The problem of household waste in Kalanganyar Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency, is increasing along with population growth, while residents' knowledge about waste sorting is still minimal and processing facilities are limited. This community service program aims to increase awareness and cleanliving behavior through education and mentoring on household waste processing based on the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). This activity adopts an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach that focuses on mapping and utilizing local potential, such as health cadres, youth organizations, the spirit of mutual cooperation, and the availability of potential land. The implementation methods include appreciative inquiry, focus group discussions (FGDs), in-depth interviews with the Head of the Sopo Nyongko TPS and community leaders, participatory observation, and practical mentoring for housewives, youth organizations, and TPS managers on February 9. The results of the activity showed an increase in residents' understanding of PHBS and waste management, indicated by the enthusiasm of participants during the educational session. The program also successfully activated local agents of change: youth groups began implementing inorganic waste recycling, and health cadres designed a home-based waste sorting system.

Household waste management in Gondang Village remains a major problem because waste is not sorted from the source and supporting facilities are still limited, resulting in mixed organic, inorganic, and residual waste, potentially polluting the environment. To support the planned development of a 3R Waste Management Site (TPS 3R) in 2026, a community service activity was conducted aimed at increasing community knowledge, awareness, and readiness regarding waste sorting and the application of the Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle concept. This activity used a participatory approach through outreach, waste sorting demonstrations, installation of educational boards on waste decomposition times, and the provision of separate trash bins in four hamlets. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding of waste types, 3R principles, and long-term environmental impacts, accompanied by positive responses and high enthusiasm. The educational boards and facilities provided served as visual reminders that encouraged behavioral change, making this activity an important first step in preparing the Gondang Village community towards sustainable waste management through the 3R Waste Management Site (TPS 3R).

The waste problem in Karanglewas Village, Kutasari District, Purbalingga Regency, continues to increase alongside agricultural, trade, and MSME activities, while the management system remains conventional, without sorting, resulting in environmental pollution and limited landfill capacity. This community service program aims to implement the Integrated Independent Waste Sorting and Processing Tool (PLASMA-T) as an innovative solution that processes organic waste into compost and melts plastic waste into paving blocks that are useful and economical. The activities are carried out in stages, including problem identification, socialization, technical training, operational trials, evaluation of results, and the handover of the equipment to the Mitra Sejahtera TPS, with ongoing assistance so that the community can operate the equipment independently. The expected outcomes include a reduction in waste volume at the TPS, increased community awareness and skills in waste management, and the creation of new business opportunities through compost and paving block products. Thus, this program not only addresses environmental issues but also strengthens the village's circular economy and has the potential to serve as a model for other regions.

Organic waste management at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) is still not optimal, even though organic waste production averages 1,264 kg per month. This community service activity aims to develop technological innovations through the utilization of eggshell waste and Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggots into economically valuable pellet feed products. The activity was carried out from October 8 to 15, 2025, involving three workers from the Temporary Processing Site (TPS) of PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia YIA. The implementation methods included an initial survey, education, demonstration of pellet production, and evaluation of participants' skills and product quality. The production process involved drying, grinding the ingredients, mixing the ingredients, molding, and drying the pellets. The results showed that the workers were able to independently carry out the production process and produce pellets with good physical quality. Cost analysis showed that the cost of production was IDR 47,989/kg, with a potential profit margin of 30% and an estimated return on investment within ±7 months. This innovation has proven effective in reducing waste volume, increasing the added value of organic waste, and supporting the principles of zero waste and circular economy in the airport area. This program has the potential to be further developed as a model for sustainable organic waste management.

Suboptimal waste management in Kalijoso Village, Secang District, Magelang Regency, is a critical issue that impacts environmental sustainability and public health. The inefficiency of conventional waste disposal methods has led to increased waste accumulation, soil and water pollution, and the spread of diseases, which has significant consequences for local communities. To address these challenges, the local government and community organizations have embraced the principles of the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) through a transformation of traditional waste disposal sites (TPS) into 3R TPS. The new approach focuses on sustainable waste management practices that reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills. One of the key strategies implemented is educational outreach to raise awareness about the importance of waste segregation and recycling. Additionally, training programs have been conducted to teach the community how to process organic waste, particularly through the cultivation of maggots using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae. This method not only helps reduce the volume of organic waste but also provides a practical solution for transforming waste into valuable resources. The maggots cultivated during the demonstration are used as animal feed, which creates a sustainable circular economy within the community. Furthermore, composting organic waste results in high-quality compost that supports local agricultural activities. This has added economic value by reducing the need for chemical fertilizers, while simultaneously improving soil health. The role of the Salakan Hamlet Youth Organization has been instrumental in this initiative. They have successfully managed a waste bank, providing an organized and systematic approach to waste collection and recycling. This initiative has fostered a sense of community responsibility and has not only improved waste management practices but also contributed to the overall economic development of the village.

Election integrity is a key element in ensuring democratic legitimacy, yet election fraud remains a significant threat to this process. This research aims to evaluate the use of Bayesian statistics in detecting anomalies in vote distributions that may indicate potential election fraud. In the context of elections, whose reliability is often questioned, statistical analysis becomes crucial to ensure transparency and credibility in election results. This study uses national election data collected from various polling stations (TPS), focusing on vote distribution per candidate in each TPS. A Bayesian probabilistic model is applied to analyze the observed vote distribution compared to the expected distribution. By using Bayesian inference, researchers can update the probability distribution based on the obtained data, allowing for more accurate anomaly identification. The analysis results show significant deviations in several TPS, where the observed vote distribution exhibits patterns inconsistent with the expected distribution. These anomalies are suspicious as they may indicate manipulation or errors in the vote counting process. The implications of this research suggest that the Bayesian method can be used to improve election transparency and provide a more reliable tool for detecting fraud. The future application of this technique can help increase public trust in election results and support the integrity of the democratic process. This study also recommends further development of the analytical model to expand the scope of anomaly detection and enhance fraud detection accuracy in larger and more complex elections.

This research analyzes the implementation of Regional Government policy in the form of Payakumbuh Mayor's Instruction Number: 01/Instruction/Wk-Pyk/2023 concerning Waste Management. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely a case study approach, observation or observation and in-depth understanding of the phenomenon being studied, documentation and interviews with related parties such as traders in traditional markets, residents around the TPS and cleaning officers from the Payakumbuh City Environmental Service. . The research results show that the main obstacle is the community's unpreparedness for the Regional Government's policy to manage waste independently, as a result of the closure of the Payakumbuh Regional TPA due to the impact of the landslide disaster. Another inhibiting factor is that education about waste management has not been thoroughly provided to the community and the lack of support for the facilities needed as well as the application of sanctions and appreciation to the community in waste management. Adequate training and skills are needed, the application of sanctions and partnerships between local governments with the private sector and other social institutions in the promotion and sale of waste recycling products, so that the community is not only independent in waste management but also helps the government in solving waste handling problems.

The research method was carried out using literature studies from secondary data, data is the result of searches through media such as the internet, books, and other articles that are appropriate to the case to be discussed. In this research, a case study of PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk was carried out. In the case of financial reports audited by KAP Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar & Partners, the engagement period between the company and KAP has been in place for a long time. It is suspected that PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (AISA) overstated the 2017 financial report. The main point of this problem was discovered after the new management at PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk asked for further investigation into the 2017 financial report. Based on the results of investigations carried out by CNCB journalists, it was found that the engagement period had been since 2004. Based on Government Regulation Number 20 of 2015 concerning Public Accounting Practices, it was clear that it had exceeded 5 years. Audit tenure is questioned in this case, how independent an auditor is in completing his duties to carry out an audit of financial statements if the engagement period exceeds the applicable provisions. The independence of an auditor must be emphasized further so that audit quality can be trusted more by stakeholders.
