Training on the Use of Code.org-based Educational Games in Delivering Material in Schools is a community service activity which aims to improve teachers' skills in using video-based learning media. This activity was carried out at SDN Kedungdalem II, attended by 12 teachers. This abstract explains the reasons for choosing this topic, namely to overcome challenges in delivering material in schools and utilizing the potential of technology in the learning process. The method used is interactive training and direct practice in creating and editing educational games for learning. During the training, teachers were provided with knowledge about code.org-based educational game concepts and technical skills to create interesting and effective educational games. The results of the training show an increase in teacher skills in using code.org-based educational games and more active student participation in learning. Teachers report increased student learning motivation and better understanding of concepts after implementing code.org-based educational games in the classroom. The conclusion from this activity is that this training succeeded in providing significant benefits for teachers and students. Using educational games based on code.org can improve the quality of learning and produce a more interactive learning environment

This research aims to elucidate the design of metaverse learning media with the goal of improving the quality of education. Metaverse is a virtual environment that enables interaction among users through 3D avatar representations. In the context of education, the use of metaverse offers a different learning experience, optimizing the current technology and educational media, and supporting the development of soft skills and building confidence through the simulations offered. This research also discusses the potential and limitations of metaverse educational applications, as well as the challenges and opportunities for their use in the education world. The research findings indicate that the use of metaverse in education can overcome existing limitations, such as classroom capacity, distance, and time constraints. However, the use of metaverse also poses some challenges, such as user security and privacy. Therefore, the design of metaverse learning media needs to consider these aspects to enhance the quality of education.

This academic research delves into the critical examination of the computer literacy and socioreligious perspectives of first-year cadets enrolled in the International Maritime Education programme at Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta). The study focuses on 200 randomly selected cadets who represent a diverse range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds within Indonesia. As future global officers, these cadets are integral to the maritime sector's international landscape and are expected to communicate fluently in English, adhering to the standards set by the International Maritime Organization's International Maritime Education and Training (IMO-STCW) guidelines. The research is centred on the first semester cadets, freshly graduated from senior high school, enrolled in three majors: Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management. These majors collectively contribute to the production of qualified seamen, deck officers, and engine officers. The investigation employs qualitative research methods and descriptive analysis to comprehend the cadets' competences in computer literacy. The focal point is the introductory study of computer science and maritime technology tailored for the Nautical and Technical majors. Moreover, the research incorporates an examination of the socioreligious dimensions influencing the cadets' perspectives on their educational journey. Given that the cadets hail from diverse regions of Indonesia, they bring with them a rich tapestry of linguistic and cultural practices, utilising both Bahasa Indonesia and their traditional languages in their daily lives. The study aims to understand how these socioreligious factors intertwine with their academic pursuits and adherence to international standards. In conclusion, this research contributes to the broader discourse on maritime education by providing insights into the intersection of computer literacy, socioreligious perspectives, and international competencies among first-year cadets. The findings are expected to inform educational strategies and policies to better prepare cadets for the evolving demands of the global maritime industry.

This study presents a comprehensive review to explore technology's multifaceted role in fostering cultural competence within multicultural education. The primary objective of this study is to address three fundamental research questions: 1) How does the integration of technology enhance cultural competence in multicultural education settings? 2) What challenges and opportunities are associated with utilizing technology to promote cultural competence in diverse educational settings? 3) How can innovative technological approaches be tailored to address specific cultural competencies in education? Adopting a library research approach, an extensive exploration of academic databases and scholarly sources was conducted to gather literature pertinent to the research questions. The descriptive analysis method was employed to synthesize and analyze the collected information, identifying key themes, differences, similarities, and weaknesses among the diverse sources. The findings from this comprehensive review revealed several significant insights. Technology integration was observed to offer opportunities such as personalized learning experiences through AI-driven tools, immersive cultural experiences via Virtual Reality (VR), and global connectivity fostering cross-cultural collaboration. However, challenges like the digital divide, biases in technological tools, language barriers, ethical concerns regarding data privacy, and pedagogical integration shortcomings were highlighted. Moreover, the study underscores the potential of adaptive technologies, multimodal resources, culturally tailored digital content, and aligning technological interventions with culturally responsive pedagogy to address specific cultural competencies. The recommendations emphasize the need for teacher training, inclusive design, curation of diverse and authentic digital content, interdisciplinary collaborations, and ongoing assessment for optimizing technology's role in promoting cultural competence within multicultural education.

The independent curriculum is a restoration of the 2013 curriculum which was previously implemented in educational institutions in Indonesia. Currently, the restoration of the curriculum to an independent curriculum is due to the need for students to be able to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. With advances in technology, of course the role of an independent curriculum is also very important to collaborate in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to find out the role of technology as supporting the success of implementing an independent curriculum in schools, apart from that it also wants to see what are the obstacles to collaborative technological progress in the education system. This research that uses qualitative descriptive analysis produces detailed and clear analysis. In collecting data, researchers use library research by looking at various sources that are relevant to the research. The data analysis technique goes through several steps, namely data collection carried out by researchers by grouping data arranged in narrative form, then data reduction, namely collecting important data from the information found and in accordance with the problem topic, then presenting the data with narrative explanations that are strengthened from the study. literature, and finally draw conclusions.

The research approach used in this research is qualitative research, which includes observation, interviews, field observations, and searching for research data on previous research publications that are in accordance with the topic that the researcher raises. The findings of this research show that educational institutions have felt the impact of technological advances and artificial intelligence (AI) and have utilized it to improve the teaching and learning process. One of the many conveniences and advantages of using AI is to make it easier for teachers and improve education standards. To improve education standards successfully and efficiently, education workers are finding that technological advancements and artificial intelligence are helpful in the teaching and learning process.

This research aims to explore the role of performance management in improving the quality of education in schools. Quality education is an important aspect in achieving quality education goals, and performance management is considered an effective tool to achieve this. A network is a system in which computing devices are connected to each other and can share data and resources. To establish a connection, these network devices follow certain rules called communication protocols, both through physical and wireless technology. The performance level of a Wi-Fi network, for example inside a building, can be measured by how well users receive the Wi-Fi signal. The goal of this network is to establish timely and precise communication between users and data senders. A successful Internet connection often depends on receiving a strong and consistent signal, while a fluctuating or weak signal is undesirable. A commonly used approach to measure the average Wi-Fi signal level in a building without needing to understand every detail of the building layout is to use Single Slope Modeling (1SM). This model bases its calculations on the distance between the sending and receiving devices, so it can be used to analyze the performance of Wi-Fi networks, as is done in the case of educational institution buildings. Apart from that, in an effort to optimize network performance, a genetic algorithm was also created which was implemented using the PHP language. This algorithm is based on the principles of genetic algorithms to overcome optimization problems that may arise in the context of such networks.

This article aims to analyze the legal institutions of grants so that readers will know what the true meaning of grants is, know the arguments in the grant law, know the pillars of grants and know the terms of grants. The method used in this research uses a qualitative approach with the type of Library Research, namely data taken from journals, books, documents and online literature. The purpose of this study is to provide details on how character education is developed in SMK PGRI 7 in Surabaya. Findings from this study shed light on the challenges faced by educators and the methods they used to overcome them in their quest to guide pupils toward more religious, empathetic, and patriotic conduct. Data for this study was gathered via interviews with teachers and administrators at SMK PGRI 7 Surabaya, observation of students and staff, and careful documenting of all relevant events. Methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation are used in data collecting. An interactive model is used for data analysis, which consists of many steps including data collecting, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study point to several conclusions, including the following: (1) the development of educational technology affects the incorporation of character education; (2) parental involvement and encouragement positively affects the success of cultivating character education; (3) educators lend a hand in the form of concrete actions to ensure that students successfully implement character education; and (4) the existence of the new curriculum presents a minor barrier to educators' efforts to cultivate character education. The school has decided to address the problem of low teacher performance by funding their attendance at a series of seminars and training sessions focused on developing their "soft skills."

This study aims to describe the process of learning the subject of fiqh in class I MI Miftahul Huda Karangturi in the 2022/2023 academic year. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of field research, where researchers directly collect data at the research location. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the fiqh learning process at MI Miftahul Huda Karangturi has been carried out systematically including planning, implementation, and evaluation. However, several obstacles were found in the learning process, such as the dominant use of the lecture method, low class management by teachers, low student interest in learning, limited teaching materials, and minimal use of learning media. The recommended efforts to overcome these obstacles include: the application of varied learning methods, improving teachers' abilities in managing classes and building emotional closeness with students, giving educational sanctions to students who are less focused, using interesting learning media, providing capable learning aids, and utilizing technology to support fiqh learning more optimally.

This research shows that the use of diverse learning resources in mathematics teaching improves student understanding. Textbooks, visual materials, math apps and math manipulatives help students with different learning styles. Internet-based and diverse learning resources also increase students' interest in mathematics and relate it to everyday life. The literature review method was used to reorganize, analyze, and synthesize existing literature rather than to collect primary data through experiments or surveys. These results emphasize the importance of mathematics teaching approaches that utilize diverse and intelligent learning resources. Teachers need to keep abreast of educational innovations and technologies to ensure effective and relevant mathematics education for students. This research provides a solid foundation for the improvement of mathematics teaching in schools and better understanding by students.
