The implementation of science learning in schools not only aims to improve students' academic understanding, but also plays an important role in building religious character. Research shows that the integration of religious values in science learning can strengthen students' belief in religious teachings and increase their positive behavior. For example, Islamic values integrated into science materials at the SD/MI level can encourage students to be more convinced of the existence of Allah and follow His provisions, thus forming a strong religious character. In addition, learning approaches that prioritize routine activities such as praying together and reading the Qur'an before lessons have also proven effective in instilling religious character. Furthermore, the application of learning modules that integrate basic concepts of science with Islamic values, such as those conducted at the University of KH Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan, shows that students can better understand the material while internalizing religious values in their daily lives. Other studies also emphasize the importance of character education programs integrated in the curriculum, where religious activities at school, such as congregational prayers and holiday celebrations, contribute significantly to the formation of students' religious character. Thus, well-designed science learning can be an effective means to build students' religious character.

Elderly people have a high risk of suffering from degenerative diseases, one of which is metabolic disorders. This is more widely recognized by the elderly when they are already in severe condition and with complications so that it has an impact on various aspects including increasing morbidity and mortality rates, as well as decreasing quality of life of the elderly and decreasing ability of the elderly to carry out daily activities. Metabolic disorders are caused by increased blood glucose levels in the body known as Diabetes Mellitus (DM) which is one of the health problems of the ten diseases that cause death and disability globally. The implementation of community service activities for Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus through several stages, namely the survey and field observation stages and counseling for Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus counseling is carried out for approximately 90 minutes, as well as evaluations in the form of pre-tests and post-tests. The provision of education was carried out on Wednesday, November 14, 2024 at the Antara Health Center, the number of participants was 32 people. Based on the results of the knowledge of the elderly before and after the counseling for Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus, it was found that 15 elderly people had sufficient knowledge and 17 elderly people had insufficient knowledge. After conducting counseling on Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus, the results obtained were a sufficient increase of 30 and less than 2 elderly. This means that community service on Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus is very effective in the elderly in order to prevent an increase in glucose levels. Counseling on preventive efforts for the elderly in diabetes regarding these degenerative diseases is very necessary so that the elderly maintain their health better. The elderly are expected to be able to understand about efforts to prevent and treat degenerative diseases in the elderly with diabetes. Background: Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that requires long-term treatment and patient compliance so that the healing process can be achieved properly. One of the factors that plays an important role in the success of pulmonary TB treatment is family support. Families who are directly involved in care and motivation can increase the patient's enthusiasm to complete treatment. Therefore, empowering families in supporting pulmonary TB treatment is very important to reduce the number of failed treatments and prevent drug resistance. This community service aims to empower families in providing effective support to pulmonary TB patients so that patients can complete their treatment completely. The empowerment program carried out through counseling on the importance of adherence to TB treatment, as well as training on how to care for patients and reduce social stigma against TB, is expected to increase the active role of families in supporting patient treatment. This community service activity involves families of pulmonary TB patients, medical personnel, and the surrounding community, with an educational and collaborative approach. The results of this community service show an increase in family understanding of TB disease, the importance of adherence to treatment, and a reduction in stigma against TB patients. In addition, families feel more prepared and motivated to support patients in undergoing treatment. Family empowerment has been proven effective in increasing the completion rate of pulmonary TB treatment, which in turn can reduce transmission rates and drug resistance.

Education is a learning process both through formal and informal activities whose aim is none other than individual self-development. As an effort to master various aspects, both cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Sharia economics in the current modernization context, especially in the concept of the Indonesian state, does not only focus on Muslims. Indonesia's multicultural society with various cultures, languages and religions is a very important market in the development of sharia economics. Likewise in educational institutions.  This research was conducted with the aim of observing the extent of the role of education in increasing Sharia Economic Awareness. The research methods used are observation and interviews. Observing and distributing questionnaires to be filled out by STAI Nurul Falah Airmolek students, especially the Sharia Economics Study Program and several other study program students. The results of this research show that students have a strong interest in sharia economics. They realize the importance of the understanding of Sharia Economics that they obtain to convey to society. However, it is a challenge for students because there are still many students who are not yet literate or aware of the presence of Sharia Banking. Social life and the environment are one of the factors that they consider that they don't really need banking services. Even though times have changed digitally. However, this is the reality that is happening today in the regional environment and is an effort for educators, practitioners and Sharia Banking itself to more aggressively build the interest of the academic community and academics in Sharia Banking.

This study analyzes the differences between the neoliberal and social democratic paradigms in poverty alleviation policies in Indonesia, by adding an Islamic Economic perspective as an alternative. The neoliberal paradigm focuses on free market mechanisms, deregulation, and minimizing the role of the state, but often exacerbates social inequality. In contrast, the social democratic paradigm balances the role of the market and state intervention through resource redistribution and protection of vulnerable groups through sustainable social programs. Islamic economics offers a complementary approach oriented towards the principles of distributive justice, balance, and solidarity, by integrating spiritual values into socio-economic policies. A qualitative approach is used in this study, with policy analysis of programs such as the Family Hope Program (PKH) and the National Health Insurance (JKN). The results show that the social democratic paradigm is more effective in reducing poverty systemically than neoliberalism, especially through increasing access to education, health, and social protection. However, budget constraints, corruption, and infrastructure gaps remain significant challenges. The Islamic Economic perspective emphasizes the importance of zakat, waqf, and infaq as instruments of wealth redistribution that have the potential to strengthen inclusive and sustainable poverty alleviation policies. This study recommends strengthening the synergy between the paradigm of social democracy and the values of Islamic Economics to create policies that are more effective, equitable, and oriented towards the welfare of society holistically.

This study examines the impact of government policies on social trauma healing and post-conflict social integration in Ambon, focusing on interfaith community relations and policies implemented following the Malino II Agreement. The objective of this research is to explore the effectiveness of reconciliation policies in reducing sectarian tensions and supporting the recovery of social trauma. The study employs a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach, utilizing a literature review of relevant sources, including books and articles on related policies. The findings indicate that reconciliation policies involving interfaith dialogue and engagement with local leaders have been effective in mitigating sectarian tensions and fostering social trauma recovery. However, while these policies have shown short-term effectiveness, challenges persist in ensuring their sustainability and implementation, particularly regarding social inclusivity. Additionally, the role of local religious leaders and religious institutions is crucial in creating spaces for dialogue and strengthening social cohesion, while religious education and local cultural practices also contribute to social integration. This study suggests that community-based approaches and inclusive policies that engage various societal elements are essential for achieving sustainable social peace.
