This research is motivated by the phenomenon of decreasing number of customers at Emdee Easy Beauty Clinic Batam, which indicates the need for an evaluation of marketing strategies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of price, promotion, brand image, and product quality on consumer satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative associative with a sample of 91 respondents taken using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously, price, promotion, brand image, and product quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (F count 14.111 > F table 2.47). Partially, the variables of price, promotion, and brand image have a positive and significant influence, but product quality does not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in this study. The implication of these findings is that clinic management needs to prioritize competitive pricing strategies, strengthen promotional activities, and maintain a positive brand image to sustain and increase customer satisfaction.

The need for housing is increasingly pressing with population growth and urbanization, while affordability remains a challenge for single-income households. The purpose of this investigation is to assess the impact of price also location on home purchase decisions using a literature review. This approach involves reviewing, analyzing, and synthesizing various relevant literature sources, such as scientific journals, books, undergraduate theses, also previous investigation reports that discuss factors influencing home purchase decisions. The study concludes that price plays a positive also significant role in home purchase decisions, as consumers prefer homes with prices commensurate with their purchasing power and the quality offered. Location has also been shown to influence decisions, particularly when housing is conveniently situated at a key location  and the availability of public facilities. However, certain studies indicate that price and location are not always the primary determinants of decision-making, as other variables such as promotion, brand image, product quality, and lifestyle also play a role.

Investment decisions in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) are influenced by fundamental analysis and stock price fluctuations. Stock prices reflect market perceptions shaped by profitability, liquidity, and capital structure. This study examines the effects of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously. Using a quantitative approach, the study analyzes secondary data from audited financial statements and stock prices of 12 pharmaceutical companies during 2022–2024, totaling 36 observations. Panel data regression with EViews 12 is applied. Results show that ROA and DER have positive and significant effects on stock prices, while CR has a negative but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence stock prices, with an adjusted R² of 73%, indicating strong explanatory power. Profitability (ROA) is the most influential factor, followed by capital structure (DER), while liquidity (CR) shows no significant impact.

This study aims to determine the influence of price, product quality, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Salon Natayu. The approach used was quantitative, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to Salon Natayu customers, with a total of 53 respondents (using census techniques). The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The results of the study show that the three independent variables (price, product quality, and service quality) simultaneously have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, partially, the price variable has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study shows that price is the most influential factor on customer satisfaction, followed by service quality, while product quality has the least influence. These findings indicate that a competitive pricing strategy is a crucial aspect for Salon Natayu in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction. In addition, continuous improvement of service quality is also necessary to create a better customer experience. This research is expected to be a reference for salon managers in formulating more effective marketing strategies as well as for future research that examines the factors that affect customer satisfaction in the beauty services industry.

Academic stress is a common type of stress experienced by students, which greatly affects their self-esteem. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and academic stress levels among students. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach and probability sampling technique. The sample consisted of 101 respondents from a total of 132 students. Data analysis was performed using Spearman's rank correlation test. The results showed a weak and negative relationship between self-esteem and academic stress levels with a p-value of 0.000 (p˂ 0.05) and a correlation coefficient (r) = -0.385. There is a relationship between self-esteem and academic stress levels in students, where low self-esteem is associated with higher academic stress levels.

Stock price prediction remains a complex challenge due to the dynamic and non-linear nature of financial markets, especially for banking stocks like PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI). This study aims to optimize BBNI stock price forecasting by integrating an automated Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipeline with the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm within a data engineering framework. Historical data from 2019 to 2025 were processed through a structured ETL sequence—including data cleaning, feature engineering, and MinMaxScaler normalization—to ensure high data quality. The dataset was partitioned into 80% for model training and 20% for testing to ensure rigorous evaluation. The results demonstrate that the systematic ETL approach significantly enhances model stability and predictive accuracy compared to conventional methods. The LSTM model effectively captured long-term temporal dependencies, providing reliable trend forecasts with an impressive test accuracy, achieving a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 0.0354. This research underscores that integrating robust data engineering practices with deep learning is essential for building resilient financial decision-support systems.

This study examines the development of a Crude Palm Oil (CPO) price forecasting model using an artificial neural network algorithm, specifically the backpropagation algorithm. As one of Indonesia’s main export commodities, CPO has a significant economic impact and influences the income of oil palm farmers. The CPO price data used in this study were obtained from CIF Rotterdam, covering the period from January 2019 to December 2023. The research methodology consists of several stages, including data collection, preprocessing, model design, and model implementation using Python programming. The training results of the backpropagation algorithm show an error value of 0.537829578 after 1,000 epochs, while the evaluation using Mean Squared Error (MSE) indicates an MSE of 0.022709 during the training process and 0.017604 during the testing process. The model also produces CPO price predictions for the next three months, namely 932.578 for the first month, 949.568 for the second month, and 774.855 for the third month. These findings indicate that the developed model is capable of predicting future CPO prices with adequate accuracy, which can assist companies in making better financial decisions and managing risks associated with CPO price fluctuations.

The dynamic fluctuations in stock prices present a major challenge for investors in making informed decisions. To anticipate such uncertainties, forecasting methods that can provide accurate predictions are required. This study compares two time series forecasting methods Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Double Exponential Smoothing (Holt) in predicting the stock prices of PT Telkom Indonesia (TLKM). The dataset consists of monthly closing prices from January 2018 to December 2023. The performance of each model is evaluated using three error metrics: Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). The results show that the ARIMA(1,1,1) model yields higher predictive accuracy than the Holt method, with MAE of 787.71, MSE of 771,844.2, and RMSE of 878.55. In contrast, the Holt method records a MAE of 837.19, MSE of 878,393.4, and RMSE of 937.23. These findings confirm that ARIMA is superior in capturing the complex patterns of stock price movements and is more effective in volatile market conditions such as the stock exchange.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions of broiler chicken production inputs (sapronak) among partner farmers of PT Sejahtera Abadi Unggas, Kediri Unit. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was employed. The research sample consisted of 104 active partner farmers, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The regression analysis produces the equation Y = 2.103 + 0.940X, with a significance value of 0.000, confirming that an increase in positive price perception significantly enhances purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.699 shows that price explains 69.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 30.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight that competitive, fair, and value-based pricing strategies play a crucial role in strengthening long-term partnerships and sustaining purchasing behavior among broiler farmers. The study provides empirical evidence that can support managerial decision-making in developing effective pricing strategies within the agribusiness sector.

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (AI) mendorong inovasi dalam analisis keuangan, termasuk prediksi harga saham yang fluktuatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi harga saham PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk menggunakan model ARIMA dengan penanganan Outlier sebagai pendekatan awal menuju sistem prediksi yang lebih adaptif. Data harga penutupan harian dari Yahoo Finance dianalisis melalui uji stasioneritas, identifikasi model ARIMA, deteksi Outlier berbasis log-return, serta evaluasi performa menggunakan RMSE, MAE, dan MAPE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ARIMA Outlier memberikan performa lebih baik dibandingkan ARIMA dasar. ARIMA standar menghasilkan MAPE 1.32% dan AIC –899.46, sedangkan ARIMA dengan tiga dummy Outlier mencapai MAPE 1.16% dan AIC –900.37. Peramalan 14 hari ke depan menunjukkan pola yang stabil pada kisaran Rp 370–371. Pada data uji, ARIMA dasar memberikan akurasi terbaik pada pertengahan Agustus, sedangkan ARIMA Outlier mencapai akurasi tertinggi pada akhir Agustus dengan prediksi Rp 370.2 yang sangat dekat dengan harga aktual Rp 370.4. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penanganan Outlier meningkatkan ketepatan model, sehingga ARIMA Outlier dapat digunakan sebagai fondasi awal menuju pengembangan sistem prediksi keuangan berbasis AI.

This study aims to determine the influence of product, price, distribution channels, and promotion on customers’ purchasing decisions of Sweety baby diapers at PT Hansel Duta Niaga Pratama Batam. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of all customers who purchased Sweety baby diapers at PT Hansel Duta Niaga Pratama Batam. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, with a total of 105 respondents. The results indicate that, partially, the product and promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price and distribution channels do not significantly influence purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the variables of product, price, distribution channels, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Sweety baby diapers at PT Hansel Duta Niaga Pratama Batam. These findings are expected to serve as a useful reference for the company in developing more effective marketing strategies, particularly by focusing on improving product quality and promotional efforts to encourage consumer purchasing decisions.

The rapid development of smartphone technology today creates challenges for consumers and manufacturers in determining an objective price range based on highly varied technical specifications. This study aims to implement the Random Forest algorithm in classifying smartphone price ranges into four main categories, namely low, mid-range, high, and flagship. The research method was carried out systematically through the stages of loading a dataset of 2,000 entries, exploratory data analysis (EDA) to ensure data integrity, and model training with a training and testing data split of 80:20. The results showed that the Random Forest model achieved a significant overall accuracy rate of 89%. Based on feature importance analysis, it was found that RAM capacity was the most dominant determining factor, contributing 47% to prediction accuracy, followed by battery power and screen resolution as supporting features. These findings have strategic implications for manufacturers to prioritize memory capacity upgrades in determining product pricing in the market, as well as providing guidance for consumers in assessing the fairness of a device's price based on its technical capabilities.

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability ratios, namely Earnings per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE), on the stock price of PT Ciputra Development Tbk during the 2016–2023 period. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal research design using secondary data derived from quarterly financial statements and stock closing prices published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, supported by classical assumption tests, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), simultaneous testing (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that EPS, NPM, and ROA do not have a significant effect on stock prices, while ROE has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, all profitability variables do not significantly influence stock prices. The coefficient of determination indicates that profitability ratios explain a relatively small proportion of stock price variation, suggesting that stock prices in the property sector are influenced more by external and market-related factors than by short-term profitability indicators. These findings imply that ROE is the most relevant profitability indicator for investors in assessing property sector stocks, while other profitability ratios play a limited role.

Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang telah melalui beberapa proses pra-pengolahan, mencakup penanganan data yang hilang, standarisasi data numerik, serta konversi data kategorikal menggunakan teknik One-Hot Encoding. Sebagian besar data (80%) digunakan dalam tahap pelatihan, sedangkan 20% sisanya digunakan untuk tahap pengujian, sedangkan model diimplementasikan dengan metode LinearRegression() pada library scikit-learn. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model berhasil menangkap hubungan linier di antara variabel independen dan dependen, memperoleh nilai MAE = 0,509; MSE = 0,464; RMSE = 0,681; dan R² = 0,627. Hal ini menandakan bahwa sekitar 62,7 persen variasi harga rumah di wilayah Jabodetabek dapat dijelaskan oleh model tersebut.

Permasalahan yang menimpa remaja dikatakan kompleks yang berkaitan dengan pergaulan, perilaku pacaran, prestasi yang bermasalah di sekolah, dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan hasil survei didapatkan data bahwa seperempat remaja menyatakan mulai berpacaran pada usia 15 tahun dan gaya pacaran yang dilakukan seperti berpegangan tangan, ciuman, dan ada beberapa remaja yang pernah meraba bagian tubuh yang sensitif pada pasangannya. Faktor dominan perilaku seksual di pedesaan adalah teman sebaya sedangkan di perkotaan dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan. Kurangnya bimbingan dan konseling dari orang tua menyebabkan remaja melakukan perilaku seksual yang berakibat pada kehamilan, akibat yang lain seperti remaja tertular peyakit mematikan, dan tingginya kasus kriminalitas. Berdasarkan analisa tersebut maka dukungan keluarga berbasis family centered care yang melibatkan orang tua dalam mengatasi permasalahan remaja. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah meningkatkan dukungan kelurga berbasis family centered care dalam mencegah perilaku seksual beresiko pada remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan konseling tentang dukungan keluarga berupa emosional, informasional, penghargaan dan instrumental. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta baru mengetahui bentuk-bentuk dukungan yang harus diberikan kepada anak remaja, selain itu ada beberapa peserta yang membiarkan anaknya pacaran tanpa dibekali pengetahuan yang cukup, selama pelaksanaan peserta antusias sehingga banyak pertanyaan yang muncul tentang perilaku seksual beresiko pada remaja. Hasil kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu strategi dalam mencegah dan menguarangi perilaku seksual beresiko pada remaja.

Proyek Trade Mall di Jabodetabek sebagai bagian dari bisnis properti merupakan proyek yang memiliki tingkat penyerapan pasar tertinggi diantara proyek properti komersial lainnya seperti apartemen, hotel, perumahan, kantor, dan industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi strategi pra pengembangan proyek trade mall dalam rangka meningkatkan profitabilitas dan daya saing developer di wilayah Jabodetabek serta mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel yang menentukan tingkat profitabilitas dari pra pengembangan proyek Trade Mall, menyusun model system dynamics yang dapat menggambarkan pengaruh dari supply dan demand pengembangan proyek Trade Mall terhadap kinerja daya saing developer, membuat rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan terhadap penyebab terjadinya penurunan tingkat profitabilitas dan kinerja daya saing developer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis arsip dan survei. Kemudian data yang telah diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisa statistik dan system dynamics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada dua faktor utama yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas proyek, yaitu harga jual dan tingkat penjualan, gap pertumbuhan Trade Mall yang diperoleh dari simulasi supply & demand. Serta rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan terhadap penyebab penurunan profitabilitas dan daya saing developer.

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer trust and product price, mediated by e-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth), on purchase decisions on the Shopee platform. A quantitative approach was used, with a sample of 75 undergraduate students living in boarding houses in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who shop on Shopee. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS version 4. The results show that consumer trust and product price have a significant positive influence on purchase decisions, both directly and indirectly through e-WOM. This confirms the vital role of user reviews and recommendations in the decision-making process. The study provides strategic implications for e-commerce platforms and guidance for consumers. In addition, this study also provides guidance for consumers in considering factors that influence purchasing decisions on online platforms and educate them to be more careful in assessing available information before making a purchase. Overall, the results of this study underscore the important role of consumer trust, product price, and e-WOM in shaping purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berat beton, kuat tekan dan nilai biaya pada beton campuran styrofoam sebagai pengganti agregat kasar untuk mendapatkan beton ringan dengan cara membuat benda uji berbentuk silinder Ø15-30 cm dengan perbandingan volume 1 Pc: 2 Pasir: 3 Styrofoam, 1 Pc : 1.5 Pasir: 2, 5 Styrofoam dan 1 Pc : 1,25 Pasir : 2,75 Styrofoam serta beton normal dengan komposisi 1 Pc : 2 Pasir dan 3 Agregat kasar sebagai pembanding. Berat volume yang diperoleh untuk komposisi 1 Pc: 2 Pasir: 3 Styrofoam adalah 1323,64 kg/m3,komposisi 1 Pc: 1,5 Pasir: 2,5 Styrofoam adalah 1274,61 kg/m3,dan komposisi 1 Pc : 1,25 Pasir : 2,75 Styrofoam adalah 1112,46 kg/m3, dan beton normal 1 Pc : 2 Pasir : 3 Kerikil adalah 2366,33 kg/m3. Selisih berat beton styrofoam terhadap beton normal kurang lebih 47,73%. Kuat tekan karakteristik komposisi 1 Pc: 1,5 Pasir: 2,5 Styrofoam 85,73 kg/cm2, 1 Pc: 1,25 Pasir: 2,75 Styrofoam 80,39 kg/cm2 sedangkan kuat tekan karakteristik untuk komposisi 1 Pc: 2 Pasir: 3 Styrofoam adalah 110,31 kg/cm2 (>100 kg/cm2) dan beton normal 1 Pc : 2 Pasir : 3 Kerikil adalah 155,29 kg/cm2. Berat volume beton  campuran styrofoam dan karakteristik kuat tekan menunjukkan bahwa styrofoam sebagai pengganti agregat kasar hanya ditujukan untuk pekerjaan konstruksi ringan. Biaya pembuatan beton komposisi 1 Pc: 2 Pasir: 3 Styrofoam adalah Rp. 1.751.365, 1 Pc: 1,5 Pasir: 2,5 Styrofoam sebesar Rp. 1.555.587, dan komposisi 1 Pc : 1,25 Pasir : 2,75 Styrofoam sebesar Rp. 1,604,697, sedangkan untuk beton normal 1 Pc : 2 Pasir : 3 Kerikil hanya sebesar Rp. 631,293. Selisih perbandingan biaya beton campuran styrofoam lebih mahal kisaran 63,95% dari harga beton normal.

The role of economics in human life has become increasingly significant in the modern era as it serves as a foundation for meeting daily needs and achieving collective welfare. This study aims to analyze how Islamic economic principles regulate price determination in markets and income distribution to ensure fairness and social balance. The research adopts a qualitative approach through library research by reviewing classical Islamic literature, modern economic works, and Qur’anic interpretations related to economic justice. The findings show that Islam emphasizes justice, equality, and welfare as the foundation of all economic activity. Price setting in Islam must reflect fairness, avoiding exploitation and ensuring that transactions bring mutual benefit to both sellers and buyers. Meanwhile, income distribution is directed toward social equity through the implementation of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah, which serve as instruments for wealth redistribution and poverty alleviation. The implication of this study is that the application of Islamic economic principles can provide a moral and sustainable alternative to conventional capitalist systems by promoting fairness, social responsibility, and economic stability within society.

This study examines the impact of location, product quality, and price perception on decisions to buy at Warung Makan Gado-Gado Bu Jum in Malangsari. Determining the degree to which location, product quality, and price perception influence decisions to buy at Warung Makan Gado-Gado Bu Jum in Malangsari is the aim of this study. This study's data was gathered via a questionnaire that employed a Likert scale for measuring. Purposive sampling was used to choose 96 respondents who had made purchases from Warung Makan Gado-Gado Bu Jum in Malangsari while taking specific factors into account. Using SPSS version 25, the data analysis method employs multiple linear regression analysis, validity testing, trustworthiness testing, and traditional hypothesis testing. Price perception (X1), product quality (X2), and location (X3) all have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions (Y), according to the research findings. This suggests that both price perception and location may improve the choices made when making purchases at Bu Jum's Gado-Gado restaurant in Malangsari. As indicated by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.736, location, product quality, and price perception account for 73.6% of the purchase decision variable, with other factors influencing the remaining 26.4%.
