This research aims to explore and analyze learning strategy innovations in shaping students as reliable educator candidates who are able to face educational challenges in the digital era. The main focus of the research is the application of technology-based learning approaches, collaboration, and creative strategies that place students not only as recipients of knowledge, but also as active subjects who construct understanding through learning experiences. This study was carried out in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) of the Syarifuddin Lumajang Islamic Religious Institute by involving 30 students who took the learning strategy course. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation. The findings of the study show that the application of flipped classroom is able to increase student learning independence, while project-based learning strategies encourage creativity and problem-solving skills. In addition, the use of interactive technology such as online quiz applications, discussion platforms, and collaborative media strengthens learning motivation while expanding students' digital skills. Although the results showed a positive impact, there were significant obstacles, namely the limitations of technology infrastructure in the campus environment and the low digital literacy of some students. These factors hinder the optimization of innovative learning strategies. Therefore, institutional support is needed in providing technology-based infrastructure, digital literacy training, and continuous mentoring so that students can develop pedagogical competence, professionalism, and adaptive abilities in accordance with the demands of 21st century education. Overall, this study emphasizes that learning strategy innovation supported by technology, collaboration, and support of educational institutions is able to strengthen the process of forming prospective educators who are competent, competitive, and ready to face the dynamics of the world of education in the digital era.

This research examines the influence of the role of parents on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at Al-Zaytun Private Madrasah Al-Zaytun School, Kita Indramayu.  The family has a very important role in educational activities.  So this is where the role of parents is needed to create a conducive environment so as to increase the potential, intelligence, and self-confidence of children. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of the role of parents on students' learning motivation.  This type of research is quantitative research.  This research was conducted in Class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Zaytun Private School, Kita Indramayu, with a total of 16 students consisting of 11 boys and 5 girls as subjects. This research method uses a quantitative approach with prerequisite analysis test techniques and hypothesis proof techniques.  The hypothesis testing technique that the authors took in this study was a simple linear regression analysis technique aimed at knowing the form of the relationship (influence) between variable x (role of parents) to variable y (learning motivation).  The author uses the SPSS version 22 program in proving the hypothesis. The final analysis in this study is a simple linear regression test.  The simple linear regression test value obtained is a significant value of 0.136 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the parental role variable (X) has no effect on the learning motivation variable (Y) and the t value is 1.583 <t table 2.145, so it can be concluded that the Parental Role variable (X) has no effect on the Learning Motivation variable (Y).  Then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. Thus, the results of the final analysis in this study read "There is no influence of the role of parents on the learning motivation of fifth grade students of MIS Al-Zaytun Sekolah Kita Indramayu".

This study aims to reveal the efforts of Islamic jurisprudence teachers in getting students used to performing Dhuha prayers at Pamaciran Elementary Madrasah. This habituation is an important part of developing students' religious character through worship practices. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a case study type. The subjects of the study consisted of fifth grade students of Pamaciran Elementary Madrasah, which were determined through snowball sampling techniques. Data were collected through interview methods and observations of worship habituation activities carried out by teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that the efforts of Islamic jurisprudence teachers in getting students used to Dhuha prayers include four main strategies, namely: (1) providing motivation to students, (2) providing direct guidance, (3) training students through routine habits, and (4) conducting regular supervision. The impact of these efforts can be seen from the increasing enthusiasm of students in worship, the ease of students in understanding the procedures for Dhuha prayers, and increasing discipline in carrying out worship. Thus, the role of Islamic jurisprudence teachers is very important in fostering a culture of worship in the madrasah environment.

Basically, each student's learning motivation is different. A safe, comfortable and peaceful madrasah environment will increase student motivation in learning, so that learning goals can be achieved well. In this case, researchers are interested in researching the influence of the Madrasah environment on students' learning motivation at MTs Sunan Kalijogo Rejosari Kalidawir, Tulungagung Regency. The formulation of the problem taken in this research is whether there is an influence of the madrasa environment on the learning motivation of MTs Sunan Kalijogo Rejosari Kalidawir Tulungagung Regency students? Meanwhile, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of the madrasa environment on the learning motivation of students at MTs Sunan Kalijogo Rejosari Kalidawir, Tulungagung Regency. This research uses a survey research method with a quantitative research type. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population was 176 and the sample was 36 students taken from 20% of the total population using the Probability Sampling technique. The research results obtained were based on hypothesis testing using Pearson product moment correlation analysis. The values ​​obtained are the Pearson correlation value is 0.833 > 0.3291 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that hypothesis testing shows that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the madrasa environment influences the learning motivation of students at MTs Sunan Kalijogo Rejosari Kalidawir, Tulungagung Regency.
