Lovebysisdaisy is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) producing handmade phone charm accessories and operating as a home-based business with limited digital marketing capabilities. This community service program aimed to strengthen digital marketing through Instagram optimization and the utilization of Shopee as an e-commerce platform. A participatory approach was applied, involving the business owner from problem identification to evaluation. Methods included observation, interviews, and digital documentation, followed by assistance in content development and Shopee store management. The results show that structured Instagram content improved visual consistency and audience engagement, while the establishment of a Shopee store enabled organized product catalogs and initial customer interactions. These outcomes indicate increased digital awareness and readiness of the MSME to implement sustainable online marketing strategies and expand market access.

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed financial transactions in Indonesia, particularly through the growing use of e-wallets as practical and efficient payment tools. In a country with a Muslim-majority population, ensuring that e-wallet services comply with Islamic principles—free from riba, gharar, and maysir—is essential. This study aims to analyze Indonesia’s legal politics in regulating the use of e-wallets within the Islamic financial system and to assess their alignment with sharia principles. This research employs a normative juridical method with a qualitative descriptive approach by examining laws, regulations, and fatwas related to sharia-based fintech. The findings indicate that the Indonesian regulatory framework—through the OJK, Bank Indonesia, and DSN-MUI—has attempted to harmonize policies to support sharia-compliant digital financial services. However, several challenges remain, including limited e-wallet platforms with sharia certification, low digital sharia literacy among users, and the absence of detailed technical regulations specific to sharia e-wallet operations. This study recommends strengthening regulatory guidelines, increasing public literacy, and enhancing collaboration between regulators and the fintech industry to promote the development of sharia-compliant e-wallets that are secure, innovative, and aligned with Islamic financial principles.

The rapid development of e-commerce as part of the broader digital transformation has introduced various new forms of transactions that were not explicitly recognized in classical Islamic jurisprudence. These include digital contracts, non-physical goods, cloud-based services, and electronic payment systems. Such innovations present a range of legal challenges, particularly concerning the validity of contracts, the legal status of digital products, the permissibility and security of electronic payment methods, and the protection of consumers in online transactions. To address these challenges, Islamic scholars have increasingly turned to ijtihad the process of independent reasoning and interpretation—as a methodology capable of providing legal solutions for contemporary issues. This study employs a qualitative approach, primarily through literature review, to examine the foundational principles of ijtihad, various methodological tools, and their applicability to different aspects of e-commerce transactions. The findings demonstrate that ijtihad methods, including qiyās (analogical reasoning), istislāh (consideration of public interest), istihsān (juridical preference), and ‘urf (customary practice), enable Islamic law to remain adaptive and flexible, while still oriented toward justice and public welfare. By applying these methods, Islamic jurisprudence can provide legal certainty, uphold fairness, and ensure that e-commerce practices align with Shariah principles, ultimately fostering trust and ethical behavior in the digital marketplace.

The rapid development of digital technology, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, has brought changes to people's behavior and lifestyle with the trend of digital payments. One of the advances in digital financial services technology is PayLater, a Fintech innovation that offers easy transactions in the form of loans and installments without a credit card. This study aims to analyze the influence of transaction convenience and risk perception on purchasing decisions using the PayLater feature on e-commerce platforms among Generation Z in Samarinda City. This study uses a quantitative approach with associative methods and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 27. The method used is purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 100 respondents from Generation Z in Samarinda City, aged 18-28 years, who have used PayLater on e-commerce platforms. The findings show that transaction convenience (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, but risk perception (X2) does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. At the same time, both variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for the PayLater feature to design more effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and transaction experience.

The rapid growth of e-commerce has increased the strategic role of freight forwarding and delivery service companies in maintaining the efficiency of supply chains. However, the increasing complexity of delivery processes also raises various operational risks, such as package damage, loss, delivery delays, and distribution errors. This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management in freight forwarding companies operating in Brebes Regency and to assess the effectiveness of the risk management practices applied. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, involving company management, operational staff, couriers, and customer service personnel. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model and supported by average risk score analysis. The results show that most aspects of risk management fall into the high and very good categories, with an overall average score of 3.89. This indicates that the company has implemented risk management effectively, particularly in incident evaluation, risk measurement, and cooperation with insurance providers. Nevertheless, improvements are still needed in reducing the frequency of operational risks and enhancing the use of digital technology for risk monitoring to ensure a more comprehensive and sustainable risk management system.

This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions of consumer reviews on the Shopee e-commerce platform and to understand how these reviews influence trust and purchasing decisions. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design, using in-depth interviews with one informant an active Shopee user and supported by digital observations of the fake review phenomenon. The findings indicate that reviews play a crucial role in shaping consumers’ perceptions and trust toward sellers. The informant perceived honest reviews as those characterized by detailed content, genuine product photos, and a natural writing style. In contrast, reviews that appear overly uniform, exaggerated, or too brief are considered inauthentic and raise doubts. Negative experiences resulting from fake reviews reduce trust in both sellers and the platform. This study highlights the need to improve review verification systems and enhance digital literacy education so that consumers can better distinguish between genuine and fake reviews, thereby fostering a more transparent and trustworthy online shopping environment.

The objective is to analyze the competitiveness of modern retail through the integration of SWOT analysis as a basis for formulating more targeted strategies using qualitative descriptive methods. This paper identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that drive the performance of modern retail based on literature and empirical findings from various previous studies. The results of the analysis show that the main strengths of modern retail lie in product completeness, competitive prices, strategic locations, and operational efficiency. Meanwhile, weaknesses arise from suboptimal digitization, minimal online promotion, limited service innovation, and outdated inventory management. Meanwhile, opportunities arise from changes in digital-based shopping behavior, while threats emerge from the dominance of large retailers, e-commerce competition, and economic fluctuations. Based on the SWOT integration, a strategy is formulated that includes strengthening digitalization, optimizing online marketing, improving service quality, and modernizing operational systems to support long-term competitiveness.

The development of the digital era has triggered a significant transformation in consumer shopping patterns, which have now shifted from conventional retail to Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce). This article analyzes the phenomenon of changing consumer behavior driven by preferences for speed, practicality, and time efficiency, with the COVID-19 pandemic as the main catalyst. The study highlights that the success of Q-Commerce is highly dependent on Logistics Service Quality (LSQ), particularly in terms of timeliness, courier interaction quality, and order condition. Despite offering convenience that disrupts physical retail, this business model faces serious sustainability challenges, including high last-mile operational costs, difficulty achieving profitability leading to the closure of several market players, and intense competition from hybrid retail models. In addition, traffic safety issues and increased carbon emissions are highlighted as social and environmental impacts. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy, especially in Bantul Regency, where they significantly contribute to the Gross Regional Product(GRDP) and job creation. Despite a rise in MSMEs numbers from 2021 to 2024, their long-term viability is hindered by issues like insufficient funding, inadequate accounting skills, and underutilization of e-commerce platforms. This research investigates how businesses, accounting knowledge, and e-commerce adoption impact MSME sustainability in Bantul Regency. Employing a quantitative method, it collected primary data via questionnaires from 100 MSME operators selected through purposive sampling. Analysis involved multiple linear regression. Findings indicated that business capital had no significant influence on sustainability, while accounting knowledge and e-commerce use positively and significantly boosted it. The R2 value of 29% show that these factors collectively explain 29% of MSME sustainability variance, with the remaining 71% attributed to external variables. The study highlights the need to enchane accounting education and digital tools to boost MSME competitiveness and resilience.

The development of information technology has transformed trade from traditional markets to digital platforms, including Cash on Delivery (COD) payment systems. This study analyzes the integration of the COD system with the istishna contract in online transactions (specifically on Shopee), its implementation mechanisms, and its validity according to Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah). The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach through digital observation and literature review. The focus of the study was on pre-order or custom product transactions made after a specification agreement between the buyer (mustashni') and seller (shani'). The results showed that the COD system is valid in the istishna contract because it allows for final payment upon receipt of the goods. This is in accordance with Sharia law as long as the product specifications are clear, the price is transparent, and the buyer's right to khiyar is fulfilled to ensure the goods conform to the contract. As long as it is free from riba (usury), gharar (gharar), and tadlis (tadlis), the COD method in istishna transactions reflects fairness, openness, and benefits for both parties in the digital economy ecosystem.

The development of electronic commerce through marketplace platforms presents new challenges in civil law enforcement, particularly concerning the platform's liability for the circulation of counterfeit goods. This study aims to analyze Shopee's legal responsibility as a provider of electronic transaction services regarding the sale of counterfeit goods, based on Article 1365 of the Civil Code concerning Unlawful Acts and its relation to consumer protection principles as regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The research uses a normative juridical method with a legislative approach and literature study, including provisions in the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions and Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 on the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions. The research findings indicate that although Shopee does not act as a direct seller, the platform still has a legal obligation to provide a reliable, secure, and responsible electronic system. Negligence in verifying sellers and monitoring products has the potential to fulfill the elements of unlawful acts, particularly the elements of fault and causal relationship with consumer losses. This study emphasizes that Shopee qualifies as a business actor in the context of consumer protection, thereby bearing both preventive and repressive responsibilities to ensure transaction security and prevent the circulation of counterfeit goods on its platform.

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion, shopping convenience, advertising, recommendation, comment, and credibility factors on purchase intensity in the TikTok Shop platform among Indonesian households. The rapid development of social commerce services requires a deep understanding of factors driving online purchasing decisions, especially among families as primary users. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed online. The sample consisted of 150 active TikTok Shop users from various household backgrounds. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS was used to analyze the direct effects of each factor on purchase intensity. The results indicate that promotion, shopping convenience, and credibility significantly and positively influence purchase intensity, while advertising, recommendation, and comment have relatively weaker yet still relevant effects. These findings underscore the importance of effective promotional strategies, ease-of-shopping enhancements, and building platform credibility to boost purchase intensity within the household consumer segment. The practical implications can guide e-commerce practitioners and digital marketers in formulating adaptive marketing strategies in the era of social commerce.

The rapid growth of e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, particularly Tokopedia, has resulted in a large volume of consumer reviews containing valuable information regarding customer perceptions and satisfaction. However, manual analysis of such reviews is inefficient and prone to subjectivity, necessitating an automated approach based on machine learning. This study aims to classify the sentiment of sports product reviews on Tokopedia into positive, negative, and neutral categories by applying Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest using the Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) approach. The data were collected through web scraping of Indonesian-language sports product reviews and processed through several preprocessing stages, including data cleaning, case folding, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming. Feature representation was performed using TF-IDF to transform textual data into numerical vectors, after which the dataset was divided into training and testing sets with an 80:20 ratio. Model performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results indicate that the application of TF-IDF significantly improves the performance of all models, with SVM consistently achieving the most optimal performance compared to Logistic Regression and Random Forest. These findings demonstrate that classical machine learning algorithms combined with TF-IDF remain highly effective for sentiment analysis of Indonesian-language text. The implications of this study are expected to assist sellers in understanding customer opinions, support consumers in making informed purchasing decisions, and serve as a foundation for the development of sentiment analysis and recommendation systems on e-commerce platforms.

This research aims to examine how prices and reviews influence consumers 'purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform in Jambi City. The rapid development of e-commerce has encouraged consumers to be more careful and discerning when selecting products, making price and product reviews important considerations in buying decisions. This study employed a quantitative approach via a survey method for data collection. The questionnaires were distributed online and successfully gathered responses from active Shopee users in Jambi City. Purposive sampling was employed to make sure that respondents met research criteria. The information gathered underwent analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 27, which involved conducting assessments of validity, reliability, and classical assumptions, and multiple regression tests to see the impact of each variable on buying decisions. The study revealed that product price and reviews hold an important and relevant impact on consumer buying decisions. This research indicates that the more competitive the price and the better the quality, the bigger the possibility of customers buying products on Shopee.

The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has led to an increase in product reviews, including for beauty products on Tokopedia and Shopee. These reviews serve as important sources of information to assess consumer satisfaction; however, manually analyzing thousands of reviews daily is impractical. This study applies Natural Language Processing (NLP) with Naive Bayes, C4.5, XGBoost algorithms to classify sentiment in Indonesian-language reviews. The dataset used consists of 76,256 reviews labeled as positive, negative, and neutral. The research stages include text preprocessing, feature representation using BoW and TF-IDF, data balancing through SMOTE, and model performance evaluation based on accuracy, precision, and recall. Differences in results among the algorithms were analyzed using ANOVA. The results show that Naive Bayes achieved the highest accuracy at 67.71%, followed by XGBoost at 65.91%, and C4.5 at 58.39%, with Naive Bayes performing best in identifying positive and negative sentiments, while XGBoost and C4.5 handled more complex data patterns effectively. These findings provide guidance for sentiment analysis in Indonesian and support businesses in obtaining automated insights from customer reviews to improve product quality and services.

The skincare industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, primarily driven by the significant development of e-commerce and increased consumer awareness of self-care. This surge has resulted in intense competition among brands. This comparative study aims to analyze the role of trust as a mediating variable that connects price fairness, celebrity endorsements, and e-WOM to repurchase intentions for two brands: Somethinc (a science-based brand) and Wardah (a halal-based brand). A quantitative research method was used, involving a survey with a 5-point Likert scale distributed to 150 millennials and Gen Z respondents in Semarang City. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM (SmartPLS). The findings reveal that both celebrity endorsements and trust have a significant impact on repurchase intentions for both brands. In contrast, price fairness and e-WOM do not have a significant direct effect on either brand. However, the study shows that trust effectively mediates the influence of price fairness, celebrity endorsements, and e-WOM on repurchase intentions. This underscores the vital role of trust in enhancing customer loyalty to Somethinc and Wardah. These findings suggest that strengthening brand trust in skincare products can significantly boost customer loyalty.

The development of social media-based e-commerce, especially TikTok Shop, has created new challenges and opportunities in building customer loyalty, especially in the highly competitive local cosmetics industry. One of the most popular local brands is Emina, which targets young consumers with an affordable price approach and halal label. However, the level of customer loyalty is still a crucial issue that needs to be strengthened so that business sustainability is maintained. The urgency of this research lies in the need to understand how live streaming and halal labeling, as two relevant marketing strategies in the digital era, are able to shape purchasing interest that leads to customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM technique to test the relationship between variables with 115 TikTok Shop user respondents in Semarang City. The results show that live streaming and halal labeling have a significant effect on purchasing interest and customer loyalty, and purchasing interest is proven to mediate the relationship between the two variables and customer loyalty. These findings indicate the importance of integrating interactive visual approaches and religious belief values in digital marketing strategies for cosmetic products.

The digital economy and e-commerce are rapidly transforming global markets, driving efficiency, inclusivity, and innovation. However, these developments also produce unintended consequences, particularly regarding environmental sustainability. This study aims to examine the relationship between digital transformation, the expansion of e-commerce, and their impact on carbon emissions and socio-economic outcomes. Using bibliometric analysis and VOS Viewer to map and analyze research trends from leading academic databases, this paper identifies key themes, knowledge clusters, and research gaps in the intersection of digital economy, logistics, and sustainability. The findings indicate that technological advances foster economic growth and greater accessibility but simultaneously contribute to rising energy consumption, logistics intensity, and carbon footprints. These results highlight the dual nature of digitalization as both a catalyst for inclusive development and a driver of environmental pressures. The study argues that an integrated policy framework is crucial to leverage the benefits of digital transformation while mitigating its environmental costs. It emphasizes the importance of green innovation, sustainable infrastructure investment, and inclusive e-commerce practices as key strategies for ensuring long-term socio-economic resilience. Ultimately, the paper contributes to the policy discourse by positioning innovation, inclusivity, and environmental stewardship as complementary rather than competing forces, thereby offering a pathway for future digital economy development that is both equitable and sustainable.

Digital entrepreneurship has become a transformative phenomenon in the modern economy, changing the way businesses are developed and run through digital technology. Although the literature on digital entrepreneurship is growing rapidly, comprehensive mapping of the evolution of knowledge and research patterns is still limited. This study analysis the development of digital entrepreneurship in academic literature through bibliometric analysis of the Scopus database to identify research trends, knowledge structures, and future directions. The analysis was conducted on 1,815 publications from 681 sources (1988-2025) written by 8,023 researchers, using R Studio (bibliometrix) and VOSviewer. The results show exponential growth with an annual growth rate of 17.22%, as well as five main theme clusters: digital business models, digital innovation, social entrepreneurship, e-commerce, and fintech. Thematic evolution shifted from traditional entrepreneurship (1988–2010) to digital transformation (2011-2018) to new technology integration (2019-2025). The level of international collaboration reached 26.39%, with the United States, China, and the United Kingdom as the main contributors. These findings provide a research roadmap for identifying research gaps, collaboration opportunities, and trending topics in digital entrepreneurship.

This study analyzes the influence of Islamic business ethics principles on online buying and selling transactions in the predominantly Muslim community of South Sumatra. Using a quantitative approach through a survey of 200 respondents in Palembang with a Likert scale questionnaire, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The results showed that the principle of honesty (sidq) had the strongest significant influence (β = 0.029, p = 0.002), followed by unity (tawhid) (β = 0.016, p = 0.049), while other principles such as balance, free will, and responsibility showed a positive but insignificant influence. The regression model explained 10.3% of the variation in transaction behavior (R² = 0.103). This study concluded that the application of Islamic ethics can increase trust and sustainability in e-commerce in the region, with implications for the development of halal businesses. In the future, the application of these principles is expected to mitigate ethical issues in e-commerce, such as fraud and uncertainty that often occur, as well as strengthen transparency and fairness in online transactions.
