This research aims to explore and analyze learning strategy innovations in shaping students as reliable educator candidates who are able to face educational challenges in the digital era. The main focus of the research is the application of technology-based learning approaches, collaboration, and creative strategies that place students not only as recipients of knowledge, but also as active subjects who construct understanding through learning experiences. This study was carried out in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) of the Syarifuddin Lumajang Islamic Religious Institute by involving 30 students who took the learning strategy course. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation. The findings of the study show that the application of flipped classroom is able to increase student learning independence, while project-based learning strategies encourage creativity and problem-solving skills. In addition, the use of interactive technology such as online quiz applications, discussion platforms, and collaborative media strengthens learning motivation while expanding students' digital skills. Although the results showed a positive impact, there were significant obstacles, namely the limitations of technology infrastructure in the campus environment and the low digital literacy of some students. These factors hinder the optimization of innovative learning strategies. Therefore, institutional support is needed in providing technology-based infrastructure, digital literacy training, and continuous mentoring so that students can develop pedagogical competence, professionalism, and adaptive abilities in accordance with the demands of 21st century education. Overall, this study emphasizes that learning strategy innovation supported by technology, collaboration, and support of educational institutions is able to strengthen the process of forming prospective educators who are competent, competitive, and ready to face the dynamics of the world of education in the digital era.

Maritime safety is a critical aspect of military ship operations, where mastery of Ship Salvage Equipment (PEK) becomes a fundamental competency for cadets of the Indonesian Naval Academy (AAL). This research aims to identify and analyze the benefits of knowledge of Ship Salvage Equipment (PEK) for AAL cadets in the context of professional competence development, operational readiness, and leadership character formation. Using a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, this study involved 312 AAL cadet respondents from three batches (2022-2024) selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires, in-depth interviews, participant observations, and focus group discussions. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics for quantitative data, as well as thematic analysis for qualitative data. The research results show that AAL cadets have a good level of PEK knowledge (score 78.6/100), high self-efficacy (3.68/5), and good operational readiness (3.72/5). As many as 85.6% of cadets acknowledge the very high benefits of PEK learning. The five main themes of benefits identified include: the development of operational technical competencies (37.2%), the enhancement of leadership abilities in critical situations (24.8%), the formation of mental resilience (18.9%), the development of quick decision-making skills (11.4%), and the improvement of a sense of responsibility for safety (7.7%). Cadets with good PEK knowledge demonstrate superior performance with a response speed 32 seconds faster, an error rate 23.4% lower, and an emergency communication score 18.2% higher. Factors influencing the effectiveness of PEK learning include the quality of instructors and teaching methods (β = 0.34), the frequency and variety of emergency simulations (β = 0.28), which together can explain 74.8% of the variance in learning effectiveness. This study provides recommendations for intensifying practical training, improving instructor quality, standardizing the curriculum to integrate technical and leadership aspects, and conducting continuous evaluations of the PEK learning program.

Very complex health problems require treatment involving all health professionals. The nutritional status of children is one of the important things to prepare a quality generation. Health education in the form of training is expected to change the competence of collaboration across healthcare professionals. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of training on health workers on knowledge about malnutrition and collaboration across professions. This study uses a Mix-Method approach with triangulation techniques using a questionnaire for qualitative stages by conducting a content analysis and on a quantitative stage using the research design method "Pre Experiment" with a research design using "one group pre and post-test design". Test for normality using Shapiro -Wilk. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test and paired T-test. The Results showing are analysis content informs that the training has been going well and is able to increase participants' knowledge. Statistical test results show that nutrition knowledge before training has a mean of 4.50 and after training has a mean of 4,467. This does not show an increase in average. The results of the statistical test, namely the test T-test showed p- value = 0.586 (p> 0.05) which means that there is no difference in mean knowledge about nutrition before and after treatment. As for knowledge about collaboration before training has a mean of 8.75 and after training has a mean of 10.67. This shows an increase in average. Statistical test results show p-value = 0.008 (p <0.05) which shows that there is a difference in mean knowledge about collaboration before the treatment in the module testing group. So, Cross-professional collaboration training in handling malnutrition affects changes in health worker knowledge. There are differences in changes in knowledge of malnutrition and collaboration across professions before and after training.

The development of the art of reading the Qur'an (tilawah) plays an important role in maintaining the Qur'anic tradition in North Sumatra, especially since this region is one of the regions actively involved in organizing the Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ). However, the quality of development at the district/city level is not evenly distributed, thus impacting the ability of qari and qari'ah to achieve professional tilawah standards. This study aims to analyze the development program of the art of reading the Qur'an implemented by the LPTQ of North Sumatra Province, including the form of activities, implementation mechanisms, and its effectiveness in improving participant competence. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through direct observation of development activities, analysis of official institutional documents, and supporting documentation related to the training process and implementation of the MTQ. The results show that the LPTQ development program includes routine development, Training Center (TC), and Training of Trainers (ToT), each of which has a different contribution to improving participant abilities. Routine development serves as a foundation, TC has proven to be most effective in maturing participants before the MTQ, while ToT plays a role in increasing the capacity of trainers in the region. However, the program's overall effectiveness remains hampered by a limited number of expert trainers, limited facilities, regional disparities, and low interest among young people in the art of tilawah. This study concludes that training needs to be strengthened through equitable distribution of trainers, increased program intensity, utilization of digital media, and more stable budget support to achieve sustainable tilawah training in North Sumatra.

The competence of a good chemistry teacher will contribute to a fair assessment ability. This service aims to improve the professional competence of the sub-field of assessment for chemistry teachers at madrasahs in the Mranggen sub-district. This service is participatory by processing the results in a quantitative descriptive manner with one variable, namely the professional competence of the teacher's assessment. Service Locations in Madrasahs, Mranggen District. The number of participants in this service is 20 active chemistry teachers. Data collection techniques using closed and open questionnaires. Data validity uses content validity. Data reliability using Croncbach's Alpha technique. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula to determine the achievement of each component through statistical data. The results of Community Service found that the professional competence of chemistry teachers at madrasas in the Mranggen sub-district was on average in the very good category, but variations in the use of assessment software were very lacking and had never been carried out. The service contribution gives a good value for changes in the ability to use the Rasch model assessment software after the service is over, but this depends on the amount of motivation the participants have.
