Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. “Signs of Royalty: An Analysis of Symbols on Traditional Kings' Graves in Raja Prailiu Village” is a semiotic study that aims to find out the symbols of the stone tomb carved on the traditional kings’ graves and their meanings by using Pierce’s theory. All the data gained are analyzed using the descriptive qualitative method. The instruments used in this research are observation and interview. The result of the research showed that there are twelve (12) symbols found on the kings’ traditional graves,they are Manu Wulu (roaster), Njara (horse), Tau (human), Ahu (dog), Ana wuya rara (crocodile), Ruha (deer), Lamba (jewelry), Na Ana Lodo Na Ana Wullang (the sun and moon), Ana Kara Wula (turtle), Maduku Pati (coffin bearer), Maduke (animal slaughter), and Papaha Maramba (queen).

The purpose of this study this study describes the realization form of vowel phoneme, consonant phoneme in Indonesian language. Through this research, it is hoped that it can be useful for the Indonesian speakers, especially educators and students. This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, price perception, and promotion on the purchasing decisions of Mie Gacoan products in the Solo region. The study utilizes a quantitative approach, employing primary data obtained through distributing written instruments or questionnaires and receiving responses from 100 samples. Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis is used to evaluate the hypotheses in this research, which is a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the Smart PLS analysis conducted, it shows that purchasing decisions are positively (significantly) influenced by brand image, price perception, and promotion.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of auditory learning style on the understanding of learning the Qur'an in 5th grade students of Madrasah Ibtida'iyah at the Mambaul Ulum al-Qur'an Education Park in Dagan Village. This study uses Quantitative methods with the type of case study through the management of instruments in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation and a sample of 48 of the 5th grade students. The results showed that there was no effect of auditory learning style on understanding al-Qur'an learning by an average of 20.03% from variable X (Auditory Learning Style) to variable Y (Understanding al-Qur'an Learning).

This research aims to determine the influence of audiovisual media and lecture methods on changes in fruit and vegetable consumption behavior among teenagers in Gorontalo Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental research design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. The respondents used were 76 respondents consisting of 38 respondents for intervention and 38 respondents as controls obtained by purposive sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires, leaflets and audiovisual. Data analysis used univariate analysis. Univariate analysis of food consumption frequency before the intervention showed that 14 people (36.8%) consumed bananas, 24 people (63.2%), 24 people (63.2%) consumed bananas, 26 people (68.4%) and tomatoes (42.1%). %), and after the intervention, bananas were 21 people (55.3%), papaya 31 people (81.6%), kale 30 people (78.9%), and tomatoes 25 people (65.8%). The results of the study used the Wilcoxon test which showed that there was an influence of counseling on behavior change. The results of the Mann-Whitney Test showed differences in behavior in the intervention group and the control group.

Infant deaths generally occur in the early neonatal period due to hypothermia. The incidence of hypothermia in newborns is quite high, globally ranging from 8.5-52%, an estimated 17 million newborns experience hypothermia in developing countries. The incidence of hypothermia in newborn babies is 92.3%, the infant mortality rate due to hypothermia is 6.3%. One intervention to minimize the incidence of hypothermia in newborn babies is to initiate early breastfeeding. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of early initiation of breastfeeding on hypothermia in newborn babies at the Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. The research method used a pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 14 respondents. The measuring instruments in this study were a digital axillary thermometer, standard operating procedures (SOP) for early breastfeeding initiation and observation sheets. Data analysis using paired sample t-test. The results of the paired sample t-test found a p-value = 0.000 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is an influence of early initiation of breastfeeding on hypothermia in newborn babies in the Midwifery Room at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. Early initiation of breastfeeding can be used as an intervention for newborns to minimize the incidence of hypothermia

This research discusses the role of character education management in shaping the morals of students at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu. The research background highlights the urgent need for character formation amidst the complexity of global challenges. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of character education management on the moral development of students. The research method uses a qualitative approach and library research involving researchers as key instruments. Data was collected through interviews and content analysis, with research carried out at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu. It is hoped that the research findings will provide in-depth insight into the implementation of character education management in the school. The implications of this research include recommendations for expanding data collection methods, involving the perspectives of parents and students, and detailing the steps of the character education management model. It is hoped that the research results can provide a concrete basis for developing a more effective character education program at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu.

This research aims to investigate the influence of liquidity risk on the profitability of Sharia Banks. Liquidity risk is an important factor that can influence a bank's financial performance, especially in the context of Sharia banks that operate specific sharia principles. The research method used is a quantitative approach using financial data from registered Sharia banks. The data collected covers the last five year period. The research variables studied are liquidity risk and bank profitability. The research results show that high liquidity risk can have a negative impact on profitability which can disrupt bank operations and reduce income. Effective liquidity risk management is key to minimizing this negative impact. Sharia banks need to adopt appropriate strategies and policies to manage liquidity risk well, including careful supervision of cash flows, diversification of funding sources, and development of investment instruments that comply with sharia principles. By managing liquidity risk well, banks can minimize its negative impact on profitability.

Hedging is an activity undertaken by an entity to control the risk of price changes in assets or liabilities by using derivative instruments. The study’s purpose is to interpret the liquidity, solvability, and profitability’s influences on palm companies’ hedging decisions that registered on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. The research population included 13 palm companies that met the criterias based on purposive sampling techniques. This research is descriptive research by logistic regression analysis. Developed on the study, liquidity, solvability, and profitability do not have an impact on hedging decisions simultaneously and partially.

The stock exchange is a place where companies can issue shares to obtain funds from investors, and investors can buy shares as a form of company ownership and benefit from changes in share prices. This study aims to measure how significant the influence of Profitability, Leverage and productivity is in determining bond ratings in manufacturing companies in 2020-2022. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company that issues bonds and is rated by PEFINDO (Indonesian Rating Agency), uses the rupiah currency in presenting the company's financial statements, and publishes complete audited financial statements. The data source used comes from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely www.idx.co.id and the bond rating database accessed from PTPEFINDO (www.pefindo.com). Musholla management must be carried out systematically and correctly, because musholla can not only be used as a place of worship but can also be used as a place of faith-based learning. This study aims to find out how the management of prayer rooms at SMPN 2 Jenggawah. The emphasis of this study is how the musholla management carries out management so that the musholla at SMPN 2 Jenggawah can function properly according to the observations made. This study uses qualitative research methods with research data collection instruments using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the musholla management process at SMPN 2 Jenggawah is carried out well, both from the planning of the musholla program that is running and the existing mushollah management structure, At SMPN 2 Jenggawah mushollah is not only used as a place of worship, but as a classroom where learners.

This research discusses the role of mediation models in handling conflicts between students in the school environment. Conflict between students can affect their academic and social well-being, as well as the overall climate at school. The mediation model has been identified as a potential approach to resolve such conflicts in a constructive and inclusive manner. This research involves implementing a mediation model in a school as a conflict resolution strategy. This research aims to find out how the mediation model is implemented in managing student conflicts at SMP Plus Darus Sholah Jember. This research was conducted through a qualitative descriptive approach using interview instruments, documentation and literature study. The subjects of this research were the principal and students at SMP Plus Darus Sholah Jember. The results of the research show that conflicts between students that often occur are truancy, dating, violence and bullying. The results of the mediation services carried out by the school show that there is student awareness, an attitude of peace, and the re-establishment of harmonious relationships between students and parents. The mediation service provided by the school can be said to be effective, because all parties starting from students, teachers, homeroom teachers, guidance counselors, parents and school principals participate in conflict resolution.

So to find out how much negative and positive impact caused by Instagram social media, researchers are interested in doing this research. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The instruments used in this method have been predetermined and well-organized so that they do not provide many opportunities for flexibility, imaginative input and reflexivity, namely the instrument in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). This is supported by the results of the significance test (Sig) which shows that the Sig value is 0.013, which means it is smaller than the significance criterion (0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the regression equation model which is based on research data is significant. At the end of the study, all established success criteria had been met. In other words, this research is categorized as successful.

One of the easiest ways to detect cervical cancer early is with a visual examination of acetic acid. Early detection of cervical cancer by visual examination with acetic acid is guaranteed by the government, namely BPJS Kesehatan, and is included in the national health insurance program. The purpose of the study was to determine the low participation of women of childbearing age in acetic acid visual examination by UPT Puskesmas Timpah. The method used in this study is descriptive research. Questionnaires made by purposive sampling technique are used as data collection instruments; The maximum number of samples in the study sample is 30 samples. The respondents of this study were women of childbearing age. The results showed that based on respondents' knowledge of information, 26 respondents were uninformed (86.66%), 20 respondents (93.33%) did not support men. In the field of education, 21 people were found to have elementary and junior high school education as much as 70%, in the support of officers it was found that 20 people did not support (66.67%). Regarding access to information, it is known that 22 people did not get any assistance to get information (73.33%).    

Education is a key element in the development of society and the nation. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo faces challenges in evaluating student learning outcomes during distance learning. Technological limitations have prompted the search for innovative solutions. The goal of this service effort is to improve the quality of student learning outcome evaluations by utilizing Google Drive and Google Form applications in distance learning. Teachers are empowered through intensive training, workshops, and mentoring, including the use of Google Drive and Google Form in teaching and evaluation question development techniques. Active interaction and knowledge sharing occur during training, which has successfully enhanced teachers' knowledge and skills in creating evaluation instruments with Google Form. The final survey results show a significant improvement, with 87% of respondents experiencing improvement. They are now able to design evaluation instruments more effectively during distance learning. The use of Google Drive and Google Form as evaluation tools opens up opportunities for improving the quality of education. Recommendations for the future include continuing to support teachers, deepening the integration of technology in the learning process, and expanding training to enhance the effectiveness of learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo..

This research aims to find out the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Pare-Pare Branch. The type of research used is quantitative with primary data sources and data collection through questionnaire instruments from a simple randomly drawn sample of 36 respondents, and analyzed using simple regression. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Pare-Pare Branch. Therefore, the hypothesis proposed in this research is proven and accepted.

This study focuses on the impact of Pursed Lips Breathing (PLB) exercises on the Respiratory Rate (RR) of Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) patients. Tuberculosis, caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria, often leads to abnormal breathing patterns. The objective of this research is to determine the influence of Pursed Lips Breathing (PLB) exercises on the RR of TB patients. The research methodology employs a pre-experimental design with a One group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study includes a population of 30 respondents, and a total sample of 30 respondents selected through total sampling technique. Research instruments consist of observation sheets, SOP, and a Stopwatch. Data analysis utilizes the Dependent T-test. The study's findings indicate a significant impact of PLB exercises on the RR of TB patients, with a p-value of 0.000 (? ? 0.05). This underscores the importance of considering PLB exercises as an effective alternative therapy for managing changes in respiratory rate. Furthermore, it can be applied by families at home, ensuring that the therapy's benefits are more widely realized.

Agra Koi Farm Blitar uses SWOT Analysis, aiming to find out and describe the right promotional strategy using SWOT Analysis. This can be seen from the lack of activity or promotional activities carried out by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar and many competitors in the same business field. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, interviews and literature study. The instruments in this research are the researcher himself, interview guidelines, documentation and field notes. The analysis technique used is SWOT Analysis using the SWOT Matrix. Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis, it is proven that the strength value is greater than the weakness value, namely with a difference of (+) 0.56. Meanwhile, the opportunities value is greater than the threats value, namely with a difference of (+) 0.77. The SWOT diagram shows that the shaded area is in quadrant I. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies (Grow Oriented Strategy). Under these conditions, the most appropriate strategy was implemented by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar uses the SO strategy, namely a strategy that utilizes strengths to manage existing opportunities.
