MS Glow for Men is sponsoring the Gresini Racing Team in the 2022 MotoGP season. The suitability between MS Glow for Men and Gresini is considered low. Meanwhile, several previous studies have revealed that the suitability between a sponsor and the sponsored party determines the effectiveness. Gresini's best performance occurred 20 years ago, accompanied by lower popularity on Instagram compared to 11 other teams. These two conditions contradict the goal of sponsorship as a marketing communication tool that requires high visibility. The attractiveness of this sponsorship is also due to its timing in the middle of the season. Based on these factors, this research aims to obtain a comprehensive overview of the reasons and strategies behind this sponsorship. Using a qualitative approach and a case study method, data was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research successfully found that the reasons for sponsorship include the impact of top-level effects, consumer research, external discussions, exposure, connections, values, cooperation, and riders. Sponsorship is conducted to enhance brand awareness, maintain brand image, and expand geographical reach. Focusing on men aged 20-35 who are automotive and MotoGP enthusiasts, MS Glow for Men also extends its sponsorship into six derivative programs, not merely relying on logo placement on the Gresini livery.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. The COVID-19 pandemic has presented multidimensional challenges for Indonesia, requiring holistic government policies to maintain public health and restore the economy. This journal aims to formulate effective and sustainable government regulatory policies since the pandemic until the present. On the economic recovery side, this policy includes direct financial assistance to workers and MSMEs, as well as ease of financing to encourage economic growth. Increasing investment is a key strategy with the formation of an investment coordination team. Regular monitoring and evaluation will be implemented through a real-time reporting system to ensure policy effectiveness. This research uses quantitative methods with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling. It is hoped that this journal can become a basis for the government and related stakeholders in formulating policies that are adaptive and responsive to changing pandemic conditions. With joint support, it is hoped that Indonesia can move towards a sustainable and resilient recovery through measurable and well-planned policies.

This study aims to examine the effect of digitalization changes, digital divide, and transformation on the effectiveness of companies in South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to several employees in South Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, and the data obtained are analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study show that changes in digitalization, sausage gaps and transformation significantly affect the effectiveness of existing companies in South Jakarta. In the digital era, which has been applied in several organizations, it brings new changes to increase the effectiveness and productivity of employee performance. This shows that digitalization provides an important point for transformation of company effectiveness. The implication of this research is the importance of companies paying attention to changes in digital-based work systems to reconsider the digital divide in some companies that allow disruption of balance to employee performance, therefore it is necessary to conduct research related to changes in digitalization, digital divide, and transformation of company effectiveness.

Rapid developments in the world of marketing demand a deep understanding of effective methods in reaching the target market. The purpose of this research is to compare how influencer marketing and traditional marketing strategies can influence young audiences' purchase intention. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, and focuses on the influence of influencer marketing and traditional marketing strategies on young consumers' purchase intention. Influencer marketing is an important strategy for market segmentation, building trust, and faster turnaround time. With a large social media following, digital influencers can significantly influence consumers' purchase intention. Authenticity and personal engagement are key aspects of influencer marketing. Combining traditional and influencer marketing can create a responsive strategy for young audiences. Influencer marketing and traditional marketing significantly impact consumer interest and advertising effectiveness. The marketing mix increases trust and confidence, which leads to increased purchase decisions. Understanding the influence of influencers can help companies develop effective strategies, allocate resources wisely and increase profits.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of accounting information systems and internal control on the effectiveness of sales at a trading company in the city of Padang. The population in this study were all trading companies in the city of Padang, amounting to 34 companies.Determining the number of samplesusing total sampling,then the number of respondents as a sample in this study were as many as 102 respondents, consisting of the Director/Manager, Supervisor and Treasurer. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and for hypothesis testing using statistical t test. The results showed that: the accounting information system variable had a partial significant effect on the effectiveness of sales at a Trading Company in Padang City, because it had a sig value. is 0.000 < 0.05. The internal control variable has a significant partial effect on the effectiveness of sales at a Trading Company in Padang City, because it has a sig value. its value is 0.019 < 0.05.

With the advancement of technology, more and more OpenAI products have emerged, one of which is ChatGPT. The use of ChatGPT has been widely adopted, particularly in the field of education. Numerous previous studies have shown that the use of ChatGPT in the learning process has a positive impact. Therefore, this research aims to determine students' preferences for the use of ChatGPT in the learning process. This study employed a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and will be measured using a Likert Scale. The research showed that most students gave a positive response to the use of high-scale ChatGPT to assist the learning process in lectures because of the role and benefits provided by ChatGPT in three aspects of the learning process, including student engagement, material understanding, and learning effectiveness.

This research aims to ensure accuracy, ease of use, and effectiveness in the learning module development process which aims to increase understanding of the content of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). In this research, research and development (R&D) methods are used using the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the research results, it is known that the results of expert validation of teaching materials obtained a score of 96% and validation of material experts obtained a score of 91%. In the practicality results obtained from the response questionnaire to teachers and students after using the teaching modules used, the practicality results for teachers were 94% and students were 98%. In the results of its effectiveness by giving evaluation questions to class X students, an average of 83.7 was obtained, while the KKM for class The results of this research show that the learning module that has been created meets the third evaluation standard, namely validity, ease of use, and effectiveness.

In the era of digitalization and rapid technological development, payment systems have undergone significant transformation. One innovation in payments is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which has become increasingly common in various sectors. An in-depth understanding of the implementation of QRIS in the new canteen environment of Jakarta State University will provide valuable insight into how this new technology impacts the transaction process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Data collection techniques are based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving the initial goal of improving the payment process, understand the positive impacts that have been generated by the use of QRIS, including increased efficiency, transaction security and convenience for users, and identify obstacles. that may arise in implementing QRIS, such as network problems or additional costs, which may affect its effectiveness. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has gone well even though several obstacles need to be corrected, such as a lack of consistency in payment rules and a lack of socialization about QRIS. The Policy and Use of QRIS in the new canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving order, efficiency, and security in the payment process, simplifying transactions, reducing dependence on cash, reducing the risk of errors, and increasing sales in the canteen. Although there are challenges such as network problems, inadequate smartphones, and administration costs. It is highly recommended that sellers and managers of the New Jakarta State University Canteen continue to implement quality improvements properly. It is necessary to carry out intensive outreach to students and canteen staff regarding QRIS and how to use it, and it is important to ensure that the QRIS system runs smoothly and safely. Thus, the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University provides significant benefits and has the potential to continue to be improved.

Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. The emergence of the era of society 5.0 is colored by the rapid world of digitalization which describes almost all areas of life including the accountant profession. This study aims to determine the development of digitalization towards society 5.0 and the efforts and challenges made by the accounting profession in facing that era. In this study using a qualitative approach method with interview techniques through online and offline to 2 Respondents of Public Accounting Firms and 2 Respondents of Tax Consultant Firms. The era of Society 5.0 requires accountants to understand technology and use it in their work. The reason is, accountants play an important role in the world of finance and business, which has a positive impact on efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, accountant learning must be adapted to technological developments to prepare future accountants who can face the challenges of the digital era.

This study investigates the relationship between employee performance, training, and human resource development at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV in Makassar City. The study reveals findings with major significance for organizational improvement through meticulous data analysis and statistical evaluation. The research conclusively shows a link between employee performance and training. Statistics highlight the crucial influence that training plays in improving employee skills and work effectiveness. These findings support the constancy of this correlation by being in line with earlier studies. It advances our knowledge of organizational behavior and performance dynamics by clarifying the relationship between training and employee performance. The study's findings are insightful for businesses looking to maximize staff productivity through strategic training and human resource development programs. It acts as a manual for businesses hoping to use training to boost productivity and encourage staff development.

This study aims to determine and analyze financial performance using the value for money method of the Sikka Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques using literature and documentation. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis using the value for money method based on three elements, namely economy, efficiency and effectiveness. The results of the study show that the financial performance of the Sikka Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency for the 2019-2021 fiscal year, when viewed from an economic level, is categorized as economical because the economic ratio level is less than 100%. Judging from the level of efficiency, the 2019-2021 fiscal year is categorized as efficient because the efficiency ratio is less than 100%. In terms of the level of effectiveness for the 2019 and 2021 fiscal years, they are categorized as ineffective because the effectiveness ratio is less than 100% and 2020 is categorized as effective because the effectiveness ratio is more than 100%.

This study aims to analyze the STEAM approach based on Busy Book media in increasing learning effectiveness. We will explore the effect of using Busy Books on students' conceptual understanding, learning motivation, critical thinking skills, and problem solving abilities. In addition, we will also identify the advantages and limitations of this approach. In this study, we will use a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. Literature study, also known as literature review or literature review, is a systematic process of gathering, evaluating, and analyzing literature sources that are relevant to a particular research topic. A literature study is conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of previous research, existing thoughts and findings, and knowledge gaps that still need to be filled.      

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze how to improve the quality of the system and the quality of information included in the informasibase. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative research method that builds on previous papers published by researchers and focuses on evaluating the literature with respect to specific components affecting the information management system.  Each study shows that the quality of the system, the quality of information, and the quality of service are all in line with the expectations of system users. As system quality, information quality, and service quality all improve, user experience also improves. Informasibase is a very important component of an information management system, which also serves as a component of infrastructure, summation of information, assurance of information efficiency, and assurance of information effectiveness.

This research examines Islamic monetary policy, covering its theoretical foundations, implementation in various countries, and its impact and effectiveness. Islamic monetary policy, based on sharia principles such as the prohibition of usury, emphasis on the real sector, and profit-sharing principles, aims to create economic stability and socio-economic justice. Its implementation varies across countries, with some nations fully adopting Islamic financial systems and others using hybrid models. The research method used is a literature review involving the collection, analysis, and synthesis of various secondary sources such as books, journal articles, and relevant research reports. The results show that Islamic monetary policy is effective in controlling inflation, promoting sustainable economic growth, and enhancing financial stability. However, challenges remain in terms of standardizing practices across countries and integration with the global financial system. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in Islamic financial instruments and increased international cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic monetary policy in the future.

The practice of the Nominee Agreement, which involves an agreement between the legal shareholder and the beneficiary, is often the method used for shareholding in limited liability companies, especially Joint Ventures. In this agreement, the registered shareholder (nominee) is the shareholder, while the beneficiary is the party who actually controls and receives direct benefits from the company. Even though this practice is expressly prohibited in foreign investment in Indonesia, especially based on Article 48 UUPM, and the agreement can be canceled by law because it does not meet the requirements of a legal cause in accordance with Article 1338 Paragraph (1) of the Civil Code, the use of nominee shareholders has not been prohibited explicitly by the government. Therefore, this can be considered as an attempt to circumvent the law or an act of legal manipulation. The type of research used in this study is empirical research, which includes research on legal identification and research on legal effectiveness.

Society demands public sector organizations to be able to manage public services and provide them in an accountable, participative and transparent manner. SAKTI or Institutional Level Financial Application System is an application that is used as a means of work units in supporting the implementation of SPAN to carry out financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The purpose of this research is to observe how SAKTI works and to analyze the system, with the implications of whether it provides convenience in the performance of work units of government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the method for collecting data used is direct observation with field research and library research, and the information will be filtered through descriptive analysis methods. The research results that have been achieved are that SAKTI is a new effectiveness. The advantage of using SAKTI is that it has an open platform, so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and provides efficient integration. Weaknesses in the use of SAKTI is the user's understanding in technical operations, so it requires sufficient training and another deficiency is the internal control of the organization. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of technology that pressures society for optimal and in-depth digital understanding. Suggestions by the author are to integrate a digital concept in the work system of the work unit, more understanding is needed so that it does not become an obstacle.

Social media has become an important part of modern human life and has influenced various aspects of life, including religion. In the context of the Christian faith, social media can be used as a medium for teaching and spreading religious messages. The purpose of this research is to explore the effectiveness of social media as a medium for teaching Christian faith. This research was conducted by surveying social media users who follow Christian accounts and are active in participating in online religious activities. Respondents were given a questionnaire to assess their experience in using social media as a medium for teaching Christian faith, including the type of content they liked and their level of involvement in online religious activities. The results of this study indicate that social media can be effective as a medium for teaching Christian faith. Respondents indicated that they had high levels of involvement in online religious activities and that they preferred to obtain religious information and teaching through social media rather than traditional sources such as books or seminars. The types of content most liked by respondents were quotes from the Bible, teaching videos, and personal religious experiences. However, this research also shows that the effectiveness of social media as a medium for teaching Christian faith can be influenced by various factors, such as the quality of the content and the user's trust in information sources. Therefore, there needs to be continuous monitoring and evaluation of content posted on social media so that the religious messages conveyed can be well received by social media users.

The purpose of the study is to produce a learning model with valid, practical, and effective criteria. This type of research is development research using the Borg And Gall model. The population is all grade V students of State Elementary School 18 West Freshwater, Padang Utara District, Padang City. The sample was 30 class V students. The sampling technique is total sampling.  The model validation design is validated by 2 experts: motor and language and model practicality by 2 sports teachers, The data collection instrument consists of tests of validity, practicality and effectiveness. As well as data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The validation results of the learning model were obtained on average by 81.2.% with valid categories. In practicality, the results were obtained that this learning model was practical or good for use with learning implementation results of 91.7% The results of the effectiveness test using the Manipulative Basic Motion learning model based on play activities showed that there was a difference between obtaining manipulative motion ability results before using the model and after using the learning model. It was concluded that the model is effective and can improve the results of manipulative motion abilities (control objects) in the learning of sports and health physical education in grade V of primary school.
