Communication ethics is a set of principles that regulate how to communicate politely, courteously, and effectively, which is very important in everyday life, especially in the educational environment. However, communication ethics skills are often not optimally mastered by students due to the lack of interactive and relevant learning media. This research aims to develop innovative role-playing-based learning media designed to improve the communication ethics skills of grade 8 students at MTs Al Azhaar Ummu Suwanah. This research is motivated by the importance of communication ethics skills as one of the basic competencies in learning, which is often poorly facilitated through conventional learning methods. This role-playing media is designed to provide an interactive learning experience through simulating everyday communication situations that are relevant to students' lives. Effectiveness testing was carried out through limited trials and field trials involving 8th grade students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, and expert validation. The results showed that this role-playing learning media was effective in improving students' communication ethics skills. In addition, this media is also considered attractive, easy to use, and able to create a fun learning atmosphere. Thus, the role-playing board can be an innovative alternative to support the interaction-based learning process and direct practice in the classroom.

The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a focus on empirical legal research. The research results indicate that the Indonesian National Sports Committee is not included in the legal subjects regulated by the Borrow-Use Agreement for Regional Property. This is due to the character of KONI which is a non-governmental organization. In practice, KONI cannot implement loan-to-use agreements on regional assets; However, KONI still has the opportunity to enter into an agreement to utilize other regional assets.

This research focuses on differentiated learning in biology subjects at SMAS Al Hikmah, which emphasizes the unique characteristics of each student. However, there are various obstacles in its implementation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies used by biology teachers, the challenges faced, and the solutions applied in overcoming these problems. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews and documentation. The research sample consisted of Biology Teachers at SMAS Al Hikmah Sirampog. In practice, differentiated learning faces a number of challenges, including time constraints that force teachers to be more careful in planning the time for each material to be taught. In addition, teachers have difficulty in implementing content differentiation because the majority of students (90%) are students who are not allowed to use mobile phones. To overcome these obstacles, teachers are advised to develop a lesson plan that includes teaching strategies, learning media, and learning procedures. This aims to maximize time during the teaching and learning process in the classroom. In addition, teachers can replace content differentiation with activities related to P5 (Pancasila student profile strengthening project), such as making videos or podcasts, to minimize time limitations.

This study aims to determine the considerations used by management in fraud response to cases that have harmed cooperatives and customers, and to determine the loss recovery system taken by management. The subjects and organizations studied are the management of a microfinance institution (ABC Cooperative) in Central Java. The objectives of this study will be achieved by using a qualitative research design, with a case study approach. Case studies are chosen because the unit of analysis is one organization. The results of this study explain that the response taken by the cooperative to cases of fraud committed by its employees is termination of employment with several agreements, without involving the legal process. This step is taken to maintain the good name of the Cooperative in the eyes of the public and minimize the expenditure of larger funds. In practice, this study proves and strengthens the theory that most fraud committed by employees is undetected and is often resolved secretly to protect the victim's good name, this estimate is likely to underestimate the actual losses to business and society. This study can also provide practical implications for other cooperative institutions as a reference in making decisions related to similar cases.

The Social Cognitive Theory proposed by Albert Bandura emphasizes that learning occurs largely through the process of observation. Teachers play an important role as models who provide direct examples so that students can understand and imitate a particular action or skill. This study aims to describe the implementation of Albert Bandura's social cognitive theory through modeling strategies in Islamic Jurisprudence learning on the material "Ablution Procedures" in class IA MI Al Ikhlas. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the research subjects being Islamic Jurisprudence subject teachers for class I and 25 class IA students. The research objects include the application of Bandura's modeling theory in Islamic Jurisprudence learning and students' abilities in practicing ablution procedures. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of modeling strategies in Islamic Jurisprudence learning consists of three stages, namely: (1) the planning stage, where the teacher prepares a learning plan; (2) the implementation stage, which includes four core processes, namely attention (students pay attention to examples from the teacher), retention (students record information in memory), reproduction (students practice ablution procedures), and motivation (the teacher provides reinforcement in the form of praise or rewards); and (3) the evaluation stage, which is carried out through written, oral and practical tests. The application of this theory has proven effective in improving students' ability to practice ablution correctly.

A serious problem faced by the Indonesian people is the orientation of the current education system which focuses too much on developing the left brain (cognitive) and pays too little attention to developing the right brain (affective, empathy and feeling). The learning process is passive and rigid, which makes it unpleasant for children. Subjects related to character education (such as character and religion) emphasize the left brain aspect (memorization, or just knowledge) in practice. This can damage children's character and hinder their creativity. In fact, character formation must be carried out systematically and continuously involving aspects of knowledge, feeling, loving and acting. Character formation can be likened to the formation of a person into a body builder (bodybuilder) who requires continuous moral muscle training to become sturdy and strong. Apart from that, the success of character education must also be supported by a good and enjoyable educational environment for children. Character education is needed not only at school, but also at home and in social environments.

This research aims to explain how moral principles are assimilated in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning at SMP Panca Budi Medan. Internalization of moral ideals refers to efforts made to develop moral behavior consistent with Islamic beliefs. This is accomplished by the use of techniques such as example, practice, and direction. In this context, IRE subjects play a vital role in developing religious and responsible students. This study took a qualitative approach, with data gathered through 16 weeks of observation and conversation with educators. The study's findings indicate that a systematic learning strategy, which incorporates congregational prayer and reading the Koran before classes, is beneficial in raising pupils' moral consciousness. However, various issues exist, such as students' lack of awareness and a limited learning time. This research aims to improve character education in schools and serve as a resource for educators to properly implement moral ideals.
