This research aims to find out about the position of inheritance rights for Balinese women who have changed religions based on the case study of Cassation Decision Number 2826 K/Pdt/2017. The background of the research, that the biological daughter of the heir who has converted to religion demands her right to be made an heir, where as it is well known that Balinese society has a patrilineal kinship system (purusa), which means that the heir will fall to the son. This type of research is normative legal research with the approach applied in this normative legal research is a conceptual approach and a case approach. The results of the analysis of the research, the Decree of the Main Assembly of Pakraman Village Bali in 2010 Number: 01/Kep/Psm-3/X/2010 regarding the Results of Pesamuhan Agung III MUDP Bali which states that Balinese women receive half of the purusa inheritance rights after deducting 1/3 for heirlooms and preservation interests. However, this does not apply to Balinese women who have converted (from Hinduism to other religions). This is because as heirs who follow Balinese inheritance law, heirs must have the responsibility to take care of all the obligations of their ancestors both in terms of religious obligations and maintenance of shrines. Therefore, if a child chooses to change religion, the legal consequences will be that the heir or child does not have rights and obligations towards the heir, family and custom.  

The prevalence of nutritional status among children aged 5-12 in the Gorontalo Province based on BMI-for-age indicates that 2.70% are severely underweight, 8.45% are underweight, 8.93% are overweight, and 6.26% are obese. The shift from the previous 'four healthy five perfect' nutrition reference to balanced nutrition guidelines is not yet fully understood and known by all layers of society, including within school environments. The outreach activity conducted at Al-Falah Elementary Islamic School in Gorontalo District aims to provide education and socialization regarding balanced nutritional guidelines and the concept of 'My Plate' to elementary school students. The participants involved 34 students from grades 4 and 5. The methods employed included lectures, video presentations, followed by an evaluation using a 'My Plate' puzzle assembly game. The utilization of the puzzle as an evaluation medium was well comprehended by the students, as evidenced by a 75% proficiency in completing the puzzle. Enhancing students' knowledge about balanced nutritional guidance and food plate composition can be achieved through nutritional education and socialization.

Health education is one of the most important thing to be learn since early age like washing hands and brushing teeth. But because of the lack of education a lot of people in the community don’t know the ways to take care of their own teeth. The consequence of lack of education create a problem for a a lot of people in the community which is tooth ache. The effort that could be done to fix the problem is to create a learning media that is easy to understand and have the capability to share information widely. Because of that, animation 3D become a choice for this research to educate people in the community about dental health and how to take care of it. The method that the researcher use in this research is qualitative interview, researcher will do an interview with a dentist to get information about how to take care of your teeth. After getting the information it will then be used to create animation 3D. the method that is being used to create animation 3D is MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) which has 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution after the animation is finished its being shared to social media such as Youtube and Instagram. One of the main pillars of effective democracy is freedom of speech, which allows everyone to express their opinions and perspectives freely without fear of facing repressive actions or unjustified barriers. Everyone is entitled to the freedom of association, assembly, and speech, as stated in Article 28E (3) of the 1945 Constitution. The aim of this research is to study the legal aspects of the existence of hate speech on social media. This study examines the current legal framework governing freedom of speech and efforts to protect human rights in relation to racial harassment by reviewing existing legal regulations. The research method employed is literature review (bibliographical study). In legal research, the normative jurisprudence method is based on legal provisions such as human rights books' regulations, as well as information from research journals related to the research subject. Initial research findings suggest that hate speech is not a form of freedom of speech, and society should not respond to hate speech with more hateful speech. Instead, they can report hate speech content to the Ministry of Communication and Informatics for removal. The Information and Electronic Transactions Law (ITE Law) can serve as a resolution due to the existence of hate speech on social media by proving the occurrence of hate speech, whether it involves defamation or hate speech against Ethnicity, Religion, Race, or Inter-group relations.   Keywords: HAM, ITE Law, Hate Speech

2D-based animated films are a medium that is liked by children to adults, through social media 2D animation can be disseminated so that anyone who sees it will get information.Helping to introduce tradition through 2D animation is the aim of this research, namely with the title “Graphic Design Of Objects In Making 2D Animation Films Of Pak Saloi Folklore “Hunting Deer” By Applying The MDLC Method using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which has 6 stages, namely, concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. It is hoped that the existence of this 2D-based animated film can become a medium of information about Mr.Saloi Folklore “Hunting the Deer”.

This articel discusses the motivation of mothers in participating in the activities of the Taklim Council in Sipiongot Village Dolok District, North Padang Lawas Regency. The method used in thus research is qualitative. The case studiens contained in this research produce descriptive data such a written words or questions and answers. Data collection is carried out using observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of the research in this thesis are that the motivation of mothers in participating in the recitation activites of the Annur Taklim Council is very varied, some of them are because they want to increase their knowledge in the religious field, increase their insight, strengthen relationships between fellow congregation members, there are also provisions for the afterlife, because of something. Experienced after attenting the study. The factor is that mothers take part in the recitation of the Annur Taklim Assembly because of their own awareness and willingness, and also the distance between home and the palce of recitation is very clos, apart from that there are also those who are happy with the delivey given byy the uasdat because the material is prepared in detail, there is also encouragement from close friends, and the most infortant thing is to participate in the activities of the Annur Taklim Counsil solely hoping for the pleasure of Allah AWT.

This study aims to determine the role of Islamic Extension Workers in empowering the economy through the basic food business carried out by the Ministry of Aceh Province, Bener Meriah Regency. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, that is, after the data has been collected, a qualitative analysis is carried out and describes one data with other data in such a way as to obtain a complete general picture of the problem under study. Then the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. In determining research subjects, the authors use purposive sampling technique with informants one taklim board of directors, one person in charge of the basic food business and three worshipers.The results of this study are: Islamic religious instructors carry out informative/educational and consultative roles as well as the implementation of expected roles and actual roles and Result of the economic empowerment is the formation of financial independence of the taklim assembly and the creation of the congregation's ability to meet basic needs.

This research was carried out to provide support for learning that develops technology in the learning process of students in schools, especially vocational schools, in order to overcome the low effectiveness of practical learning skills that has occurred in productive subjects. The aim of this research is to prepare an electronic practical worksheet (Jobsheet) that can be proven to be practical, valid & effective in improving students' practical learning skills in vocational schools. This research uses the applied Research and Development method. The target of this research is class X students at An Nur Vocational School. Those related to this research are: material, media and language experts. This research has produced valid, practical and effective products in the development of portfolio-based problem based learning to improve critical thinking skills and democratic attitudes. to improve critical thinking skills and democratic attitudes. Validation from material experts obtained a value of 87.2, media experts 87.1 and language experts 88.3 so that the product developed was in the very valid category, with a practicality level of 83.4 classified as very practical, and effective in improving product assembly with a calculated value > ttable, namely 16.491 > 2.015 or < 0.05.

Reaching souls in GPKdI Nek Kompong, Andeng Village in conjunction with reaching out to souls in GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation is very much needed by pastors who are serious and sincere in their ministry. The ministry of a pastor to reach the soul is a very important act today. The purpose of reaching out to souls is to save lost souls to live like Christ. In order for the pastor to be more enthusiastic in reaching lost souls, prayers and fasting are required to be carried out by the pastor, the church assembly, and all members of the Nek Kompong GPKdI, Andeng village and in the GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a data processing approach of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that some members of the GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala congregations already had an awareness of fellowship with God in places of worship and other spiritual fellowship carried out in the congregation. The conclusion is that pastors must be loyal in reaching out to souls in GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation continuously and even ministry to reach souls must also be carried out by pastors/congregations in all interdenominational churches, both in Indonesia and elsewhere world.

The use of cooking oil among the people is almost inseparable. people will tend to consume processed foods with oil. Sometimes the oil is not only used for frying, but is used as the main raw material in food. However, excessive use of cooking oil can stalk the health condition of the body. One way to reduce the oil contained in food is to use good appropriate technology. The oil slicing spinner used in the implementation of appropriate technology as an effort to reduce health risks in Karangan Village is by holding a spinner assembly. The results of the implementation of appropriate technology in the Karangan Village area by KKN-T Group 07 were that the tool was given to the PKK organization in Karangan Village. It is hoped that from this activity the people of Karangan Village will be able to find out the benefits of applying appropriate technology and be able to assemble independently which can later be used individually.

The expansion of Islam in Indonesia started in the middle of the 7th century AD. The expansion of Islam cannot be separated from the role of Walisongo as the guardian and assembly of Sufism experts in Indonesia, especially in Java. Sunan Ampel became one of the figures who made a major contribution to spreading Islam in East Java. The aim of this research is to find out the background of Sunan Ampel to Java and how Sunan Ampel spread Islam with his preaching in East Java. This research aims to understand the strategies used by Sunan Ampel while spreading Islam in East Java. This research uses a historical research method with a qualitative research model. The main sources used in carrying out this research are several books, journals, and babad that are relevant to the research topic studied. The results and discussion of this research concluded that Sunan Ampel's da'wah strategy through marriage, relatives, and building mosques and Islamic boarding schools, as well as teaching Islamic knowledge to the surrounding community seemed still not practical and was still considered difficult to accept by the surrounding community at that time.   Keywords: Sunan Ampel; Preaching; Surabaya; East Java.  

Da’wah is an obligation of every Muslim that must be carried out continuously, which aims ultimately to change human behavior based on the right knowledge and attitude. Starting from the presence of the Prophet Muhammad SAW who was sent to the earth and began his da’wah for the first time.  Da’wah activities are often interpreted in a narrow sense. Along with the times, in the 21st century there has been a globalization syndrome.   A new taklim assembly known for its success in garnering public attention is Sabilu Tawbah. The Taklim Assembly has a congregation of 2875 members and is recorded up until the beginning of 2022. This research uses descriptivequalitative method.This accomplishment cannot be separated from the duties of a da'i and a taklim assembly supervisor. In Karanggayam Village Srengat District, Blitar Regency, he is Agus Muhammad Iqdam, a youthful preacher and NU leader. Gus Iqdam does more than just preach; he also pays attention to certain elements that are necessary for a da'i to succeed, such as the rhetorical elements of ethos (hikmah), pathos (al-mau'idah hasanah), and logos ('al-Jidal billati hiya ahsan). Which of these three has the greatest impact on a person's level of religiosity?

The position of business actors and consumers often becomes unequal. Consumers are often the object of business activity to get the maximum profit by business actors and in the end the consumer becomes the aggrieved party. Cases of business actors harming consumers are found in BPSK Garut Regency Decision Number 18/Pdt.S-Brg/BPSK-GRT/IX/2020 regarding the sale of expired vegetable cheese wafers at the Asia Garut Department Store. In this case, there were legal issues regarding BPSK's authority and the judge's considerations in deciding compensation. The research objective is to determine whether BPSK has the authority to decide this case; and analyzing the judges' considerations in the BPSK Decision of Garut Regency Number 18/Pdt.S-Brg/BPSK-GRT/IX/2020 in deciding compensation. This study uses research methods with a normative juridical approach based on applicable legal concepts and theories. Based on the research results, it can be concluded 2 (two) things. First, the settlement process in this case has not provided legal certainty because the choice of dispute resolution method is directly determined by the Garut Regency BPSK Assembly and not based on the agreement of the parties to the dispute and this case should have been tried at the District Court after mediation failed. Second, the Garut Regency BSPK Assembly has not been right in deciding on compensation because the Assembly has confused the duties and responsibilities of producers and supermarkets and does not understand the intent of Article 52 letter (k) of the Consumer Protection Act.

The legalizing of the work act sparked deep-rooted controversy in society, even since it was first proposed by the President. The copyright law was hasty as it revised dozens of existing laws. Omnibus law appeared on President Joko Widodo's proposal on his inaugural address to the people's assembly on October 20, 2019. The President proposed omnibus law to have overlapping regulations eliminated. The government has also expressed hope with the growing number of pollutive Omnibus Laws in the public and has also attracted foreign investors to invest in Indonesia. Omnibus law has generated controversy in society as it overcomes most of the previous legislation with the new one. This new act. Omnibus law provided an easier passage, as regulations and permits impeded increased construction.

This research is based on the problems found based on the results of interviews with mathematics teachers and students at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban that the media used in the learning process only uses the blackboard with lecture and discussion methods, there is no technology-based learning media, especially educational games that are used by teachers to students related to mathematics lessons caused a lack of interest and activeness of students in mathematics subjects. Based on this, the solution given is to design a learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media products in the form of educational games with the help of software Building 2 mathematics subjects at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. The design of mathematics education games uses the construct 2 design application at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban with the Research and Development (R&D) research method using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model from Luther Sutopo the development model is explained in 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Materials Collection, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The product test used in the research is the validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. The product test results show that the educational games designed are valid, practical and effective. For the results of the validity test of three validators, the score was 0.88, the practical test by 3 practi- tators was 0.97, and the effectiveness test of twenty people was 0.92.

In order to ensure the strength and existence of political parties in parliament, political parties have authority over their cadres who become people's representatives. One of the authorities of political parties over people's representatives is the Time Shift (PAW), which is used by political parties against members of the People's Legislative Assembly who come from political parties. As a result, political parties have the authority to dismiss political cadres who are found to have violated party rules or the constitution. This study will look at how problematic the Inter-Time Change of DPRD members in Paniai Regency is under Law Number 17 of 2014. The research method employed is normative research, which is defined as research based on theoretical studies, principles, or other existing written legal regulations that will then be examined from various perspectives such as theory, history, philosophy, comparison, structure and composition, scope and material, consistency, general explanations, and chapter by chapter. The Prosperous Justice Party faction encountered difficulties in implementing the AMOS KEGIBUI MUYAPA Inter-Time Alternation mechanism in the Paniai Regency DPRD. AMOS KEGIBUI MUYAPA's problems and delays are contrary to statutory regulations; therefore, Time Shift (PAW) must be carried out in order to increase the strength and existence of the Prosperous Justice Party and the opposition in parliament in order to build political strength in the face of the 2024 general election.

program upaya pembuatan jalur evakuasi dan Titik Kumpul (Assembly Point) di Rumah Tahanan Kelas IIB Blora bertujuan untuk mendukung Permen PUPR No.14 Tahun 2017 tentang persyaratan kemudahan bangunan gedung dan memberikan layanan terbaik bagi masyarakat. Jalur evakuasi dan titik kumpul ini didesain untuk kasus darurat seperti kebakaran, gempa bumi, dan situasi darurat lainnya. Fasilitas ini menyediakan petunjuk evakuasi dan titik kumpul yang memudahkan seluruh pengguna layanan di Rumah Tahanan Kelas IIB Blora untuk mencari tempat yang aman dan berkumpul di titik kumpul setelah proses evakuasi. Tujuan dari pembuatan jalur evakuasi dan titik kumpul (Assembly Point) di Rumah Tahanan Kelas IIB Blora adalah untuk menyusun rencana tanggap darurat yang praktis, sederhana, dan mudah dimengerti, yang dapat membantu mencegah atau meminimalkan cidera, kerusakan aset, dan kerugian material akibat dari berbagai bentuk dan tingkat resiko atau bahaya di tempat kerja. Meskipun tempat kerja yang sepenuhnya aman dari keadaan darurat sulit dicapai, rencana tanggap darurat yang matang dapat menormalisasi situasi dan menyelamatkan banyak nyawa. Lokasi titik kumpul yang jelas merupakan bagian penting dari perencanaan tersebut. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan melakukan koordinasi bersama pejabat struktural dan Pembimbing Kegiatan sehingga dapat ditentukan kepastian waktu dan tempat yang tepat untuk mengadakan program  di Rumah Tahanan Kelas IIB Blora.
