This study examines murder cases triggered by romantic conflicts in Cipinang Prison, Jakarta. Using a qualitative approach, this research employed in-depth interviews with inmates and prison officers to explore the motives, processes, and social and psychological perspectives of the perpetrators. The findings reveal that romantic conflicts, such as jealousy, financial pressures, and feelings of being undervalued, are often the main triggers of violent acts leading to murder. Uncontrolled emotions and impulsive reactions exacerbate the situation, while the social environment, both before and during incarceration, plays a significant role in shaping deviant behavior patterns. The study also identifies various challenges in the rehabilitation process within the prison, including insufficient attention to the emotional needs of inmates and the negative influence of interactions with fellow prisoners. Referring to Differential Association theory, the study emphasizes that deviant behavior is often learned through negative social interactions. To prevent similar violence, emotional education, conflict management, and evaluations of individual-based rehabilitation programs are necessary.

Community Service Activities were carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Mojokerto with the target of understanding legal socialization related to preventing deviant behavior from an Islamic legal perspective. Implementation of community service The main aim of this activity is to increase insight and knowledge regarding the prevention of deviant behavior from an Islamic Law perspective at MAN 1 Mojokerto. In order to increase knowledge and insight regarding deviant behavior carried out by teenagers and how it is regulated in Islamic law. Therefore, the socialization carried out at MAN 1 Mojokerto, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency is very important to carry out. Where adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, where children are not yet fully able to be independent. At this time, teenagers are at the stage of searching for self-identity which is full of various problems. One of the problems experienced by teenagers in their lives is related to deviant behavior. Deviant behavior is chaotic behavior that causes a teenager to be nervous, nervous and act uncontrollably. This behavior is often a reflection of anti-social personality in teenagers, we can see this from behavior that does not heed religious and social norms. Trigger factors can come from the individual teenager himself (internal) or outside the teenager himself (external). As parents, educators (teachers) should naturally contribute to resolving deviant behavior in adolescents. Emotional development in adolescents has not yet reached stability, so to help solve the problem we must understand its characteristics.

Penelitian ini didasarkan oleh ketertarikan peneliti dalam melihat dari peran sekolah dalam mengatasi masalah perilaku yang menyimpang siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran sekolah dalam mengatasi perilaku yang menyimpang terhadap siswa di SD Negeri 08 Indralaya Utara. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori... Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara dengan beberapa guru di SD Negeri 08 Indralaya Utara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah melakukan upaya untuk mengatasi kenakalan remaja dengan mengadakan program pembinaan, melibatkan berbagai strategi dan pendekatan yang ditujukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, serta  membuat sesi konselling khusus untuk siswa yang bermasalah sesuai jenis kasusnya masing-masing, serta memberikan bentuk perhatian yang lebih kepada peserta didik yang bermasalah.
