The study aims to elucidate the current state of digital marketing practices in Indonesia, exploring how AI technologies are integrated and the ethical considerations surrounding their implementation. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study utilizes in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders in the Indonesian digital marketing ecosystem. The sampling technique involves purposive sampling to ensure representation from various industry sectors and perspectives. Data analysis is conducted through thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of emerging themes and patterns related to AI adoption and ethical implications in digital marketing strategies. Preliminary findings suggest a complex interplay between technological advancements, ethical dilemmas, and regulatory frameworks, highlighting the need for a balanced approach to AI utilization in digital marketing within the Indonesian context.

This journal aims to conduct a juridical study on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the creation and dissemination of pornography content on social media, with a focus on Indonesian positive law. The main issues identified involve efforts to regulate the use of AI in pornography from an ethical standpoint and the necessity of appropriate regulations. The research has two main objectives: first, to identify the risks arising from the misuse of AI in creating pornography content and find ways to address these risks; second, to analyze the appropriate legal regulations regarding the use of AI to address the creation and dissemination of pornography content on social media, as well as to study regulations applied by some countries regarding AI use. The research findings indicate the positive impact of AI in various aspects of life, but its use in pornography production poses negative effects that require regulation. In Indonesia, regulations are limited to specific types of AI, necessitating updates to protect society from potential misuse of AI technology.

This research aims to demonstrate the influence of the effectiveness of image preprocessing-based artificial intelligence technology in detecting the ripeness level of tomatoes on user satisfaction and to discover correlations between them. The applied research method is quantitative, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to attendees of the IT Festival 2023 Expo held on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at the Baranangsiang Campus, IPB. The data analysis methods used include Pearson correlation test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, and T-test using SPSS 25.0 software. The test results indicate that the effectiveness of image preprocessing-based artificial intelligence technology has a positive and significant impact on detecting the ripeness level of tomatoes

The aim of this study is to find out how to implement the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the formation of laws and regulations in Indonesia. This study uses a normative juridical method with a statutory and regulatory approach as well as secondary legal materials, namely books on Legislation, other books related to this case and scientific journals from previous research. The study results show that Al can still be utilized in the process of forming regional regulations without eliminating or even replacing the role and function of the regional regulation forming organs. The use of AI in the process of forming regional regulations is only limited to tools that can be used during the harmonization process in the stages of drafting regional regulations. The use of AI is said to have better accuracy and speed in predicting potential disharmony between regional regulations and various other laws and regulations.

The method used in this research is to use a hermeneutic approach, which provides an interpretation of the text. Based on the results of analysis and discussion, there are several artificial intelligence technologies contained in the novel, including 1) Robots, 2) Cars, 3) Smart Hotels, 4) Metal Earrings found both in direct descriptions and dialog between characters.

Di era digital saat ini, kemajuan teknologi informasi mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat. Salah satu perkembangan yang signifikan terjadi dalam bidang kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence), yang telah diterapkan luas di berbagai sektor, termasuk analisis data dan pengambilan keputusan. Para peneliti di bidang data mining telah menciptakan beragam algoritma klasifikasi yang meningkatkan proses klasifikasi dengan memanfaatkan atribut numerik dan nominal. Klasifikasi adalah suatu proses analisis data yang menghasilkan model untuk mewakili kelas-kelas dalam data tersebut, seperti yang terjadi pada Decision Tree yang digunakan untuk menganalisis klasifikasi dan pola prediksi data serta menggambarkan hubungan antara variabel atribut  dan variabel target  dalam bentuk struktur pohon. Python, sebagai bahasa pemrograman populer dalam pengembangan kecerdasan buatan, menyediakan pustaka dan framework yang mendukung implementasi algoritma Decision Tree. Dengan menerapkan algoritma Decision Tree untuk klasifikasi data evaluasi mobil menggunakan Python, kita dapat memanfaatkan kekuatan AI untuk memberikan solusi efektif dan efisien dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait evaluasi mobil. Menggunakan dataset Evaluation Car dari UC Irvine Machine Learning Repository, hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 81%. Confusion Matrix dan laporan klasifikasi menunjukkan performa model yang baik dalam melakukan prediksi.

This research aims to analyze the influence of communication competence, organizational culture, and professionalism of public relations officers on the quality of public service in the era of artificial intelligence. The study employs a quantitative method through descriptive analysis, and data collection is conducted online by distributing questionnaires using the Microsoft Forms platform with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Purposive Sampling is used as the sampling technique, and a total of 100 respondents aged 17-30 who have undergone internship or are currently employed were obtained. The data is processed using the SmartPLS application program with SEM. The research findings indicate that communication competence has a significant impact on the quality of public service. When someone chooses words carefully and treats others with courtesy, it can build trust, respect, and comfort in social interactions. Organizational culture also plays a crucial role in the quality of public service by fostering trust, mutual respect, and cooperation among employees. The study concludes that the professionalism of PROs influences the quality of public service. If the professionalism of PROs improves, the level of service quality will be high, and conversely, if it decreases, the level of service quality will also decline..

This research aims to examine the application, obstacles and benefits of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT on the effectiveness of social media marketing using the Attention, Interest, Desire, Action (AIDA) model approach, especially on the Cuci Shoes Kelen Instagram account. The background to this research is the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which has created an era of digital technology with a high number of internet users in Indonesia, even though digital understanding and literacy is still low. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data through virtual ethnography and interviews. The research subjects consisted of two owners of "Cuci Shoes Kelen," namely DB and FP, while the research object was the use of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT in this account. The results of the first research showed that the application of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT with the AIDA model approach on the Instagram account "Cuci Shoes Kelen" resulted in improvements in all aspects measured. Therefore, the marketing and promotional content produced by ChatGPT can increase the effectiveness of social media marketing. The results of the second research show that there are obstacles in implementing ChatGPT Artificial Intelligence, especially in new users' understanding of the types of questions that should be asked to ChatGPT, and also the limited information in ChatGPT version 3.5. However, benefits include ChatGPT's ability to provide promotional strategy recommendations that comply with AIDA concepts and detailed guidance for their implementation.

Sejauh perkembangannya  AI telah membawa dampak positif yang cukup signifikan dalam memudahkan berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, mulai dari otomatisasi proses bisnis hingga munculnya alat pengenal wajah (face recognition) yang canggih. Namun, dampak positif ini juga disertai dengan adanya potensi dampak negatif yang harus diperhatikan. Persoalan ini memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Sebagaimana eksistensi manusia, terutama dalam hal privasi dan keamanan data, menjadi semakin gampang diakses dan sangat berpotensi untuk disalahgunakan. Munculnya tantangan baru dalam dimensi hukum dan HAM menjadi suatu kebutuhan mendesak dalam menghadapi era teknologi AI yang terus berkembang secara pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana teknologi AI mampu memengaruhi berbagai aspek HAM, termasuk privasi, kebebasan individu, dan perlakuan non-diskriminasi. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa penggunaan teknologi AI seperti face recognition ini dipandu oleh regulasi hukum yang jelas. Prosedur yang adil, dan kebijakan pemerintah yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip HAM merupakan kunci untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara inovasi teknologi dan perlindungan terhadak hak-hak setiap individu.

This study aims to analyze the communication of marine mammals, especially whales and dolphins, through a bioacoustic approach combined with computational science as an effort to support conservation in the Tropical Ocean region. The focus of the location is on the Banda Sea, the Seram Sea, and the tropical Pacific region which are important migration routes for marine mammals. Data were obtained from underwater sound recordings using hydrophones, accompanied by visual observations to validate the behavior and existence of species. The analysis is carried out through several stages, including signal pre-processing with noise filtering and sound segmentation, spectral analysis using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), as well as the creation of a spectrogram to visualize vocalization patterns. Machine learning algorithms such as Support Vector Machine (SVM) are used to classify interspecies voices, while deep learning approaches are applied to identify more complex communication patterns, including dialect variations. The results showed that whales produced low-frequency vocalizations (20–200 Hz) for long-distance communication, while dolphins used high-frequency clicks and whistles (5–20 kHz) for echolocation and social interaction. The integration of bioacoustics and artificial intelligence improves the accuracy of sound classification by more than 90%. These findings confirm the effectiveness of computational-based non-invasive methods in monitoring the presence and behavior of marine mammals and provide a scientific basis for sustainable conservation.

In the era of globalization, cultural exchange is easier to do. One of the cultures that are popular with young people in Indonesia is Japanese animation. Animation is an image that is made to look real with artificial intelligence technology. At this time many people are interested in animated content that is displayed in real-time via social media, but there are still many who have not been able to present it optimally regarding the expressions and movements of the characters. So the researchers used the face tracking method in the Live2D application to produce animated characters that can interact directly with the exact expressions of the actors behind the camera. Tests using Vtube Studio Unity proved that the animations created succeeded in displaying the actors' expressions and movements in real-time. The research objectives are to understand the system's effectiveness, challenges, and Tokopedia's efforts to improve data and privacy protection. Tokopedia has prioritized information security since its establishment, implementing tight security measures, and continuously improving them. Tokopedia Shield, a security feature introduced in 2015, has significantly reduced fraud risk in the platform. Additionally, the company has taken several steps to secure user data, such as data encryption, access restriction, and password quality enhancement. Tokopedia continuously develops its security system, incorporating the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data Analytics to detect potential threats early and improve the security system's responsiveness.

The purpose of the research is to describe the benefits, risks, and wise use of ChatGPT in the era of AI and to ensure its responsible use.
