Elderly people are individuals aged 60 and over who have equal rights in community life. The emotional state of the elderly is a psychological state that encompasses the ability to think, feel, and act, as manifested through behavior. To stabilize the emotions of the elderly, cadres and their families must have an adequate level of emotional intelligence. One non-pharmacological approach currently being studied is the Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT), an emotional healing method that combines spiritual elements, positive affirmations, and stimulation of the body's meridian points. SEFT is believed to reduce psychological stress that contributes to high blood pressure. This therapy is easy to learn, can be performed independently, and requires no special equipment, making it highly suitable for use in elderly communities with limited access to advanced medical services. At this event, counselors provided support in delivering material on Motivation and Prevention of Psychological Disorders in the Elderly using the SEFT. The purpose of this material is to provide motivation, reduce, and prevent psychological impacts. Participants benefited from the material, knowledge, and experience sharing, as well as solutions, resulting in a better understanding of motivation, reduction, and prevention of psychological impacts. This community service program was conducted with approximately 33 participants in the "Teratai" elderly group. It is hoped that this community service program will be beneficial and provide considerations for solutions and decisions, adding information and insight related to motivation, reduction, and prevention of psychological impacts.

This study aims to analyze the role of psychological well-being as a mediator in the influence of emotional, spiritual, and intellectual intelligence on lecturer performance, with job demands as a moderating variable. The study used a quantitative design with a survey method on 130 university lecturers. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire that measured emotional, spiritual, intellectual intelligence, psychological well-being, job demands, and lecturer performance, then analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results showed that emotional intelligence did not significantly influence lecturer psychological well-being or performance. Intellectual and spiritual intelligence had a significant positive effect on psychological well-being, but did not have a direct impact on performance. Psychological well-being was also not proven to be a mediator in the relationship between the three intelligences and performance. Conversely, job demands had a strong and significant direct influence on lecturer performance, although its moderating role in the relationship between psychological well-being and performance was not supported. These findings confirm that external factors such as workload and job pressure are more dominant in determining lecturer performance than internal psychological factors. Practically, the implications of this study encourage universities to manage workload distribution proportionally, provide organizational support, and create a conducive work environment. Theoretically, this study enriches the Job Demands–Resources framework by demonstrating that psychological well-being has a limited impact when job demands are high. Future research is recommended using more valid instruments and longitudinal designs to gain a deeper understanding.

Spiritual intelligence is important in shaping students' character and morals. However, several issues were identified, such as tardiness in congregational prayers, preference for sitting in the back rows, and lack of understanding of the messages conveyed in the sermons. This research employed a quantitative correlational non-experimental method with simple random sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study show that: (1) Discipline in congregational prayer has a significant effect on spiritual intelligence, with the regression equation Y = 16.723 + 0.501X1, a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05, and an R² value of 21.4%; (2) Understanding of sermons also has a significant effect, with the equation Y = 22.301 + 0.341X1, a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05, and an R² value of 23.6%; (3) The combination of discipline in prayer and understanding of sermons has a simultaneous effect on spiritual intelligence with the model Y = 15.702 + 0.307X1 + 0.234X2, a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05, and an R² value of 29.3%. Therefore, improving discipline in prayer and understanding of sermons can enhance spiritual intelligence.
