand sample so that it could be concluded that the tannjung beach sand area of Sekupang District, Batam City was free from contamination of intestinal nematode worm eggs of the soil transmitted helmith (STH) group.
