This research is motivated by the view that literary works, including children's films, serve not only as entertainment but also as a means of moral learning that plays an essential role in shaping children's character. The film Paddington (2014) was chosen because it features an innocent main character who can represent moral values through simple actions and dialogue. The purpose of this study is to describe how the main character's innocence is depicted in the film and how these moral values can serve as a learning medium for children. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with content analysis. Data were obtained through observations of scenes, dialogues, and the main character's actions that demonstrate innocence and the moral values contained therein. The results show that Paddington's innocence manifests in honesty, politeness, trust, and a high level of curiosity, though this often leads to misunderstandings or chaos. This innocence serves as a medium for conveying moral values such as responsibility, empathy, and learning from mistakes. The implications of this study indicate that children's films can be an effective means of character education if studied and accompanied by an understanding of the moral values contained therein.

This article aims to provide a comprehensive literature review on how professional ethics can serve as an effective strategy to prevent fund misuse within organizational financial management. Professional ethics is viewed as a set of moral values, behavioral norms, and professional standards that guide financial managers to perform their duties with honesty, responsibility, and without conflicts of interest. In the context of financial management, these duties include recording, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting financial activities, all of which require accuracy and transparency. The study highlights five main principles of professional ethics: integrity, objectivity, professional competence, confidentiality, and professional behavior. These principles clarify rules, strengthen accountability, and ensure that financial processes comply with established standards. The literature review shows that applying professional ethics not only encourages individuals to act correctly but also enhances responsibility, improves performance, and strengthens financial oversight. Integrity and objectivity play a crucial role in preventing report manipulation, budget inflation, and fund misuse, as these principles demand moral courage and fair decision-making. Professional competence ensures that every financial process is carried out accurately and in accordance with regulations, while confidentiality protects sensitive information from misuse. Professional behavior emphasizes adherence to laws, organizational policies, and professional standards. The article also identifies several supporting factors that enable the effective implementation of professional ethics, such as strong internal policies, leadership commitment to integrity, an ethical workplace culture, layered supervision systems, and continuous ethics training. Conversely, common challenges include weak internal controls, limited understanding of ethics, organizational pressure, conflicts of interest, and inconsistent application of ethical standards. Therefore, this article underscores that integrating professional ethics into organizational financial policies, procedures, and management systems is a key step in preventing fund misuse and strengthening stakeholder trust in the organization’s transparency and accountability.

Pancasila as the foundation of the state and the national ideology of Indonesia, has a very important function in shaping the moral values, ethics, as well as the attitudes and behavior of state officials. However, the reality of the persistent prevalence of corruption cases reflects a gap between the values contained in Pancasila and the practices of national and state life. This article aims to examine the implementation of Pancasila values in efforts to prevent and address corruption cases in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review method, conducted through an examination of laws and regulations, scientific journals, and various relevant literary sources. The discussion results show that each principle of Pancasila contains anti-corruption values, such as belief in God that instills honesty, humanitarian values that uphold justice, the value of unity that rejects the interests of certain groups, democratic values that emphasize trustworthiness, and the value of social justice for all Indonesian people. However, the implementation of these values has not been carried out optimally due to weak law enforcement and low moral awareness. Therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen Pancasila education, improve the integrity of state officials, and build a collective commitment to realize clean and just governance.

Islamic character education faces dual challenges: declining moral values among students and conventional teaching methods inadequate for developing higher-order thinking skills. This study examines the implementation of a smart learning environment (SLE) model to enhance metacognitive understanding in Aqidah Akhlak (Islamic Creed and Ethics) instruction among eighth-grade students at MTs Salafiyah Merakurak. Employing a mixed-methods action research design, involved 16 eighth-grade students divided into two groups. Data collection utilized classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and learning documentation. The SLE model integrated Google Classroom, interactive video content, WhatsApp Group discussions, and Google Forms assessments to create a technology-enhanced learning ecosystem. Findings revealed substantial improvements in students' metacognitive capacities: planning skills increased from 25% to 75%, monitoring abilities rose from 31% to 81%, and evaluation competencies grew from 19% to 69%. Students demonstrated enhanced learning autonomy, active participation in collaborative discussions, and improved self-reflection on content comprehension. The SLE approach successfully fostered engaging learning experiences while facilitating deeper internalization of Islamic ethical values. However, implementation encountered constraints including limited technological infrastructure and varied digital literacy levels among students. This research underscores the critical need for developing teachers' digital competencies and strengthening madrasah technological infrastructure to optimize technology-integrated Islamic education.

The RIGEM community service program was carried out with the aim of strengthening character education for early childhood through the use of children’s songs in TK B. The background of this activity stems from concerns about the increasing exposure of children to adult songs and content, which may influence their behavior and moral values. Children’s songs were chosen as the main medium because they have simple melodies, easy-to-remember lyrics, and contain positive values that can stimulate children's cognitive, affective, and social development. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product) to assess the effectiveness of the program. Data were collected through observations, interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation of activities. The results show that the children’s songs introduced particularly those containing messages about politeness, cooperation, and responsibility were effective in improving children's understanding of moral values and encouraging positive behavioral changes. Children became more accustomed to using polite expressions, showing empathy, and cooperating during classroom activities. Teachers and parents played an important role in reinforcing these habits both at school and at home. Overall, the RIGEM program proved to be an effective, enjoyable, contextual, and easily implemented effort to foster character development in early childhood education.

This study aims to describe the perspectives of Akidah Akhlak teachers on the implementation of moral education through the teaching of the Ta’lim al-Muta’allim book as a strategy to prevent bullying at MTs Islamiyah Syafiiyah Sedan. The background of the study is the growing prevalence of bullying in schools, including verbal, physical, and social forms, which demands an approach to moral education that not only transfers knowledge but also internalizes values essential for shaping students’ character and self-control. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method using interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects are Akidah Akhlak teachers who directly teach Ta’lim al-Muta’allim. The data were analyzed through reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that teachers view the book as strategically valuable for developing students’ moral character because it provides guidance on proper conduct toward teachers, peers, knowledge, and the learning environment. This article explores the concept of a “House of Faith” as a holistic educational framework designed to build students’ character based on religious values. The fundamental idea of the House of Faith is likened to a school environment that provides a comfortable and safe space for students to develop their faith and noble character through learning activities connected to religious teachings. A religious school environment is created through everyday atmospheres that encourage the practice of worship, the presence of religious symbols, and community activities that strengthen students’ spirituality. Programs to reinforce religious spirit include activities such as communal prayers, religious studies, and social projects designed to gradually enhance students’ spiritual awareness. Teachers and educational staff play a highly effective role, acting as role models and facilitators in the learning process. Their approach to instilling faith and moral values involves interactive methods such as group discussions, inspirational stories, and personal reflection, all adapted to students’ developmental stages. Collaboration between the school and parents becomes a key factor in ensuring consistent support. This is carried out through regular meetings, joint workshops, and open communication that reinforces family values. The impact of religious spirit on students can be seen in increased discipline, social empathy, emotional resilience, and stronger academic motivation. However, implementation faces challenges such as limited curriculum time, diversity of student backgrounds, and cultural resistance. These challenges are addressed through solutions, including regular teacher training, program evaluation, and the integration of technology for distance learning. Overall, the article emphasizes that a school functioning as a House of Faith can shape young generations who are not only intellectually capable but also strong in faith and morals, contributing to a more harmonious and meaningful society.

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) holds a very important role in shaping children’s character, moral values, and foundational knowledge. As an effort to support the success of education, good quality learning outcomes are required as a benchmark for children’s holistic development. In this context, educator management becomes one of the keys to improving the quality of learning outcomes. PAUD Al-Qur’an (PAUDQU) is an early childhood education institution that prioritizes Al-Qur’an education and Al-Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) as its institutional uniqueness. The findings of this research show that the educator management implemented in PAUDQU in Setu Bekasi District is quite good, as almost all elements within the scope of educator management have been carried out by the school. However, there are several obstacles found in its implementation, such as the educators’ competencies that have not been maximized, particularly in Al-Qur’an recitation (tahsin) and tahfidz, as well as the promotion, compensation, and educator assessment systems that are not yet well-structured. KIPAS EVA, an acronym for Competence Implementation Evaluation Appreciation, was developed with the expectation of being easier to remember, thus supporting the process of applying educator management in the future. This management strategy emphasizes educator planning by strengthening competencies, professional learning implementation by educators, continuous educator evaluation, and providing appreciation to increase educator motivation.

Indonesia, as a multicultural nation, demands that Christian Religious Education (PAK) practices focus not only on doctrinal teaching but also on character development for students, enabling them to live within cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity. Language is a crucial element in realizing inclusive education, as the use of impolite or offensive language can trigger prejudice, intolerance, and even bullying, as seen in the forced hijab case in Bantul. This study uses a literature review method to examine the role of language, politeness, and communication strategies in developing students who value pluralism and multiculturalism. The discussion demonstrates that politeness is the foundation of character development and reflects a person's moral values. Through strategies such as integrating Christian values into the curriculum, inclusive teaching methods, creating a school environment that supports diversity, and a holistic communication approach, Christian Religious Education can be a means of transformation that fosters tolerance and harmony. The results confirm that the use of polite and non-offensive language is a key aspect in developing students with character, who are inclusive, and capable of becoming agents of peace in a pluralistic society.

Moral learning in junior high schools often faces challenges in improving the understanding and application of moral values in everyday life, especially in the material of Trustworthiness and Honesty. This paper is intended to explain the design of the Problem-based learning (PBL) learning method as an innovation in moral learning of the material of Trustworthiness and Honesty in class VIII of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Panarukan, which is expected to improve students' understanding through a more contextual, active, and applicable learning experience. The PBL method allows students to analyze real problems related to Trustworthiness and Honesty, develop solutions, and reflect on the application of these values in everyday life. This learning design method adopts two stages of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model, namely the needs analysis stage and the learning design stage. The results of the study indicate that the need for moral learning in class VIII of junior high school includes the importance of more interactive and problem-based methods, which can bridge the gap between moral theory and its application in real life. This PBL learning design integrates case studies, group discussions, and reflection to create meaningful learning experiences related to the values of Trustworthiness and Honesty. Although this design has considered various pedagogical and contextual aspects, the method is still in the design stage and has not been directly implemented or evaluated. Therefore, further research is needed to test the effectiveness of the PBL method in the context of moral learning at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Panarukan.
