This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Bravo PUPR Online attendance system in improving the work discipline of Civil Servants (ASN) at the National Road Implementation Center of East Nusa Tenggara. The research focuses on punctuality of attendance, consistency in fulfilling working hours, task completion, compliance with attendance procedures, alignment between recorded data and actual conditions, and acceptance of consequences for violations. The study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and interviews with leaders, system operators, and ASN as direct users. The results indicate that the implementation of the Bravo PUPR Online attendance system has improved administrative order in attendance and increased ASN awareness of time discipline. However, work discipline has not been fully optimal, as several issues remain, such as inconsistent attendance, suboptimal fulfillment of working hours, and discrepancies between attendance data and actual field conditions. In addition, technical constraints such as internet connectivity and GPS accuracy, as well as behavioral factors like negligence and lack of supervision, also affect system effectiveness. In terms of compliance, the Bravo system integrated with e-HRM is considered effective in detecting violations and enforcing strict consequences, ranging from warnings to administrative sanctions. This demonstrates that the attendance system functions not only as a recording tool but also as an instrument for monitoring discipline.

The rapid evolution of digital technologies has fundamentally reshaped tax administration systems, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which constitute a critical driver of economic development yet continue to demonstrate suboptimal levels of tax compliance. This study aims to critically examine the role of Application Programming Interface (API)-based tax automation in enhancing MSME tax compliance through a systematic narrative literature review approach. Employing a qualitative design, this study synthesizes recent scholarly works published within the last five years to identify patterns, relationships, and emerging trends in digital taxation practices. The findings indicate that API-based automation significantly improves administrative efficiency, minimizes human error, and facilitates real-time data integration between taxpayer systems and tax authorities. Moreover, such integration enhances transparency and reduces compliance costs, thereby fostering voluntary compliance behavior among MSMEs. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of this technological intervention is contingent upon several structural and behavioral factors, including digital literacy, technological readiness, and the availability of reliable digital infrastructure. Persistent disparities in these areas may constrain the scalability and inclusiveness of API implementation. This study underscores that API-based tax automation represents a transformative policy instrument in modernizing tax administration systems, provided it is supported by coherent regulatory frameworks, capacity-building initiatives, and equitable infrastructure development. The findings contribute to the broader discourse on digital taxation by offering a conceptual foundation for developing adaptive and sustainable compliance strategies in the era of economic digitalization

Inflation and post-COVID-19 economic uncertainty have placed significant financial pressure on low-income workers, including boarding house employees. This study aims to analyze the effects of financial literacy, financial attitude, and economic pressure on personal financial management behavior and financial resilience among boarding house employees in Semarang Regency. A mixed-methods sequential explanatory approach was employed, with the quantitative phase (n=150) analyzed using PLS-SEM, followed by a qualitative phase (n=15) using thematic analysis. Results indicate that financial literacy (β=0.312; p<0.01) and financial attitude (β=0.387; p<0.01) have significant positive effects, while economic pressure has a negative effect (β=-0.256; p<0.01) on financial management behavior. The model explains 52.4% of the variance in financial management behavior. Financial management behavior significantly mediates the relationship between financial literacy and financial resilience. The qualitative phase identified five adaptive strategies: strict budgeting, income diversification, strategic saving, social network utilization, and financial technology adoption. This study contributes to the literature by exploring an understudied population and integrating the economic pressure perspective into financial behavior models.

Work discipline is a crucial element in improving employee performance, particularly in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector such as automotive workshops, which often face managerial and structural challenges. This study aims to explore the understanding, implementation, and influence of work discipline on employee performance at Gandi Jaya Motor Workshop, Jombang, within a local context characterized by religious values and informal work culture. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and were analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that work discipline is perceived as a form of personal responsibility driven by leadership example and religious values, rather than by formal systems alone. External factors such as limited infrastructure and the absence of a structured HR evaluation system also affect performance effectiveness. These findings expand the scope of Work Discipline and Employee Performance theories by incorporating social and cultural dimensions as determinants of work behavior. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for a humanistic approach to HR management in MSMEs and recommends further exploration with broader participant coverage and more diverse methodological approaches.

Individual behavioral factors are critical determinants of organizational effectiveness and a vital component of modern organizational diagnosis. This study aims to identify and map individual behavioral factors as strategic indicators in organizational diagnosis using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by PRISMA 2020. Analysis of ten selected articles reveals that organizational effectiveness in the digital transformation era is driven by a reciprocal equilibrium between an individual's cognitive infrastructure and volatile work environment demands. The findings synthesize these behaviors into four strategic clusters: psychological well-being as primary infrastructure, digital structural support audits, justice and trust equilibrium, and psychological contract synchronization. This research provides tactical implications for Human Capital practitioners to transform annual diagnostic methodologies toward the implementation of monthly pulse surveys to detect fluctuations in well-being and disengagement intentions in real-time. This predictive diagnostic step is essential to mitigate turnover risks and design precise institutional interventions in hybrid work ecosystems.

This study explores how social media–driven green marketing shapes sustainable consumer behavior through a systematic literature review. As concerns about sustainability intensify alongside rapid digital engagement, social media has emerged as a crucial platform for communicating environmental initiatives and influencing consumer responses. Despite this relevance, existing studies remain fragmented across theoretical, contextual, and methodological perspectives, limiting a holistic understanding of the topic. Using the PRISMA approach, this research reviews 42 empirical articles sourced from the Scopus database and analyzes them through the TCCM (Theory–Context–Characteristics–Method) framework. The findings show that most studies rely on intention-based theories, particularly the Theory of Planned Behavior, although there is a growing shift toward integrating social, psychological, and technology-oriented approaches. From a contextual standpoint, the literature is largely concentrated in Asian regions and younger demographics, which restricts broader generalization. Furthermore, results indicate that social media–driven green marketing does not directly affect sustainable behavior but works through important psychological mediators such as trust, engagement, and perceived value. These factors significantly influence how consumers interpret and respond to environmental messages online. The effectiveness of such marketing strategies is also shaped by cultural and demographic differences, making context a critical factor. Methodologically, most studies employ cross-sectional surveys and structural equation modeling, limiting the ability to capture causal and dynamic relationships. Overall, this study provides a structured synthesis, highlights research gaps, and suggests future directions, including cross-cultural analysis, stronger theoretical integration, and more rigorous research designs.

Caring behavior is the core of high-quality nursing services. In practice, it is influenced by various psychological factors and work-related stress. Self-compassion and mindfulness are believed to help nurses maintain emotional balance in delivering empathetic and humane nursing care. This study aims to analyze the effect of self-compassion and mindfulness on nurses’ caring behavior, with work stress as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was used. Descriptive analysis employed the Three Box Method, while inferential analysis used SEM-PLS. The study population consisted of all nurses at Cilincing District General Hospital (N = 113), using total sampling. The results of the study indicate that the proposed model is considered fit (p = 0.133) and appropriate for testing the influence of self-compassion and mindfulness on caring behavior, with work stress as a mediating variable. Self-compassion has a significant positive effect on caring behavior (p = 0.000), while mindfulness does not have a direct effect (p = 0.891), but shows a significant indirect effect through the reduction of work stress (p = 0.044). Both self-compassion (p = 0.029) and mindfulness (p = 0.000) negatively affect work stress. Interestingly, work stress positively influences caring behavior (p = 0.030). To enhance the influence of self-compassion and mindfulness on caring behavior, hospitals should develop psychological intervention programs based on self-compassion and mindfulness to help nurses manage stress and strengthen caring practices. A systemic approach that considers organizational factors is also necessary to support the consistent implementation of caring behavior.

This study investigates the effects of transformational leadership and work-life balance on job satisfaction, with employee engagement as a mediating variable, within the context of modern organizational work environments. Increasing job demands and performance pressures have raised concerns regarding employee psychological well-being, yet previous empirical findings on how leadership and work-life balance influence job satisfaction remain inconsistent. Therefore, this research aims to examine whether employee engagement serves as a psychological mechanism that explains the relationship between transformational leadership, work-life balance, and job satisfaction. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through structured questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee engagement, which subsequently has a strong positive influence on job satisfaction. However, work-life balance does not demonstrate a significant direct or indirect effect on job satisfaction in this research context. Furthermore, employee engagement is proven to fully mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. In conclusion, this study highlights employee engagement as a key psychological pathway through which transformational leadership enhances job satisfaction and provides practical implications for organizations to prioritize leadership development aimed at strengthening employee engagement.

This community service program aims to strengthen legal awareness among Kodingareng fishers through community-based legal education tailored to their social characteristics and work structures. The program was implemented through initial mapping, participant segmentation based on local fishing typologies—papekang, papattek, and pagae—and dialogical legal education linked directly to everyday fishing practices. The educational content focused on clarifying categories of prohibited acts, legal consequences, and individual responsibility within both independent fishing and vessel-based collective work. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ ability to articulate legal boundaries, assess legal risks based on specific actions, and understand the relationship between legal compliance, resource sustainability, and household livelihood stability. Although economic pressure, long working hours, and patron–client relations remain significant constraints on rapid behavioral change, the enhancement of legal awareness represents a meaningful outcome within the framework of community service. The findings suggest that community-based legal education can function as an effective preventive strategy against fishing-related crimes and provide a foundation for sustained legal empowerment initiatives in small island communities.
