This research discusses the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) in the Independent Curriculum at the UNP Laboratory Development High School. The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the character of students with six main dimensions, such as faith, diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical thinking and creativity. Implementation of P5 is carried out through project-based activities involving these elements, with a focus on the theme "Local Wisdom." UNP Laboratory Development High School implements P5 every three months, involving all education stakeholders. P5 evaluation does not focus on written grades, but rather on strengthening character, especially local wisdom which describes the culture, identity and ethics of the local community. This program aims to prepare students to face the challenges of globalization while maintaining harmony with Pancasila values ​​and local wisdom. The research method used was qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews with the P5 coordinating teacher. The findings show that P5 involves project-based activities aimed at strengthening students' competencies and character in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. The implication of this research is the importance of character education that integrates local wisdom in learning to create a competent and characterful generation.

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Kelurahan Community Empowerment Agency in coordinating development planning, the role of the Kelurahan Community Empowerment Agency in coordinating the planning of community institutions, and the role of the Kelurahan Community Empowerment Agency in planning development activities in a participatory manner in Santi Village, Bima City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants included the village head, village staff, LPM administrators, PKK administrators, Youth Organization administrators, Rukun Warga administrators, Rukun Tetangga, and residents who made arrangements in Santi Village. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, which starts from data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusion making. The research results obtained are: 1) with regard to coordinating development planning as the role of the Village Community Empowerment Institution, the results obtained have played a role and are in accordance with the mandate of Permendagri Number 5 of 2007 concerning Structuring Community Institutions and Government Regulation Number 73 of 2005 concerning Structuring Village Institutions. 2) With regard to coordinating the planning of community institutions as the role of the Kelurahan Community Empowerment Agency, the results obtained are as follows.

This research is motivated by the role of the Sharia Investment Gallery (GIS) as a student laboratory for learning about investment. Based on the data, the number of investors in the Islamic Investment Gallery from the inception of GIS from 2016 to 2021 is unstable every year and is still relatively low. Even though the FEBI Faculty has good potential in attracting investors because there are so many enthusiasts in the FEBI departments. Low interest and motivation in investing in Indonesia is due to low knowledge and understanding of the capital market. GIS is expected to help foster student interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Gis, both the constraints and solutions faced by Gis in fostering students' interest in investing in the capital market. This research approach uses descriptive method with a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to describe a symptom, event, event that is happening now. The method used in this research is to collect data through interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation. The results of the study show the role of Islamic investment galleries (GIS) in fostering student interest in investing in the capital market by carrying out 4 roles, namely first, socialization as an introduction to the world of investment to students and inviting students to invest, second education, namely providing investment knowledge to students, third motivation, namely motivating students by giving examples of people who are successful in investing, the four integrity, namely the management of GiS applies a commitment attitude among the board, consistently carrying out their duties, being responsible, honest and courageous in conveying educational and motivational socialization to students. The internal constraints for Gis are the difficulty of coordinating administrators to be active in activities and the external constraints are the difficulty in getting students to participate in Gis activities and the lack of awareness of students to invest. The internal solution is to always hold monthly meetings to strengthen relationships between administrators and trigger back responsibilities as GIS administrators and the GIS Management also utilizes social media as a promotional medium so that it can be even wider to convey socialization and education to students. Meanwhile, for external solutions, GIS requests lecturer assistance to direct students to participate in all activities held by GIS. As for these 4 roles, the role most expected by FEBI students is the role of motivation. With good motivation given it can trigger students’ interest in investing.

This research is inspired by the statement that a good leader must always be able to motivate his subordinates in such a way that in carrying out their duties, teachers will have high work effectiveness and are expected to be able to produce satisfactory results, both for the madrasah and the teachers themselves. The research approach uses qualitative methods. The data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research uses individual site and cross-site data analysis. The validity check of data is based on several criteria including: degree of trust, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this research are: 1) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in raising teachers’ awareness at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar, is carried out by improving the performance of his personnel and by giving awards to subordinates. The head of the madrasah provides a role model and attention, supports welfare, sets a good example, and motivates subordinates. The head of the madrasah supports and appreciates the achievements of his subordinates. The madrasah principal also always tries to take a personal approach by building a good relationship. The setting of a calm and pleasant work atmosphere will increase teacher performance, apart from that, creating a conducive physical environment will increase the motivation of education staff in carrying out their duties. Teacher awareness to increase their ability results of winning national scale literacy competitions. 2) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in upgrading the capacity of teachers at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar is carried out by ensuring that teachers can professionally carry out their duties by participating in preparing lesson plans, selecting teachers who are competent in guiding students in self-development, providing explanation and motivation to subordinates about how to carry out tasks in the madrasah, informing instructions to subordinates to galvanize their abilities by forming a well-organized work team, arranging a regular learning schedule, and fulfilling school facilities and infrastructure that are adequate and meet standards so that cleanliness and the amenities of the school environment is always maintained. 3) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in empowering teachers at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar is carried out by inviting subordinates to improve teacher competence, motivating teachers to work, coordinating in terms of work results, always evaluating teacher activities, holding official meetings, providing motivation to teachers during official meetings, being an example by arriving earlier to school and motivating teachers to continue their studies. The madrasah headmaster strives to increase teacher empowerment by giving them duty and authority to oversee superior or extra-curricular programs in the form of arts, religion, scouting and sports.

Dayah Ruhul Falah was founded in 2003 by Al Fadhil Tgk.H.Ibrahim Hasyim, established on 4500 m2 of waqf land with 800 students from various regions of Aceh such as North Aceh, Pidie, Aceh Besar and Banda Aceh. Along with the development of time and progress that is increasingly globalized, pesantren have not shown significant progress, this is because pesantren still have challenges ranging from management, the curriculum that is applied and the facilities owned are still very limited and the source of funds is minimal. The ability of pesantren managers to innovate is a requirement for efforts to direct changes in pesantren institutions to become more advanced in increasing and financial independence to make these changes. So far, the management of financial funds related to the activities carried out at Pasantren Ruhul Falah, both educators' honorariums and other needs in general, has been sourced from financing originating from the parents of students, government and private institutions. Pasantren Ruhul Falah, which was founded in 2003, has no pasanten-owned business entity managed under the pasantren, so it is necessary to conduct training and education for administrators and students in the dayah by making kueh, developing moringa leaves into the economy. This service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge and skills for training participants to become independent entrepreneurs. The method we do with lectures, questions and answers, practice and demonstrations and group exercises. This program begins with the preparation stage by forming a community service committee team by coordinating team members with the aim of making it easier to socialize to other university lecturers who want to join the community service group. In this community service, the target to be achieved is understanding and skills so that it can improve the economy in Pasantren Ruhul Falah Samahani Aceh Besar.

Leadership is a complex and unique phenomenon of social interaction, anyone will show leadership behavior when interacting in a format that influences others. Even in personal capacity, in the human body there is capacity or potential as a controller, which essentially facilitates a person to be able to lead himself.This research journal was conducted at SMKS Sagaranten which is located on the cigadog highway km.2 sagaranten sukabumi and produces the influence of the principal's leadership to increase the quantity of students.Leadership is often given the meaning of degree of influence, while the leader is the person who has the most potential to influence. Leaders who cannot actualize their influence do not have the character of true leadership. Then we must know how educational leadership is so the purpose of this article is to dig deeper into leadership and complete the task. Articles are made with techniques for gathering resources such as reading material and books on leadership.So that we can draw the conclusion that educational leadership as "one ability and process of influencing, guiding, coordinating and mobilizing other people who are related to the development of the science of education and the implementation of education and teaching, so that the activities carried out can be more efficient and effective in achieving educational and teaching goals.

In this research, in stabilizing the economy in an area in Surabaya and targeting market operating procedures, the Government and PT. Jatim Grha Utama also has a role in advancing the economy of the people of Surabaya. The government continues to push for price stabilization measures to reduce the prices of a number of foodstuffs which show an upward trend until the end of the year. As a concrete step to ease the burden on the community in meeting their basic food needs, the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy has taken several comprehensive and holistic steps to analyze and overcome the various problems mentioned above through policy and tactical steps. Domain in the form of market power. Apart from food prices, rising fertilizer prices are also a concern. The Coordinating Minister for Airlangga also conducted a review of a fertilizer kiosk to show the government's commitment to ensuring the availability of fertilizer for farmers and increasing agricultural productivity and competitiveness. In addition, the government's role in determining market prices directly is to set minimum price limits and maximum price limits. While the government's role in determining market prices indirectly is by imposing taxes on luxury goods and providing subsidies to producers. Contraception as a form of prevention of pregnancy is one of the essences of family planning problems (KB) officially used by the National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN). One type of effective contraception that mothers choose is the type of injectable contraception. To determine the effect of DMPA injection use on weight gain in family planning acceptor in Puskesmas Tompobulu Gowa. Analytical observational with cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Tompobulu Kab. Gowa on 31 July - 31 August 2017. The sample in this study is total sampling with as many as 51 respondents of the instrument in this study is using a questionnaire. Statistical test using computerized system by using chi-square test at significance level 95% (α = 0,05). The Result of this research is p-value = 0.000 with significance level <0,05. This shows that there is significant influence between the duration of contraceptive use to weight gain. And obtained by p-value = 0,002 with significance level <0,05 this shows there is significant influence of physical activity activity to weight gain. The longer duration of use of DMPA injection will be more at risk of obesity on contraceptive injectors. The fewer activities performed by the KB acceptor will be more at risk of weight gain. This research is expected to be useful and become input for practice area in giving injection contraception service and observe acceptor body weight every time at visit.

The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. Along with the development of science and technology that is very fast and increasingly widespread, the need for comfortable, safe and fast transportation facilities is very much needed by transportation users, especially in the use of air transportation, in ensuring the safety of flights at airports is an obligation for all personnel. Aviation security, especially those on duty at the Screening check-point to carry out their duties correctly and consistently according to the instructions contained in the applicable regulations. Airport security officers play an important role in terms of security for passengers providing the best service in order to meet passenger expectations or satisfaction, the purpose of this study is to find out what the role is and to find out what the obstacles and solutions are from the aviation security unit in handling passenger luggage that endangers flight securit. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation and conclusions/verification. Through sources, namely Mr Wawan senior Avsec, Mrs Galuh senior Avsec and Mrs Citra junior Avsec. From the results of the research that the author has done, Aviation Security plays an important role in ensuring security for users of aviation transportation services, and in carrying out their duties in accordance with the applicable Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and always coordinating with related parties, then for the constraints face, namely from limitations in terms of the availability and quality of the technology used for inspection of passenger luggage. Although there are a variety of detection equipment, sometimes the technology may not be sophisticated enough or capable of accurately detecting objects that are a real flight hazard. Then in handling the problem the airport must improve the limited technology availability system for checking passenger luggage, sometimes the technology may not be sophisticated enough or unable to accurately detect objects that are indeed dangerous to flights

This study aims to find out how far the implementation of the Pangandaran Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning the Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency, what are the obstacles and to find out what efforts have been made by the Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency to overcome these obstacles . The Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, hereinafter referred to as Regency BAZNAS, is an institution that carries out national zakat management in Pangandaran Regency. BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency is a Zakat Management organization formed by the Government with the task of collecting, distributing and utilizing zakat in accordance with Islamic religious provisions and applicable laws and regulations. In this study the method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. From the results of the research and discussion, it shows that the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Pangandaran Regency Number 5 of 2015 concerning Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency has not been carried out properly. This is evidenced by the lack of effective communication between the BAZNAS of Pangandaran Regency and the Regional Head as a political position as well as the regional Secretariat whose job is to assist regional heads in formulating policies and coordinating regional offices and regional technical institutions. The absence of strict sanctions from the regional head to civil servants who do not comply with these regulations has hindered poverty alleviation from Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh funds collected by BAZNAS. Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh carried out by BAZNAS did not reach the target, as a result the assistance distributed by BAZNAS tended to be consumptive funds with little value. Lack of quality and quantity of Human Resources for BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency, so when the aid funds were channeled for business capital assistance, BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency did not provide assistance and utilization of beneficiaries, so that the funds received were ultimately not optimal for poverty alleviation, and led to when the business capital runs out, in the end the business closes.

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.

The Coordinating Ministry for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (2022) reports that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important players in the Indonesian economy, accounting for 99% of all economic sectors. MSMEs contribute 60.5% to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and are able to absorb 96.9% of the national workforce (Sakum & Ismamudi, 2022). But on the one hand, MSMEs experience many internal and external obstacles so they cannot maximize their business, one of which is UMKM Fiya Cake which has problems in applying visual branding, namely not having a business identity in its application. Therefore, the solution that will be provided as an effort to introduce Fiya Cake's business products is to design and create a business identity in the form of a logo, banner, and also create an NIB. The method used in this activity is the mentoring method which begins with a survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results to be achieved from this service activity are the creation of branding as a form of business identity so that it will be easy to remember by the wider community.

Morphology is a field of linguistics that studies morphemes and their combinations. Morphological objects are things related to word forms or word structures in language. In the study of morphology, there is a closed class and open class word classification. One of the closed class word classifications is conjunctions. Conjunctions are used to connect two or more clauses, both of which have a syntactic structure or have a different syntactic structure. The types of conjunctions include: coordinating conjunctions, subordinating conjunctions, and conjunctions between sentences. The choice of topics in this study was based on the finding of closed conjunction classes in the poetry anthology Sebatas Angan Rindu by Fina Af'idatussofa and Upik Lestari. The purpose of this research is to analyze and obtain a clear picture of closed classes of conjunctions, such as coordinating conjunctions, subordinating conjunctions, and conjunctions between sentences contained in the poetry anthology Sebatas Angan Rindu by Fina Af'idatussofa and Upik Lestari. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data source used is the poetry anthology Sebatas Angan Rindu by Fina Af'idatussofa and Upik Lestari published by the QT Millennials Library in 2006 which can be accessed via the link https://aseranikurdi.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/antologi-puisi-sebatas-angan-rindu.pdf. This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Subsequently, organization is conducted by appointing responsible personnel and coordinating with relevant parties to minimize disruptions to the maintenance of equipment and other machinery on the ship. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.

The background of this research is that some micro business actors have been out of business due to the pandemic, and only a small number of micro business actors have been empowered by the Pekanbaru City Cooperatives (diskop) and UMKM Office. This study aims to: (1) find out how the empowerment of micro-enterprises by Diskop and UMKM in Pekanbaru City; and (2) knowing the factors that influence the empowerment of micro business actors by Pekanbaru's Diskop and UMKM. This type of research is qualitative research. There were six informants in this study, and one key informant. The results of this study are: (1) the empowerment of micro-entrepreneurs by the Diskop and UMKM in Pekanbaru City has fulfilled the aspects of good empowerment, because there are already aspects of enabling, empowering, and protecting. The enabling aspect is known from the efforts to collect data on the potential of micro-entrepreneurs. Then the empowering aspect is known from the activities of forming business partnerships, empowering business institutions, coordinating and synchronizing micro business actors with regional stakeholders. Meanwhile, the aspect of protecting is protecting micro-enterprises from adverse events resulting from medium and large business actors through legal protection and advocacy assistance; (2) the empowerment of micro business actors by the Diskop and UMKM in Pekanbaru City is known from two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors originating from the Pekanbaru City Diskop and UMKM, such as the limited budget for empowering micro-entrepreneurs. External factors are related to micro business actors, such as the desire to be empowered but not empowered by the Office. In addition, there are some micro business actors who do not support empowerment activities carried out by the office, because they are considered to be less needed by micro business actors. The research suggestions are: (1) micro-entrepreneurs should be given socialization regarding the importance of participating in various empowerment programs by the Pekanbaru City Diskop and UMKM; (2) the importance of increasing the implementation budget for various micro business empowerment activities so that many micro business units can be empowered.

Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Regardless of the roles and responsibilities of the leader, leadership traits and spirit can greatly help the running of an organization. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. The leadership training takes the form of classroom-based training, workshops and seminars, online training, and mentoring and coaching.
