The purpose of this writing is to determine the factors that influence reading interest and interest in class X MA Nurul Huda Lumajang students through the sociodrama method. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Class X students are the subjects. The influencing factors are internal and external factors. Internal factors include intelligence, interest and attention, motivation, perseverance, attitude, reading habits, as well as physical fitness and health. Students will not be interested in reading if they do not have the desire, health, physical fitness, intelligence and motivation. Bad libraries, outdated reading materials, some even unused, little encouragement from teachers, no encouragement from parents, parents who do not provide encouragement due to lack of funds, no parental attention to children's reading. Most parents focus more on learning outcomes, reading habits that students have not acquired since childhood. The influence of the reading environment and playmates indirectly influences students' interest in reading. The uncontrolled influence of technology. For example, the influence of misuse of smartphones or gadgets, the influence of television programs on students who forget their student responsibilities.    

The role of cheating religion in academic cheating is the focus of this study. This study included 137 Fajar University Makassar students who attended lectures during the Covid-18 outbreak. In this investigation, saturated samples were used. Questionnaires were used to gather the data, which was then analyzed using path coefficient analysis using the Smart PLS tool. The result of this study is that academic pressure effects academic cheating behavior; opportunity does not influence academic cheating behavior; rationalization influences academic cheating behavior; capacity to influence academic cheating behavior; ethics According to the findings of multigroup study, religiosity is modest and reduces academic cheating, but not significantly. Religious students are more likely to avoid academic cheating while being under less pressure in terms of opportunity, talent, justification, and ethics. At Fajar University Makassar, there are several ways to prevent academic cheating, including conducting outreach activities about cheating and its consequences, informing students that cheating will be caught and announced, and ensuring that students do not work in an unsatisfactory manner. fraud, demonstrating that any fraud would be penalized, educating kids to write without cheating, and encouraging them to conduct ethically.

This research aims to investigate how technological innovation influences economic transformation at the regional level, with a specific focus on the role of entrepreneurship in the economic development process. With globalization, modernization and digitalization, of course this has a big influence on everything. Additionally, understanding of Physical and psychosocial development during childhood and adolescence is also very important for parents, teachers and health workers in providing appropriate care and upbringing. Meanwhile development Psychosocial includes emotional, social and cognitive development. During childhood, Physical and psychosocial development is greatly influenced by the environment and upbringing accepted. Meanwhile, during adolescence, physical and psychosocial development is influenced by internal and external factors, such as hormonal changes, social environment, and pressure from friends peer. In discussing children's physical development and adolescent psychosocial development, it needs to be emphasized that each individual has different developments, depending on factors which influences it.

Freedom of expression on social media for university students has complex implications and needs to be well considered. This research uses a combination approach of literature review, surveys, interviews, and content analysis to explore the legal and ethical perspectives on freedom of expression in social media for university students. The results show that freedom of expression on social media can affect the relationship between students and the government, have a great influence on social change, and produce positive impacts for students. However, students also face many challenges in the freedom of expression on social media, such as the threat of slander, online hatred, and other bad influences. Based on the research findings, we recommend increasing digital literacy and awareness of online ethics for university students. In addition, there needs to be clear and firm regulations to protect freedom of expression on social media, but also prevent violations of the law and ethics.  In conclusion, students' freedom of expression in social media has complex implications, requiring a deep understanding of both legal and ethical perspectives. Universities need to play a role in providing digital ethics education to students to ensure responsible use of social media in line with Pancasila values. Thus, this study contributes to the understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by university students in exercising freedom of expression in social media.

While basics like office software and digital navigation are strong, disparities in data analysis proficiency call for targeted interventions. The implications highlight the necessity for a stratified curriculum, ensuring a comprehensive skill set in line with modern maritime demands. Cadets overwhelmingly endorse technology's role in enhancing education, signalling a paradigm shift. Positive attitudes towards online resources, digital simulations, and e-learning platforms advocate for an institutional embrace of cutting-edge tools. Recommendations focus on faculty development and increased technology integration, promising an enriched pedagogical landscape. The exploration of sociocultural influences uncovers a delicate balance between tradition and the necessity of English proficiency. Nuanced strategies are essential to integrate diverse cultural backgrounds. Recommendations call for cultural awareness initiatives and language support programs, aligning the institution with the global orientation of maritime education. In qualitative insights, cadets express a collective desire for a more intentional curriculum, particularly in incorporating cultural perspectives. This aligns with the broader scholarly discourse advocating for holistic education. Proposed avenues include workshops, seminars, and collaborations with cultural experts, providing a roadmap for curriculum development congruent with the diverse needs of Semester 1 cadets. This research, rooted in rigorous academic inquiry, serves as a guide for the Maritime Institute, steering its trajectory towards producing technologically adept professionals who are equally culturally astute, ready to navigate the complex global maritime landscape.

This article aims to find out learning-friendly aspects for children with special needs at Bungo Regency Elementary Schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques include: observation and interviews. The research subjects or informants were the school principal and class teacher/homeroom teacher. The results of the research show that: (1) in this case the principal as the highest decision holder in an institution greatly influences the sustainability of children with special needs who wish to attend Normal School. (2) There are many problematic factors that exist regarding the implementation of a learning-friendly environment in the 3 elementary schools discussed in this article. However, the most basic and very influencing factor is the problem of the school not having special counselors for children with special needs but they accept children with special needs at the school. (3) The efforts made by the school to overcome the problems faced are that the school must first find a teacher who can specifically guide children with special needs so that these children can catch up with other normal children.

Students' ethical perceptions are very important in the ethical content of accounting education. Ethics plays a key role in shaping the character and professional behavior of accounting students which will then have a positive impact on accounting practices in the world of work. This understanding aims to find out how ethics in accounting education influences students' ethical perceptions. This research uses a quantitative method with the ethical content variable in accounting education as the variable (X) and students' ethical perceptions as the variable (Y). The results of this research show that the ethical content in accounting education has a significant influence on students' ethical perceptions.

Employing a library research approach and descriptive analysis method, the study delves into existing literature to investigate the impact of technology-based interventions on parental influences in shaping children's ethical decision-making in the digital age. The research addresses three primary questions: (1) How does incorporating technology in family-oriented character education programs impact children's formation and reinforcement of moral values and digital citizenship skills compared to traditional methods? (2) What are the key challenges and opportunities families face when leveraging technology for character education, and how do these factors influence the effectiveness of moral development within the familial environment? (3) In what ways do parental involvement and modelling of digital behaviours shape children's ethical decision-making and online conduct, and how can technology-based interventions enhance or alter these parental influences on their children's moral development and digital citizenship? Through a comprehensive review of theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and technology integration models, this research aims to provide valuable insights into the evolving dynamics of character education within the digital landscape.

Thus, a deep understanding of the influence of social media on the character of today's youth is very important in the context of social and cultural development. This journal investigates the impact of social media use on youth character in the contemporary era. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the behavior, values, and self-perceptions of young people who are influenced by their interactions on social media platforms. The results show that intense exposure to social media can influence character formation, both positively and negatively. The psychological and social implications of social media use in today's youth are the main focus in this journal, providing in-depth insight into the role of social media in shaping the identity and character of the younger generation.

The growth of the digital world greatly influences the national economy and has a positive impact on the business world in the fields of technology and information. Tthis research intends to analyze financial reports in measuring financial performance in startup companies. The sample used in this research was PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. The data used is quantitative descriptive with secondary data published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This research analysis uses financial ratio formula calculations consisting of liquidity ratios, laverage ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios as analytical tools used to measure the financial performance of startup companies. The results of the research show that the company liquidity performance is classified as very good, the activity ratio is classified as good in the total assets turnover ratio, is classified as poor, and the profitability ratio shows a fairly good level of profit generation.

Previous research or relevant research has a very important role in a scientific work. Through previous or related research, theories and relationships or influences between variables can be strengthened. This article reviews the factors that influence how employee performance is influenced by the work environment, job satisfaction, and commitment to the organization in a literature review in the field of Human Resource Management. The findings from this research literature are that: 1) the work environment influences employee performance; 2) job satisfaction influences employee performance; 3) and commitment to the organization influences employee performance.

In this study, the complexity of motivational factors is closely related to the context of organizational culture, team dynamics, and perceptions of rewards and recognition of individual contributions. Participation in decision-making, opportunities for career development, and interpersonal relationships at work also emerged as important elements in motivating employees. The qualitative analysis highlighted that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to understanding work motivation in this environment. However, the need for recognition of achievement, a sense of involvement in the work process, and support from superiors and coworkers have a significant impact on individuals' motivation levels. This study provides an in-depth understanding of what influences work motivation at the Office of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a sensitive approach to individual needs and preferences in designing effective motivation strategies to improve productivity.

Instagram as a social media has become a major platform for individuals to build their self-image online. This research aims to explore and analyze strategies for forming the self-image of Communication Science students at Trunojoyo University, Madura on the social media Instagram. Qualitative research methods were used to interview participants from Communication Science students who actively use Instagram. The research results show that students use various strategies, including photo selection, captions, filters, and hashtags, to build the desired self-image. They also manage interactions with followers and respond to comments to strengthen their self-image. Additionally, findings suggest that social pressure, cultural norms, and peer influence play an important role in the formation of self-image on social media. This research provides in-depth insight into how social media, especially Instagram, influences the formation of Communication Science students' self-image, and its implications for self-concept and social interactions in a digital context. This study also provides a foundation for the development of social media literacy among college students and stimulates further discussion about the impact of social media on individual identity construction.

Traditional markets are an important element in the economic and social life of communities in various regions of Indonesia, and the Temu Traditional Market around Prambon, Sidoarjo, is no exception. This research aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the potential of the Temu traditional market as a buying and selling interaction process for the community around Prambon. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, including surveys, interviews and field observations, we explored how this traditional market functions as a center of economic activity and social interaction, as well as how it influences the dynamics of local communities. The results of the research reveal that Temu Traditional Market is not just a place for shopping, but are also important in preserving cultural heritage, supporting people's livelihoods, and encouraging unique social interactions. However, this research also identifies several challenges facing traditional markets, such as changes in consumer tastes and competition with modern shopping centers. Therefore, this research provides important insights for stakeholders and the community in understanding the vital role of the Temu traditional market in supporting economic and social life in the market.

The Indonesian nation has very diverse tribes, cultures, languages ​​and religions because it has many islands. Each region certainly has its own traditions, customary laws and traditional communities and the Indonesian state recognizes the existence of customary laws within the community. The kinship system influences a rule in customary law. In Bali, the distribution of inheritance is based on a patrilineal kinship system, where in this system the son is the one who continues the family and is prominent. This research discusses the female inheritance system in Bali in Balinese customary law. We conducted research with the aim of exploring the position of female heirs in the traditional inheritance system in Bali and to find out and analyze the efforts made by female heirs to obtain inheritance rights. We use a research method, namely a qualitative approach, which means providing an explanation of the position of heirs in narrative form.

This research aims to determine the effect of the mind map model on the ability to read and understand descriptive text in class VII students at SMPN 5 Pati in the 2023/2024 academic year. With a quantitative type of experiment, this research uses a pre-experimental design with the form of a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population taken was 8 classes in class VII of SMPN 5 Pati. This research took samples from class VII-E and used purposive sampling techniques. The data collected was analyzed using test and non-test techniques where non-test techniques included observation and documentation. Presentation of this research data is in quantitative descriptive form. Based on the calculation results of the hypothesis test, a value of 0.000<0.005 was obtained with a significance level (α) of 5%, so it was found that the results of Ha were accepted and H0 was rejected. These results show that the mind map model influences the ability to read and understand descriptive text in class VII students at SMPN 5 Pati in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research results show that the mind mapping model can make students more active, creative, and make it easier for students to understand the content of the reading.
