the purpose of this research to determine and analyze the influence of Store Atmosphere (X1), product variety (X2), service quality (X3) on consumer buying interest (Y). The population in this study were all potential SVS Karangjati consumers, totaling 100 respondents. The type of research used is Non Probability sampling because the population is not yet known. Researchers then used purposive sampling focusing on consumers who bought at SVS Karangjati, with a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the Likert scale method. The research results can be concluded that : 1). Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, 2). Product variety has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, 3). Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Based on the results of this research, it would be better for the owner of SVS Karangjati to continue to maintain and improve his business, especially the store atmosphere, product variety and service quality so as to increase interest in buying among more potential consumers.

Peresepan yang tidak tepat menyebabkan masalah seperti penurunan kemanjuran terapi, meningkatkan morbiditas dan mortalitas, pemborosan sumber daya, penurunan ketersediaan obat, risiko efek samping, resistensi bakteri, serta dampak psikososial, yang dapat menyebabkan ketergantungan pasien pada obat yang tidak berguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi ketepatan peresepan untuk pasien Diabetes melitus type-2 (DM-2) di Puskesmas Buleleng II. Survei potong lintang dilakukan dari Februari hingga April 2023. Wawancara secara langsung menggunakan kuesiner dilakukan pada pasien DM-2 yang direkrut secara purposive. Sejumlah 120 responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini (tingkat respon 100%). Hasil menunjukkan pola peresepan pada pasien DM-2 yaitu tepat indikasi (97.5%); tepat pemilihan obat (97.5%); tepat dosis (97.5%); tepat cara pemberian obat (97.5%); tepat waktu interval (88.3%); dan waspada efek samping obat (48.3%). Ketepatan peresepan obat pada pasien DM-2 secara umum sudah baik. Apoteker diharapkan lebih aktif dalam memberikan pelayanan informasi obat dan konseling terkait pengobatan pasien, agar tercapai terapi pengobatan yang optimal.

The current phenomenon is that higher education has become a commodity that is needed by society in an effort to improve people's living standards. Where quality tertiary institutions are seen literally by the community from the facilities and infrastructure they have as well as the satisfaction of students within the tertiary institution itself. So the aim of this research is to see the influence of service quality on student satisfaction in the political science study program at Jambi University, both simultaneously and partially. The data used are primary and secondary data. Where primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 85 students who were the research samples. The research method used is a quantitative method, while the research tool used is path analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence of service quality on student satisfaction, both simultaneously amounting to 75%.

Drug information services were activities that carried out by pharmacists to provide information about drugs that is impartial, critically evaluated, and with the best evidence in all aspects of drug use to other health professionals, patients, or the public. Providing drug information has an important role in improving the quality of life of patients and providing quality services for them. The purpose of this study was to determine drug information services for outpatients in the pharmaceutical installation of Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Public Hospital. This study used qualitative research methods with a sample of pharmaceutical officers who provided drug information services to outpatients, as many as 100 patients. Data collection was carried out by interview, direct observation, and using a check list sheet of drug information components. The results showed that the percentage of components conveyed when delivering drug information, including the name of the drug, drug dosage, type of preparation, rules of use, how to use, time of use, amount of drug, and efficacy or indications, had a percentage of 100%. While the drug information component that is rarely conveyed is how to store the drug with a percentage of 8%, the drug information component that is not conveyed is the side effects of the drug. The results of this study indicate that drug information services to outpatients carried out by pharmaceutical officers in the pharmaceutical installation of the Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan Public Hospital have been well implemented, with a percentage of 80.80%. The results also concluded that the drug information services carried out by the pharmacist of Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Public Hospital, Medan, were in accordance with hospital procedures and Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals.

Service quality is the level of perfection in meeting consumer needs. Satisfaction is the feeling of pleasure or disappointment that someone experiences after comparing the performance or results of a product with their expectations. This study aims to analyze the relationship between inpatient service quality and patient satisfaction levels at the Makassar City Regional Hospital. The research method used was descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional design. The instrument used was a questionnaire regarding inpatient service quality and patient satisfaction levels. The study population consisted of inpatients in the Internal Medicine Department of the Makassar City Regional Hospital in October 2023. The sample consisted of 67 individuals according to predetermined criteria. The data collected were analyzed using the Spearman Rank statistical test with a significance level of 0.05. The majority (38.81%) of patients stated that the quality of service provided was high and 68.66% of patients claimed to be satisfied. The analysis results showed that the calculated r value was 0.627, which is greater than the tabled r value of 0.364. From these analysis results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between inpatient service quality and patient satisfaction levels.

The objectives of this study were out find responsiviness public at the regional hospital Pasar Wajo Buton regency. This study uses a type qualitative descriptive with as many as 8 informant taken by purposively. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out systematicly, namely data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions.The results of the study indicate that responsiviness is in service at the regional general hospital Pasar Wajo Buton regency consists of (3) three: (1) the ability to respond to the behavior and good respons. This is seen from modestly, friendliness, justice shown in serving; (2) the speed of service which is based on service time every day and the agility of the officer has not run smoothly in accordance with the stipulated conditions. This is because at the time of service there are still officier who are slow to handle; (3) the accuracy of service is based on service procedures and the accuracy of the officers is good. This can be seen from the accuracy of the officier and there no mistake in the service in other words the officier provides services according to the wishes and services carried out in accordance with established procedurs.

Antenatal Care (ANC) is the most important component of pregnant women's health services to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. With ANC, the progress of the pregnant woman's condition will be well monitored at all times and knowledge about childbirth preparation will increase. Based on the background above, the researcher is interested in taking the title Counseling Pregnant Women Through Antenatal Care Services to Prevent Chronic Energy Deficiency which aims to improve and maintain the health of mothers and babies, prepare for the birthing process so that the baby can be delivered safely and minimize trauma that may occur in the child. during childbirth and reduce the number of deaths and morbidity rates in mothers. The data collection method that the author uses is the survey method. The survey method is a method used as a general category of research, one of which uses a questionnaire. The research results showed that the average knowledge score before and after the health education was carried out increased by 42.21 points, which means that the health education carried out had an impact on increasing the knowledge of Health Information Management students about ANC disease in pregnant women who experience CED. The increase in the average knowledge score is possible because health education uses appropriate methods and media such as lectures and discussions. Leaflet media also helps health education participants to easily remember the material. Using appropriate methods and media in health education can help health education participants understand the material

The analysis of Traveloka.com's services in the tourism industry encompasses various aspects, including usability, service quality, customer loyalty, and the influence of service quality on customer loyalty. The usability analysis of Traveloka.com's website revealed a high level of usability, as evidenced by efficiency, memorability, error rate, and user satisfaction. However, the study also identified areas for improvement, particularly in terms of system accessibility, privacy, and efficiency, which significantly impact customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the influence of service quality on customer loyalty was found to be significant, indicating the importance of continuous improvement in service quality to maintain and enhance customer loyalty. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Traveloka.com's services and their impact on the tourism industry, offering insights for the company's development and the advancement of the overall tourism sector.

Karya Karsa application is one of the important platforms in providing diverse services to users in various fields. This article analyzes the quality of services provided by the application with a focus on user satisfaction, ease of use, response from service providers, as well as direct evaluation of user interaction with the application. This research was conducted through an online survey of Karya Karsa application users and direct application usage analysis. The survey results showed the satisfaction of most users with the services provided, but also highlighted areas of improvement related to the user interface that needs to be more intuitive. Analysis of application usage revealed good transaction speed, but showed potential improvements in response to users during peak hours. Recommendations focus on improving the user interface, enhancing the infrastructure and responsiveness of the application, and improving customer support. It is expected that the implementation of these recommendations will improve the service quality and user experience of the Karya Karsa application, strengthening its position as a reliable platform for the community to access the services provided.

Worship leader is a person who is responsible for leading praise in worship sessions. The existence of a worship leader has a very important role in the implementation of worship because almost the entire worship process takes place in the responsibility of the worship leader, not only the person who compiles a series of worship, but is responsible for inspiring the congregation to thank God through song, as well as to enter and enjoy God's presence during the atmosphere of worship or praise and worship God. Thus, whether or not the purpose of worship is achieved depends on the conduct of a worship leader in leading worship. Where a worship leader is needed who is able to bring the atmosphere to truly feel the leading of the Holy Spirit in worship so as to help the preacher to convey what is his part in conveying the truth of God's Word. And young teenagers are the next generation of the church or the backbone of the church. Youth need to be trained as much as possible to take part in church services. And in the ministry, youth have a very important role.  Youth ministry determines the future of the Church. However, in GKSI Bacong there are still many young people who are less active and involved in carrying out services in the Church. This PKM aims to facilitate and provide training to young teenagers so that they can be involved and can improve the quality of service in the Church. This PKM was carried out using the training method. During the training, the youth were very enthusiastic and participated in the activities until the end. The youth can understand the material provided. After the PKM is carried out, the teenage youth can apply the material that has been received and carry out with full responsibility and be involved in the service of the Church.

Abstract. Public transportation is often considered a practical solution for reducing traffic congestion. However, initial surveys conducted after implementing the TEMAN Bus service along Corridor 2 showed low enthusiasm among commuters. Only 14.103% of them used the service. This study aims to identify areas for improvement to increase public interest in utilizing this service. Corridor 2 runs from Mall Panakkukang to Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport and vice versa. The study focuses on four main categories of variables: service level, service quality, socialization/information, and stop services. To assess public interest in the TEMAN Bus service along Corridor 2, this study used observations and distributed questionnaires. The questionnaire data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) after undergoing validity and reliability tests. The study found that the variable of stop services was the primary factor contributing to the low level of public interest. Namun setelah beroperasi, berdasarkan hasil pra survei yang peneliti    lakukan,antusias masyarakat yang menggunakan TEMAN Bus masih sangat rendah untuk rute koridor 2 dengan persentase 14,103%. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan suatu perbaikan untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan TEMAN Bus Trans Mamminasata rute koridor 2 (Mall Panakkukang – Bandara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin dan sebaliknya). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada 4 kategori diantaranya tingkat pelayanan, kualitas pelayanan, sosialisasi/informasi dan layanan halte. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada trayek TEMAN Bus Trans Mamminasata rute koridor 2 dengan melakukan observasi langsung dan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan TEMAN Bus. Data dari hasil kuesioner diolah dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas kemudian melakukan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari pengolahan tersebut menunjukkan faktor rendahnya minat masyarakat adalah variabel layanan halte. Keywords: teman bus; trans mamminasata; transportasi massal; SEM.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service when shopping and the impact on e-customer satisfaction at Kaos Nyenyes start-up which is a start-up that focuses on selling t-shirts with unique and innovative models online and offline. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of how service quality can affect online customer perception and satisfaction. The data collection method involves an online survey of Kaos Nyenyes' e-customers and the collected data is then analyzed using statistical techniques and content analysis to identify the most influential service quality factors. The results of this study are expected to provide deep insights into the aspects and factors of service quality that are important in a business context, especially in the fashion industry such as the Kaos Nyenyes start-up. By understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction, companies can improve service strategies, strengthen relationships, and increase competitive advantage in the market.

Health workers, as the spearhead in providing services, have a very important role in maintaining and improving the quality of life of the community. However, in carrying out their duties, health workers are often faced with various pressures and stressors which can have a significant impact on their performance. Increased service demands, high workloads, and emotional stress inherent in the work environment of health workers can be factors that trigger potentially detrimental stress. For nurses, factors that influence stress include high workloads, limited staff, work demands and responsibilities, interpersonal relationships with fellow nurses and other health workers, knowledge about caring for patients, and changes in work dynamics. The impact of stress experienced by nurses on the performance of health workers can be seen in the quality of health services and the image of the institution, in mental and physical health, in absenteeism and late work, as well as in the relationship with happiness and performance.

This journal explores the optimization of information technology service processes in construction materials laboratories, with a focus on meeting the needs of the people of East Kalimantan. Through the use of the latest methods and technology, this research aims to increase the efficiency, availability and accessibility of technological information in the laboratory. The research results show that implementing this optimization strategy can significantly improve information technology services, support progress in the construction sector, and make a positive contribution to the people of East Kalimantan. This journal details an approach using literature methods to optimize the information technology service process in construction materials laboratories, with the main aim of meeting the needs and advancing the people of East Kalimantan.

Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial sehingga dalam kehidupannya akan selalu melakukan interaksi dengan manusia lainnya. Salah satu bentuk interaksi sosial ialah bersilaturahmi dengan cara mengunjungi rumah seseorang. Sebagai penerima tamu atau pemilik rumah yang dikunjungi sudah sepantasnya menampilkan sifat dan perilaku yang baik dalam hal ini penulis namakan dengan akhlak memuliakan tamu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini tiada lain untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep yang ditawarkan Alquran terkait akhlak dalam memuliakan tamu. Dengan merujuk pada term dhaif dimana penulis menemukan kata ini tersebar di dalam lima surat dan enam ayat, yaitu surat Hud/11:78, al-Hijr/15/51, 68, al-Kahfi/18:77, adz-Dzariyat/51:24, dan al-Qamar/54:37 kemudian dikaji dengan penafsiran Abu Su’ud dengan kitab tafsirnya yang berjudul Irsyad Al-Aql As-Salim ila Mazaya Al-Kitab Al-Karim. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif-desktiptif dengan jenis data kepustakaan. Adapun hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan ayat-ayat tersebut maka konsepsi yang ditawarkan Alquran terkait akhlak memuliakan tamu diantaranya: menjawab ucapan salam dari tamu, menghormati tamu dengan cara memberikan jamuan dan pelayanan terbaik, menghidangkan jamuan tidak jauh dari jangkauan tamu, berkata-kata yang baik, penuh dengan sopan santun serta lemah lembut, memenuhi hak-hak tamu dan menjaga tamu yang berkunjung dari segala bentuk keburukan, tidak menolak kunjung seseorang yang akan bertamu, memberikan tempat istirahat, serta mengajak istri/suami serta anggota yang berada di dalam rumah yang dikunjungi oleh tamu.

Abstract. In the rapidly evolving era of information technology, digital records management is crucial for enhancing the efficiency of tax service tasks. This study thoroughly analyzes the existing digital archive system, emphasizing key aspects such as creation, storage, access, and management of digital records. Results reveal the potential of the digital archive system in the Tax Service Office Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung to boost records management efficiency and streamline information access. However, identified barriers include a limited understanding of the technology's full benefits and challenges in adapting to changes in work culture and traditional data management processes. These findings underscore the need for efforts to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of effective digital records management. Furthermore, strategic development, focusing on training, cultural change, and technology integration, is crucial for optimizing digital archive systems. This research enhances our comprehension of the digital archiving system's role in improving the performance and efficiency of the Service Section of the Tax Service Office Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung, offering insights for future improvements in tax-related tasks.

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality variables (X1) and location (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) at Tell Kopi Kediri. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples in the research was 267 respondents at Tell Kopi. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 16.559 + 0.316 Location has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig result of 0.000 <0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that service quality and location simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions.

The study aims to analyze the impact of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in Pegadaian Pesero Branch Gubug district of Grobogan. The design of this research uses a quantitative approach. Samples are taken by random sampling. The method of analysis used is to test the product moment hypothesis. The results of the research indicate that this Product Quality has a positive impact on Customer Satisfaction, as well as on the Quality of Service has a negative impact on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, both Product Quality and Service Quality together have a positive effect on the Customer satisfaction in Pegadaian Pesero Branch Gubug district of Grobogan.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the online single submission system risk based approach at Dimas investment integrated one door service of Tanjungpinang city, based on the type of data, this research includes quantitative research, data collection techniques used in the form of literature studies. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the online single submission risk-based approach system has gone well. This can be seen from several aspects. First, in terms of organization, PTSP has prepared an implementation team whose task is to assist businesses in the process of inputting and verifying information when errors occur. Second, in terms of interpretation, the PTSP has succeeded in directing business actors to follow the stages in OSS-RBA.. Thus, the results of this study indicate that the implementation of the risk-based approach online single submission system has been successful in facilitating business actors in obtaining business licenses through OSS-RBA.

This research is a theological literature review of the complexity of the church's responsibilities as God's servants. It is revealed that contemporary Christianity reflects a potential falsehood between carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the church through reflecting on the character of Jesus Christ in ministry. This raises a dilemma regarding the central reflection of today's church ministry. The author uses a qualitative method of descriptive analysis in the form of text literature. In conclusion, the church today must reflect again on its duties and responsibilities in the essence of God's mission to save humans. So the center of ministry is a reflection of what Jesus did.
