This study aims to determine the influence of clothing advertising on shopee on the shopping interest of PR C students of the Faculty of Communication Sciences UIN Susuka Riau class of 2022. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression using the SSPS program. Based on the results of data analysis, a correlation or relationship (R) value was obtained of 0.674 (67.4%). This value indicates that there is a strong correlation or relationship between advertising and interest. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the ttable > tcount was 5.075 > 2.039. Therefore, clothing advertisements on shopee have a significant influence on the purchase intention of students of the Communication Science Department of PR C class Class of 2022 UIN Suska Riau.

This study aims to determine 1) the effect of implementing green accounting on the company's financial performance, 2) the effect of corporate social responsibility on the company's financial performance, and 3) the effect of implementing green accounting and corporate social responsibility on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The method in this study uses a quantitative method. The data sources used in this study are secondary data types and the sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method by obtaining 10 companies out of 63 companies with a total of 30 annual reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022 which will be the object. Data analysis used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and simple regression tests. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of green accounting has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance, corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance and the implementation of green accounting and corporate social responsibility also simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance

This research aims to determine the effect of Working Capital on Remaining Business Results . The data for this research is data in the form of financial reports from 2016 - 2021 obtained from the CU Bahtera Sejahtera Savings and Loans Cooperative. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation while the analysis used was the Normality Test, Simple Linear Regression analysis, Hypothesis Testing (t test) and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The tool used is SPSS V.20 For Windows. The statistical results of the t test show that the working capital variable has no effect on the remaining business results variable. Thus, the results of this research reject that Working Capital has an influence on the Remaining Business Results of the CU Bhatera Sejahtera Savings and Loans Cooperative. The working capital owned by the cooperative is quite large, but the amount of working capital is not necessarily able to increase the remaining business results. 1.2%. This shows that the remaining business results can be explained by working capital of 1.2%, while the remaining 98.8% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this research.

This research aims to determine the effect of salary, incentives and motivation on the performance of PT employees. Pan Pacific Jakarta Semarang Branch. The data used is primary data, namely data obtained through questionnaires distributed to PT employees. Pan Pacific Jakarta Semarang Branch The sampling used in this research was simple random sampling. The number of samples in this research was 62 employees from 162 populations by using the Slovin formula. Then the data collection method is through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS which includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, as well as hypothesis testing using the t test and R2. The research results are 1). Salary (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y). This is proven by the calculated t value of 2.384 > t calculated 2.000 with a significance value of 0.020 < 0.05 (significant). 2). Incentives (X2) have no effect on employee performance (Y). This is proven by the calculated t value of 1.453 < t table 2.000 with a significance value of 0.152 > 0.05 (not significant). 3). The influence of motivation (X3) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y). This is proven by the calculated t value of 2.545 > t table 2.000 with a significance value of 0.014 < 0.05 (significant).

The purpose of this research is to test whether product quality can influence the purchase intentions of students who use Apple smartphones at Pamulang University. The population of this study were students who used Apple smartphones at Pamulang University. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed using purposive sampling techniques. A total of 201 respondents participated in this research. Before being analyzed using simple linear regression, the data was first tested for validity and reliability. The research results showed that all statement items in the questionnaire passed the validity and reliability tests so that further analysis could be carried out. Partial test results found that product quality had a positive and significant effect on interest in buying Apple iPhone smartphones among students at Pamulang University. Furthermore, it was found that the product quality variable influenced purchase intention by 58.7%, while the remaining 41.3% was influenced by other variables not studied.

This study aims to determine the effect of Indomaret on the income of small traders in Pabiringa Village, Jeneponto Regency. The method used is simple linear regression analysis with the F Test, and the data is processed using SPSS version 18. The results show that there is a significant influence between the existence of Indomaret on the income of small traders, with a linear equation Y = 2.170 + 0.039X. The coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.551 indicates the strength of the influence.

Gratitude plays a crucial role in enhancing psychological well-being, particularly for students who balance work and studies. This research seeks to explore the connection between gratitude and psychological well-being among working students at Pamulang University. A quantitative approach was used, involving 107 respondents who were selected through purposive sampling and completed a Google Form survey. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The analysis revealed a correlation coefficient of 0.824, showing a significant relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being. This suggests that higher levels of gratitude are associated with better psychological well-being. The study also highlights the significance of gratitude-based interventions to help working students manage stress and enhance their overall quality of life. Additionally, this research contributes to the field of positive psychology, particularly within Indonesia's higher education context, and offers practical recommendations for universities to develop programs that more effectively support the well-being of working students.

Company Performance is one of the most important things for a company. Company Performance is an indicator  for stakeholders because it showshow good is the company and whether to considered to invest in the company. With the phenomenon of sustainability in this era, it also determines stakeholder decisions in viewing a company, therefore stakeholders do not only look at the company's financial statements, but also the disclosure of the Sustainability Report (SR). This study examines the influence of SR disclosure on Company Financial Performance. The companies used in this study are APP Group issuer companies, namely PT. Tjiwi Kimia Paper Factory and PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk. Using quantitative methods with simple regression analysis. The findings of this study state that SR disclosure has no effect on the company's financial performance.

This study aims to measure the extent to which financial management applications influence students' financial competence in making monthly budgets, recording expenses, and monitoring personal financial use. In addition, this study aims to analyze whether financial management applications can provide effectiveness in minimizing personal expenses by making students more disciplined in managing their finances. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Information was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to students who use and do not use financial management applications throughout the University in Surabaya. The research sample was taken using a simple linear regression analysis technique with a total of 100-110 students as respondents. The information analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical tests to describe application usage patterns and simple linear regression tests to measure the effect of financial management applications on the development of student competence in managing expenses. The results of the research show that financial management applications are quite good in having an influence on student competency development.

The Influence of Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at UD. Source of Fortune, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Source of Fortune. The method used is quantitative research with a sample of 99 respondents, taken using the Slovin formula. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The research results show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, with a t-count value of 21.726, much higher than the t-table of 1.661. The R Square value of 0.830 shows that 83% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by product quality. This research concludes that improving product quality can increase consumer satisfaction, so it is important for UD. Sumber Rezeki continues to improve the quality of its products in order to maintain and increase customer loyalty.

This research examines the influence of learning moral beliefs on student behavior at MAN 1 Gorontalo Regency. Due to the increase in juvenile delinquency due to changes in social norms. So this research wants to identify the extent to which learning aqidah morals contributes to student behavior. The research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 83 students taken using the Slovin method. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results of the research show that the calculated F value is 0.997, which is smaller than the F table of 3.96 and the significance level is 0.321 which is above 0.05, that there is no influence of learning moral beliefs on student behavior. External factors such as family environment, peers and the media are more influential in shaping their behavior.

This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design. Comparison of the effectiveness between groups of students using the TaRL (Teaching at The Right Level) learning method as a control group and groups of students using the CRT (Culturally Responsive Teaching) learning method as an experimental group on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Students IX MIPA 1 and IX MIPA 2 SMAS Mardi Yuana Bogor Regency. The sampling technique was carried out by determining according to the wishes of the researcher, namely students who were already in the class. The instrument used in this study was in the form of a test in the form of pretest and posttest questions to measure student learning outcomes. The instruments tested amounted to 20 questions with an objective or multiple-choice test assessment system which were analyzed using simple regression analysis including the t-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that there was no significant difference between the group of students using the TARL (teaching at the right level) learning method and the group of students using the CRT (culturally responsive teaching) learning method on mathematics learning outcomes as indicated by t count < t table (1.04 < 2.021) and a significance value of 1.04 > 2.024.

This study aims to investigate whether business environment (X1) and entrepreneurial characteristics (X2) influence the performance (Y) of micro-small enterprises (MSEs) in Pasar Kodam Brawijaya Surabaya. A newly established MSE may find it challenging to navigate in a competitive environment, necessitating anticipation of various possibilities to maintain business performance. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a sample of 287 respondents among business operators in Pasar Kodam Brawijaya Surabaya, selected through simple random sampling. Data analysis employs Multiple Linear Regression, t-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination. The findings indicate that both Business Environment and Entrepreneurial Characteristics have a significant simultaneous influence on Business Performance. Specifically, Entrepreneurial Characteristics exert a greater influence on business performance compared to the Business Environment. Therefore, entrepreneurs should focus on aspects such as customer growth, diversifying product offerings, and motivating employees to achieve business goals collaboratively. This approach enables businesses to navigate competitive challenges and sustain themselves under any conditions.

This study aims to examine the relationship between empathy and emotional independence in 9th grade students of SMP Sejahtera Koja, North Jakarta. The background of this study is the importance of empathy as an aspect of emotional intelligence in social interaction, which is increasingly fading among adolescents, as well as the role of emotional independence as an indicator of individual emotional maturity. The study used a quantitative approach with 69 respondents, through data collection using a Likert scale-based questionnaire. The results of simple linear regression analysis showed that the effect of empathy on emotional independence is very small (R value = 0.194 and coefficient of determination of 3.8%). This finding suggests that other factors, such as parenting, environment and social interaction, are more dominant in influencing emotional independence. This study is expected to contribute to the development of a holistic education program in improving students' empathy and emotional independence.

This research aims to measure the influence of dependence on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) applications on the learning effectiveness of Islamic Education Management students. Using quantitative research methods, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 students at several universities. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression test to determine the correlation between the dependency variable on AI applications (X) and learning effectiveness (Y). The research results show that 78% of respondents use AI applications in their daily learning activities, with 65% of them feeling more efficient in accessing information. However, there are 40% of students who show decreased motivation for independent learning due to dependence on AI applications. The results of the regression test show that there is a significant positive correlation between the use of AI applications and learning effectiveness with a correlation coefficient of 0.52 and a significance of p < 0.05. These findings indicate that the use of AI plays an important role in increasing learning effectiveness, but also has the potential to reduce motivation for independent learning. It is hoped that the use of AI will be accompanied by learning strategies that support student independence and critical thinking.

This line of research aims to determine the effect of work environment on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 3 Takalar. The method used in this line of research is Quantitative method with number of respondents 56 Teachers which made as sample with descriptive method with quantitative approach, where Data collection technique used questionnaires. The analysis  used  in the research line is  simple linear regression  test.  The results of  testing on a persial basis  variable  work environment  on  teacher performance  there is a  significant influence  on  teacher performance  which  is proven  based on the  results of persial  test  with  significant value 0.006  < 0.05.

This study aims to analyze the effect of sex education on the moral development of students at SMPN 1 Cipaku. The approach used was quantitative with a correlational design, involving 40 students as respondents. Validity and reliability tests showed that the instruments used were valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.838 for understanding sexual education and 0.811 for moral development). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant and strong relationship between understanding of sexual education and moral development of students (R = 0.720; p < 0.01). The results of simple linear regression showed that understanding of sex education has a significant positive effect on students' moral development with a regression coefficient of 0.546 (p = 0.000). However, barriers were found related to the limited implementation of sex education, which was conducted only once, causing inhomogeneity in students' understanding. This study suggests the need to increase the frequency and quality of sexual education programs that are more structured and sustainable, as well as the active involvement of parents to strengthen moral education at home. In addition, sexuality education should be integrated with moral values that are relevant to students' daily lives. In this way, a sustainable sexuality education program can have a greater impact on the moral formation of students in the future.

This research aims to analyze the impact of promotions on interest in studying at Ichsan University, Gorontalo. As Competition in Higher Education Continues to Increase, Effective Support Strategies Are Key to Attracting Prospective Students. The method used in this research is a questionnaire survey distributed to new students entering Ich San Gorontalo University. The data obtained were analyzed using simple regression analysis techniques and statistical tests to determine the relationship between promotion variables and interest in studying. Research results show that UIG promotions carried out through social media are very effective in attracting the attention of prospective students. The most widely used media are Instagram and flyers/brochures which are proven to be more effective than other platforms. However, there is a need to increase the effectiveness of advertising, especially in relation to the relevance of the information conveyed.  UIG Can Significantly Increase Applicant Interest by Improving Advertising Content to Match the Needs of Prospective Students

Thesis of the Management Science Study Program of STIM-LPI Makassar (supervised by Dr. Andi Hendra Syam, S.E., M.Si. and Rahmi Usman, S.S., M.Pd.)This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Community Satisfaction at the Paccerakkang Village Office, Makassar City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the number of respondents of 100 employees which is used as a sample with a sampling technique, namely probability or random sample with the slovin technique, where the data collection technique using questionnaires. The analysis used in this study is a Simple regression test. The results of this study partially showed that the training variable had a positive effect on employee performance with the T value calculated for the service quality variable was 12.278 while theT table with the level (ꭤ) = 0.05, N-K = 100-2 = 98 was 1.984. Based on the test criteria of theT count>Ttable, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected and the significance level is 0.000<0.05. Which means that partially the service quality variable has a significant effect on community satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence competition has on sales at warung koki street street. The formulation of the problem in this research includes whether price, place, promotion, distribution, people, process and product influence sales at warung koki kaki lima cakung. This research is field research with descriptive quantitative research methods. Primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaire and documentation methods. The sample in this research was 99 consumers of warung koki street street, who then analyzed the data using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests and simple linear regression.   The competition variable (x) has a significant influence on sales at the cakung street food stall, east jakarta. It can be seen that tcount is = 2.670> ttable is = 2.024, so it can be concluded that ha is rejected and ha is accepted. Based on the research results by comparing the fcount>ftable values, it was obtained that it was 7.131 > 4.10, which means positive. Meanwhile, a p-value of 98 was obtained in the sig column, 0.011 < 0.05, meaning it is significant. So it can be concluded that competition can have a significant positive effect on sales at warung koki kaki cakung.
