Background: Triple burden malnutrition

Rock mass is a volume of rock consisting of rock material in the form of minerals, texture, composition and also consisting of discontinuous planes, forming a material and interconnected with all elements as a unit. The rock mass itself is composed of several intact rocks which basically have isotropic, continuous and homogeneous properties. However, the conditions found in the field are different, namely anisotropic, discontinuous and heterogeneous. These properties will certainly influence the test results in the uniaxial test. There are several factors that influence the results of uniaxial rock tests, one of which is the scale effect. The purpose of this test is to determine and analyze the effect of rock sample size on the uniaxial compressive strength value of claystone. This rock testing was carried out at the Mineral and Coal Technology Laboratory and the rock sampling locations were in Palaran District, Samarinda City and in North Samarinda District, Samarinda City. In this uniaxial compressive strength test, 3 side widths with different lengths will be used. After carrying out the uniaxial compressive strength test, the average uniaxial compressive strength test value was obtained in each formation, such as the Balang Island formation, the average rock compressive strength test value was 1.68 Mpa and the Balang formation, the average rock compressive strength test value was 3.10. Mpa. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the larger the sample size, the smaller the rock compressive strength test value tends to be.      

Forests are the body organ of the earth, where a variety of flora, fauna, mineral resources, and other wealth can be taken from forests that are indispensable to human life. However, the use of forest resources massively destroys forests and consequently alters their functioning. The forest area in Indonesia is 125,797.052 ha with the implementation of deforestation until. December 2021, which is 90.233.159 ha with a total number of decrees of forestation of 2.157 SK. There has been a significant increase in the extent of forestation in the period of the last 10 years to a total of 72% of the total area of Indonesian forest area, while the results of the forest monitoring of Indonesia in 2022 show that the total forested land area of the entire mainland of Indonesia is 96,0 million hectares, or 51.2% of the total land area. From the case that the parties have a chance to misuse or even de-function the land. The situation adds to the author's enthusiasm and interest in identifying any kinds of exploitation and development of Dangku Marga Asylum Forest related to community cohesion, as well as identifying how the implementation of Community Based Forest Management (CBFM) will maintain the sustainability of Dungku Margasatwa Forest. The research was carried out in the area of the Dangku Wildlife Asylum Forest in the Keluang district in Dawas Village, the Tungkal Jaya district, and Tungkal District in Sido Mulyo Village. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the conditions to be observed in the field in a more specific, transparent, and in-depth manner. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of community-based forest management in the Dangku Wildlife Refuge Area was categorised as “fairly effective” by identifying some unoptimal assessment indicators.

Massage for babies and toddlers can be interpreted as a comfortable touch of communication between mother and baby/toddler. Touch is a natural touch for babies and toddlers which can take the form of stroking, massaging or massaging. Baby massage is beneficial for the growth, development and healthy emotional condition of children. The aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge and ability to practice baby massage among mothers who have babies/toddlers to support children's growth and development. This activity is carried out by providing outreach in the form of leaflets and baby massage demonstrations about the benefits and techniques of baby massage. Knowledge measurement is carried out by giving a pretest before counseling and demonstration and a posttest after counseling and demonstration. This counseling was carried out in one of the residents' homes in Semen Village, Kediri Regency, which was attended by 14 mothers who had babies/toddlers. The results of the counseling were obtained before the counseling was given, there were 2 mothers (14.3%) with good knowledge and after the activity there was an increase to 10 mothers (71.4%) with good knowledge. It is hoped that further counseling will focus on providing nutrition for the growth and development of babies/toddlers.

Website is a form of mass media that is published through internet network that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. To know the quality of a website it is necessary to measure, by doing measurement of the quality of a website can be known user satisfaction against the website. In this study using the WebQual 4.0 method refers to the three core dimensions representing the quality of a Website, namely usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality. This research was conducted using a questionnaire the population of this study were Lintasarta employees, sample from this study 28 questionnaires. After the data is obtained, it is tested for validity and reliability. In this study, the regression analysis used the assumption test classical, and multiple linear analysis. Then for hypothesis testing F test and t test are used. The results obtained in this study are Usability Quality, Information Quality and Interaction quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

 Business has an important role in society. One of significant factor influencing the sustainability of a business is through business networks. With the establishment of business networks, information can be spread quickly (Wiharjo, 2012). Business networking is very important for business, including printing business. Printing is an attempt to mass produce writing and images using a printing press. (Nggaibo, 2021). Printing business is one of the fastest growing businesses. CV. Aslan Grafika is a printing business located in Banjaran, Bandung, West Java. The reason the author conducted Business Network research on CV. Aslan Grafika because author is interested in marketing strategies undertaken by CV. Aslan Grafika thus became the pioneer of printing in Banjaran area which provides many printing services. This research aims to determine the business network used in CV. Aslan Grafika and how the influence of this business network on the performance of printing, especially manufacture and sale of books du'a Hajj and umrah which is the main highlight of the author in this study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data source used consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis techniques.

The activity partner is the Arrahmah women's group, a coastal community of Pinggir Papas who processes mangroves into cookies. This processed mangrove product has relatively low marketing where it is only produced when there is an order for an important exhibition or event. Generally, mangrove cookies are sold in bulk or without packaging. Where the packaging used is plastic packaging without labels or product information. One effort that can support the development of the mangrove cookies business is by providing attractive and informative packaging technology so that it can increase product purchasing power. Partners themselves do not yet have the skills to design attractive packaging that can increase product purchasing power. As is the problem with micro businesses, the skills possessed by partners in entrepreneurship and creating product attractiveness are still low. One effort to improve product marketing is by designing attractive packaging and providing entrepreneurial training to partners. The output of this activity is partner empowerment in the form of increasing entrepreneurial skills and increasing product attractiveness through attractive and informative packaging designs. Abstract. Public transportation is often considered a practical solution for reducing traffic congestion. However, initial surveys conducted after implementing the TEMAN Bus service along Corridor 2 showed low enthusiasm among commuters. Only 14.103% of them used the service. This study aims to identify areas for improvement to increase public interest in utilizing this service. Corridor 2 runs from Mall Panakkukang to Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport and vice versa. The study focuses on four main categories of variables: service level, service quality, socialization/information, and stop services. To assess public interest in the TEMAN Bus service along Corridor 2, this study used observations and distributed questionnaires. The questionnaire data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) after undergoing validity and reliability tests. The study found that the variable of stop services was the primary factor contributing to the low level of public interest. Namun setelah beroperasi, berdasarkan hasil pra survei yang peneliti    lakukan,antusias masyarakat yang menggunakan TEMAN Bus masih sangat rendah untuk rute koridor 2 dengan persentase 14,103%. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan suatu perbaikan untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan TEMAN Bus Trans Mamminasata rute koridor 2 (Mall Panakkukang – Bandara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin dan sebaliknya). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada 4 kategori diantaranya tingkat pelayanan, kualitas pelayanan, sosialisasi/informasi dan layanan halte. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada trayek TEMAN Bus Trans Mamminasata rute koridor 2 dengan melakukan observasi langsung dan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan TEMAN Bus. Data dari hasil kuesioner diolah dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas kemudian melakukan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari pengolahan tersebut menunjukkan faktor rendahnya minat masyarakat adalah variabel layanan halte. Keywords: teman bus; trans mamminasata; transportasi massal; SEM.

Social media serves as a tool that enables individuals to easily interact with each other without the constraints of time, distance, location, or additional costs. Its usage has become a societal necessity, bringing both positive and negative impacts on cultural and social changes. The presence of social media has deeply integrated into modern society, becoming an inseparable element of mass media. Its effects are evident in the transformation of norms, habits, and attitudes gradually eroded by the advancements in mass media, replaced by new patterns of behavior. The ongoing technological advancements, particularly in social media, require attention to ensure that the society does not fall prey to its negative effects.  

Babies need adequate quality sleep because sleep is important for babies to mature their brains. The baby's body will produce growth hormone when sleeping, so the baby needs enough sleep for optimal development. One factor that influences infant development is rest or the length of sleep. To determine the effect of baby massage with fennel oil on the sleep quality of infants aged 3–12 months. Method one group pretest-post-test design. This study consisted of babies who visited intending to do baby massage at the Ananda Ambarawa Baby Spa Clinic in the January-February 2023 period. There were as many as 70 babies, so in a month, there were an average of 35 babies. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, with a population of 35 infants and 32 infants as respondents. The PSQI questionnaire (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) was the research instrument used. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon statistical test. The Wilcoxon statistical test showed that the ρ value was <0.001 <α (0.05). The results of this study indicate that every 1-time baby massage intervention with fennel oil can potentially improve the quality of sleep for babies at 3–12 months of age 4,460 times. This result showed that Ha is accepted. In conclusion, baby massage with fennel oil affects sleep quality in infants aged 3–12 months. It is hoped that midwives can continue to motivate mothers and parents to perform infant massage and can be an additional reference for increasing the knowledge and insights of midwifery students, who are expected to become one of the most effective midwifery interventions to improve infant sleep quality.

Maros is one of the districst that has interesting tourist attractions known as waterfalls, so that for the sake of sustainability the role of the local government of Maros regency is needed. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, with a sample of 15 people consisting of employees, officers, and the community. Base on the results of the research, it showns that the government’s role as a regulator is always balancing, between the wishes of tourists and tourist objects in bantimurung Nasional Park. A side from being a regulator, the government is also a facilitator, motivator, and dynamicator.

Its existence will be a tool of personal reconstruction in society. Not only as a means of communication, but far beyond the basic functions of smartphones. The important role of technology is what brings human civilisation into the digital era. The digital era has brought various good changes as a positive impact that can be used as well as possible. Through a smartphone, users can show their activities and build their social identity, both in the real and virtual world. Deviant sexual orientation makes it difficult for gays to interact and communicate like a dominant society, it makes gays need an alternative media in order to interact and communicate with the aim of meeting their social and sexual needs. The result of this discussion is that in the digital era it is no longer a taboo for most teenagers to find out information about the whereabouts of gay men. Gay youth communication on social media is divided into two types, namely verbal and non-verbal. The existence of verbal and non-verbal communication in social media can support the realisation of meetings in real life.

Lung cancer is one of the most common causes of death today. One case of right lung squamous cell carcinoma with COPD and atelectasis has been reported in a 44 year old male patient. Based on the history, the patient said he had experienced chest pain for 1 week before entering the hospital and had a cough without phlegm or blood. Physical examination revealed dull chest wall percussion at the apex of the right lung and dullness in the left lung field, vesicular breathing sounds in both lung fields and rhonchi in the left lung field. The results of the supporting examination found a mass in the left lung on a chest x-ray and a bronchoscopy examination found a right lung tumor (type?) T3N1M0 Stage IIIA and the results of the anatomical pathology examination showed a picture of non-small cell carcinoma type squamous cell carcinoma. Patients are treated with chemotherapy and symptomatic therapy.

Low back pain is discomfort felt in the lower back area, starting from the sacrum to the corner of the lowest ribs. Based on the results of an initial survey taken by interviewing 10 fishermen in Laha Country, 7 out of 10 fishermen felt or experienced pain in their lower back. The job of fishermen in Laha Country is to look for fish in the sea in a bent position and with minimal equipment, namely fishing nets. The type of research is analytical observational research with a cross sectional study approach. Population of fishing communities in Laha Country. The sampling technique used a probability sampling technique with simple random sampling of 91 respondents. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi square test with a significance level of p < 0.05. The research results showed that there was a relationship between age and NPB (P-value = 0.000), there was no relationship between body mass index and NPB (P-value = 0.379), there was no relationship between length of service and NPB (P-value = 0.134), There is a relationship between length of work and NPB (P-value = 0.001), and there is a relationship between work position and NPB (P-value = 0.003).

The resuscitation is an attempt to provide the oxygen the brain, heart and other important vital organs; through an action, which consist of heart massaging and guarantying the adequate of ventilation. Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is amount of infant mortality under 1 year per 1000 alive-nativity. The highest cause of infant mortality and children under-five year is prenatal disturbs and respiration system sickness, low-weight of newborn infant (BBLR), asphyxia on newborn infant, stiff and squeezed breath. This research is intended to identify the nurse’s knowledge about the resuscitation of lung-heart on neonates that facing emergency respiration. The kind of used research is descriptive, both population and sample in this research are whole nurses who work in Neonates Room that are for 15 people, which taken by sampling total technique. The result of this reseach that obtained is wherein the nurse’s knowledge about the resuscitation of lung-heart, it is whose having good knowledge for 9 nurses (60%) and whose having sufficient knowledge is for 6 nurses (40%). It is can be concluded that nurse’s knowledge about the resuscitation of lung-heart in Neonates Room is good. It is expected for whole nurses in order to more increase their knowledge about the resuscitation of lung-heart, and be active in participating of resuscitation training for better. This reseach, on the other hand, may motivate the student nurses in increasing both their capability and knowledge about the resuscitatiion.

Desa Wisata Adiluhur memiliki potensi wisata yang beragam dan mendapatkan berbagai penghargaan karena pengelolaan desa wisatanya yang maju. Sayangnya, popularitas Deswita Adiluhur belum diimbangi dengan sinergitas branding yang kuat dengan kegiatan event/festival yang digelar atau diselenggarakan oleh Pengelola Desa Wisata Adiluhur. Adanya festival/event yang rutin diselenggarakan sebagai sarana menarik wisatawan agar dapat berkunjung secara rutin. Event yang dibuat nanti harus dapat mengedepankan aspek humanis serta mudah diimplementasikan oleh pengelola Deswita Adiluhur. Adapun Festival yang diimpelementasikan adalah Sport Tourism Festival, English Day Festival, dan Festival Desa Wisata. Ketiga festival tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik dan mampu mengangkat branding Desa Wisata Adiluhur untuk mendatangkan jumlah wisatawan yang lebih massif.

Circumcision is one of the teachings of Prophet Ibrahim AS which is an obligation for men. Literally, circumcision is the act of cutting or removing part or all of the foreskin of the penis. Circumcision is very beneficial for health, namely reducing the risk of urinary tract infections, overcoming phimosis, paraphimosis, balaniditis and can reduce the risk of malignancy of the penis and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Seeing the urgency of circumcision, during a pandemic, as well as the conditions in the midst of a coronavirus pandemic, many people were afraid to carry out circumcision and receive treatment. Therefore, a mass circumcision was carried out with the application of health protocols, which was carried out by the STIUDA Bangkalan Community Service Team. This program partners to provide free mass circumcision assistance for children in community service social service events in Kajan village during a pandemic with health protocols. The purpose of this mass circumcision social service activity is to mass circumcise Muslim children who are about to reach puberty in Kajan village, especially children who are economically disadvantaged. The method used in this activity is to disseminate information on community service activities through direct visits to foundations, social media. In other words, holding a promotion of community service activities for the Kajan village, then those who are interested register to the committee. The committee will conduct a screening for mass circumcision participants according to indications. The result of this community service activity was that mass circumcision was carried out on Sunday, March 22, 2020. It started at 08.00 - finished in the al-Mukhlishin Kajjan area. The STIUDA service team works closely with the Health Office and the surrounding community. There were 4 medical personnel involved and 2 medical assistant assistants. There were 23 participants in the mass circumcision from various hamlets in Kajan village. The conclusion of this community service has been circumcision and mass treatment of economically disadvantaged patients

Low Back Pain (LBP) has long been recognized as the only musculoskeletal condition that adversely affects more than three adults in daily life, known as the second skeletal ganglion. Hot Stone Massage uses bones that have been trained to be used as a means of relaxing muscles, ligaments and tendons. Objective: to determine the effectiveness of Hot Stone Massage in reducing pain in LBP sufferers. The research method used is a literature review approach, by searching for references using the PICO method on the Google Scholar database over a period of 10 years. Results: From the 3 journals studied, Hot Stone Massage had an effect on reducing pain in patients suffering from LBP, with temperature intensity >38°C and p-value p<0.05 showing a significant effect. Conclusion: The use of hot stone therapy also reduces the amount of pain that interferes with daily activities, such as the ability to manage loads, work performance, and sleep quality, in addition to providing long-lasting pain protection for most users during use and for two weeks after use.

Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) is a major cardiovascular problem because it causes high rates of hospitalization and mortality. The clinical manifestations of ACS are that the patient feels pain and discomfort that is not specific in the chest and legs radiating to the neck, left shoulder and arms and back then accompanied by cold sweat, nausea, vomiting, weakness and dizziness and can faint which occurs suddenly with high intensity.  Objective: To find out the results of applying Thermotherapy therapy to relieve chest pain in patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome. Moewardi Surakarta. Method: This type of research is a descriptive case study. The application was carried out on 2 patients selected by purposive sampling method with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Thermotherapy is carried out for 10-20 minutes 1x/day for 3 days. The research instrument used SOP foot massage, hemodynamic status observation sheets, and informed consent. Results: After being given the application to both respondents for 1 time a day for 3 consecutive days, a decrease in the level of the chest pain scale was found in the patient Mr. S with a pain scale level before being carried out by Thermotherapy therapy, severe pain and after being carried out by Thermotherapy therapy for 1 time in 3 consecutive days to mild pain. Meanwhile, in the patient Mr. A with the level of pain scale before the Thermotherapy therapy is severe pain and after the Thermotherapy therapy is done for 1 time in 3 consecutive days it becomes mild pain. Conclusion: there is a reduction in the chest pain scale in patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome at RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta after being given thermotherapy.
