This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers at SMK Kartika X-2 South Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling, specifically saturated sampling, with 45 teacher respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and processed using Microsoft Excel software and SPSS version 22. This study focuses on three main variables: work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction, which are believed to affect teacher performance. The results of the study indicate that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on teacher performance, meaning that the better the work discipline of teachers, the higher the performance they produce. However, work motivation and job satisfaction were found not to have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Kartika X-2 South Jakarta. This study aims to identify, assess, and control risks that arise in container loading and unloading activities at PT Dunia Express Transindo using the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach. Container loading and unloading activities are complex and involve various parties, making them highly susceptible to risks, both from internal and external aspects. Risks that can occur include system disruptions, operational negligence, equipment damage, and environmental factors such as extreme weather that can affect the smoothness of the loading and unloading process. Therefore, the company needs to have a structured, comprehensive, and sustainable risk management system to maintain operational continuity. This research method refers to the COSO framework and the ISO 31000:2018 standard which focuses on the process of risk identification, assessment of likelihood and impact levels, and formulation of appropriate mitigation strategies. Data were obtained through interviews with management, field observations, and analysis of company documents. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of ERM is able to map risks more systematically, making it easier for the company to determine handling priorities. Several risks with a high probability and significant impact received special attention through the implementation of mitigation strategies such as improving information technology systems, routine employee training, and more scheduled equipment maintenance. These findings indicate that ERM implementation not only functions as a risk control tool but also plays a role in increasing operational efficiency, strengthening inter-departmental coordination, and minimizing potential losses that could disrupt company stability. Furthermore, ERM implementation makes a real contribution to increasing the competitiveness of companies in the logistics and stevedoring sector, especially in facing dynamic business challenges and external environmental uncertainty.

This research seeks to explore how Part-Time Work and Time Management influence students' academic performance. A quantitative methodology was employed to investigate the relationship between the independent variables, part-time work and time management, and the dependent variable, academic achievement. The study focused on students from Universitas PGRI Wiranegara during the 2021–2024 period who are actively engaged in part-time work. The sample was selected using a probability sampling method, ensuring every student in the population had an equal chance of inclusion. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire, which underwent validity and reliability testing.  The findings revealed that part-time work significantly affects academic performance, with both positive and negative outcomes, depending on how well students manage their time. Additionally, effective time management proved to be a crucial factor in enhancing academic performance, even when students juggle their time between work and study. Further analysis indicated that both variables collectively have a meaningful impact on academic achievement. This research underscores the critical role of time management skills for students balancing work and study and highlights the importance of institutional support in helping students maintain this balance.

This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) in increasing business income, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach, which aims to provide an overview of the QR Code implementation. The population in this study involved MSME owners, with a sample taken from 100 respondents through non-probability sampling techniques. Data collection was done through questionnaires. Data analysis includes testing research instruments to assess data quality (validity and reliability), classical assumption test (normality), as well as multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results show that QRIS implementation and user satisfaction have a significant influence on increasing MSME income, which supports TAM theory regarding the importance of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use in technology acceptance. However, other variables, such as QRIS usage literacy, convenience of use, and QRIS service price, did not show a significant influence on MSME income. Simultaneously, these factors still have an effect on MSME income, although with different variations in influence.
