Multi Sari MSME, located in Pangkalan Batang Village, Bengkalis Regency, produces traditional local products such as fish crackers, shrimp crackers, and sago crackers. Despite having quality products, legal business permits, halal certification, and stable raw material availability, the enterprise still faced limitations in digital marketing practices, resulting in a limited market reach. This community service program aimed to improve the marketing capacity of the MSME through the implementation of digital marketing strategies. The methods employed included SWOT and STP analyses, Google Business Profile development, social media management, content calendar preparation, promotional content creation, and marketplace utilization. The program also involved mentoring and training activities to enhance the partner’s understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. The results showed significant improvements in the partner’s knowledge and skills in utilizing digital platforms for marketing purposes. Furthermore, Multi Sari MSME now possesses more structured digital marketing channels, increasing product visibility and creating opportunities to reach a broader market. Therefore, digital marketing has proven to be an effective strategy for enhancing MSME competitiveness, business sustainability, and market expansion in the digital era.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of chips in Pugeran Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency face structural obstacles in the form of limited internal governance and weak market penetration. Around 80% of business actors are still managed conventionally, triggering production inefficiencies and a lack of mastery of persuasive marketing language on packaging. This community service activity aims to reconstruct an effective division of labor based on HR governance mindset, build the capacity of practical skills in packaging copywriting and digital media, and change business behavior from conventional reactive to strategic proactive. The program is implemented with an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through three main intervention stages, namely diagnosis and reconstruction of MSDM, co-creation and marketing language assistance, and the adoption of proactive behavior through coaching and market simulation. The results showed a significant socio-economic transformation, characterized by the implementation of labor division SOPs that increased production efficiency by 18%, as well as the adoption of new packaging and persuasive copywriting techniques that expanded market reach beyond the region and increased average turnover by 22% in two months. In addition, a new social institution was formed in the form of the "Prosperous Pugeran Chips Craftsmen Association" and the emergence of young local leaders as agents of the program's sustainability.

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting the community’s economy; however, they still face various limitations in business management, particularly in product packaging and digital marketing. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of MSME actors in optimizing product packaging design and utilizing digital marketing in Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency. The activity was conducted in February 2026 and involved 8 home-based business actors as participants. The methods used included socialization, training, and participatory-based mentoring, which began with a pre-test to measure the participants’ initial level of understanding. The materials provided covered product packaging design, label or logo creation, and the use of social media and marketplaces in digital marketing. The results showed an improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills in designing more attractive product packaging and utilizing digital platforms as marketing tools. Participants also began to understand the importance of branding and marketing strategies in increasing product competitiveness. Overall, this activity had a positive impact on improving the capacity of MSME actors in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes in managing their businesses. This activity is expected to be an initial step in encouraging MSME actors to be more adaptive to technological developments and able to compete in a broader market.

The results of the study show that pricing strategy contributes dominantly to increasing sales, but the lack of digital promotion causes limited market reach. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving national economic development and providing employment. However, in facing an increasingly competitive market, MSMEs need to implement efficient marketing strategies to ensure sustainability and sustainable growth. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and assistance to Indonesian Es Teh MSMEs regarding the implementation of flexible marketing strategies, both through digital and traditional channels. The activity took place at the Es Teh Kampung Solo outlet in Kramatwatu Square. The methods used included counseling, training, and assessment of marketing strategy implementation, with a primary focus on optimizing social media as an interactive and competitive digital promotional tool. The results of this activity demonstrated a significant increase in MSMEs' understanding of strategic marketing planning, promotional innovation, and the use of digital platforms to expand market reach. Thus, it is hoped that digital-based marketing strategies can strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs. This activity is expected to contribute to increasing the competitiveness and sales volume of the Kampung Solo Es Teh MSME in a sustainable manner through the implementation of a modern marketing approach that is responsive to technological changes.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kemasantani Village have considerable potential in developing cassava-based products using MOCAF flour, particularly Antari chips. However, limited brand identity, unattractive packaging, and the underutilization of digital marketing have constrained product competitiveness and revenue growth. This community service program aimed to strengthen branding and optimize digital marketing strategies to support MSME revenue growth. A qualitative participatory approach was employed through surveys, interviews, observations, documentation, and direct assistance in brand identity development, packaging redesign, and social media management. The results indicate improvements in product image, packaging attractiveness, and market reach through digital platforms. The integrated application of branding and digital marketing successfully increased consumer engagement and led to an approximate 35% increase in MSME revenue within a three-month period. These findings suggest that strategic branding and digital marketing are effective approaches for enhancing competitiveness and ensuring the sustainability of locally based MSMEs in rural areas.

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of local business actors in Kanekes Village (Baduy Luar) regarding the implementation of a sales information system to support the management and marketing of traditional handicraft products. The main problems faced by partners include unstructured transaction recording, low utilization of sales data, and business management that is still based on memory. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through socialization, training, hands-on practice, and mentoring, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews and field observations. The activity was conducted on April 17, 2026, involving MSME handicraft actors as the main partners. The results show an increase in business actors’ understanding of the importance of sales recording systems as a basis for business management. Participants began to be able to record transactions in a more structured and simple manner and utilize sales data to monitor business performance and identify the most in-demand products. In addition, there was a shift in business management patterns from memory-based to simple data-based systems. This activity also encouraged improvements in digital literacy through the introduction of social media utilization and digital marketing strategies. Overall, this program contributes to strengthening the capacity of business actors and supporting the more effective and sustainable development of traditional product marketing. The development of digital technology has encouraged micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in the culinary sector, to adapt by utilizing online applications as a strategy to increase competitiveness. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and capabilities of business owners at Kedai Jajanan Zahira in Surabaya in utilizing online applications as a marketing and sales tool. The method used in this study is Participatory Action Research (PAR), an approach that actively involves business actors in every stage of the process. These stages include problem identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and direct observation to obtain a realistic picture of business conditions. The results of the activity showed an increase in business owners' understanding of the importance of digitalization, improved skills in using food delivery applications and social media, and increased market reach and interaction with consumers. In addition, the use of online applications also contributed to increased operational efficiency, such as more systematic order management and transaction recording. Overall, mentoring in the use of online applications has proven effective in increasing the competitiveness of culinary businesses. This activity has a positive impact not only on increasing sales, but also on business sustainability through increased digital literacy and the ability to adapt to technological developments. Therefore, ongoing mentoring is needed so that business actors can consistently optimize the use of digital technology in developing their businesses.

Community service activities in Kalirahayu 1 Village aim to improve the utilization of social media as a marketing tool for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This initiative is important because many MSME actors in the village have not maximized social media usage, which limits their opportunities to increase product sales and market reach. The program was implemented through consultations, practical training, and continuous mentoring involving 10 MSME actors in Kalirahayu Village. Through this activity, participants were introduced to digital marketing strategies, including content creation, product promotion, and customer interaction through social media platforms. The results showed that MSME actors gained new knowledge and skills in using social media effectively, while students involved in the program also developed practical experience in digital marketing. Although several challenges were encountered, such as limited technological facilities and differences in participants’ initial knowledge levels, the program successfully increased awareness of the importance of digital marketing. This activity demonstrates strong potential for sustainable development and is expected to support the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs in rural areas.

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of UMKM Mentari Padangsari in developing visual content to strengthen branding and competitiveness. It is hoped that this training activity will have an impact on the development of MSMEs in Padangsari sub-district.The main problems faced by partners include limited skills in creating product photos, graphic designs, promotional videos, and managing social media consistently. The program was implemented through training, mentoring, and evaluation stages involving 14 UMKM actors in Padangsari Village, Semarang City. Training materials focused on product photography using smartphones, simple graphic design, short promotional videos, visual storytelling, and the use of digital platforms such as social media and Google Business are  considered very necessary in this era of rapid technological development. The results show increased knowledge and skills among UMKM actors in producing more attractive visual content, improving brand identity, and enhancing engagement on social media. This program contributes to strengthening UMKM competitiveness and supports sustainable digital-based marketing practices.

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting the local economy, but still face limitations in the use of technology and market expansion. The Banana Chip MSME (Toko Agung) in Banatorejo Village, Tapango District, Polewali Mandar Regency is one of the local food businesses that has potential, but its management is still traditional. This community service activity aims to develop technology-based MSMEs to increase product competitiveness. The methods used are participatory assistance through observation, interviews, training, and evaluation, with a focus on digital marketing, packaging and branding improvements, and strengthening simple business management. The results of the activity showed an improvement in packaging quality, expansion of marketing reach through digital media, and improvements in business financial record keeping. Technology-based development has a positive impact on the readiness of MSMEs to face broader market competition. The implications of this activity show that integrated technology assistance can be an effective strategy in increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of local food MSMEs.

The rapid development of digital technology requires Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt by utilizing digital marketing and improving financial management practices. However, many service-based MSMEs have not yet optimized digital promotion and integrated bookkeeping in their business operations. This community service activity aims to enhance the promotion of service MSMEs through the implementation of digital marketing and to strengthen cost control through simple bookkeeping at AND CUSTOM LED. The methods used include an initial survey, practical mentoring, and evaluation of the activities. The mentoring process involved training in promotional content creation, the use of social media as a business communication tool, and the application of daily transaction recording. The results indicate an improvement in the business owner’s understanding and behavior regarding promotional management and financial recording. The MSME owner became more active and consistent in implementing digital promotion strategies and more disciplined in recording income and expenses. In addition, the mentoring encouraged a more independent and well-planned work attitude. Overall, this activity demonstrates that integrating digital marketing with simple bookkeeping can improve the quality of service MSME management and support business sustainability in the digital era.

There has been slow development and the competitiveness of MSMEs in general is still limited. Where most MSMEs are only able to produce, but have not been able to market their products better. This weak marketing is not only a market issue, but many other aspects directly and indirectly influence it so that many MSME businesses are slow to develop. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out with a program to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs. This was carried out in Klandasan Ilir Village, Balikpapan City District, where the strengthening activity was carried out through a seminar by inviting MSMEs in RT 39 and RT 43. The target or target of this activity is MSME actors, who already have businesses or PKK cadres who want to start their businesses. Where these MSME actors still have limitations in marketing their products on social media. With this activity, it is hoped that it can develop and motivate MSME actors to develop their businesses, so that MSME products will be better known. Efforts to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs through digital transformation and branding revitalization. With digital transformation and branding revitalization, MSMEs can build their product brands and be able to compete in the market. MSMEs also provide brief training on basic product photography techniques, such as shooting from above and from the side to enhance product details. This training also helps MSMEs improve their skills in creating digital content in the form of product photos or videos.

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of traditional clothing UMKM in Palembang through product innovation and business management training in order to support the development of local fashion tourism. UMKM engaged in producing songket, jumputan, and Palembang batik possess significant economic and cultural potential; however, they face various challenges, including limited design innovation, weak business management skills, and insufficient utilization of digital technology for marketing. Through collaboration between the lecturer team of Politeknik Prasetiya Mandiri and the Palembang City Tourism Office, the program was implemented through workshops, business mentoring, and digital marketing training involving UMKM actors, students, and the local community. The results show improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills in developing creative product designs, enhancing production quality, and managing their businesses more professionally. Participants also gained a deeper understanding of digital marketing strategies as an essential tool to expand market reach. This program has contributed positively to strengthening local cultural identity while creating opportunities for creative economic growth through fashion tourism. The implementation of this initiative is expected to serve as a sustainable effort to improve the competitiveness of UMKM and support the economic development of Palembang.

Lovebysisdaisy is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) producing handmade phone charm accessories and operating as a home-based business with limited digital marketing capabilities. This community service program aimed to strengthen digital marketing through Instagram optimization and the utilization of Shopee as an e-commerce platform. A participatory approach was applied, involving the business owner from problem identification to evaluation. Methods included observation, interviews, and digital documentation, followed by assistance in content development and Shopee store management. The results show that structured Instagram content improved visual consistency and audience engagement, while the establishment of a Shopee store enabled organized product catalogs and initial customer interactions. These outcomes indicate increased digital awareness and readiness of the MSME to implement sustainable online marketing strategies and expand market access.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economic development. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in managing financial records and adapting to digital marketing, including the Cilor Maklor MSME in Argomulyo Village. The Cilor Maklor MSME in this location is one of the micro-enterprises that requires capacity building in both aspects. The main objective of this community service is to assist the Cilor Maklor MSME in understanding and implementing simple financial record-keeping methods and in improving its marketing capabilities through digital marketing, so that the MSME can adapt to current developments and expand its market reach. The method used in this activity includes three stages, namely: 1) MSME Survey, 2) Training and Mentoring, and 3) Evaluation. The results of the community service show an increase in MSMEs' knowledge, understanding, and skills in recording simple financial reports and in marketing products through digital platforms. In addition, this community service activity also has a positive impact on business capacity development and the sustainability of MSMEs.
