Adolescence is a transitional period full of emotional, physical, and biological changes. Although physical health is often the main focus of teenagers, mental health is a more important aspect to maintain. Balanced mental health can contribute to a person's happiness in life. However, in Indonesia, even though there is Law No. 18 of 2014 concerning Mental Health, mental health problems are still often ignored. Bullying is one of the factors that can damage teenagers' mental health. At SMP Negeri 17 Surakarta, bullying has become a problem that affects the mental well-being of students, both as perpetrators and victims. For this reason, community service with the theme "Socialization of Mental Health in Class VII at SMP Negeri 17 Surakarta" was carried out to increase students' awareness about the importance of maintaining mental health and the negative impact of bullying. This activity was carried out in four stages: presentation of material about mental health and bullying, group discussions, making positive affirmations, and giving rewards to participants. The results of this activity show that students understand the relationship between bullying and mental health disorders, and are aware of the long-term impacts of bullying behavior. This activity succeeded in attracting students' attention and increasing their awareness about the importance of maintaining mental health, with the hope of creating a healthier school environment free from bullying.

This study examines the dangers of zina (adultery) in the Kitab Mahfudzot Fadhoilul Iman with a focus on the moral and spiritual perspectives contained within it, as well as identifying strategies for preventing zina in daily life. The Kitab Mahfudzot Fadhoilul Iman depicts zina as a major sin that not only damages personal integrity but also disrupts social harmony and moral order within society. From a moral perspective, zina is viewed as a violation of purity, honor, and decorum in Islam, which can destroy relationships between individuals and degrade the quality of social life. Spiritually, zina is considered an act that blocks one from God's mercy, hardens the heart, and distances the individual from worldly and spiritual happiness. This research also identifies several prevention strategies based on the teachings in Kitab Mahfudzot Fadhoilul Iman, including strong religious education from an early age, maintaining proper interactions and modesty between men and women, strengthening worship and prayers as protection from temptations, and encouraging lawful marriage as a solution to safeguard purity. The findings emphasize the importance of applying the moral and spiritual values found in Islamic teachings to prevent the dangers of zina and maintain personal purity in daily life, which can contribute to the creation of a healthier and more harmonious society.

The history of Christianity in Asia encompasses various aspects, including its origins, development, and the dynamics of the Church in a continent rich in cultural diversity and traditions. Christianity first entered Asia in the first century through trade routes and the missions of the apostles, spreading rapidly in regions such as Mesopotamia, Persia, and South India. Despite facing significant challenges, such as interactions with major religions like Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam, as well as complex social and political influences, the Christian Church continued to develop. During the colonial era, European missions provided a new impetus for the spread of Christianity in Asia, though it was often linked with foreign dominance, triggering resistance from local communities. However, the Christian Church in Asia managed to adapt to local cultures and traditions, creating unique expressions of faith in each country or community. This diversity resulted in a unique dynamic within the Church, where Christianity not only survived but thrived despite ongoing social, political, and cultural challenges. In addition to exploring theological and historical aspects, this article also discusses the contributions of the Christian Church in Asia to education, healthcare, and social justice, which played a significant role in shaping social structures and improving the well-being of society. In the modern era, churches in Asia face new challenges such as globalization, religious pluralism, and social change, yet they continue to play an important role in society, both spiritually and socially. Overall, this article portrays Christianity in Asia as an integral part of the continent's history and development, continually adapting to changing times while making significant contributions to society, all while maintaining the core values of its teachings.

This study explores the impact of tourism on environmental health in the coastal tourist area of Ancol Beach, Jakarta. As a major tourist destination in North Jakarta, Ancol Beach has experienced significant growth in visitor numbers annually. While tourism in this area provides positive contributions such as boosting the local economy and creating employment opportunities, it also poses negative environmental impacts, particularly in terms of marine pollution and increased waste accumulation during peak tourist seasons. Using a qualitative approach, this research combines in- depth interviews and field observations to analyze these issues. The results indicate that, despite adequate waste management efforts, the surge in visitors creates challenges in maintaining environmental cleanliness and marine ecosystem health. Additionally, tourists' awareness of environmental responsibility tends to decline during high-traffic periods. This study recommends enhancing waste management facilities and intensifying environmental education to support sustainable tourism management at Ancol Beach.

Toothpaste is an essential product for maintaining dental health, where fluoride is one of the key components commonly added. Fluoride plays a crucial role in strengthening enamel and preventing cavities, but the fluoride content in toothpaste must be adjusted according to age groups to avoid the risk of fluorosis, especially in children The literature review aims to evaluate the fluoride content in toothpaste analyzed using potentiometric methods with fluoride ion-selective electrodes (F-ISE). Through a literature review of five research articles published from 2014 to 2024, significant variations in fluoride levels were found. Some products met WHO standards (1000–1500 ppm), while others did not meet criteria, having either too low or too high fluoride content. The potentiometric method proved to be accurate and reliable; however, stricter supervision and regulations are needed to ensure product safety. In conclusion, it is important for consumers to understand the fluoride levels in the toothpaste they use and to ensure the selection of safe and effective products.

In a study conducted at MIN 25 Aceh Besar, it was found that dental caries problems often occur in class IV students, with a significant influence from the lack of adequate knowledge, attitudes, and actions related to oral health. This cross-sectional analytic design study involved all fourth grade students as samples, totaling 72 people. Data were collected on May 2 and analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods with the chi square test. The results showed that most of the respondents had dental caries, where 39 out of 72 students (54.2%) suffered from the condition. The majority of respondents' knowledge about oral health was in the poor category, where 28 out of 72 students (38.9%) showed a low level of knowledge. This also applies to respondents' attitudes and actions, where 42 students (58.3%) have attitudes that are less supportive of good dental health and 46 students (63.9%) show ineffective actions in maintaining their oral health. Based on these data, there is a significant relationship between behavior (knowledge, attitude, and action) and the incidence of dental caries among these students, with the ρ value for knowledge being 0.003, attitude being 0.006, and action being 0.001. This shows that effective education and counseling on oral health is needed. As a recommendation, it is advisable for schools to collaborate with the local Health Office and Puskesmas to hold regular oral health counseling programs. In addition, establishing a healthy canteen at school can be another preventive measure so that students can choose healthier snacks that support good oral health.

The heart is a vital organ that plays a crucial role in the circulatory system, responsible for pumping oxygen-rich blood and nutrients throughout the body and returning blood containing carbon dioxide to the lungs. Anatomically, the heart consists of four chambers. The coronary vascular system supplies oxygen and nutrients to the heart muscles. The physiology of the heart involves the cycle of heart muscle contraction (systole) and relaxation (diastole), heart rate regulation, and the electrical conduction system that coordinates the heartbeat. Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a disorder of the coronary blood vessels due to atherosclerosis, causing narrowing or blockage of the arteries, hindering blood flow, and leading to ischemia. Prevention of CAD can be done by maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, avoiding smoking, and controlling blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. Understanding the anatomy, physiology, and coronary artery disease is essential for maintaining heart health and preventing cardiovascular disorders.

This research highlights Islam's concern for health, particularly the aspect of taking care of the body on Friday. Hadiths in al-Kutub as-Sittah recommend practices such as bathing, using a tooth-stick, wearing perfume, and wearing the best clothes. Sunan Ibn Majah's hadith mentions bathing, dressing in the best clothes, and wearing perfume, while Muslim's narration adds tooth-stick. This study aims to understand the status and understanding of these traditions to provide theoretical and practical benefits. Using the literature research method with a thematic approach (maudhui), the analysis begins with the takhrij of the hadith using the book al-Mu'jam al-Mufahras li Alfadz al-Hadith. The research assesses the quality of the hadith as hasan, but because it is supported by Sahih Bukhari and Muslim, it rises to shahih lighairihi. An understanding of the Hadith shows the importance of maintaining cleanliness and respect for Friday through bathing such as taking a janabah bath, using a toothbrush, wearing fragrances to boost confidence, and wearing the best clothes. Friday is considered special, so taking care of the body according to the Prophet's guidance is a form of respect for it.

Letjen Sutoyo RW 03 Lowowaru is an urban area in Malang City. This area has a Health Center that plays a vital role in maintaining public health. The aging process is characterized by a decrease in the body's ability to adapt to external stress, which leads to a decrease in the physiological function of organs, systems, and overall body ability. One of the important functions of the body is to form balance, which refers to the ability to maintain the center of the body's position against the supporting base when standing, sitting, moving, or walking (Winter, 1995 in Howe, et al., 2008). This balance is essential to maintain stability when moving from one position to another (Lee & Scudds, 2003).
