The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia makes transactions easier for consumers, but also presents various losses, such as fraud, goods that do not match the description, leaks of personal data, and problems with returning goods. In this context, Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE) exists as a legal basis which is expected to provide protection for consumers in online buying and selling transactions. This research aims to explore and analyze the effectiveness of the legal protection provided by the ITE Law for consumers, with a focus on protection for detrimental transactions, consumer personal data, as well as dispute resolution mechanisms. The research method used is a normative approach with a literature study of statutory regulations and related legal literature. The research results show that the ITE Law provides quite comprehensive legal protection, including the obligation of electronic system operators to ensure the security of transactions and personal data, as well as regulating sanctions for perpetrators of fraud. However, even though regulations already exist, implementation and consumer understanding of their rights is still a major challenge.

The purpose of this research is to formulate a model for the Strategy to Enhance Competitiveness and Sustainability of SMEs in Supporting Independence in East Java. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use 1) Data reduction, 2) Data display, 3) Data triangulation, 4) Data verification. The informant determination technique uses indepth interviews with key informants such as SME actors, relevant agency officials, representatives from East Java's SME Banks, and academics. The results of data analysis and literature review indicate that the Strategy to Enhance Competitiveness of SMEs in East Java focuses on the adoption of digital marketing (utilization of social media, marketplaces, and e-commerce), product and process innovation (development of unique and quality products, production efficiency), as well as strengthening partnerships and collaborations with various parties (government, financial institutions, large companies) to expand market access and resources. The strategy for enhancing the sustainability of MSMEs in East Java heavily relies on prudent financial management practices (cash flow management, access to affordable financing such as Prokesra and Dagulir), compliance with legal and certification requirements (PIRT, halal, BPOM), as well as the potential implementation of circular economy concepts for resource efficiency and waste reduction. The strategy supporting the independence of MSMEs in East Java focuses on a comprehensive empowerment program, including entrepreneurship training and intensive mentoring for capacity building, ease of access to capital, and facilitation of business matching and exhibitions/bazaars for network and market expansion. The active role of the government and supporting institutions is crucial in creating a conducive ecosystem. The relationship between competitiveness, sustainability, and independence of SMEs is synergistic and mutually reinforcing. Increasing competitiveness directly contributes to economic sustainability. Sustainability creates stability that allows SMEs to continue innovating and enhancing their competitiveness. Meanwhile, independence empowers SMEs to be proactive in achieving competitiveness and sustainability, with the ability to make strategic decisions and adapt to changes. Overall, SMEs in East Java have great potential to continue growing and contributing to the economy. However, sustained support through appropriate policies, relevant empowerment programs, and facilitation of access to essential resources will be key to realizing SMEs that are not only competitive and sustainable but also fully independent.

In the development of a construction project, cost control is very important in the process of managing project costs. Many problems will be encountered in a construction project such as wasteful use of materials, unskilled labor and late completion of the project. This causes waste of costs that do not match the specified budget. In the construction project of the Rectorate of the Sorong City Health Polytechnic building, a budget of Rp. 36,570,996,788.55 is required. This study aims to make savings on previously planned costs, in addition to knowing the comparison of total project costs after analysis. The method used in this study is the Value Engineering method. The Value Engineering method is a method used to identify and eliminate unnecessary activities or reduce costs without reducing function. There are 4 stages of the work plan in this method, namely: Information Stage, Creative Stage, Analysis Stage, and Recommendation Stage. This study aimed to better understand how factors like price, taste, and location affect how much consumers want to buy Elo Pia Kediri products. The research used a quantitative method because it helps collect objective and measurable information that can be analyzed using statistics to make clear conclusions. The data came from two main places: primary and secondary sources. Primary data was gathered directly from consumers through questionnaires that asked about price, taste, location, and how much they wanted to buy the product. Secondary data was collected from books, articles, and other documents related to the topic. The study included all consumers who had bought Elo Pia Kediri products. However, since the total number of people wasn’t known and was quite large, the researcher selected a representative group. The sample size was 96 people. The method used to choose participants was accidental sampling, which means people were selected randomly or by chance as they were met at the research location and agreed to take part. The results showed that price has a big effect on how much consumers want to buy the product. This means the prices set by Elo Pia Kediri match what consumers can afford and what they think is fair, which helps them decide to buy. When prices are seen as fair, affordable, and matching the quality of the product, it encourages people to make purchases. Taste also strongly influences buying interest. When a product has a tasty and unique flavor that fits what people like, it makes them interested in buying it. Taste is an emotional factor that affects how happy consumers are with the product and makes them want to buy it again. Location also plays a big role in how much people want to buy. A location that is easy to reach and close to where people usually go out makes it easier for them to buy Elo Pia Kediri products. The F test showed that together, price, taste, and location all have a significant impact on how much consumers want to buy the product.

Understanding of Mathematics concepts is an important factor in determining students' learning success. However, the results of observations at SDN 33 Kalumbuk showed that fifth grade students still had difficulty in understanding Mathematics concepts. This can be seen from the low level of learning completion, which was only 36.84% in class VA and 33% in class VB. The low understanding of concepts is caused by the lack of interactive learning methods, so that students get bored easily and are less involved in the learning process. This article discusses the importance of understanding concepts in Mathematics learning and solutions that can be applied to improve student understanding. One of the proposed strategies is the use of the Make a Match learning model, which can increase student engagement and help them understand concepts more concretely and interestingly. In addition, problem-solving approaches, the use of visual media, group discussions, and continuous evaluation can also be applied to improve learning effectiveness. By implementing innovative and interactive learning methods, it is hoped that students' understanding of Mathematics concepts can improve, so that they are better prepared to face academic challenges and are able to apply Mathematics concepts in everyday life.

The online buying and selling system makes it easier for people to make transactions and creates business opportunities for business people to develop business transactions in collaboration with resellers without having to meet face to face, such as online buying and selling transactions for Namastudios bags. Online buying and selling transactions between suppliers and resellers are carried out by mutual agreement where the rights and obligations of the parties are regulated to avoid risks. However, there was a default in 2018 by the supplier that the goods sent did not match what was agreed. So resellers suffer quite a lot of losses. For these losses, the reseller filed a lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court. The aim of the research is to provide legal protection and to find out the application of judges in court decision no. 629/Pdt.G/2022/PN.Jkt.Sel. The research method uses normative juridical research with a case approach which uses data collection methods through secondary data which is analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research are legal protection for resellers for default, based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code, where the agreement made is not in accordance with the agreement, it is null and void, where the supplier is obliged to compensate the reseller for losses. The application of the judge's law in the decision is that the judge granted part of the decision and stated that the Defendant had committed an act of breach of contract based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code which did not fulfill one of the conditions for the validity of the agreement, namely the agreement contained in the notarial deed.

This study explores how the theory of Multiple Intelligence proposed by Howard Gardner can be effectively integrated into the teaching and learning process and the challenges faced in its implementation in various educational contexts. This study analyzes existing literature through a literature review approach to find common patterns, research gaps, and best practices in applying Multiple intelligence theory in the classroom. The literature analyzed includes journal articles, academic books, and research reports focusing on teachers' understanding of multiple intelligences, learning methods based on dual Intelligence, student responses to applying these methods, and varied and inclusive assessment systems. The study results show that although the theory of multiple intelligences has been widely recognized in education, its application still faces various challenges. Teachers' understanding of this theory is often limited, and many have been unable to adapt teaching methods to accommodate students' diverse intelligences optimally. In addition, more infrastructure and resources in schools are also needed to support kinesthetic, musical, and visual-spatial Intelligence. Nonetheless, previous research has shown that students respond positively when the learning methods used match their dominant Intelligence, which can improve their motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. This literature review concludes that a more varied and inclusive learning approach must accommodate all student intelligences. In addition, Assessment and evaluation in education must be more flexible, considering non-cognitive intelligences that have been ignored in standardized tests. This study recommends increasing teacher training, providing supporting infrastructure, and developing a curriculum more adaptive to the diversity of students' Intelligence. The results of this study make an essential contribution to enriching the understanding of applying the theory of multiple intelligences and offering solutions to the challenges faced in modern education.

Marketplace system is a means of meeting sellers and buyers online, in this case service providers and car renters. With this information system, renters no longer need to bother looking for the required car that matches the criteria, and service providers are also easier in marketing and expanding their marketing reach. This system was built using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method of development which allows customers to place orders, select vehicles, eliminating complexity in the traditional process involving visits to rentals. In car rental services there are several problems that need to be resolved. First, there is no web-based information system service that makes it easy for customers to access car rental service company information. Second, conventional services are still fairly slow. Currently, reservations are made in two ways, namely coming to the place or contacting the telephone number on Whatsapp so that prospective tenants have to wait for a response from the rental provider to get information about prices and available cars. Therefore, a car rental information system is needed that specifically serves fleet rental with online booking to display transaction information in the form of car rental and return on the system dashboard to support strategic purposes. This research focuses on building a car rental information system using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework.
