Difficulty reading the Qu’ran in students will usually be obvious. With the emergence of unusual behavior, one of them is difficulty in reading the Qu’ran. So the efforts of Al-Quran Hadith teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Al-Quran in class VII at MTs Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar are very much needed in overcoming students' difficulties. Based on the problems above, the focus of the research is: 1) What difficulties do students experience in reading the Koran? 2) How do Al-Quran Hadith teachers try to overcome students'difficulties in reading the Al-Quran? 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for Al Quran Hadith teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Al-Quran? The aims of this research are 1) To find out what difficulties students experience in reading the Qur’an, 2) Efforts of Al-Quran Hadith teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Al Quran 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for Al-Quran Hadis teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Al-Quran. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach,informants are determined purposively. The informants are the head of the madrasah, Alquran Hadis teacher, class VII students and parents. Data is collected by interviews, observation and documentation, then analyzed using the stages of data reduction and presentation. data and drawing conclusions The research results show that 1) Difficulties in reading the Qur’an include: difficulty in pronouncing makharijul letters, difficulty applying the laws of reciting tajwid, difficulty in recognizing punctuation, not knowing the length and shortness of reading the Qur’an and lack of fluency in reading the Qur’an. 2) The Al-Quran Hadith teacher's efforts to overcome difficulties in reading the Al-Quran are by making morning recitations of the Al-Quran, arousing students' interest in reading, providing encouragement and motivation, selecting and developing learning methods and providing good role models. 3) Supporting factors for teacher efforts in overcoming difficulty reading the Koran, there is guidance to read the Koran every morning, supporting facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factors for teachers in overcoming student difficulties include: low student interest and also family factors.

The mosque is an emblem of Islamic cultural heritage and a place of worship for Muslims. It serves as a place for i'tikaf and prayer. This research sought to determine the extent of the role, function, and contribution of the Sunan Kudus mosque in preserving and developing Islamic culture in Ngadiluwih. It employs qualitative research methods and a historical and social approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and literature study. Data analysis involved gathering all of the data before reducing and classifying it and subsequently drawing conclusions. First, the study finds that the presence of the Sunan Kudus mosque has profoundly shaped the existence, culture, and symbols of Islam in Ngadiluwih. Second, the Sunan Kudus mosque, with all its activities, makes a major contribution to the surrounding community. Third, beyond its function on a small scale as a site of prayer, the mosque plays a role on a larger scale, namely as a hub for learning, teaching, discussions, recitation, social activities, and so on, tailored to the characteristics of the majority community.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Islamic Education curriculum in shaping students' characters at Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT). The main focus of this study is on a holistic approach involving academic, extracurricular, and school environment aspects. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, and data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observations. The results of the study indicate that the integration of Islamic values ​​in the curriculum, such as honesty, responsibility, and caring, has succeeded in shaping students' characters. Excellent programs such as recitation & tahfizh of the Qur'an and Islamic character development play an important role in shaping students' attitudes and behaviors. The role of teachers as role models and family support also greatly influence the success of character education. Continuous evaluation provides insight into the strengths and weaknesses of the curriculum, as well as improvements that need to be made. This study confirms that the Islamic Education curriculum at SIT is effective in shaping students' characters, which has a positive impact on their social behavior and academic achievement. These findings provide recommendations for the development of a more effective curriculum in facing the challenges of the times.

Public ignorance about education in reading and writing the Al-Quran, is characterized by the number of teachers being disproportionate to the number of students learning to read and write the Al-Quran at the Al-Ikhlas Pakalongan Sampang prayer room, resulting in learning outcomes not meeting expectations. Teacher assistance measures students' understanding of reading and writing the Koran, including verses, pronunciation, rhythm, and correct recitation rules. With the ABCD (Asset Based Community Driven Development) approach, this very effective learning to read the Al-Qur'an is carried out through repetition, question and answer methods, deepening the material, and writing, which aims to truly empower the ability to read the Al-Qur'an students optimally. The Al-Ikhlas prayer room educates many elementary school children. This assistance is intended to assess the extent of the ability to read the Koran at the Al-Ikhlas Pakalongan Sampang Prayer Room, using the Qiroati method, where children know and understand how to read the Koran correctly with tartil rhythm. The Qiroati method plays a very important role in learning to read and write the Koran at the Al-Ikhlas prayer room, Pakalongan. The results of this assistance show that children are enthusiastic about participating in learning using the Qiroati method so that children are able to read the Koran fluently according to correct recitation rules and knowledge.

Istiqlal Mosque, located in Jakarta, is an important symbol of Indonesian independence and the largest mosque in Southeast Asia. Designed by architect Frederich Silaban, the building combines modern architectural design with traditional Islamic elements. The mosque's main function is as a place of worship for Muslims, but it also has important social, religious and educational roles. With a capacity of more than 200,000 worshipers, the mosque is not only a place for congregational prayers, but also a center for activities such as recitation and celebrations of Islamic holidays. The mosque's spacious and open design allows for strong interaction between worshipers, creating social bonds that strengthen their spiritual connection. Apart from being a place of worship, Istiqlal Mosque also reflects a symbol of Indonesia's unity and national identity. Its location next to the Jakarta Cathedral Church illustrates the importance of interfaith tolerance in Indonesia. The mosque is also a center for da'wah and Islamic studies that invites many visitors from various backgrounds to exchange knowledge and deepen their understanding of Islam. As a religious tourism destination, the mosque attracts many tourists who want to experience peace and learn about its history and symbolism. Through its various functions, Istiqlal Mosque not only acts as a place of worship, but also as a social space that strengthens relationships between its users, reflecting the spirit of nationality and deep spirituality.

The results of the researcher's interviews with teachers at Mts Terpadu Berkah revealed that the process of implementing IT-based media and teaching materials runs smoothly, but sometimes the facilities and availability of IT media are still lacking and this is what hinders the effectiveness of implementation. In the interview process conducted on one of the teachers of the Fiqh subject in grade VIII of the material of sahwi prostration, prostration of gratitude and prostration of recitation, the teacher stated that students are still difficult in understanding the procedures or movements of prostration sahwi, prostration and prostration of gratitude. This qualitative descriptive approach is one of the research efforts to understand a phenomenon that occurs in the field so that it can be drawn. The data collection in this observation is through an interview process with one of the teachers of the Fiqh subject so that the researcher can know the data data strongly and can be analyzed and then draw conclusions. With the above statement, it proves that almost 100% of grade VIII students are able to understand the material shown through animated videos coupled with audio captions. With the results of the analysis of IT-based media and teaching materials and collaborating with the media and smart box materials, it proves that the effectiveness has reached 100% for students' understanding of the Fiqh subject in grade VIII at the Integrated Blessing Institution of Palangkaraya. From the results of our observations, we produced data that the use of IT-based media achieved the effectiveness of students' understanding of the material almost 100%, this is evidenced by the addition of games from smartboxes that contain data directly identifying the understanding and effectiveness of the use of animated video media by evaluation through games and this is also a solution in the challenge of teachers to the understanding of students in grade VIII MTs integrated blessings to the procedures of the sahwi prostration movement,  prostration of Thanksgiving and also prostration of Recitation.

This training aims to improve fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an accompanied by students and lecturers through one of the Teaching Assistance KKN programs, namely training fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an at MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. The service process uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Before the training was carried out, fluency in reading the Qur'an was still not fluent, this was seen based on the results of observations, namely when poets such as Habsyi appeared confident in singing poetry but when reading the Qur'an for the reading of the divine kalam the students did not have the courage so they gave it a try. go back to the teacher there who is more experienced. The results of training on students' fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an through joint Koran activities, which was carried out for 3 months using the ABCD approach, can be concluded that students' fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an increased with the training, which helped students overcome problems that makes you feel less confident, such as feeling that your recitation of Tajwid is not good enough or that you are less confident in your Koran songs, so this is where fluency training comes into play. This study examines the effectiveness of the Recitation and Simulation methods in improving students' learning outcomes in Islamic Education (PAI) at SD Negeri 050578 Kwala Begumit. The research was motivated by the observed low achievement of students, where many did not meet the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). A classroom action research (CAR) design was employed, consisting of two cycles, each involving planning, action, observation, and reflection. The findings indicated a significant improvement in cognitive abilities: the average score increased from 43.41% in the pre-cycle to 56.72% in Cycle I, and further to 95.23% in Cycle II. These results demonstrate that the combination of Recitation and Simulation methods effectively enhances students' understanding and engagement, ultimately leading to improved academic performance in PAI.

This service aims to find out the Maghrib Koran Recitation Activities in Jorong Batang Gunung, Nagari Koto Gunung Ujung Gading, Lembah Melintang District, West Pasaman Regency. This service uses a qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of Maghrib Koran activities carried out by STAIN Madina KKN students in Jorong Batang Gunung, Nagari KotoGunung Ujung Gading, Lembah Melintang District, West Pasaman Regency. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by grouping information based on themes that emerged from interviews and observations. The Maghrib Koran activity carried out by STAIN Madina KKN students in Jorong Batang Gunung, Nagari Koto Sawah, Lembah Melintang District, West Pasaman Regency, has had a significant impact on society, especially the younger generation. The positive impact of the Maghrib Koran activity can also be seen from the changes in participants' attitudes after participating in this program. Many of them began to show a deeper interest in religious activities and attempted to apply the values learned in their daily lives. Overall, this Maghrib Koran activity provides a strong foundation for the development of religious education in the area.

This study examines the assistance of Routine Friday Recitation at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya as an effort to strengthen the religious generation. This study uses the participatory action research (PAR) method to involve students in the program development process. The results of the study show that the Routine Friday Recitation program not only produces a skilled generation, but also a religious generation. Students of SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya actively participate in recitation, read the Qur'an, and present religious materials. This program is expected to strengthen students' spiritual foundation, improve public speaking skills, and instill strong moral values.

Learning of the Qur'an and Tajweed is an important aspect of education in Islamic boarding schools, because it is the foundation in understanding Islamic teachings as a whole. One of the factors that greatly affects a student is the application of the learning method used by the teacher. With the Active learning method as one of the effective ways to teach the Qur'an and Tajweed in the Putra Islamic Boarding School Dormitory, this study uses a qualitative approach with the research object of 30 students who participated in the learning program for 40 days through data collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of documents related to the teaching and learning process.The results of the study show that the methods applied, such as the use of the Recitation method, and active learning which have succeeded in improving students' understanding of tajweed and reading skills of the Qur'an. This interactive and effective method involving group-based learning has a positive impact, which can be seen from the increase in students' confidence in reading the Qur'an. In addition, the results of the evaluation showed that students felt more comfortable, and interested and motivated to learn when using methods that involved social interaction.Thus, this study recommends the application of more innovative and comprehensive learning methods to increase the effectiveness of learning the Qur'an and Tajweed in Islamic boarding schools. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for pesantren managers in designing better learning programs and empowering students to master the Qur'an properly and correctly.

The Lirboyo islamic boarding school in the city of kediri, east java, is one of the islamic boarding schools that proiritizes the salaf method education system (yellow book recitation), a part from being know for its traditional learing methods, the islamic boarding school builiding is also not far from the local architectural approach, varied with middle eastern architecture which creates its own sacred value. One of the building with the javanese architectural approach with a combination of middle eastern architecture is the lawangsongo mosque building. Mosque is a used for large activities organized by the lirboyo islamic boarding school. With a combination of javanese arcitecture and middle eastern architecture, the lawangsongo mosque building is one of the interisting icon in the cottage. The roof is one of the characteristic of the sacred javanese architectural approach and is added to the mihrab, thus creating sacred and religious values in the mosque.

Mosques have a very important role in the lives of Muslims, not only as places of worship, but also as a source of spiritual security. As centers of religious activity, mosques provide a conducive environment for the development of faith and piety. In this context, the mosque functions as a protector from negative influences that can disrupt the spiritual stability of individuals and communities. This research aims to examine the function of mosques as places of spiritual security. In the midst of the onslaught of information and moral challenges facing modern society, mosques are the first fortress that protects people from destructive influences. In it, pilgrims can find calm and peace, as well as strengthen social ties between community members. Worship activities, recitations and religious discussions in mosques contribute to deepening spiritual and moral understanding. Through a qualitative approach using heritage study methods, this research explores the role of mosques as places of spiritual refuge which is also reflected in the practice of congregational prayer. This activity not only strengthens a sense of togetherness, but also builds discipline in worship. This discipline is important for forming an individual's character of obedience and integrity, making him more resistant to worldly temptations. The research results show that the mosque functions as a place of education and dissemination of Islamic values. Through educational and da'wah programs, mosques can create awareness of the importance of morality and ethics in everyday life. This functions as a shield against deviant behavior that can threaten societal harmony.

The purpose of MBKM student activities at MI Darul Ulum Palangka Raya is to help students learn to read the Qur'an. This study also involved teachers who teach Iqro and Al-Qur'an. This division is made to ensure that all activities are carried out correctly and instructions run smoothly until completion. The general and specific objectives of teaching the Quran are to build and develop individual Muslims who believe, fear Allah SWT, have noble character, and are useful for society. Students should be able to read the hijaiyah letters in order and correctly and memorize the sound of the reading. This is the ideal standard for the ability to read the Qur'an. Quran teaching activities take place for five days a week, starting after dawn, around 06.30-07.10 WIB. There are about 30 students taught by one teacher, MI Darul Ulum Palangka Raya teacher.

This study aims to describe the form of presentation of Dikia Rabano at the Wedding Party in Kenagarian Inderapura, Pancung Soal District, South Coast Regency. This type of research is qualitative using descriptive analytical data processing methods. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by stationery and cameras. Data were collected through literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are classifying data, clarifying data, analyzing data, describing data and concluding data. The results of the study show that the procession of presenting Dikia Rabano has 3 forms, namely: the implementation of the Mamak thanksgiving, in the Mamak thanksgiving, the presentation of Dikia Rabano is only performed seated by the Alim Ulama using verses of assalamualaika (barzanji). And in the implementation of Maarak Nasi Sapek from Induak Bako and Maarak Anak Daro jo Marapulai, this is shown standing while walking in a procession using the recitation of wasyahadu verses. Dikia Rabano music player is a person who is from 40 to 70 years old. The songs performed were 2 songs, namely Assalamualaika and Wasyahadu

Eid al-Adha is an important moment in the Islamic religion which is full of values ​​of sacrifice, solidarity and social concern. However, in some cases, the essence of this celebration is often forgotten and becomes mere routine. This article discusses efforts to revive the meaning of Eid al-Adha in Rejosari Kaliopak Village, Kotabumi District, North Lampung Regency, through collaboration between Karang Taruna and the Hadroh youth group. This collaboration aims to create a celebratory atmosphere full of Islamic values, strengthen ties, and increase people's understanding of the meaning of Eid al-Adha. Activities carried out include religious recitations, slaughtering and distribution of sacrificial animals, hadroh art performances, as well as social service in the form of distributing basic necessities. The result of this collaboration is the creation of a more meaningful Eid al-Adha celebration, increasing community participation, and strengthening social solidarity. Apart from that, this activity also helps develop youth potential in the fields of religion and arts and culture, as well as forming a more responsible and disciplined youth character.

The development of the art of reading the Qur'an (tilawah) plays an important role in maintaining the Qur'anic tradition in North Sumatra, especially since this region is one of the regions actively involved in organizing the Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ). However, the quality of development at the district/city level is not evenly distributed, thus impacting the ability of qari and qari'ah to achieve professional tilawah standards. This study aims to analyze the development program of the art of reading the Qur'an implemented by the LPTQ of North Sumatra Province, including the form of activities, implementation mechanisms, and its effectiveness in improving participant competence. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through direct observation of development activities, analysis of official institutional documents, and supporting documentation related to the training process and implementation of the MTQ. The results show that the LPTQ development program includes routine development, Training Center (TC), and Training of Trainers (ToT), each of which has a different contribution to improving participant abilities. Routine development serves as a foundation, TC has proven to be most effective in maturing participants before the MTQ, while ToT plays a role in increasing the capacity of trainers in the region. However, the program's overall effectiveness remains hampered by a limited number of expert trainers, limited facilities, regional disparities, and low interest among young people in the art of tilawah. This study concludes that training needs to be strengthened through equitable distribution of trainers, increased program intensity, utilization of digital media, and more stable budget support to achieve sustainable tilawah training in North Sumatra.

The teaching of the Qur’an in formal educational institutions has increasingly developed through various innovative programs, one of which is the Tahfidz Camp program. This program is designed to provide a more intensive learning experience in memorizing the Qur’an for students. This study aims to analyze the role of the Tahfidz Camp program in fostering Qur’anic memorization among elementary school students at SD Muhammadiyah Medan 08. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the internship activities. The results indicate that the Tahfidz Camp program significantly contributes to improving students’ memorization of the Qur’an, both in terms of the quantity of memorization and the quality of recitation. In addition, the program enhances students’ motivation to learn, discipline, and religious character formation. A supportive learning environment and intensive learning methods are key factors in the success of this program. Therefore, Tahfidz Camp can serve as an effective strategy in fostering Qur’anic memorization at the elementary school level.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Quranic recitation habit before teaching and learning activities and the role of students in supporting Quranic learning activities during the internship. Quranic recitation habit is one of the school's flagship programs, aiming to instill a love of the Quran, develop religious character, and establish a Quranic learning environment for students from an early age. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation during the internship. Observations were made through direct observation of Quranic recitation, memorization, muraja'ah (recitation), and moral development activities for students before the teaching and learning activities began. The results showed that the Quranic recitation habit before teaching and learning activities had a positive impact on students, including improving discipline, calmness in learning, and fostering a love of the Quran. Furthermore, student involvement in the internship contributed to supporting the Quranic learning process through memorization assistance, tahsin guidance, and moral development. Internships also provide students with practical experience in developing their academic, professional, and spiritual competencies as future educators. Thus, cultivating the habit of reciting the Quran before teaching and learning activities can be an effective means of developing a Quranic generation with noble morals and Islamic character.
