Social media has become an integral part of the lives of teenagers, especially among high school students. Excessive use of social media can have negative impacts on students' mental health, such as anxiety, depression, and decreased self-esteem. In Dobo City, the lack of socialization regarding the negative impacts of social media on students' mental health has created a need for a community service program aimed at raising students' awareness of these effects. This program involves various methods such as workshops, group discussions, and counseling sessions to provide knowledge on how to use social media in a healthy way. The program also offers students the opportunity to share experiences and develop skills in managing stress and improving their mental health. The results of this program show an increased awareness among students regarding the negative effects of social media and the importance of managing online time wisely. This program has also led to positive changes in students' mindset towards healthier social media use. It is hoped that the outcomes of this activity can make a positive contribution to improving students' mental health and cultivating more responsible social media habits.

This research  aims to analyze the application of the McKinsey 7S framework in achieving sustainable performance management at Fresh Bright Pool, Tanjungpinang, amid the increasingly competitive local entertainment industry. The study explores the seven core elements of McKinsey 7S—strategy, structure, systems, shared values, skills, leadership style, and staff—to understand the dynamics of performance management and innovation in the service sector. A qualitative approach was employed, collecting data through in-depth interviews with two staff members and several visitors, supported by document analysis to ensure data validity. The results show that the elements of strategy and shared values are the primary strengths of Fresh Bright Pool in creating superior customer experiences, such as through the improvement of billiard facilities, optimization of bar services, and implementation of a more structured reservation system. The shared value of "comfort and togetherness" has successfully built a friendly and inclusive work culture. Collaborative leadership styles enhance staff engagement in operational processes, while the skills and staff elements still face challenges, including limited technical training and capacity development in customer service. This study provides valuable insights for Fresh Bright Pool to continue strengthening these elements to improve efficiency, maintain competitive advantage, and achieve operational sustainability in the local entertainment industry.

Hypertension and diabetes mellitus, which many elderly suffer from, are a significant problem in Indonesia because they pose a risk of serious complications and even death. At the Olak Kemang Community Health Center, the incidence of hypertension and diabetes mellitus in the elderly has increased. However, the scope of elderly people's active participation in various hypertension and diabetes mellitus management programs is still low. Based on the results of the team's research and initial observations, it is known that the main cause of this problem is a lack of family support and limited knowledge about the efforts that families must make in managing illnesses in the elderly. This situation indicates weak family functioning which has an impact on health. This community service activity aims to strengthen family functions and self-care behavior for elderly people with hypertension and diabetes mellitus in the work area of the Olak Kemang Community Health Center through the implementation of Posdaya (Family Empowerment Post). Posdaya activities include counseling about family functions, developing family skills to manage hypertension and diabetes mellitus in the elderly, as well as assisting families to be able to access various application-based health services for the elderly and families. The activity was attended by 20 elderly people and their families. The results of the activity showed that 80% of participants experienced increased knowledge. Imperfect: Career, Love & Scales is a work that discusses the issue of body shaming and social pressure on beauty standards. Through a qualitative approach with social comparison theory analysis, this study reveals how the representation of body aesthetics is displayed in the film. The main character, Rara, experiences pressure to meet ideal beauty standards, such as a slim body and white skin, both in her work environment and family. This phenomenon reflects social construction and popular culture that reinforces beauty stereotypes. The impacts of this pressure include decreased self-esteem, anxiety, and unhealthy dieting behavior. This study shows that media-promoted beauty standards have a negative impact on individual mental health and encourage appearance-based discrimination. The film also critiques narrow beauty standards while conveying important messages about self-acceptance and diversity.

This study applies a qualitative research method with an intersectionality approach to analyze Mark Twain's The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, which explores issues related to race, gender, and class in the context of post-civil war America. The main focus of this research is how racial, gender, and class identities interact with each other in shaping the experiences of the characters, specifically Huck, a white boy from the lower class, and Jim, an escaped African-American slave. Through the analysis of their cross-racial relationship, this study highlights the complex power dynamics, where Jim is trapped in a racial and class hierarchy, while Huck struggles against social pressure from female authority figures representing patriarchy. The findings of this study suggest that character identities are shaped by the intersection of multiple factors, providing a deeper understanding of the challenges faced in maintaining or resisting oppressive systems of power. The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, a classic novel by Mark Twain, is a clear example of how literary works that criticize racial injustice can be misinterpreted and censored. Twain presents a scathing satire of American society, exposing its hypocrisy and failure to realize the promised values of equality. As such, the deep meanings contained within are buried under layers of superficial and biased interpretations.

The turret machine is one type of lathe that has The main characteristic is that the tool for sequential operations can be set in readiness for use in the appropriate sequence. This turret machine is intended for cutting, drilling and smoothing work pieces. The process of making this collar aims to find out what material is used and the function of the collar. In the process, the iron is clamped with a chuck then the drill which is located on the loose head is brought close to the workpiece then the chuck rotates so that the workpiece has a hole with an inner diameter of 11.2 mm, after that the workpiece is sprayed with bromus liquid to ensure that the workpiece does not rust easily and does not experience excessive heat which can damage the workpiece. Entering the next stage, the workpiece is cut to a length of 9 mm, and the next process is that the workpiece is placed in a jumper. The cumper process functions to smooth the workpiece so that it is not rough before entering quality control. After that, the object enters quality control. In quality control, the work object is measured using a jig measuring tool to determine whether the work object is OK or NG. The aim of this process is to make quality spare parts that are safe to use. The disadvantage of the turret machine is that it is a manual process that requires hand speed and expertise in operating the turret machine..

This study explores the moral values embedded in the plays "Harut dan Marut" by Ali Ahmad Bakatsir and "Malaikat Tersesat dan Termos Ajaib" by R.J. Mardjuki through a semiotic analysis based on Roland Barthes' theory. The research aims to uncover the moral messages conveyed in both scripts, emphasizing the contrasting portrayals of angels and human experiences. The findings indicate that "Harut dan Marut" focuses on the repercussions of disobedience to divine commands, illustrating the gravity of sin and repentance. In contrast, "Malaikat Tersesat" adopts a satirical tone, highlighting the absurdities of human existence and the challenges faced by Adam and Eva. By employing a comparative literature framework, this study enhances the understanding of the moral implications present in these works, demonstrating the role of literature in imparting ethical lessons and fostering moral awareness within society.
