The rapid advancement of digital technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), has reshaped various sectors, including the field of law. This study aims to examine the integration of AI in law firms’ operations, focusing on its potential benefits, legal challenges, and ethical implications in the Indonesian legal context. This research employs a qualitative approach through a normative juridical method, supported by literature review and case analysis related to the use of AI in legal practice. Relevant legislation, including Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, is analyzed to assess the existing regulatory framework. The study reveals that while AI enhances efficiency in tasks such as document analysis, case prediction, and legal drafting, it also raises concerns about algorithm reliability, data bias, and the absence of specific AI-related legal regulations in Indonesia. Law firms must ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical responsibility when adopting AI to align with the principles of justice. Human interaction remains crucial to maintain trust and professional integrity in client services. The research contributes to the ongoing discourse on developing legal and ethical frameworks for AI implementation in the legal sector. It suggests the need for comprehensive regulation and professional guidelines to optimize AI utilization while safeguarding justice and ethical standards. The study is intended for publication in a national academic journal.

The spread of hoaxes through voice manipulation technology, such as voice changers, has become a significant issue in Indonesia in recent years. This technology allows perpetrators to manipulate someone's voice, which is then used to spread false information that can damage an individual's reputation, influence public opinion, and create social unrest. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects related to the misuse of voice changers in the spread of hoaxes, identify the challenges faced in law enforcement, and provide policy recommendations to improve legal protection for hoax victims. The methodology used in this research is normative legal research, with a normative approach focusing on the analysis of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) and the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), as well as other relevant regulations. The results show that although Indonesia has a sufficient legal framework to address hoax cases involving voice changers, law enforcement still faces challenges in terms of identifying perpetrators, proving voice manipulation, and the lack of more specific regulations. Additionally, victims have the right to legal protection, including compensation and clarification of false information. This study recommends enhancing the capacity of law enforcement, strengthening regulations, and improving digital literacy among the public to address the challenges posed by this technology.

This study aims to examine the consumer behavior of teenagers in pagerbarang village in using ShopeePay and analyze it from the perspective of Islamic consumption ethics. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with twenty teenagers selected using the snowball sampling technique. The results indicate that consumer behavior is influenced by discounts, promotions, transaction convenience, and social pressure. Teenagers tend to make impulsive purchases driven by emotional needs and low financial literacy. From the perspective of Islamic consumption ethics, such behavior contradicts the principles of moderation (qanâ’ah) and prohibition of extravagance (israf). Teenagers often overlook these values due to social and technological influences that facilitate easy transactions. Therefore, increasing awareness of financial literacy and religious values is crucial to fostering more prudent consumer behavior.

This final report aims to design a website-based electronic archiving system using PHP and MyAdmin. The data collection method used by the author in this research is the field research method through interviews, observation, library research, and descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques using the waterfall method, namely the Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system, which is used to develop information systems in the website creation process. This method uses a systematic and gradual approach. This electronic filing system can help companies overcome various obstacles when recording and rediscovering documents. Automating processes in the system in systematic recording and storage can save time and help provide information quickly so that the administrative process is smooth. Reduces the use of paper (less paper) because documents are stored in digital format, so documents will not pile up and can reduce the use of archive storage space. In electronic archiving, there is no longer a need to manually record the agenda for incoming and outgoing letters, because when recording transactions, incoming or outgoing letters will be automatically recorded on the agenda for incoming or outgoing letters. For the system to continue running optimally, it is recommended that companies carry out employee training, routine system maintenance, continuous development, implementation of information security policies, and regular system performance monitoring.  Implementing these recommendations is expected to increase operational efficiency and accessibility of company information

In today's world of retail and technology, competition is fiercely competitive. With the development of retail businesses increasing in number and mushrooming in a region, consumer needs are increasing, and retail business players are competing to develop their businesses by utilizing existing technology. Daily sales transaction data continues to increase, causing a lot of storage. Toko Ira has more than 228 sales transaction data records from 2023 to 2024 that have not been used. Data requires a lot of storage space. Additionally, the data has not been used in an effective way. Based on this problem, this research aims to use data mining to classify sales transaction data to determine which items are selling best. This research is a case study with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted with the Naive Bayes method and Rapidminer was used. This study focuses on analyzing the impact of Islamic financial literacy on the interest in investing in the Shariamarket. Islamic financial literacy involves a deep understanding of financial principles that comply with Islamic law, including zakat, riba, and the principle of justice in financial transactions. The growing awareness of halal and Sharia-compliant investments suggests that Islamic financial literacy can be a decisive factor in investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents, comprising prospective investors and active investors in the Sharia capital market. The results of the study indicate that higher levels of Islamic financial literacy positively correlate with greater interest in investing in Sharia capital market instruments such as sukuk and Sharia mutual funds. These findings highlight the need for more intensive Islamic financial education programs to improve public literacy and support the development of the Sharia capital market in Indonesia. Supporting policies and innovations in Sharia investment products are also identified as crucial factors in encouraging investment interest. Thus, this study concludes that enhancing Islamic financial literacy can play a significant role in advancing the Sharia capital market and supporting a more inclusive Islamic economy. This research demonstrates that Islamic financial literacy significantly influences investment interest in the Sharia capital market. Investors with a solid understanding of Islamic financial principles such as riba (usury), zakat (almsgiving), and profit-sharing are more likely to opt for Sharia-compliant investment products like sukuk (Islamic bonds) and Sharia mutual funds. The study underscores the importance of comprehensive financial education programs and the availability of accessible information to enhance Islamic financial literacy among the public. These efforts are expected to increase participation in the Sharia capital market and support more inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.
