This study aims to determine the influence of Diklat on employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Gorontalo Province. The sample in this study consisted of 58 respondents. The data used in this research were primary. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique employed was simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Diklat have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Gorontalo Province, with a coefficient of determination of 66.90%, while the remaining 33.10% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as organizational culture, work environment, leadership, career management, work commitment, work supervision, and information technology within the organization. The positive test results imply that the improvement in employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Gorontalo Province occurs due to intensive Diklat that align with the needs of human resource development in public sector organizations.

The purpose of this study is to quantify the degree to which teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara is impacted by education and training (diklat).  This study employs a field approach (field research) and quantitative methods.  Questionnaires were given to respondents, in-person observations were made at the school, and documentation was completed in order to gather data.  The whole teacher population of the school, or 62 teachers, participated in the survey.  With the aid of SPSS version 16, data analysis was carried out using basic linear regression. The analysis's findings indicate a regression equation of Y = 3.296 + 0.897X and a correlation coefficient R of 0.804, which is categorized as extremely strong.  This indicates that teacher performance is significantly improved by education and training.  The 80.4% coefficient of determination indicates that training accounts for the majority of the variation in teacher performance, with other factors outside the scope of this study accounting for the remaining 19.6%.  Thus, at SMK Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, training is crucial to raising teacher performance.

This study discusses Human Resources Education and Training at the Secretariat General of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD RI). The main issue faced by the Secretariat General of the DPD RI is that there are still employees who do not fully understand their respective fields. Therefore, a training program has been implemented to help employees enhance their knowledge and skills required for their duties. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of education and training programs for human resources within the Secretariat General of the DPD RI. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that employee understanding of one of the online-based training programs is still not optimal, indicating a need for improvements in content delivery or training methods. Nevertheless, the training targets are considered appropriate as they are directed at employees who require capacity enhancement. In terms of scheduling, the training program is considered to lack flexibility, which may interfere with the employees' daily work routines. Despite several challenges, the overall achievement of training objectives has had a positive impact on employee productivity. Real changes can be seen in the increased understanding and ability of employees to apply the knowledge gained to their tasks and responsibilities in each respective division. Thus, the education and training program is deemed to have made a significant contribution to the development of human resource competencies within the Secretariat General of the DPD RI.

This research aims to explore the influence of digital forensics education and training on the quality of handling cyber crime cases. With the increasing complexity of cybercrime, it is important for law enforcement to have adequate skills in digital forensics. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach in several law enforcement agencies. The research results show that effective education and training can improve investigators' abilities in identifying, collecting and analyzing digital evidence, thereby improving the quality of handling cyber crime cases. In addition, collaboration between investigators and digital forensic experts has been proven to increase the effectiveness of investigations. However, challenges such as limited resources and legal understanding remain obstacles that need to be overcome. Therefore, recommendations to improve education and training programs in the field of digital forensics are very necessary to face the growing threat of cybercrime.

This study aims to analyze the impact of education and training, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at Bank BNI Main Branch Yogyakarta. A quantitative method using survey and multiple linear regression analysis was employed. A sample of 75 respondents was selected using Slovin's formula from a population of 238 employees. The results indicate that all three variables significantly affect employee performance. Education and training enhance employee skills, while motivation drives employees to commit more to their work. Fair and competitive compensation contributes to employee satisfaction and productivity. This study provides valuable insights for organizations in developing employee-related policies. However, the research is limited to a single branch and employs a quantitative approach, suggesting the need for further studies with a qualitative approach and a broader sample size for more comprehensive results.

The mosque has an important role as a center for education and training in modern society. In the digital age, mosques can offer a variety of relevant formal and non-formal education programs. The role of the mosque in educating young people including teaching good moral values. The mosque is also a forum for communication and interaction between community members, creating collaboration in learning. This article aims to increase the understanding of the role of the mosque, integrate education, encourage community involvement and foster social interaction. his article uses a literature review method (Literature Review) by collecting data and sources related to a particular topic which is obtained from various sources such as journals, research reports, and other library sources. The results showed that the mosque could function as an educational and training synergy space that played an important role in the development of human resources. The development of a fast era. In this digital era, the mosque can adapt by offering various relevant educational programs, both in the form of formal and non-formal education.

This article discusses the potential role of mosques as centers for educational innovation and training to improve community capacity. Through a literature review and case study, this article aims to explore how mosques can transform from simple places of worship into comprehensive learning centers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, by making books, magazines, articles and journals related to the research theme, focusing on innovative education and training models that can be applied in mosques, the challenges that may be faced, and their potential benefits for the community. The results of the analysis show that with the right approach, mosques can become important buildings in human resource development and community empowerment in two innovations, namely Educational Innovation; (1) Establishing non-formal educational institutions such as TPA and MDA, (2) Routine syllabus studies, (3) Arabic language course institutions. Training Innovation; (1) funeral prayer training, (2) Youth mosque leadership training, (3) Preaching training.

What preparations are made by the Central Kalimantan Province BPSDM institution in preparing or planning training activities. The research method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research was conducted at the Central Kalimantan Province BPSDM office. The results of this study indicate that the standard of training preparation carried out by the Central Kalimantan Province BPSDM institution is very structured starting from planning activities, analyzing needs, determining training objectives, administrative preparation, educational preparation and organization .

Employee performance is not optimal, this can be seen from the level of punctuality which gets the lowest score. Based on the results of an interview with the head of the civil service section at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital, punctuality has decreased because there are still employees coming and going home not according to the specified schedule. The level of quality (quality) is not yet optimal, this is because employees are not doing their work on time according to the predetermined targets. Employee performance is influenced by training and work motivation. Overall, it can be concluded that the training at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency has not been fully effective. Employee responses to the implementation of training education in 2023 show that there is a lack of achievement. This is because the training materials and techniques are not appropriate to the objectives and cannot be understood by participants. Overall motivation at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency can be said to be mediocre. This can be seen from the employee's response to the existence indicator which is the lowest indicator. The monthly salary provided is not enough to meet the daily needs of employees, while the health insurance offered by the company functions as a motivating factor for employees. This research uses a descriptive and case study approach, with a quantitative design. The data analysis techniques used include testing instruments to assess validity and reliability, testing research models using the coefficient of determination, and testing hypotheses through t tests and F tests. The results of the research show that (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Pandega Pangandaran. This means that if training is improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if work motivation is increased, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (3) Training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if training and work motivation are improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase.

Education and Training (DIKLAT) plays a vital role in developing individuals, especially in terms of improving employee performance. Studies have shown that TRAINING plays an important role in increasing employee performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the importance of the role of education and training in improving employee performance in Probolinggo district. This research uses a qualitative approach method where the data comes from observations and reading sources related to education and training. This study aims to find out: the influence of education on work ethic, the effect of training on work ethic, the influence  of education and training  on  work ethic.This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Grogol, Kediri Regency as many as 35 employees. The sampling technique uses Saturated sampling. Data collection techniques usequestionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is a classical assumption, multiple linear regression.The results of the study at the significance level of showed that: there was a positive and significant influence of education on work ethic, There is a positive and significant influence of training on work ethic, There is a simultaneous influence of education and training on work ethic.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan, partisipasi pengguna, dan dukungan  manajemen puncak terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi di Triangle Motorindo Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan Triangle Motorindo Semarang sebanyak 75 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive  sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45karyawan. Alat analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Partisipasi pengguna berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Nilai koefisien Y = Y = 0,061X1 + 0,479X2 + 0,473X3. Koefisien regresi pelatihan dan pendidikan (X1) sebesar 0,061 (bertanda positif), hal ini berarti bahwa jika pelatihan dan pendidikan semakin meningkat maka kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi juga semakin meningkat. Nilai koefisien regresi partisipasi pengguna (X2) sebesar 0,479 (bertanda positif),  hal ini berarti jika suatu partisipasi pengguna semakin besar maka kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi semakin meningkat. Nilai koefisien regresi dukungan manajemen puncak (X3) sebesar 0,473 (bertanda positif), hal ini berarti jika dukungan manajemen puncak semakin baik maka kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi semakin meningkat.       Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,754 yang berarti bahwa 75,4% variasi variabel kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi dipengaruhi oleh variasi variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan (X1), partisipasi pengguna (X2) dan dukungan manajemen puncak (X3). Sedangkan sisanya 24,6% variasi variabel kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi dipengaruhi oleh variasi variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) senantiasa harus ditingkatkan, guna menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat  di Era 4.0. Peningkatan komptensi dapat melalui hard skill maupun soft skill dan intergrasi di antara keduanya, hard skill dan soft skill. Pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) pegawai PT. Bumida Kantor Pusat dan Kantor Cabang DKI Jakarta, baik pendidikan formal melalui peningkatan jenjang pendidikan ke Strata-1 atau Strata-2 dan non formal, berupa peningkatan kompetensi hard skill atau soft skill. Manfaat dari peningkatan kompetensi hard skill dan kompetensi soft skill sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja, karena kedua hal ini adalah saling melengkapi dan menyatukan kompetensi hard skill dan soft skill untuk keberlangsungan (survive) perusahaan dan kesuksesan seorang pegawai menjadi seorang professionalisme.
