This study aims to explore the development of teacher professionalism through Classroom Observation and Lesson Study at SMP Negeri 12 Bandung. This approach involves collaboration between school principals, supervisors, and teachers in designing more effective teaching strategies. The process encompasses planning, implementation, reflection, and sustainability stages. The findings reveal that these methods enhance student participation, improve teaching quality, and foster a collaborative work culture among teachers. Lesson Study also benefits the development of teachers' innovative skills, supports project-based learning, and enhances documentation of best practices through the Merdeka MengajarPlatform. By integrating Classroom Observation and Lesson Study, SMP Negeri 12 Bandung has successfully established a sustainable model for teacher professional development.

At SMP Negeri 2 Gucialit, teachers have difficulty designing and implementing learning models that can develop students to have skills in critical thinking and problem solving, creative thinking skills, communication skills, and collaboration skills. The aim of this community service is to expand understanding of concepts and improve the skills of Junior High School teachers in designing project-based learning through lesson study. The method used in community service consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. In the preparation stage, field survey activities and coordination with service partners were carried out. At the implementation stage, material is provided, practice is carried out in developing project-based learning teaching modules through lesson study and discussion. At the evaluation stage, an assessment of the results of the activities was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to participants by the community service team. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it shows that the percentage of answers achieved was 59.3% strongly agree with the benefits of this activity, 37% agree, 3.7% neutral, and there were no answers strongly disagree or disagree. This shows that this service activity increases the understanding of the concepts and skills of Junior High School teachers in designing project-based learning through lesson study. Apart from that, this community service activity produces project-based learning teaching module products and aquascape learning media.

Development Module is the process of creating or refining an educational module. This module can consist of lesson materials, study guides, or learning packages designed to achieve specific learning objectives. A good learning module is usually organized systematically, refers to competency standards, and uses various engaging learning media. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method conducted at SMA Darun Najah.The purpose of the research is to increase students' interest in learning. The research results show that the PjBL-based module can enhance students' interest in learning. This was determined by giving a questionnaire to students containing several questions, and the students' responses indicated that the module could boost their enthusiasm for learning.

This research uses qualitative methods, a type of case study with a single case design. Data collection techniques were carried out using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. Data is analyzed using an interactive model consisting of collecting data (data collection), reducing data (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and concluding (conclusion). Checking the validity of the data is carried out using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability tests.This research also aims to find out: (1) Are teaching media urgent in improving learning outcomes, (2) What steps must be taken in the learning process to improve learning outcomes.The results of this research show that: (1) teaching media is very urgent in the learning process in order to improve children's optimal learning outcomes, so that it can make it easier for students to receive lessons, can foster children's learning motivation, (2) Then the steps taken in the learning process To improve student learning outcomes is to provide adequate facilities and infrastructure and carry out the learning process based on the curriculum and local regional conditions using various methods including;  lecture method, question and answer method, discussion method, learning assignment method, demonstration method, experimental method, social drama and role playing method, project method and problem solving method

This research aims to identify and analyze effective tactics used by teachers in increasing the learning motivation of fifth grade students at Tempel Elementary School. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The research results show that several effective tactics include: (1) Project-Based Learning Approach which involves students in practical and relevant activities, (2) Use of varied learning media such as educational videos and teaching aids to make lessons more interesting, (3) Providing Constructive Feedback that helps students feel valued and motivated, (4) Creation of a Positive and Supportive Classroom Environment that makes students feel safe to participate, and (5) Use of Interactive Learning Methods such as group discussions and educational games that increase students' active participation. These findings indicate that these strategies effectively increase students' learning motivation, which contributes to increasing their participation, interest and learning outcomes. This research provides practical implications for teachers in developing effective teaching strategies and becomes a reference for developing teacher training programs and educational policies that support the creation of a learning environment that motivates students.

Learning in the era of independent curriculum development is an opportunity for educators and education units to improve competence. Active and participatory learning is one of the targets in developing learning to implement the independent curriculum. Case learning is something that can be applied to realize the learning objectives of the independent curriculum. this study aims to provide recommendations for developing learning in the implementation of an independent curriculum in Ambon City Public High School. The integration of the Exo Olo Task learning model developed in local wisdom-based case learning is part of what is developed in this goal. This research was conducted in the form of descriptive qualitative research. In this case, collaboration (cooperation) with several related parties (Stake holders) to develop a local wisdom-based case learning pattern that supports the implementation of an independent curriculum in Ambon City State High School. Data obtained through observations and interviews were analyzed using qualitative research techniques using the mile and huberman method and continued with policy direction analysis through AHP method analysis. Recommendations are given with priority to 1) Increasing the use of local wisdom cases as participatory teaching materials and media, 2) Development of strategies and mastery of educators in preparing lesson plans, 3) socialization of independent curriculum-based learning programs, 4) increasing partnerships in developing learning projects and improving character through the project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5), 5) educator literacy education through reflection with outputs in the form of scientific papers with a Consistency Ratio of 0.09.

This research uses qualitative method, case study, to find out how effective the use of project-based learning (PjBL) method is to increase elementary students' interest and desire to learn mathematics. Interviews with teachers and students, participant observation, and document analysis are all methods used to collect research data. The results showed that the PjBL method proved effective in increasing elementary students' interest and desire to learn mathematics. This is shown by an increase in students' active participation in lessons, an increase in students' curiosity about math topics, and an increase in their math learning outcomes.

Motivation and learning are two things that are interrelated and influence each other. Through the learning process, teachers are required to be able to guide and facilitate students to motivate them to carry out learning activities. The success of a student in learning is determined by many factors, one of which is learning motivation. One of the steps that can be taken to facilitate student learning activities is through the use of varied learning methods, including: (1) lectures; (2) discussions; (3) simulations; (4) project-based learning; (5) problem- based learning; (6) demonstrations; (7) games and many other methods. At the high school level, Indonesian language subjects are focused on developing the character of critical thinking to creativity. The variety of learning methods is very influential in efforts to motivate students to the lessons taught. In this study using data collection techniques by using a questionnaire made using Google Form with a total of 74 respondents, class XII as much as 52.7%, class XI 33.8%, and class X 13.5%. Through this research, the extent to which students are familiar with learning methods and their implications for learning motivation in Indonesian language subjects at SMAN 1 Sukaraja, Sukabumi District.
