In the learning process, planning and organizing learning is a teacher’s mandatory task so that the expected learningg is in accordance with the learning that will occur. This research seeks to describe teacher’s abilities in preparing learning plans at SDN 107399 Bandar Khalipah. The approach used in this research is qualitative in the type of descriptive reasearch. The data for this reseacrh comes from sources who have been interviewed, while the data souces are class teachers at SDN 107399 Bandar Khalipah. The data collection process was carried out using checklist techniques, interviews and documentation. The interview technique used was a semi structured interview. In carring ut the documentation, the researcher reviewed 10 syllabi and lesson plans that had been prepared by the class teacher at SDN 107399 Bandar Khalipah. So that the interview data can be trusted, researchers use tools in the form of writing instruments and other electronic media. Based on data analysis, the findings of this research can be stated as follows. First, when we are going to prepare a learning plan,the teacher will use the syllabus as a guide in designing the learning implementation plan. The teacher must have 4 teacher competencies, namely the ability to develop and prepare learning implementation Plans that are in accordance with the curriculum, applies. The conclusion of this research is that the teacher at SDN 107399 Bandar Khalipah in planning learning can be seen from the way the teacher plans and prepares lesson plans that are inaccordance with the Merdeka Belajar curriculum and by showing competence in planning learning at school.

Worksheet for children is one of the learning tools that can be used as early childhood education media. Early childhood refers to children in the age range of 0-6 years old. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that (1) Implementation of Classroom Management in Improving the Effectiveness of Student Learning in Class IV SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja has taken place effectively, and can increase the effectiveness of student learning. It can be known based on the teacher's strategy in preparing various things needed for the teaching and learning process, for example teaching media, learning tools, and preparation of lesson plans. Besides that, the teacher's strategy for opening lessons is by giving encouragement to their students' learning enthusiasm. (2) Factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of classroom management in increasing the effectiveness of student learning in class IV SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja. The participants in this qualitative descriptive study are SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung eighth-grade students. The researcher assumes the role of the research instrument, supplemented by auxiliary tools such as mobile phones, cameras, and stationery. Data collection was conducted through a systematic review of pertinent literature, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection, data classification, data clarification, data analysis, data description, and data conclusion are all components of data analysis techniques. The findings of the study indicate that the teaching modules in the independent curriculum do not provide comprehensive guidance for learning planning, which is influenced by various conditions. Research findings indicate that music culture instructors at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung have implemented music arts learning strategies consisting of five stages: learning preparation strategies, learning management strategies, strategies for utilising learning media, strategies for implementing model methods and learning approaches, strategies for motivating students, and strategies for evaluative purposes. Learning as a process of organizing the environment around students might meet the National Education Standards. Most educators in Surakarta City had minimal understanding of the assessment of learning outcomes. How was the technique of preparing the right assessment tool in measuring student learning achievement? Based on the situation analysis, the partner's problems were found, including the lack of understanding of educators in the form and technique of preparing appropriate assessment tools, as well as the limited ability of educators to translate assessment techniques into digital form. The proposer's solution was through training, namely first training, designing the preparation of good item items, and providing strategies for composing good item items by paying attention to validity, level of difficulty, discriminating power, and reliability. The second training is monitoring the preparation of item items as well as strengthening the concepts and skills of item analysis techniques as well as assessment tool techniques with the assistance of digital media. The purpose of the service is to improve the teacher's ability to develop learning designs. The service method used is in the form of a workshop with a blended learning model. Implementation is carried out in five stages, namely identifying the characteristics of workshop participants, preparing materials, creating digital classes and the necessary platforms, carrying out offline and online workshops, evaluating workshop results. The result of the service is that after attending the workshop, the teacher can make ATP and modules according to the criteria. while additional outputs are in the form of publications in online media and community service videos.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of knowledge played by Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome students' learning difficulties in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that the role of Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome the learning difficulties of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year is > 75% of what was expected. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians, totaling 102 people. The research sample was determined by random sampling at 35% from 102 people, namely 36 people. This research method is a descriptive quantitative inferential method with a research instrument using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using the t test formula obtained a value of tcount=10.576>ttable=2.042. The tcount value is in the curve area of ​​rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. Thus, it can be concluded that the accepted research hypothesis is that the role of Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome the learning difficulties of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara Belajar in 2023/2024 is > 75% of the expected 84.84%. However, there are several teacher roles that must be improved, including: 1) The role of providing reinforcement in the form of enthusiasm, with a value of 3.22. 2) Role in helping students to make good friends with other friends, with a value of 3.08. 3) Role in providing feedback to students who are slow in learning, with a value of 3.19. 4) Role in using media or learning tools, with a value of 3.17. Some of these roles are in the good category and it is hoped that teachers will be able to achieve their achievements so that they become very good.

The research used is a qualitative research and the research approach used is a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were SKI teachers and students. The types and sources of data used in this research are (1) primary data, related to the initial data. (2) secondary data, related to additional data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The use of data analysis techniques in the field are: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions and verification. In the data validity technique in this study, the examination was carried out by triangulation. The results showed that: (1) the application of the Picture and Picture learning model to class VIII SKI lessons, namely, the SKI teacher has taken the steps to apply the picture and picture model to class VIII SKI learning in accordance with the existing theory. (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors, namely, the supporting factors for the application of the Picture And Picture learning model include, the availability of picture tools and media in madrasas is actually quite adequate such as infocus and computers, the availability of books in the library is sufficient and on the inhibiting factors it is not found that SKI teachers experience difficulties when dealing with student abilities. This service activity is carried out using the planning and implementation method. When teachers try to use the LearningApps website, there are some difficulties but teachers can solve them well with the help and directions that have been explained. Even though they had difficulties, teachers were still interested in learning to use LearningApps and teachers' skills seemed to have improved in this workshop on the use of digital-based learning media.

The researchers found problems in grade 5 at SD Jam'iiyatul Hujjaj Bukittinggi, namely students' difficulties in understanding Arabic vocabulary. To increase students' understanding of Arabic vocabulary, the researcher applied the question-and-answer method through picture media. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of using the question and answer method through picture media to increase Arabic vocabulary and to find out the increase in Arabic vocabulary mastery after using the question and answer method through picture media at SD Jam'iiyatul Hujjaj Bukittinggi.This study used quantitative research with a group pretest-posttest design. Researchers took samples in this research experimental class of 28 students and control class of 28 students.The tools used for collecting data were observation, examination, and documentation. and student learning outcomes using the question-and-answer method through media images of 5th grade elementary school students. Based on the acquisition of an average value of 83, This is also proven through the calculation of "T." Calculate more than the "T" Table, namely 2,463.Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded about the effectiveness of the use of the question and answer method through picture media for students in grade 5 at SD Jam'iiyatul Hujjaj Bukittinggi.

This study aims to describe efforts to improve teachers' ability to manage ICT-based learning. data collection tools using interviews, documentation, observation and literature review. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. Teachers are currently required to have the ability to carry out ICT-based learning. The obstacles faced by teachers in developing ICT-based learning include: the diverse conditions of students and factors of teaching experience, ability to operate learning media; the availability of school facilities is for teachers in implementing ICT-based learning.
