Technology has a very important role in creating quality human resources. In this case, technology also does not escape incoming and outgoing goods transactions, as happened with Dolphin Corp. Dolphin Corp is one of the printing companies in Jambi City which serves various types of printing, both small and large scale. The services provided by Dolphin Corp, such as printing invitations, books, calendars, food packaging, brochures, magazines and so on, are all carried out based on requests from consumers after the consumer makes payment. The system used to store data on incoming goods still uses physical records in books, where there is no system that functions optimally to increase the amount of stock, reduce the amount of stock and record stock reports.

Storage is an activity of storing and maintaining by placing the received pharmaceutical supplies in a place that is considered safe from theft and physical disturbance that can damage the quality of the drug. The purpose of this study was to determine the drug storage system at the Dearh Lanto Dg Pasewang General Hospital Pharmacy Warehouse which includes spatial arrangements, storage methods, stock card recording and drug quality observation. This is done by direct observation The research conducted is descriptive in nature, the data collection method in this study is by direct observation. The data management and analysis techniques that the authors used in this study included reducing the checklists that had been obtained. Based on the results of research conducted at the Pharmacy Warehouse of the Lanto Dg Pasewang Hospital, in general, the drug storage system was 93.22% in the good category. The assessment includes the physical condition of the warehouse with a value of 90.47% in the good category. How to store drugs with a value of 93.33%. Stock card recording with a percentage value of 100% is in the good category. Drug quality monitoring with a percentage value of 100% is in the good category, so that the medicines stored in the Warehouse of the Regional General Hospital Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto are in good condition and the quality of the drugs is maintained.

This study aims to explore the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems, as well as its implications for global financial reporting. The study was conducted for one month in January 2024 at STIE Ganesha, involving 20 college students. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The findings show that English proficiency has a significant impact on the use of accounting information systems and understanding of global financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing English language skills among accounting students and professionals to improve the quality of financial reporting accessed globally. This research is important because it fills a gap in understanding of the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems for global financial reporting. The implication is that a better understanding of the relationship between English proficiency and needs in the context of accounting information systems will help prepare accounting students for more success in their careers, especially in an increasingly connected global business environment. In addition, this research can also provide new insights for educational institutions and the world of work in designing curricula and training that are more relevant and effective in preparing accounting professionals to deal with future global challenges.

Naturally, a mother hen incubates her eggs until they hatch completely. However, the success rate of natural hatching is low, and hatching can be completed with a maximum of 10 eggs. Chicken farming, more specifically the chicken egg hatching system, breeders usually use an incubator for the process of hatching chicken eggs. In the incubator, there is a lamp that has been provided which is used for the process of warming the eggs so that the eggs can hatch properly and of good quality with incandescent lamps. In general, the process of hatching eggs often encounters problems or obstacles. The obstacle that is often experienced when hatching chicken eggs is that the incubator only uses incandescent lights. Therefore, to avoid this problem, a microcontroller was designed to overcome this problem. This tool is a combination of a microcontroller with an Arduino-based temperature and humidity sensor. With this tool, after the eggs hatch, when the lights are off, the sensor can read the output in the form of the incubator temperature, which is detected by the Arduino serial display. Design methods and experimental methods were used in this research. Tool testing is divided into three types, namely temperature testing, humidity testing and egg load testing. The method used is qualitative data through data collection through interviews with one of the sources as an instrument. The data analysis procedure carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions is one of the qualitative data techniques. The data collection technique used in this research was observation and interviews with a school principal at MDTA Al Kairat Tembung. The aim of research on a learning system policy at the MDTA education level at MDTA Al Kairat Tembung is because the learning system policy at the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDTA) education level is important in efforts to improve the quality of education. Several government policies related to curriculum, such as the Merdeka Curriculum, have been implemented to restore learning.

The rapid development of e-commerce technology demands the adoption of efficient and reliable payment systems to enhance user experience. This research aims to analyze the quality of smart payment system performance in the context of e-commerce business. The analytical method used includes evaluating the reliability, responsiveness, transaction speed and security of the smart payment system. This study involved a survey of a number of e-commerce customers who use the smart payment system, with a focus on their perception of the quality of system performance. In addition, data collection is carried out by analyzing transaction times, failure rates and transaction security through smart payment systems used by several leading e-commerce platforms. The research results show that the reliability of the smart payment system has a significant impact on e-commerce user satisfaction. Additionally, responsiveness and transaction speed play an important role in ensuring optimal user experience. The security factor is also a critical aspect in increasing user trust in the smart payment system. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce service providers and payment system developers to improve and optimize the performance quality of their smart payment systems. Education is one of the important pillars in the development of society and the country. To ensure a quality learning experience, educational supervision becomes an inevitable component in the education system. This article outlines various aspects of educational supervision, including the types, techniques, types, and processes involved in the process of supervising and improving educational practice. The approach in this article uses a qualitative approach with literature study data collection techniques. The type of supervision based on the supervisor's work attitude is supervision that is corrective, prefentive, constructive, creative. Educational supervision techniques are carried out individually and in groups. The types of educational supervision that can be used are autocratic, democratic, laisses faire, coercive, and training and guidance. The educational supervision process includes the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up stages.

The bakery industry is a sector that continues to grow through the crisis period in 2021 when Indonesia managed to record the highest bread sales in the Southeast Asia region with total transactions reaching USD 18.7 billion. Mak MPOEQ cake house in Bogor is one of the small food industries that has continued to produce during the Covid 19 pandemic until now. Bakery products are sensitive to contamination so they can easily and potentially spread food safety hazards. An integrated system of control and quality management of manufactured products is required, which makes it possible to implement timely measures to prevent, identify and eliminate deficiencies and errors in production, to provide reliable information about the products produced to consumers. To date, a system based on the use of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles has been able to overcome these food safety problems well. The design of the HACCP system at Mak MPOEQ's cake house has been implemented through a community service mentoring program for staff from FMIPA Pakuan University in the period April-December 2023. The coaching is carried out following the stages of implementing the HACCP system as stated in SNI CAC/RCP 1 of 2011 issued by National Standardization Agency. The basic requirements for HACCP itself have been prepared by partners since 2021. The results of the hazard analysis carried out on the MPOEG Mak Cake House production system found 7 significant hazards out of the 20 hazards evaluated. Next, using the Codex decision tree, 4 CPPs were determined from the 7 hazards, namely egg receiving, flour sifting, filing, and vla cooking. Based on these 4 CCPs, a HACCP Plan has been prepared which focuses control on cleanliness when receiving eggs, physical contamination when sifting flour, sanitary bacteria from worker cross-contamination, and temperature and cooking time. All controls are carried out per activity batch and verified periodically.

The requirements are that the evaluation must actually use the right measuring instrument (Valid) according to its purpose, the test tool must be trusted (Reliabel) or produce the same results (Consistent), and the condition of the evaluation of the latter that is the evaluation must be practical or easy to use does not make it difficult for educators or learners

This research aims to find out how the management control system at the Cita Hati Foundation is regarding the incentive system given to local teaching staff and foreign teaching staff.  The data source for this research uses primary and secondary data.  The aim of this research is to display, explain and analyze the function of implementing a management control system.  This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is usually used to describe and describe current phenomena, whether human engineering or natural.  Primary data was obtained directly from the Cita Hati Christian School, which was the subject of the research.  By conducting direct observations at the Cita Hati Christian School and interviews with people at the school who are related to this research.  The results obtained are that the Cita Hati Foundation has teaching staff who are competent in their fields, not only local teaching staff, but also bringing in foreign teaching staff to improve the quality and value of education.  The presence of foreign teaching staff has both positive and negative impacts on the foundation, especially local teaching staff.  This is due to the differences in treatment given by the foundation to the two.  So the researchers suggest that the Cita Hati Foundation evaluate and revise the incentive program that will be given to employees, in accordance with the policies that have been determined or agreed and the point is that the policies made must be in accordance with the Foundation's ability to provide incentives in accordance with employee performance.  This will encourage better performance so that the company can also develop forward with employees who are loyal and willing to develop together.

This research focuses on the role of leadership rooted in Pancasila values in shaping competitive organizations. The research methodology employs SLR to assess literature related to this concept. The steps of SLR, starting from formulating research problems, developing review protocols, searching for literature, screening inclusions, assessing literature quality, to reporting findings, are detailed. The research findings highlight various aspects of leadership, the leader's role in organizational transformation, leadership styles, Pancasila values, and the concept of competitiveness within organizations.

The independent curriculum is a restoration of the 2013 curriculum which was previously implemented in educational institutions in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to find out the role of technology as supporting the success of implementing an independent curriculum in schools, apart from that it also wants to see what are the obstacles to collaborative technological progress in the education system. This research that uses qualitative descriptive analysis produces detailed and clear analysis. In collecting data, researchers use library research by looking at various sources that are relevant to the research. The data analysis technique goes through several steps, namely data collection carried out by researchers by grouping data arranged in narrative form, then data reduction, namely collecting important data from the information found and in accordance with the problem topic, then presenting the data with narrative explanations that are strengthened from the study. literature, and finally draw conclusions.

This research discusses the education system in the United States and at the end of the discussion a little comparison with the education system in Indonesia. Because of its focus, the discussion of this paper is more directed at the implementation of education systems and policies in the United States including; how the level of education in the United States, management, curriculum, learning evaluation, teacher quality, education funding and education quality assurance practices, which are applied in developing education. The approach used through the method used by the author in conducting this research is through descriptive qualitative methods by searching for various data from documents and literature in the form of; literature, articles, books, other supporting websites including podcasts and video interviews on YouTube that have been directly involved in education in the United States. It is assumed that since the United States declared independence from Great Britain on 4 July 1776, the form of government of the Federal Presidential Constitutional Republic and Liberal Democracy with three branches of government, namely, executive, legislative and judicial, has progressed in various aspects including in the aspect of education. In this context, of course, progress in various fields in Indonesia is far behind compared to the United States, especially in the field of education. From this analysis, it is not wrong if Indonesia continues to improve and take valuable lessons from the United States experience in the education system in this contemporary era.

Education currently occupies a very important position in human development. The quality of the Finnish educational system is interesting to study because its success has been recognized worldwide. This study provides an overview of the comparison of the education systems of the countries of Indonesia and Finnish. The method used in this study is literature study. The results of the study show several differences, (1) Indonesia's educational system is colored by many competitions while Finnish puts forward the principle of equality; (2) Indonesia has a system of failing a grade and student ranking, Finnish has’nt failing a grade and ranking system; (3) Indonesia load learning every week +/- 40 hours, Finnish lessons +/- 30 hours per week; (4) Indonesia learns a lot in class, Finnish puts forward problem solving methods; (5) Indonesia assignments almost become a routine agenda every face to face, Finnish does not burden students with a lot of tasks, (6) Indonesia minimum teacher qualifications D4, Finnish minimum teacher qualifications S2 (Master), (7) Indonesian qualifications students enter basic education for at least 6 years (5.5 years accompanied by written recommendations from professional psychologists), Finnish qualifications for students entering basic education for at least 7 years.

This study aims to investigate various aspects related to madrasas, Islamic educational institutions that have an important role in educating generations of Muslims. This research involves literature analysis and empirical studies to understand the history, curriculum, teaching methods, and social and cultural impact of madrasas in society. Historical research involves analysis of the development of madrasas from the past to the contemporary era, while analysis of curriculum and teaching methods includes evaluation of the educational approaches used in madrasas. In the context of social and cultural impacts, this study tries to explore the contribution of madrasas to religious identity, social values and community integration. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide deeper insight into the role and significance of madrasas in the context of Islamic education and their contribution to the social and cultural development of society. The implications of these findings can be the basis for further improvement and development of the madrasa education system to meet the demands of the times and the need for quality education.
