This study aims to determine the influence of external business environmental factors and strategic planning on company performance. This study was conducted with a sample of 30 respondents with this sampling technique is probability sampling from multiple linear regression calculations, obtained Y = 3.302 + 0.564X1 + 0.661X2 The results of this study obtained t test, for variables: External Business Environment Factors (X1) t count (2.505) > t table (2.051831) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence of External Business Environmental Factors on Company Performance. Meanwhile, for the results of the t-test of Strategic Planning (X2), namely t count (2.690) > t table (2.051831) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant effect of Strategic Planning on Company Performance. Based on the calculated F test of 36,489 > Ftable 3.35, which means that simultaneously or together External Business Environmental Factors (X1) and Strategic Planning (X2) have a significant effect on Company Performance.

Clothing is a cultural phenomenon that cannot be separated from the meaning of signs. It can be studied using a semiotic approach. A fantasy dress with the source of the Srikandhi puppet idea was associated with a fashion meaning. The purpose of this final project was to know the process of making ready to wear fantasy the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style using a semiotic approach. The method used in this research was qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature, interviews, and documentation. The process of making ready to wear fantasy, the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style includes; determine fashion design, fashion design analysis, preparation of tools and materials, determine sizes, basic pattern making, material cutting, exhibitions, ironing of upholstery materials, process of sewing clothes, and finishing. Making ready to wear fantasy, the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style using a semiotic approach must pay attention to various elements, such as designs, motifs, colors, and accessories so that it can be meaningful. The suggestions of this Final Project were; in making fantasy clothing should not eliminate the characteristics of the source of the idea. So that clothing can be created that matches the source of the idea.

The occurrence of the covid-19 pandemic caused a forced change in learning methods. The changes that occur are changes from the 2013 curriculum to an independent curriculum whose goal is to catch up on learning. This study aims to identify and examine the "Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Mobilizing Schools". This study uses a qualitative method of content analysis. Data in content analysis is collected by collecting and analyzing documents, both written documents, drawings, works, and electronics and the results reported are in the form of an analysis of these documents. The independent curriculum is a learning method that refers to the talent and interest approach. The results and discussion of this study explain the meaning of implementation and independent curriculum in driving schools. Through the Mobilization School, it is hoped that it will be able to realize an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent, and has personality through the creation of Pancasila Students.

This study specializes in analyzing the short story Kairos kopi by Putu Ayub using an objective approach to obtain the structure in the short story in the form of intrinsic elements namely theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, characterization, style of language, and message in the short story. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. As for descriptive qualitative is a study devoted to research thoroughly, broadly, and deeply. The results are in the quality of words, sentences and their meanings without comparing the results of this study with the results of other studies. The source of the data obtained is by reading carefully, critically the short story Kairos Kopi by Putu Ayub. Based on the results of the theme used in the short story, which is about struggle, that if we want to start something new we must not be pessimistic. This is consistent with the character in the short story, namely (I) who has a pessimistic character

Batik is a global cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation. Various kinds of Indonesian batik motifs, one of which is the Javanese Lurik Motif. In Philosophical-Sociological-Phenomenological Studies, Lurik Motives are very close to the human life cycle. Using a critical discourse analysis approach, Philosophical-Sociological-Phenomenological studies, this paper describes the relationship between the Javanese Lurik Motifs and their spiritual meanings. Javanese lurik motifs have different meanings and uses in every traditional ceremony in society. It is hoped that this writing will be able to awaken the nationalism and love of the younger generation for Javanese Lurik Batik Motifs, their preservation in the future and increase our piety to the Creator, God Almighty.

The purpose of this study was to describe the language style, meaning, and figure of speech contained in the book collection of poetry Perjamuan Khong Guan by Joko Pinurbo. The research approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approachThe data collection techniques used in this study were literature techniques and note-taking techniques in the form of words, phrases, lines, and poetry stanzas. The results of this study indicate that there are rhetorical and figurative language styles from the 10 poems that the researcher took. The style of language that often appears or is dominantly used in the collection of poetry Perjamuan Khong Guan by Joko Pinurbo is a figurative language style. The style of language is dominated by the use of language styles consisting of personification and metaphorical figure of speech.

Obituaries are one of the information that is often conveyed, especially in the Whatsapp application media. Delivering an obituary is even recommended in Islam and a response in the form of expressions of condolences also accompanies this recommendation. However, a phenomenon occurred in the form of using stickers in expressions of condolences. This gives rise to different views about whether it is polite or not. This study aims to analyze the meaning of the condolence sticker from the point of view of language politeness by using a qualitative descriptive method. From the point of view of semiotics, the use of stickers to convey condolences has fulfilled the function of communication. Meanwhile, according to politeness theory, this is not justified. The majority of scholars also consider the use of stickers to convey condolences is also a waste of time.

This study will discuss the analysis of aspects contained in the poem "Sawah" by Sanusi Pane using a stylistic approach. The analyzed aspects are language style, diction, figure of speech, and imagery to determine the aesthetic value and foster a national sense of the poem. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a stylistic approach. The style of language, diction, figure of speech, and the imagery of a literary work are born from one's thoughts through the steps of contemplation and appreciation of something. In literary works, aesthetic value is a value based on the beauty that previous visitors have made with the work. In the poem "Sawah" by Sanusi Pane, the author uses a lot of language style and connotative meanings in his poetry which aims to assess the aesthetics or meaning contained in each line.

This study discusses the meaning contained in the logo of the Province of Gorontalo in semiotic analysis. Logo is the identity of an institution that represents the history and culture of the institution while semiotics is the science of reading signs both verbally and visually, visual forms make the vision and mission as well as identity reflected in a logo. Just like the regional logo of Gorontalo Province which has various meanings of signs and symbols that reflect the area, for example, the Padi and cotton symbols are inspired by the city government logo which means depicting prosperity and others. There is also an oval pattern in the logo taken from the eggs of the Maleo bird, which is endemic to Gorontalo. There is the fort of Otana and pictures of books taken from our philosophy "adat based on sara', sara' based on the book of Allah. The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze what the meaning of the symbols in the logo of the Gorontalo Province were. The research used semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce. Semiotics departed from three main elements, which Peirce called the triangle theory of meaning, namely: signs, objects, and interpretants. The meaning of the logo can be studied scientifically with semiotic theory. In Peirce's study, symbols are divided into 3 categories: icons, indexes, and symbols. To analyze the meaning of symbols, Peirce uses 3 semiotic terms: representamen which is a symbol, semiotic object which is a real object of symbol reference, and interpretant which states the relationship between representamen and semiotic objects. Benefits of this research To add scientific insight in the field of linguistics, especially to the use of semiotic theory and to find out creative strategies in promotional activities of a government institution so that they can build a brand in the eyes of the public. The results of this study determine the meaning of the signs on the regional symbols of Gorontalo province. This article discusses the hidden meaning of the poem by Marah Roesli. This discussion aims to better understand the reader about the content of the poem. The poem "Syair Rindu" is one of the poems that has such a deep meaning if it is interpreted because it contains the meaning of romanticism. Marah Roesli is an Indonesian writer from the Balai Pustaka group, or the literary period that emerged during the Dutch colonial period in the 1920s to 1930s. This article also discusses the meaning of hyperbole in the poem "Syair Rindu".

This study aims to determine the meaning of the poem Mata Hitam by W.S. Rendra. This study uses a stylistic approach based on the theory of Wallek & Warren, 1995: 229 and Munir, S, & Mulyono, 2013: 2. This study uses qualitative methods and content analysis. The source of data in this study is the poem Mata Hitam by W.S. Rendra. The result of this research is to know the stylistic and meaning contained in the poem through sentence structure, figure of speech, imagery, pattern, and rhyme. Every love poem by W.S. Rendra has different meanings of love and always ends happily.

Analysis of the title of the song "One Eye" by the band The Greenhouse Effect is backgrounded by the rapid development of this music among teenagers, therefore it aims to analyze the title of the song "Next to the Eye" by the Greenhouse Effect band using a semiotic approach and hermeutic reading to understand the meaning implied in the fragments of the lyrics. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The result of this study was that the form of signifier and sginified was found in the version of the song with a certain meaning. The lyrics of this song "One Eye" by ERK use a very good selection of language, not easy enough to capture the meaning but the lyrics contained can be directly touching when read.

Society has a meaning, that is, a group of human beings interact with one another and need each other. This is because humans themselves are basically social beings. The aim is to identify the characteristics and habits of urban communities in the city of Serang. The author chooses to use qualitative methods in writing this article, which are supported by conducting interviews, observations and reinforced by literature studies. Urban communities themselves have various characteristics, this is due to cultural differences in in depth. The results in the field found differences in the characteristics of the people of Serang City in the Ministry of Religion complex with the characteristics of other urban communities with findings in the literature review which became the reference in writing this article.

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of student discipline on learning achievement in fourth grade students of SD N Batursari 01 Mranggen in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This type of research is descriptive statistics. The population in this study were all fourth grade elementary school students, totaling 200 students. The research sample was selected by cluster sampling technique. The research data was collected using a questionnaire method given to 117 students from SD N Batursari 03 Mranggen, SD N Batursari 02 Mranggen, and SD N 01 Mranggen. The data obtained were tested using a simple regression test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 16.0 . program The results of this study indicate that student discipline is classified as very high with an average of 79.38. The test results show that the student discipline variable has a significant effect on the student achievement variable, with the results of the calculation tcount = 2,513 meaning tcount > ttable (ttable = 1.9808). Thus, one of the reasons for the high and low learning achievement of students is the discipline of students by 52%, but it is also caused by other factors of 48%, both internal and external factors.

Child delinquency is a social phenomenon caused by a form of social neglect which ultimately leads to deviant behavior or delinquency. But there are several factors that influence children to do these actions. This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics of children as perpetrators of theft, so they can handle or even prevent other children. This research uses a qualitative method, because this method can be used to explore and understand the meaning of a number of individuals or groups who are considered to have social or humanitarian problems. The results of this study indicate that children commit acts of theft because of a lack of attention from the family or even from their own parents to become a bad figure for their children. Likewise, the influence of peers who are naughty in association can also influence the behavior of children to become naughty. And a bad environment can influence children's behavior to be bad, because children tend to imitate what they see in their environment whether it's good or bad.

Learning while playing, playing while learning is the principle of fun learning in PAUD. Early age at school is an effective age for developing various potentials that children have. This research is motivated by a problem, namely the application of the principle of playing while learning is still not optimal in developing multiple intelligences in early childhood. This study aims to stimulate children's brains in the long term, so that their memories are always filled with activities that give positive impressions and of course are fun for children, and to find out the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teacher's feelings about the concept of playing while learning for early childhood. The purpose of playing is basically directed at developing children's multiple intelligences. The principle of playing while learning prioritizes playing activities rather than learning, meaning that learning activities in PAUD are more dominated by fun and exciting activities for children. The theoretical foundations in this study are: the concept of playing while learning, the notion of learning, the concept of PAUD learning, the concept of early childhood education. The approach method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that PAUD Dharma Bakti uses the method of playing while learning to increase the multiple intelligences of children. The conclusion of this study is that learning while playing is very effective to do. Social media creates change in the world. Social media is the most crucial medium used in obtaining information. Various types of social media have been attached to community activities, one of which is Instagram. On the Instagram account @Parentaltalk.id where a video of a child aged about 12 begging his father to give him a break, telling his father that he needs "life balance" and that "even a robot" cannot handle the amount of work his father requires in order to study continuously . The child freely expresses his feelings for his father and the father does not interrupt the child's conversation and can accept the child's complaints well without having to scold a child. Communication within the family is an important factor in determining whether a child is good or bad. If communication in the family is harmonious, then the child will really feel that he is very valuable, so that it will foster good attitudes and behavior in the child. This study aims to analyze communication patterns between a child who is frustrated in learning because he does not have time to play. The method in this research is library research. The type of research used is mass media analysis, namely observing and analyzing a mass media. The data analysis technique uses the semiotics of Charles Sanders Pierce, who put forward the theory of a triangle of meaning which consists of three main elements, namely the sign, the object and the interpretant. The results of the study show that communication patterns between children and their fathers sometimes go well, but there are still some that are not good. thus causing worry and anxiety for every parent. The results of the study also show the attitude of children who can express their feelings and frustrations well with their fathers as well as the attitude of a father who provides a safe and free space for his children to express feelings and voice opinions

Al-Quran education must be given to children from an early age. The application of Al-Quran learning to early childhood in As-Salam Kindergarten aims to educate young children who are Qur'anic and become human resources based on the Al-Quran. Children can know short hadiths and short suras and their meanings about everyday life. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Al-Quran learning affects the development of religious and moral values ​​(NAM) in early childhood. This study used a qualitative descriptive research type with data collection carried out directly at the research location. The informants in this study were group A1 (age 4-5 years) totaling 22 people. How to collect data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show that in the implementation of Al-Quran learning in the development of NAM in early childhood it shows that children can show good morals, behave politely, care, and be able to maintain personal hygiene. Children can also practice short hadiths in daily life following the sunnah of the Prophet, children also understand the meaning or stories of the surahs of the Al-Quran that are read, along with what important days are commemorated and made special days in Islam.

Memorizing the Koran is one form of our efforts to get closer to Allah SWT through His words. The tilawati method is a book of teaching and learning methods to read the Koran with a balanced classical-read-listen approach. The implementation of the Tilawati Method in learning the tahfidz of the Koran to improve the quality of reading the Koran is a process of reading verses that must be memorized perfectly and becomes a good quality reading. This study aims to find out how the tilawati method becomes a method that focuses on how to read the Koran easily and pleasantly, by using this tilawati method students can find out how to recite the Koran so that reading the Koran becomes quality reading at TPA Hidayatul Science Unit 332 Village Paliat. The methodology used in this study was carried out by field observation which is a descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of this study, the Implementation of the Tilawati Method in Tahfidz Koran at TPA Hidayatul Ilmi Unit 332 in Paliat Village can support learning tahfidz Koran because it makes it easier for teachers and students to teach and learn, and improves the quality of reading and memorizing the Koran, can make it easier for children to read the Koran well and correctly in accordance with applicable rules, making students fluent in reading the Koran and avoiding mistakes in the meaning of the Koran
