Every company always wants to achieve its goals while maintaining its existence in society. A company needs humans as implementers to achieve its expectations. Behind the success of a company, it is actually inseparable from the role of leaders who contribute to it. In addition to the role of leaders, employees will be able to carry out their activities well, if supported by good working environment conditions. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang. The object of this study is employees of PT Apparel One Indonesia 1, especially the production department with a total population of 1950 employees and a sample of 95. The data collection technique in this study uses random sampling, where everyone in the target population has an equal opportunity to be selected. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. The research data processing used SPSS version 25. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 2. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 3. Leadership style and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. In the field of education, organizational culture and the school environment are critical variables that must be considered. Of course, this immediately improves teacher performance, which in turn improves school quality. In practice, State Elementary Schools in the Buah Batu District have established an organizational culture and created a welcoming school atmosphere, yet this appears to be insufficient. It is still discovered that instructors' behavior in carrying out their tasks does not adhere to the established culture, and there are many teachers who have not earned teaching credentials, which is an intriguing issue to explore. The quantitative approach used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis. 78 respondents were given questionnaires with the expectation that they would be able to answer the research objectives. SPSS version 25 was used for statistical testing. According to the findings of the research, organizational culture and the work environment have an impact on teacher performance, both individually and collectively. Several recommendations are made to school principals, supervisors, and instructors in the study that will help them enhance their performance.

This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Makassar City. To find out and analyze which variable is the dominant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. In Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. That the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. That simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are in accordance with the theory of Budi Setiyawan and Waridin (2006) that discipline is in an ideal state in supporting and carrying out tasks according to the rules in order to support work optimization. One of the conditions for discipline to grow in the work environment is the complete division of labor to the lowest employee or officer, so that people know consciously what their duties are, how to do it, when the work starts and finishes, as arranged in advance and understand who is responsible for the results of the work.

This research seeks to find out how social criticism is in cyber literature, the Whynesia monologue on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data used are three cyber videos of Whynesia monologue literature on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel. This research data was collected using the listening and note-taking method. The results of the research show that Whynesia's cyber literary monologue on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel has deep social criticism regarding the phenomena currently occurring. Through the flow of the monologue delivered, the narrator presents a discourse of social criticism regarding social problems that occur in Indonesia. This monologue presents the importance of social criticism which acts as a tool to maintain societal stability. Strong and courageous monologues in conveying criticism, stimulate thinking about the importance of creating stable conditions in society, where people must express their voice or social criticism regarding problems in the environment. The implication of the findings is the importance of social criticism to maintain the stability of society and the importance of new media such as research objects to revive literary works as a medium for social criticism. Therefore, society must fight so that existing inequalities or problems can be voiced to create stability and regeneration of literary works as a medium used in society.

This study aims to explore the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems, as well as its implications for global financial reporting. The study was conducted for one month in January 2024 at STIE Ganesha, involving 20 college students. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The findings show that English proficiency has a significant impact on the use of accounting information systems and understanding of global financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing English language skills among accounting students and professionals to improve the quality of financial reporting accessed globally. This research is important because it fills a gap in understanding of the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems for global financial reporting. The implication is that a better understanding of the relationship between English proficiency and needs in the context of accounting information systems will help prepare accounting students for more success in their careers, especially in an increasingly connected global business environment. In addition, this research can also provide new insights for educational institutions and the world of work in designing curricula and training that are more relevant and effective in preparing accounting professionals to deal with future global challenges.

The reason for this study was to decide the ID of the viability of inside review quality in the North Sumatra government. Because they aid in the understanding of the actual world by students, internships are an essential component of curricula in higher education. The Independent Campus Learning Internship program, which was introduced by the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology at the beginning of 2020, is the subject of this study. The purpose of this program is to expose students to the outside world. experience working in an environment relevant to their subject of study in order to enhance graduates' hard and soft skills. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine what competencies accounting students pick up from their MBKM internships across a range of sectors. In order to collect data for this study, accounting students in Indonesia who are doing MBKM internships are sent Google forms over social media. Using descriptive statistical methods, the data was analyzed, and 87 out of the 98 respondents made up a viable sample size. The analysis's findings demonstrated that most students had made progress in the hard and soft abilities needed in the job. The majority of students concur that their confidence in working in accounting has grown as a result of their internships, which have also enabled them to work independently on tasks, cooperate with others, evaluate data, and solve problems on their own. The majority of interns who complete their internships receive employment offers, demonstrating the effectiveness of internship programs in enhancing the abilities that businesses and industry deman.

The present study was conducted during school closure during the pandemic period, from 2020 to 2022. This study aims to explore teachers’ responses to the difficulties in using the online platform, and how teachers cope with the challenges in running online classes. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study participants were seven junior high school teachers in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. They had mixed work experiences. The results of the study showed that teachers responded differently to the demand for teaching using an online platform. Most teachers conducted online classes on a pro forma basis in order to comply with government policies. They viewed themselves unprepared to participate in online classes. The study also found teachers’ difficulties in teaching online classes due to students’ lack of adequate knowledge, skills and motivation in utilizing the online platforms provided by their schools. The study concludes that there is a need for comprehensive training and support for teachers to effectively adapt to online teaching methods. Additionally, it suggests that schools should invest in improving students' digital literacy skills to enhance their engagement and success in online learning environments.    

As a company engaged in ports such as ship services, goods services, container services, passenger services, and various services related to the port and shipping industry, of course, prioritizing good service. Various activities in the work environment have potential risks that must be identified and evaluated. Systematic, thorough, and structured approaches such as Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determine Control or HIRADC are used to identify problems affecting work processes and risks associated with existing equipment or systems, which can endanger individuals around the port. This research was conducted qualitatively by analyzing the safety risks of workers at ports around Surabaya, East Java. The results showed that there were 7 types of work with 45 hazard risks identified.

Children begin to develop the ability to think, learn, and remember, and begin to develop the ability to control emotions and interact with people other. In adolescence, individuals experience a transition between childhood and adulthood adult life is characterized by biological growth and development and psychological. Children's physical and psychosocial development of adolescents can begin with an explanation of the importance of understanding physical and psychosocial development during childhood and adolescence. Matter This is because this period is a very important period in a person's life, in where many significant changes and developments occurred. Additionally, understanding of Physical and psychosocial development during childhood and adolescence is also very important for parents, teachers and health workers in providing appropriate care and upbringing. Physical development during childhood and adolescence includes growth and development of body organs, nervous system, and motor abilities. Meanwhile development Psychosocial includes emotional, social and cognitive development. During childhood, Physical and psychosocial development is greatly influenced by the environment and upbringing accepted. Meanwhile, during adolescence, physical and psychosocial development is influenced by internal and external factors, such as hormonal changes, social environment, and pressure from friends peer. In discussing children's physical development and adolescent psychosocial development, it needs to be emphasized that each individual has different developments, depending on factors which influences it.

Counseling, Mentoring and Empowerment are activities to increase community participation in meeting life's needs to resolve problems experienced by the community. Activities are carried out through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program, which is a community service-based activity to increase student empathy for the conditions of society and the environment. Science KKN is carried out in Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency using service methods such as counseling, training and group mentoring. The results show that there is a positive response from village stakeholders and high active participation from the community, including taking part in an extension program with four activities, namely structuring Village Administration, Legal Awareness, Empowering MSMEs, and Learning Innovation. Apart from that, there are several outputs produced: (1) Strengthening data recording, archiving and reporting Village finances correctly (2) Increasing order, peace, security and justice in Village social life (3) Development of quality, competitiveness and added value of production home and halal certification (4) There has been an increase in discipline and participation in the teaching and learning process in an orderly and structured manner.

The pandemic era that occurred in 2020 is a new history in human civilization. The emergence of the pandemic has limited interaction between humans and the surrounding environment. Limited interaction during the pandemic is manifested in the social distancing program, indirectly this program can reduce the sense of social concern, kinship and togetherness between residents. Not only does it have an impact on social welfare, this program will also limit buying and selling activities in markets and local village environments. Thus affecting the level of economic welfare of local communities. The pandemic era that has ended has not been able to restore the economy and health of the affected communities, so various individual and group efforts still need to be made that can increase people's income. Some of the problems above are the background and reasons for choosing Simomulyo Village as our KKN object. Simomulyo village has a very strategic location because it is located in the city center and has a fairly large market. Of course, this condition causes Simomulyo village to receive a significant impact from the pandemic period to the post-pandemic period. To solve existing problems, we and the Simomulyo Village community will work together to maximize the benefits of implementing the waste bank program. The success of this optimization is marked by increased awareness and insight of the village community regarding waste that is ready to be recycled and sold to increase village income. The hope is that, apart from being useful in creating a healthy environment, the waste bank program will also be useful in improving economic and social welfare for the people of Simomulyo Village. This is realized in the form of a waste bank account which is accumulated into cash to ensure the smooth implementation of several village activities.  

As the times evolve and consumption rates increase, waste management has become one of the primary challenges faced by communities, particularly in the Rw 02 Gunungsari Surabaya area. In an effort to address the negative impacts of production and waste disposal, the city government, especially the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surabaya, has initiated the MBKM KZW ( Zero Waste Village ) as an innovative and sustainable solution. Zero Waste is not just a slogan, it is a lifestyle that teaches us to change consumption paradigms and appreciate natural resource. One of the main pillars of the Zero Waste movement is waste reduction. This involves awareness of the sources of waste around us and concrete steps to minimize it. From reducing the use of single-use plastics to choosing products with eco-friendly packaging, every small action has positive impact on the environment. The key to the success of the KZW program is collaboration and active involvement of various stakeholders. This is includes the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surabaya, the community of Rw 02 Gunungsari Surabaya, and students from the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, working together to reduce waste. Innovation in waste management needs to be encouraged. Adopting a Zero Waste lifestyle is not an easy task, but with awareness, education, and sustainable actions, we can collectively create positive change towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future. Zero Waste is not just about minimizing waste, it is also about maximizing our potential to live in harmony with nature.

This research explores the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) between workers and PT. Astra Autoparts. Using qualitative methods and a normative juridical approach, this research not only refers to regulations and related literature, but also involves observations and interviews with HRD and contract workers at the company. From an Islamic legal perspective, research emphasizes that PKWT must fulfill the principles of justice, equality and protection of workers' rights. The concept of "fair" (‘adl) is in focus, where respect for workers' rights and prevention of exploitation are key. It is hoped that the PKWT is in accordance with Law No. 6/2023 to create a fair work environment. The research results show that PT. Astra Otoparts has implemented PKWT in accordance with Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 and Law no. 6/2023 concerning Job Creation. However, there are obstacles such as incompatibility of worker qualifications, lack of understanding of work contracts, lack of understanding of labor laws, and lack of understanding of government regulations regarding PKWT. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase understanding and conformity in the implementation of PKWT in order to create a fairer work environment.

Previous research or relevant research has a very important role in a scientific work. Through previous or related research, theories and relationships or influences between variables can be strengthened. This article reviews the factors that influence how employee performance is influenced by the work environment, job satisfaction, and commitment to the organization in a literature review in the field of Human Resource Management. The findings from this research literature are that: 1) the work environment influences employee performance; 2) job satisfaction influences employee performance; 3) and commitment to the organization influences employee performance.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, which is the most frequently found bacteria and is transmitted between humans via the air route. The incidence of TB in Indonesia in 2020 was 301 per 100,000 population. Therefore, family doctors play an important role in promoting health and preventing TB disease, identifying risk factors, clinical problems, and providing management to patients by implementing holistic family doctor services based on evidence based medicine through a patient centered and family approach, the main problem This patient did not wear PPE when in direct contact with other patients while working at PKM Tanah Pasir. In this case report, primary data was obtained through anamnesis (autoanamnesis), physical examination and home visits to complete family data, psychosocial and environmental data. Patient Mr. R, 45 years old, underwent routine TB treatment at the Tanah Pasir Community Health Center and was diagnosed two months ago. The patient has normal nutritional status. Pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions are carried out for patients in the form of education about TB disease for patients and their families. The results of the evaluation of the intervention are that the patient has started to do physical activity and the family has supported the patient's routine treatment.
