This research aims to determine whether the partial influence of Motivation (X1) has on Client Competence (Y), the partial influence of Discipline (X2) on client Competence (Y), the partial influence of commitment on client Competence (Y), and the influence of Motivation ( X1), Discipline (X2), Commitment (X3) simultaneously towards Client Competency (Y) at the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center. The population of this research is the clients of the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center. The sample taken was 50 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with an Incidental approach, namely a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample if they are seen to be suitable, with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version version 20. The results of this study show that there is no influence between Motivation (X1) partially on client Competence (Y). This can be shown by t count (0.945) < from t table (2.011), there is no influence between Discipline (X2) as a whole. partial to client competency (Y) this can be shown by t count (-3.329) < from t table (2.011), there is no influence between Commitment (X3) partially to client competency (Y) this can be shown by t count ( 1.606) < from t table (2.011), and the variables of motivation (X1), discipline (X2), and commitment (X3) of community counselors simultaneously on the competency of correctional clients (Y). This can be shown by the results Fcount > ftable (4,683>2,810),

Based on research conducted in SMK NU 01 Kendal, especially in fashion drawing learning in class X busana butik still uses conventional learning with blackboard media, the learning media is less effective because it requires a lot of energy and time for learning material that contains many pictures and tutorials that need to be delivered repeatedly. This study found a solution that is the design of learning media using the Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) method, a system for delivering interactive multimedia-based learning with instructional material presented by means of a computer or computer system., so that it can help teachers deliver material effectively, and make students learn with high motivation because they are interested in multimedia systems that are able to present the appearance of text, images, videos, sounds and animations. The validation value by media experts shows that the value of 3.1 is classified as good / valid, and the validation results from material experts show a value of 3.5 which is categorized as very good / very valid, and an increase in the percentage value of effectiveness from 50.4% to 81.7%. and there is time efficiency, one of material such as collar images can save up to 18 minutes.

This research aims to determine: 1) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship on learning motivation, 2) the effect of school environment on learning motivation and 3) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship and school environment on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The subject of this research is students of SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. The sampling technique used on this research is stratified random sampling. Data collection technique using a questionnaire. The instrument validation technique used on this research is validity test and reliability test. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests, such as normality tests, linearity tests and multicollinearity tests and there are hypothesis tests such as t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, effective contribution and relative contribution. The results of this research are: First, that there is a positive and significant influence of the teacher-student interpersonal relationship variable on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudoni. This is evidenced by the value of Tvalue > Ttable 6.67 > 1.98 and a significance value of <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Second, it was found that there was no significant influence of school environmental variables on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono but the results still showed in a positive direction. This is proven by the significance value of the school environment of > 0.05 and the T value of 0.56 < T table of 1.98 so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected. Third, there is a positive and significant influence of teacher-student interpersonal relationship variables and the school environment together on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This is evidenced by the results of the F test with a F value of 34.75 > 3.09 F table with a significance level <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show a coefficient of determination value of 0.438, where teacher-student interpersonal relationships and the school environment together influence student learning motivation by 43.8%. While the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other factors. Teachers should be active in participating in communication competency training in order to improve teacher-student interpersonal relationships and teachers pay more attention to all students.

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and competence on employees at the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 72 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression test with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 25.0.The results of this study obtained the equation Y = 18.514 + 0.616 X1 + 0.305 X2 +e. Motivation affects the performance  of employees. Competency affects the performance of employees. Motivation and competence  a  effect on the performance  of employees at the Office of the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency.

Village development activities are an integral part of the Merdeka Campus Competency Program (PKKM) in line with MBKM KKNT. Participating students perform community service as proof of their commitment to strengthening and supporting their community, in accordance with the principles of the Three Dharma Universities which include teaching, research, and devotion to the community. Village Development Program in Penangungan Village, Trawas, Mojokerto, attractive tourist destinations near the mountains, is a real step forward in providing ideas and solutions to the problems of the village community. The Trawas area is a famous tourist destination, with beautiful natural environments, cafes, and tourist attractions that contribute significantly to the village economy. Some destinations in Trawas, such as the Kecambung Valley, are newly opened on October 12, 2023, but may be missed as tourists tend to visit places that are widely discussed in the Trawas area. UPN DKV students focus Bina Village's work program on branding Agrowisata Valley Kecambung to increase the attractiveness and visibility of this new destination.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Training, Work Discipline and Competency on Performance through Job Satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique used in this research is filling out a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to 120 respondents or employees. Analysis tools use Partial Least Square Software (Smartpls 4.0). The calculation results show that: (1) the training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) the competency variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

A logo is a medium for communicating values, goals, and creating an impression of professionalism from an institution. Meanwhile, standard logo graphic manuals are a medium for communicating values, goals, and creating an impression of professionalism from an institution. These two elements are interrelated and inseparable. This journal discusses visual identity design, especially logos and graphic manual standards for the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise which is implemented in the Merdeka College Competency Program (PKKM). Village Development Students at the East Java "Veteran" National Development University, Visual Communication Design Study Program were assigned to create a new logo design and standard graphic manual for the business entity. This research aims to analyze the influence of communication competence, organizational culture, and professionalism of public relations officers on the quality of public service in the era of artificial intelligence. The study employs a quantitative method through descriptive analysis, and data collection is conducted online by distributing questionnaires using the Microsoft Forms platform with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Purposive Sampling is used as the sampling technique, and a total of 100 respondents aged 17-30 who have undergone internship or are currently employed were obtained. The data is processed using the SmartPLS application program with SEM. The research findings indicate that communication competence has a significant impact on the quality of public service. When someone chooses words carefully and treats others with courtesy, it can build trust, respect, and comfort in social interactions. Organizational culture also plays a crucial role in the quality of public service by fostering trust, mutual respect, and cooperation among employees. The study concludes that the professionalism of PROs influences the quality of public service. If the professionalism of PROs improves, the level of service quality will be high, and conversely, if it decreases, the level of service quality will also decline..

Competency/ability of Human Resources is also important in supporting the achievements and goals of the organization, in facing the rapid development of technology, organizations can no longer stand idly by, they will be crushed by the times, in the current era it could be said that people or organizations cannot sleep. amidst the hustle and bustle of development in all fields, the availability of highly skilled human resources is very necessary, the era of one-touch one service requires the ability to manage well, continuously, and consistently. To produce good human resources, implementing the 12-Year Compulsory Education program or graduating from high school is one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of human resources that are more qualified and competitive. Through this program, it is also hoped that it will be able to become a solution in reducing unemployment rates, reducing school dropout rates, and increasing the abilities of the young generation who are ready and able to compete globally. The method used in this service is public speaking assistance and the formation of youth organizations. The results of this research show that teenagers from SMP 4 Kutacane already understand: exploring self-potential, step-by-step building self-confidence, public speaking, character education, and organizing. Apart from that, there are changes and increases in knowledge and the addition of teenagers in organizations, and they tend to have the courage to express opinions in public, with public speaking training

The Association of Indonesian Doctors has been formed and declared in a Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Number AHU-003638.AH.01.07.2022. The Indonesian Doctors Association is no longer the sole forum for medical organizations in Indonesia. The study of the legality of this new association and the study of the organization of the Indonesian Doctors' Association have violated the right to associate and human rights because it is the sole forum for the medical professional organization which is the focus of the problem raised by the author. The study uses a normative juridical approach to seek answers with certainty and legal certainty through existing legal theories, norms and legislation. The conclusions obtained are that in order to protect patients, improve service quality, and ensure legal and statutory certainty, the medical professional association or organization must be one. Determination of quality and service, competency standards, and professional ethics must come from a professional organization. With a noble purpose, a single professional organization does not violate the law on association and human rights. The presence of a new medical society organization will not interfere with the position of the Indonesian Doctors Association as a professional organization. The suggestion from this study is that new organizations such as the Association of Indonesian Doctors must synergize and become the task force for the Indonesian Doctors Association in controlling the running of the organization while simultaneously providing a driving force for services to the Indonesian people.   Key words: Professional organizations; Constitution; Medical practice

KAI access is the official application from KAI for making orders, as a means of boarding passes, train tickets. This application was created to make it easier, especially for KAI passengers, to order tickets, as a medium for finding route information and train schedules according to what train passengers need. Implementation of KAI Access is measured from four indicators including communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Meanwhile, the level of satisfaction of PT service users. KAI is seen from 9 indicators including requirements, systems, mechanisms and procedures, costs/tariffs, product specifications, types of services, competency of implementers, behavior of implementers, handling complaints, suggestions and input, and facilities and infrastructure.The results of the research show that the cumulative score for KAI Access Implementation obtained a percentage of 84.29, which is in the high category, while the cumulative score for the level of satisfaction of PT service users. KAI obtained a percentage of 82.79, including the high category. The results of statistical calculations through the product moment correlation test obtained r_count > r_tabel (0.931 > 0.279) at a significance level of 5% with N-50, which means there is a positive influence of the implementation of KAI Access on the level of satisfaction of PT service users. The role of human resources is needed to achieve good results within the company. Whether a company develops or not depends on the human resources in the company itself. Companies are required to find and print employees who will later provide good work results. Performance can be influenced by recruitment, selection and training and can be through the role of competency variables. The study aims to determine the role of recruitment, selection, and training on employee performance with competence as a mediating variable at the Aromatique Art Lab Store East Java Branch. The subject of the study was an employee of the East Java Branch of the Aromatique Art Lab Store. The employee sample consisted of 44 employees. The sampling technique is non probability sampling. The study used the Smart-PLS method. The results show that: (1) Recruitment does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Selection does not significantly affect Employee Performance. (3) Training has a significant effect on Employee Performance. (4) Recruitment does not significantly affect the Competency to the extent. (5) Selection does not significantly affect the Competence. (6) Training has a significant effect on competence. (7) Competency has a significant effect on Employee Performance. (8) Recruitment has no significant effect on Competency-mediated Employee Performance. (9) Selection has no significant effect on Competency-mediated Employee Performance. (10) Training does not significantly affect Competency-mediated Employee Performance. The benefits of research are as material for taking company policies in encouraging employee performance and as a reference for further researchers. The next suggestion of researchers is that they are expected to look at other variables outside the variables used in this study in order to get maximum results.

This research is motivated by a company operating in the convection/sewing sector. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of competence, work experience, work commitment on the productivity of production employees. This research was carried out at CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all 47 production employees of CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The technique used for analysis is the IBM SPSS program version 22. The data analysis technique in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test. The results of this test concluded that the t test results showed that the competency variable partially had a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.003 and a t value of 3.119. The work experience variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.356 and a t-count value of 0.933. The work commitment variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.004 and a t value of 3.075. And the results of the f test show that the variables competency, work experience and work commitment have a significant effect on the productivity of production employees with a significant value of 0.000 and an F value of 20.909.

This research aims to determine the influence of competency and ability to use technology on employee performance at the Tamalanrea District Office. The method used was multiple linear regression analysis and the sample taken was 25 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions have also been tested in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of this research show that the competency variable (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance (Y), while the ability to use technology variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). It can be concluded that together the competence and ability to use technology have a positive effect on employee performance at the Tamalanrea District Office, Makassar City, so it is hoped that each agency (Tamalanrea District Office Leadership) will continue to retain employees who have competence or broad knowledge of the field of work they do. .

Hospitals are an integral part of social and media organizations whose function is to provide comprehensive health services to the community, both curative and rehabilitative, where hospital services reach family and environmental services. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of the quality of health services on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of the Medan Indonesian Workers' Imelda Hospital. The research design used in this study was an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all patients who were treated from November 2022 to February 2023 in the Inpatient Room of the Imelda Indonesian Workers Hospital in Medan, totaling 167 people. The number of samples to be examined by the entire population is 62 people. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The statistical test used is the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the chi square test showed that there was an influence of 8 variables, namely technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and convenience, which had a p-value <α 0.05, meaning technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and comfort affect patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Medan Indonesian Workers Imelda Hospital, and the multivariate test with the results of multiple logistic regression tests shows that the variable of technical competence is the most dominant with an odds ratio (OR) of 45,348 meaning 4 times affect patient satisfaction. The conclusion was that the dominant technical competency variable had the most influence on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Imelda Indonesian Workers Medan Hospital. It is recommended for the hospital to make policies in order to improve technical competence in the treatment room so as to produce optimal patient satisfaction..

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a vehicle for the application and advancement of science and technology that takes place outside of school under certain time constraints, work processes, and requirements. Higher Education's Community Service Program is an effort to improve the content and quality of education for students and to gain more added value in higher education by carrying out several program activities, one of which is the socialization of personal branding and graphic design. It is envisaged that by implementing this Socialization, it will be possible to build local potential at the KKN location. The goal of this research was to discover and improve the local potential of the Tapaan Village region. The demographic and sample in this study are MSME-Practitioners and Tapaan Village business owners. Interviews, observation, and documentation were utilized to obtain data. This interview method seeks information about the SMEs that the community lives and the potential that exists in the Tapaan Village. According to the study's findings, the role of KKN is part of growing student competency as a kind of community service, particularly in Tapaan Village.

Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. (Abdurahmat Fathoni, thing: 01 of 2014). Some of these problems were identified as factors indicating that the characteristics of HR competencies in improving employee performance at SMC Hospital were not optimal, thus affecting employee work productivity. This can affect the performance of employees who are less effective so that the implementation of their duties often does not run optimally. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on motives, employee motives at RSUD SMC Kab. How does competence and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at the Banjar City Archives and Library Office? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 46 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competency, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Libraries Office. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence and high work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service.
