The design of the Web-Based Recap System is a strategic step in addressing issues related to data management and information efficiency that occur at the Samarinda Manpower Office. The focus of this service is centered on developing a system that facilitates the recapitulation process of labor-related data. The main purpose of this service is to provide technological solutions that facilitate the management of labor data and improve information transparency at the Samarinda City Manpower Office. The research method adopted involves a survey of user needs, an in-depth analysis of the recap process, as well as the application of the Laravel Framework to build a responsive and accessible web platform.

The need for education regarding the types of contraceptives will have an impact on increasing knowledge and choice of contraceptives in women. At the same time, adjustments to technological developments also need to be made, so the team designed a mobile web-based of Sistem Informasi Kontrasepsi Rasional (SIKONTRAS) which is intended for the wider community in ease of obtaining information related to contraceptives. This socialization activity resulted in two things, namely an increase in knowledge related to contraception and an increase in skills in using the SIKONTRAS Application resulting from the questionnaire at the point "The application is easy to use", out of 21 participants, 18 participants chose "strongly agree", so it can be said that the application is easy to use. use

This study aims to describe and analyze the financial performance of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia, which is reviewed using the analysis of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The analysis method used is the descriptive analysis method. The data used in this study is secondary data derived from the main website of PT Bukit Asam Tbk and focuses on the financial statements for the period 2018–2022. The results of the research analysis show that the company performance of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios is in the "very good" category by industry standards. However, there are only two aspects of measurement in the "less good" category of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia's financial performance in several years, namely in terms of debt-to-assets ratio and net profit margin. It can be seen that this company can increase the value of assets and capital to pay corporate debt and guarantee creditor interest payment.

Graphic design has become a necessity in various areas of life, including branding and website design. Nowadays, graphic design has become an important part of various sectors of life, especially to support the economic and marketing sectors. Therefore, graphic design visual arts abilities and skills are very necessary. This is an opportunity to equip young people with graphic design skills. The results of a survey conducted by the service team showed that Medan city teenagers have a high interest in graphic design art. So real efforts need to be made to equip Medan city teenagers with graphic design skills. Therefore, in this community service activity, graphic design training and assistance was carried out using the Canva application to increase the creativity of Medan city teenagers. The method of implementing community service is in the form of lectures providing material directly by resource persons to partners.

The findings from this webinar reveal that many MSMEs still rely on traditional methods to assess financial health, which are inadequate to face the current economic challenges. The speakers emphasized the importance of good risk management and effective branding strategies to achieve sustainable business growth. By adopting new technologies and implementing prudent financial management, MSMEs can maintain their competitiveness in the dynamic global market.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of financial ratios in the telecommunications sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. Financial ratios are financial analysis tools used to evaluate company performance by comparing financial data contained in financial statements. Liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, activity ratios, solvency ratios, and market ratios are types of ratios. This research uses a qualitative method with secondary data on financial statements in the telecommunications sector for the 2020-2022 period. The data can be obtained by visiting the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange or visiting the company's website. The samples used were only four companies, namely PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN), PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT), PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL), and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that of the four companies, the ratio of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk is superior compared to the other three companies because the company can utilize its cash and assets well, fulfill its obligations both short and long term, manage the company well and efficiently, and generate high profits with a reasonable share price.

World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

To know the quality of a website it is necessary to measure, by doing measurement of the quality of a website can be known user satisfaction against the website. In this study using the WebQual 4.0 method refers to the three core dimensions representing the quality of a Website, namely usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality. This research was conducted using a questionnaire the population of this study were Lintasarta employees, sample from this study 28 questionnaires. After the data is obtained, it is tested for validity and reliability. In this study, the regression analysis used the assumption test classical, and multiple linear analysis. Then for hypothesis testing F test and t test are used. The results obtained in this study are Usability Quality, Information Quality and Interaction quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

The background of this research is that there are still many employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II who have not been able to provide brilliant ideas into the operational performance of the company. This can be seen because there are several work processes that are less effective and efficient, therefore it is very important for Perum Jasa Tirta II to further improve Innovative Work Behavior. From a total of 947 employees, it is estimated that only some employees have developed their innovations, then the results of the innovation development of some of these employees resulted in 14 applications and service websites that have been implemented at Perum Jasa Tirta II from the standard number of applications and which should be 26. This research using a quantitative research model, data were collected using a questionnaire technique with 90 respondents, the test method used IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that Cyberloafing had a significant negative effect on Innovation Work Behavior in Perum Jasa Tirta II employees and Leader Member Exchange had a significant positive influence significant effect on Innovation Work Behavior among employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II.

Mathematics lessons are lessons that are able to provide students with insight into gaining knowledge systematically or how to solve a mathematical problem. One of the goals of learning mathematics is to develop problem solving abilities. This indicates that problem solving is a very important ability to hone in learning mathematics. The method used is literature study or literature review. The study sources are in the form of reference books, published scientific journals, and references on websites accessed via the internet. Theoretical references obtained through literature study research will be used as the basic foundation and main tool for further practice which will be followed up with field research. Polya's theory is a systematic approach to solving mathematical problems which consists of four main steps, namely understanding the problem, planning a solution, implementing the plan, and checking again. This theory has been applied in various mathematics learning contexts, such as in analyzing the difficulty of solving mathematical problems on various materials and levels of difficulty.

This article aims to find out about teacher skills in designing a student worksheet (LKS) at SDN 060909 Medan Denai. The method used by researchers is a qualitative research method using interview and observation data collection techniques for one research subject, namely the class 1 teacher at SDN 060909 Medan Denai. Using interview and observation data collection techniques. The research results show that the teacher's skills in designing a student worksheet are good. It can be seen from the teacher's ability to utilize technology such as using the Canva application to design a worksheet and also using the LKS web on Google as well as the design results which are quite interesting accompanied by animated images that are appropriate for the age of elementary school students. The LKS designed by research subjects is very simple, therefore there are several important components that are not included in the LKS designed, such as the competencies to be achieved and supporting information.

This article explores the financial performance of tobacco subsector companies using liquidity indicators in the form of the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio. A qualitative approach was applied to this research. This research uses secondary data obtained on the company's official financial report website including the balance sheet and profit and loss report for the 2019-2021 period. The research results show that overall PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk stands out as a company that has very good performance in the context of liquidity ratios. On the other hand, PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk has the lowest liquidity performance among the four companies.

UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan is a Structurally Integrated Service Unit under the East Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. UPTD plays a strategic role in providing technology-related services in the field of education. However, UPTD faces challenges in the inefficient and slow management of employee data, with 28 employees whose personnel data remains unoptimized. To enhance efficiency, the author plans to develop a web-based personnel information system. The problem statement includes inadequate system support, resulting in slow employee search and report generation processes. The objective of this system is to design an efficient, precise, and accurate personnel data management system, aiming to improve work productivity within UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan. The outcome of this initiative is the design of a website serving as an information portal for UPTD profile, developed using the Content Management System (CMS) WordPress.

This research aims to describe an overview of the management of educational marketing strategies using social media at Primagraha University. This type of research uses Field Research. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, documentation and social media content analysis. The most effective social media used in the educational marketing process include 3, namely: Instagram, YouTube, and websites. The content presented is in the form of academic activities, promotions, information regarding new student admissions, campus activities, and student achievements. This research discusses the handling of problematic funding at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. However, despite its benefits, the use of social media also opens up opportunities for criminal acts, especially in the form of phishing. Phishing is a criminal act that targets sensitive information via email, SMS, and websites. Through community service activities in Sindon Village, especially Dukuh Brajan, the dangers of phishing were disseminated to PKK.. The research results showed that socialization was able to increase PKK understanding of the characteristics of phishing, such as the use of certain agency names, urgent sentences, fake links, dangerous files and personal numbers. Phishing outreach can be an effective effort to prevent phishing attacks in society. Thus, it is hoped that this activity can make a positive contribution in protecting the public from phishing threats in cyberspace.
