This service aims to socialize the mathematical connection to the concept of Element (demand and supply for MSME products in North Pelawi Village, Babalan District, Langkat Regency. This service activity is carried out by a service team consisting of lecturers and students who aim to provide briefings in the form of socialization to the community of business actors and MSME owners where with this activity it is hoped that there will be awareness and motivation of business actors to relieve the importance of applying mathematical concepts in the context of the connection or tension between the amount of demand and supply. So to predict the amount of demand and the amount of supply at a certain price is not difficult. Because with the ability to predict and control the number of goods offered, the price will be able to be conditioned to be stable and still within reasonable limits. For this reason, the role of business actors has a great influence on the sustainability and development of the business carried out so that the goal of obtaining maximum profits for better MSME performance is obtained. This service was carried out in North Pelawi Village by previously recording business actors around North Pelawi Village with the aim that MSMEs that have been run so far can better apply an understanding of mathematical concepts that are connected to the demand and supply elements for products produced in a certain period or period of time.

In the increasingly fierce business competition, understanding the factors that influence consumer buying interest is crucial. This study analyzes the effect of product quality and price on consumer purchase intention of Tofu Baxo Ibu Pudji in Pamularsih, Semarang City. Using a quantitative survey method, data was collected from 50 respondents through questionnaires. The results showed that product quality and price have a strong and positive relationship with consumer buying interest. The correlation test shows that product quality has a calculated r value of 0.68 and price of 0.62, both of which are greater than r table (0.2787), indicating a significant relationship. Partial regression test (t-test) shows that product quality (t count = 38.83) and price (t count = 6.96) have a significant effect on purchase intention (t table = 2.01063). The simultaneous test (F-test) shows that product quality and price together have a significant effect on buying interest with an F value of 26.1168 (F table = 3.200). The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that product quality and price explain 52.63% of the variation in consumer buying interest, while 47.37% is influenced by other factors. The results of this study provide insight for business owners in improving quality and pricing strategies to increase competitiveness and sales volume.

Organic waste management has become an urgent global issue, as the increasing volume of waste poses serious challenges to the environment. One innovative solution that is gaining increasing attention is Maggot cultivation, through a bioconversion process. Maggot bioconversion not only addresses the problem of organic waste but also offers new economic opportunities through the production of high-value resources. In addition, maggot cultivation can also contribute to addressing the high price of protein sources and the increasing demand for animal feed. As highlighted by a study, maggot bioconversion technology can address three main problems: the generation of organic waste, the high price of protein sources, and the increasing demand for animal feed. (Handayani et al., 2021). Maggot (Hermetia Illucens) is a black soldier fly larva that has a chewy texture, high protein and has the ability to secrete natural enzymes that help improve the digestive system of livestock.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of distribution channels, price perceptions, product availability on consumer satisfaction at PT. Arie Mulya Barutama Semarang. The population of this study was 140 customers. The samples taken using saturated sampling techniques were 140 respondents. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that Distribution Channels have a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. This is shown by the calculated t value of 4.758 >1.655, with a sig value. equal to 0.000 < 0.05 (significant). Price Perception has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. This is shown by the calculated t value being greater than the t table, namely 3.312 > 1.655, with a sig value. equal to 0.001<0.05 (significant). Product Availability has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. This is shown by the calculated t value, which is 3.953 > 1.655, with a sig value. equal to 0.000 < 0.05 (significant).

Making a modern bun from coconut fiber to support your appearance can be an idea for a business opportunity because the coconut fiber fiber material does not require too much additional material, so the price of a modern bun from coconut fiber is relatively cheaper. The aim of this research is to find out and explain the process of making a modern bun from coconut fiber, validate the modern bun from coconut fiber, and the public's acceptance of the modern bun from coconut fiber. Data collection uses the methods of observation, literature, experiments, documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The sensory test results from 3 coloring trials on the bun were declared valid on product 3 with a total average color of 4.5, a total average texture of 4.3, a total average of packaging of 4.5, while the total the average aroma is 4.1. The results of the public test showed that people's acceptance was at the highest level of liking in experiment 3 with an average total of 4.5 colors, a texture of 4.3, an average total of packaging of 4.5 while an average total of aroma of 4.1. From the research results, making modern buns from coconut fiber is quite good, creative and innovative, so it can be a business opportunity.

Korean wave perm is the latest trend in curling hair. The price of the tools used is in the range of Rp1,000,000 to Rp5,000,000. The purpose of this research is to replace the digital perm tool with a hair dryer so that production costs can be reduced. The methods used in this research are observation, documentation, interviews, literature, questionnaires and experimental methods. Based on the assessment by 5 expert validators about the feasibility technique of using a hair dryer as a tool in curling that the technique effectiveness indicator scored 21 said to be feasible, time efficiency score 23 said to be very feasible, the cost got 21 said to be feasible, and the final result got 24 said to be very feasible. In addition, a public test was conducted to see the results of the public's level of liking for the technique of using a hair dryer as a curling tool by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents, the results of which were 100% agreed that hair dryers could replace digital perm tools as well as save pioneering salon expenses, in the final results of the technique 55% of respondents liked it, 26.7% of respondents quite liked it and 18.3% of respondents really liked it so that 98.3% of respondents agreed that hair dryers could replace digital perm. It can be concluded that the hair dryer is feasible to use as a substitute for digital perm tools in curling korean wave perm.

This research aims to analyze the determination of the cost of production at the Akar coffe Shop to determine the optimal product selling price. In facing intense competition in the coffe industry, determining the right selling price is very important for business continuity. The research method used is mix method approach with production cost analysis, which includes raw material, labor and overhead costs. The findings of the study indicate There is a difference in the calculations according to the simple approach and full costing which affects the selling price.This research emphasizes the importance of accuracy in pricing to maintain a balance between costs and profitability.

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of Islamic branding, product quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah products in Semarang. This study is a type of quantitative research. The determination of the number of samples in this study was calculated using the Lameshow formula. The sampling technique used in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling determination of 97 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: Islamic branding and price have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah products in Semarang. Product quality has no influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah products in Semarang.

The spice tea business, as part of the traditional beverage sector, has great potential to be developed as a pioneering entrepreneurship amidst increasing public awareness of a healthy lifestyle and consumption of natural-based products. Opportunities and challenges faced in developing this spice tea business as a form of entrepreneurial innovation based on local traditions. The main opportunities for developing the spice tea business lie in the diversity of spices in Indonesia, market trends that support organic and herbal products, and the potential for export to the global market. In addition, the sustainability of this business can also be improved through flavor innovation, modern packaging, and digital marketing strategies. However, the main challenges faced include limited capital, fluctuations in raw material prices, competition with modern beverage products, and low digital literacy among business actors.

The government plans to increase the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate by 1%, from 11% to 12% in 2025. This policy has certainly triggered various reactions in society, from support to concern, especially regarding its impact on the prices of basic necessities and people's purchasing power. Value Added Tax (VAT) is a tax levied on the consumption of goods and services within the Customs Area, imposed at each stage of production and distribution. VAT collected by the central government applies to the purchase and sale of certain goods and services, such as motor vehicles, houses, and internet services, which will be subject to the 12% VAT rate. The Minister of Finance emphasized that the increase in VAT rates does not apply to people's basic needs.  Basic necessities, as well as critical services like healthcare and public education, will remain exempt from VAT or will be subject to lower rates. Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Susiwijono Moegiarso, said that the technical details of implementing 12 percent VAT will be contained in the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) which is currently being drafted by the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu). This study aims to assess the potential development of beef cattle farming businesses for farmers in Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The variables used in this research are beef cattle production and beef cattle prices as independent variables, and farmers' income as the dependent variable. The analysis approach utilizes a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression model using time-series data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Perbaungan District for the period 2019–2023. The results indicate that the development of beef cattle farming businesses in Perbaungan District has significant potential to increase farmers' income and improve their welfare. The variables of beef cattle production and beef cattle prices collectively have a significant influence on farmers' income.

Hydroponic plant cultivation is booming, but stock and sales are hard to predict. Poor prediction can cause farmers to overstock and lose money. This study suggests a framework that uses several machine learning models, including Linear Regression (LR), Random Forest (RF), Decision Tree (DT), and Extreme Gradient Boosting. "Ensemble Learning," which combines these models, should yield more accurate and generalizable results than a single model. This framework is assessed using historical hydroponic plant sales data and related factors like price, weather, and market trends. The model's performance is measured by the difference between predictions and actual values using RMSE and MAE metrics. This framework should improve hydroponic plant stock and sales predictions. Farmers can make better production, inventory, and harvest distribution decisions. Besides reducing financial losses, this reduces food waste and improves food security.

This community service activity aims to provide solutions to the challenges faced by PT Citra Marindo in implementing digital marketing. PT Citra Marindo, a company engaged in providing products and services for the maritime industry, encounters obstacles in fully leveraging the potential of digital marketing. This activity focuses on assisting the company in improving and enhancing their digital marketing strategies. A more comprehensive digital marketing implementation was applied through various social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms like Tokopedia. Additionally, business branding development included designing more attractive logos, professional product photos, and packaging that aligns with market preferences. Quality control systems were introduced to ensure high product quality, while effective promotional strategies were implemented to increase brand visibility and awareness among consumers. All steps were tailored to real-world conditions, including cost calculations for marketing elements to ensure they do not burden product prices and can be sustained. It is hoped that this activity will have a positive impact on increasing PT Citra Marindo business profits and serve as a useful reference for other businesses facing similar issues

The financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-20203 period was greatly influenced by fluctuations in global commodity prices and macroeconomic conditions that had an impact on the company's competitiveness and profitability. Therefore, it is important to assess how companies in this sector are managing their financial performance amid various challenges and opportunities. This study analyzes financial performance using several main financial ratios, including liquidity ratios (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio), solvency ratios (Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio), profitability ratios (Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Net Profit Margin), and activity ratios (Total Asset Turnover and Inventory Turnover). The method used to conduct the analysis is the quantitative descriptive analysis method, using data that has been taken based on the annual financial statements of companies listed on the IDX during the period. Sample selection using the purposive sampling method, resulted in 3 companies being analyzed. The results of the analysis of 81 data observed using the Multiple Linear Regression method showed that environmental performance and environmentally friendly products had a positive impact on the company's financial performance, while environmental poroscope and environmental activities did not show a significant influence on the company's financial performance.

Desa Burno in Lumajang has experienced a significant surge in cardamom cultivation in line with evolving agricultural trends. While initially boosting farmers' incomes, this production explosion has led to a drastic decline in cardamom prices in the market. This phenomenon is exacerbated by the dominance of middlemen who control pricing and marketing, making it difficult for farmers to obtain fair prices. This article explores the dynamics of the cardamom market in Desa Burno, including the impact of mass planting trends on prices and the limitations faced by farmers due to middlemen influence. Through qualitative analysis, market data, and structured interviews, this research uncovers the challenges faced by cardamom farmers and provides recommendations for fairer marketing strategies. Additionally, the FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) behavior among farmers has contributed to the increased cultivation of cardamom, further worsening the market situation. This study aims to provide deeper insights into the relationship between cardamom agriculture, middlemen dominance, and FOMO behavior, while offering solutions to enhance the welfare of farmers in Desa Burno.

The paper aimed to test the role of cost accounting information in feeding and guiding administrative decision makers in a way that contributes to enhancing the overall performance of the company. As the internal information provided by cost accounting works to clarify the strengths and weaknesses in detail within the company’s organizational structure, allowing management to gain a broader perspective. And more accurate in the areas of improving the company's performance. Cost accounting information has been identified in two categories: planning information and control information, while the company's performance has been identified in terms of productivity, cost reduction control, and profitability. The paper community has been represented by accountants working in a number of Iraqi industrial companies. A questionnaire form was prepared by the researcher to achieve the purpose of collecting the data necessary to measure the research variables, in accordance with the descriptive analytical approach adopted in the current research. The number of questionnaires retrieved and suitable for analysis reached 72 forms. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that accounting information Costs enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of companies, which contributes to maximizing the company's performance. Given the stability of this positive effect, it follows that there is a need to increase attention to the quality of cost accounting information and the scope of its production in companies. This information contributes to reaching a more accurate measurement of the cost of the product and thus contributes to determining more competitive prices.

Effective marketing planning is the key to success for companies, especially in the increasingly competitive automotive industry. This research aims to analyze the planning and marketing process carried out by Mitsubishi Xpander. The method used is a literature review, which involves analyzing various reference sources related to marketing and business strategy. The findings show that Mitsubishi Xpander has successfully implemented a planned marketing strategy, including product adjustments, competitive prices and effective promotions. Additionally, in-depth market analysis helps companies in understanding consumer preferences and identifying opportunities in the market. The implications of this research highlight the importance of implementing marketing strategies that are adaptive and responsive to changing consumer trends to increase competitiveness and business sustainability. The results of this research can provide insight for other companies in formulating more effective and efficient marketing strategies.

Determining relatively high prices will cause consumers to move to other producers, or look for new products that have better product quality. This shows that determining price sensitivity must be appropriate. The aim of the research is to determine the price sensitivity of staple foods ahead of Eid al-Fitr in 2023 at Pasar Baruga, Kendari city. Determination of the research area was carried out purposively based on the consideration that Baruga Market is one of the central distributors of staple foods. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The number of respondents who were staple food traders was 44 people. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive. The results of the research show that: The price sensitivity of staple foods ahead of Eid al-Fitr in 2023 at Baruga Market, Kendari City, means that on average there has been an increase in both the number of goods offered and the price level. For head rice the average selling price difference is Rp. 5,125, for broiler meat the average selling price difference is Rp. 8,750, purebred chicken eggs with an average selling price difference of Rp. the average difference in selling price is IDR 2,786, Sedaap cooking oil with an average difference in selling price is IDR 2,429, Shallots with an average difference in selling price is IDR 15,286 and the average difference in the number of goods sold is 10 Kg .
