To create a superior generation, every student must receive character education in order to become an individual who is not only intelligent but also has good character. This research aims to find out whether learning programming algorithms has character values ​​that can be adopted by students. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study type of research. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that learning programming algorithms has character values ​​that students can apply in everyday life, where through this learning, students can be trained to think systematically, logically, creatively and also carefully. And of course, by learning programming algorithms, students are required to be able to solve the problems they face.

In the context of the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali, the government's role takes center stage. The background involves a surge in the number of pilgrims wishing to perform Hajj, juxtaposed with limited facilities and supporting infrastructure in the region. The research problem revolves around assessing the effectiveness of the government's initiatives in facilitating and regulating the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali, encompassing regulatory measures, accommodation infrastructure, and pilgrim management. The evaluation of the government's role reveals that their efforts have enhanced the quality of services and comfort for Hajj pilgrims, although challenges persist regarding capacity and logistical management. In conclusion, the government's role is pivotal in ensuring the success of the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali by improving infrastructure, enacting appropriate regulations, and enhancing inter-agency coordination. The novelty of this work lies in its in-depth analysis of the government's concrete measures to enhance the quality of the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali, along with providing constructive recommendations for future improvements.

The existence of digital transformation in the development of the world, makes the maritime industry increasingly rely on technology to carry out navigation, communication, and logistics intermediaries. As the maritime industry continues to adopt digitalization and adapt, the need for strategy as well as strengthening cybersecurity becomes critical for the country. The increase in cybercrime and its vulnerabilities should make Indonesia more aggressively address or anticipate this problem. Although it is proven that indonesia in its initiation of a cybersecurity strategy has increased, Indonesia is seen as still lacking to show the nation's commitment in terms of cyber security, when compared to data from NCIS (National Cyber security Index) from 2016-2023 Indonesia is still far below its neighbor, Malaysia, which is also a maritime country. Through a qualitative approach, this article aims to explain the urgency of cybersecurity in the maritime sector, highlighting challenges and solutions to protect ships, ports, and maritime infrastructure from cyber threats in Indonesia.

During childhood, the development of a child involves several key aspects. The processing of information and intelligence in cognitive development emphasizes repetition, organization, comparison, and the emergence of information. The division of intelligence into emotional and spiritual intelligence provides an additional dimension to understanding child development. This research aims to determine the improvement of the logistics ecosystem both from exports and imports at Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan. Where Pelindo Belawan is the largest port in North Sumatra, however, due to the improvement in the logistics ecosystem, many goods have to transit before arriving at the Belawan Port dock. Apart from that, it can carry out port activities appropriately and maximize aspects of office effectiveness in order to create work comfort and optimal performance for its employees. If employees and service users who work feel comfortable and satisfied then their performance at Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan will also be good. This study uses a qualitative method.

Early childhood plays an important role in forming the basis of development, which involves stimulation of various aspects such as moral religious values, social emotional, language, cognitive, and physical motor skills. The concept of early childhood learning is focused on play, where every activity is designed to be play, so that learning becomes more effective. Parents also need to understand today's children's education to interact with children positively. This research focuses on sentiment analysis of children's education-based app reviews on the Google Play Store, using Random Forest and Logistic Regression methods. The review data is taken from three apps with the theme of child development, namely "About Kids", "PrimaKu", and "Teman Bumil", with a range of review years between 2018 and 2023. The test results show that Logistic Regression has higher accuracy compared to Random Forest, especially in the "About Kids" and "PrimaKu" applications with accuracy above 90%. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of sentiment analysis in improving understanding of user responses to children's education applications, with suggestions for future research to increase the number of datasets and variations in testing schemes by tuning hyperparameters to improve prediction accuracy and more optimal results.

This research proposes a combination of Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) based on the BB84 protocol with Improved Logistic Map (ILM) to improve data transmission security. This method integrates quantum key formation from BB84 with ILM encryption. This combination creates an additional layer of security, where by default, the operation on BB84 is only XOR-substitution, with the addition of ILM creating a permutation operation on quantum keys. Experiments are measured with several quantum measurements such as Quantum Bit Error Rate (QBER), Polarization Error Rate (PER), Quantum Fidelity (QF), Eavesdropping Detection (ED), and Entanglement-based detection (EDB), as well as classical cryptographic analysis such as Bit Error Ratio (BER), Entropy, Histogram Analysis, and Normalized Pixel Change Rate (NPCR) and Unified Average Changing Intensity (UACI). As a result, the proposed method obtained satisfactory results, especially perfect QF and BER, and EBD, which reached 0.999.

Indonesia is entering a critical period for mental health. Research results from the The Indonesia National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (2022), around 15,5 million Indonesian teenagers experience mental health disorders. Students are part of late adolescence and are vulnerable to mental disorders. The binary logistic regression model is used to examine in more depth what variables have a significant effect. So, this research aims to predict mental health of students in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Pekalongan University. This type of research is observasional with a cross-sectinal design. Data were collected using the SRQ-20 via the Google Form platform using simple random sampling of 186 students. There were 130 students who indicated mental health disordes (69,9%). Simultaneously age, gender, major, semester level, mother’s educational level, father’s educational level, social support and dependence on using smartphone influence student’s mental health status (P Value<0,05). Even though only a few variables were partially significant, the precision percentage of the model that could be predicted correctly was 71,5%. The accuracy of the predicted model is quite good, namely student mental health status (y) = -3,720 + 2,403 (Major) – 1,980 (Mother’s Educational Level) + 1,444 (Father’s Educational Level) + 0,888 (Dependence on using Smartphone). Promotive and preventive interventions such as further screening and education to support student’s healthy mental health.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka, perancangan, eksperimen, dan evaluasi berdasarkan artikel dan buku yang relevan. Hasil perancangan flip-flop ini menunjukkan bahwa rangkaian dapat menghasilkan efek menyala secara bergantian atau berkedip, mirip dengan lampu hias, sehingga memberikan nilai estetika pada penggunaannya.

In this era of fast and efficient technological progress, this is a very good thing for all progress in various fields. more and more fields of knowledge are developing, one of which is the existence of a decision-making system. a set of model-based procedures for processing and valuing data to help managers make decisions. This decision-making system uses several variables as input consisting of: type of variety, seed shape, seed color, root, seed age. The method used by the author is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. In the Tsukamoto method, it is explained that each consequence in IF-Then must be explained with a fuzzy set that has a membership function that does not change or is monotonous and for programming it uses PHP. The results obtained from the research that the authors conducted were in the form of a decision-making system to get the best seed yields.

This study aims to explore the relationship between financial ratios, financial distress, and sales growth rates. The population used is made up of all consumer products industry sector companies that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2020. Purposive sampling was used to select and collect 39 company samples in total. The investigation hypothesis was evaluated using logistic regression analysis. This study shows how financial ratios and sales growth both have a significant impact on financial distress. Meanwhile, show to some extent that leverage and profitability have a significant influence on financial hardship, but liquidity and sales growth do not.

The government provides several examples of learning flows that can be directly used or modified, and creates guidelines for preparing teaching tools.Asement can be defined as the activity of collecting, analyzing and interpreting data or information about study participants and their environment to obtain an overview of the individual’s condition or environment.  

Hedging is an activity undertaken by an entity to control the risk of price changes in assets or liabilities by using derivative instruments. The study’s purpose is to interpret the liquidity, solvability, and profitability’s influences on palm companies’ hedging decisions that registered on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. The research population included 13 palm companies that met the criterias based on purposive sampling techniques. This research is descriptive research by logistic regression analysis. Developed on the study, liquidity, solvability, and profitability do not have an impact on hedging decisions simultaneously and partially.

Bukit Baiduri Energi, our team takes the right steps to find the optimal solution. The first step taken was to identify the company's needs and formulate the idea of ​​creating a web company profile as a Mikrotik Hotspot captive portal. The website development process involves utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create an attractive appearance and ensure functionality. The results of the project during the internship were to create a web company profile as a captive portal for PT Mikrotik Hotspot. Bukit Baiduri Energy. During the internship period at PT BBE, our team succeeded in completing the captive login hotspot project on Mikrotik devices by changing the design of the hotspot login portal and adding a brief company profile page. This project provides important benefits for companies in improving the security of their Wi-Fi networks and introducing the company to users through profile pages. The result is a positive step in supporting the growth and image of companies in the coal mining sector.

The method used in this research is the literature study or literature review method, namely analyzing several studies related to the topic discussed, especially introducing the basic concepts of programming algorithms, characteristics of programming algorithms, grouping programming languages ​​based on level and algorithm notation, which are some of the basic things that are mandatory. known by everyone who wants to create a program. This understanding will be very helpful in the development of more complex programming projects. Therefore, learning basic programming algorithms is very crucial or important for anyone who wants to start in the world of programming.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size and leverage on intellectual capital in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector. The research time period used is the 2015-2019 period. The population of this study includes all Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the BEI for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 10 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data logical regression analysis. The simultaneous research results show that company size and leverage have an effect on intellectual capital. The results of the research partially show that leverage has a significant positive effect on intellectual capital and company size do not have a significant effect on intellectual capital.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual capital, inventory turnover and profitability on financial distress in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period used is 5 years, namely the period 2017 - 2021. The population of this study includes all mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017 - 2021. The sampling technique in the study used purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 13 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data logistic regression analysis. The results showed that intellectual capital and inventory turnover had no effect on financial distress. While profitability has a significant negative effect on financial distress, and intellectual capital, inventory turnover and profitability jointly affect financial distress.  

Since 2004, Indonesians have been granted the opportunity to directly elect their president and vice president, leading to two rounds of elections to select legislative members, as well as the president. In 2019, the Indonesian government made a significant decision to conduct concurrent general elections for both legislative and presidential. This research adopts qualitative research methods and utilizes literature review as its data collection approach. The findings of this study reveal that the simultaneous holding of the 2019 General Election has yielded diverse impacts, primarily stemming from logistical challenges, duplicated data on the voters list, excessive information overload among the public leading to irrational voting decisions, and unfortunate casualties, including the loss of hundreds of election committee officers' lives. Consequently, it highlights the pressing need for the General Election Commission (KPU) to thoroughly evaluate and address these issues while organizing the 2024 elections simultaneously.
